I stay in 4th Main, 1st Cross, NGR Layout, Near Ropenagrahara, Bommanahalli,
I am staying in this house since 6 months. My house id 1BHK House, with 2 CFL bulbs two Celing fans and a Geyser.
Every month I get my electricity bill in between Rs300 to Rs.400.
I was shocked to see the bill for the month of March 2015.They have sent me a bill of Rs 1845.
I called the customer care and spoke to them, they said all the earlier bills are clear, it because of the mis usage of the tariff. I asked them what has been the mi usage for this. They asked me to meet in office.
I informed this to my owner and he went to there office immediately.
You will be shocked to know the reply they had given.
They said the house has 2 CFL bulbs two Celing fans and a Geyser. and a LED TV so the usage has been maximum and the bill has come this way.
I use the geyser may be maximum for 10 minutes and i have been using the same since last five months.
They said they will not be able to help.
I will be sharing the electricity bill as well in some time for the same.
This is a BIG CHEAT and Fraud .
I will be taking this issue further to social media and TV channels as well as i have few sources where i can expect help.
Still Request you to please see how the BESCOM people are playing with the customers.
