Residents of Venkatapura are experiencing power outage for 2 hours every 3 hours, in total of 6 hours daily post Muncipal Election results. I hope this is no political mindset, where congress were thrashed to defeat, and considering that State has Congress Gov. There is no update of power interruption in BESCOM website. Yet 6 hours hours daily post election, appears to be only political motive. (Although i hope not). PLease have a proper update in BESCOM if any maintenance going on this grid. If not please avoid these incidents

    Customer no. [protected] Bill month : July.2015 Bill amount : 924/- Paid through IDBI payment gateway Amount deducted from my account. But acknowledgement not received. Even the bill desk gateway is time wastage None of the government payment gateways are working. Neither bill desk nor IDBI.

      I had raised complaints via complaint no A0E4H61541 at 5pm of 30-jun-2015, surprisingly no one come to rectified this issue but on the other side customer help side call me on next day and said your complain was rectified. These cheater organisation treated the customer like granted and they behaved like anything apart from services. It will be great day in Bangalore when this organisation replaced.

          I stay in Bellandur, Near RMZ Ecospace. We are suffering with heavy power cuts in which power goes off 4 to 5 times in a day for one hour. Some days it goes off, by 9 in the morning and come at 6 in evening. Some days in the evening from 7 to 9:30. This type of power cuts never happens in any part of Bangalore . Power cuts after 6pm makes our life difficult. we have to work from home for US clients. Since power is not there, internet doesn't work and I am facing serious issues with work as well.. House hold work also gets affected and water also stops in the apartment. Please take action against these kind of power cuts .

            Our RR No.N7EH3255. Account ID [protected]. Please note that an amount of Rs.3640.00 which on ascertaining from the Accounts Officer pertains to ASD already paid by cash on 25.09.2014 towards Non Revenue category 2 MMD fee, is being erroneously shown as arrears in the monthly bill for the last two months. For no fault of ours our connection has been disconnected on both occasions without prior intimation and we had to visit the respective sub division to restore connection which has incovenienced us greatly. Kindly look into the same and see to it that the consumer is not made to run from pillar to post for no mistake of his.

              For month of March 2015, I made a payment of Rs. 839 through

              Bangaloreone portal successfully according to the bill.
              In the month of April 2015, a bill was generated of Rs. 1909

              and I made the payment on 16th April through Bangaloreone

              Hi All, I stay in 4th Main, 1st Cross, NGR Layout, Near Ropenagrahara, Bommanahalli, I am staying in this house since 6 months. My house id 1BHK House, with 2 CFL bulbs two Celing fans and a Geyser. Every month I get my electricity bill in between Rs300 to Rs.400. I was shocked to see the bill for the month of March 2015.They have sent me a bill of Rs 1845. I called the customer care and spoke to them, they said all the earlier bills are clear, it because of the mis usage of the tariff. I asked them what has been the mi usage for this. They asked me to meet in office. I informed this to my owner and he went to there office immediately. You will be shocked to know the reply they had given. They said the house has 2 CFL bulbs two Celing fans and a Geyser. and a LED TV so the usage has been maximum and the bill has come this way. I use the geyser may be maximum for 10 minutes and i have been using the same since last five months. They said they will not be able to help. I will be sharing the electricity bill as well in some time for the same. This is a BIG CHEAT and Fraud . I will be taking this issue further to social media and TV channels as well as i have few sources where i can expect help. Still Request you to please see how the BESCOM people are playing with the customers.

                This is to bring to the Notice of BESCOM that there is no power supplied at all in the area Yellanahalli, Begur which comes under Hulimavu Division. The sub division number is S10. We have complained at least 100 times to the helpline and no one seems to bother.When we call the AE, he keeps repeating the same answer saying something is not working and we are looking into the matter.But where as the just next lane from my house never has power cuts and the power supply is always frequent. Small drizzle or wind the power goes of and never comes back for the next 4-5hrs.Its been more than 4 months that our area has been supplied power the whole day with out any cuts.I would request the BESCOM to please come and take away all the electrical appliances which are of no use to use since last 4 months.There is power cut from morning 9 AM to 3 PM and again 6 PM to 10 PM and in the night 2 AM to 5 AM. Please let us know what should we do for your inability to supply Power. We feel Helpless and Frustrated as there is no other option to escalate this matter to anyone who is ready to take up there Job seriously. Is there any other form to Escalate this issue?

                  Hi

                  I am Poonkundran residing at 90, 6th Main road, Ambedkar Nagar, Whitefield, Bangalore.

                  Many times it happens like we go outstation and DL(Door lock) bills are generated from BESCOM for some months.

                  In the next month bill when the bill is generated for two months, since it is for two months most of the units go in higher slab minute and the bill happens to be very high than actual bill amount for two months.

                  BESCOM should find a way for resolving this problem at the earliest as it is a wrong strategy(Slabs) for bill generation in case of accumulated bills.

                    I stay in Mahadevapura, Maheshwari nagar. Nowadays we are very much frustrated regarding the power cut, No electricity day and night. There is no power supply for 6-8 hrs a days. Its very hot nowadays in Bangalore, Need the electricity. Pls. look into this Matter.

Why only in TC Palya its happening are people staying in this area not a human beings. Please address the issue asap and make sure there is no power cuts...

                      I recently got myself a rental flat in Nagashettyhalli, bangalore. in which i had nothing exept a fan, two cfl lights and two mobile chargers and got a bill of Rs 600 for the first month. I tried to complaint to the office but are not ready to listen to me. They are not even ready to check whats wrong. In my friends home there are two fans, one running tv, a fridge, and some small electronic equipments and their bill is hardly a thousand. By comparing only we can make out something us wrong, but the people at Sanjaynagar dept are just giving explanations, coz they simply dont want to act.

                        Hi, I am raising this complaint regarding transfer of RS.1750 into wrong account number. Because of operator Named Satish in HAL Branch of Bangalore one. Since last five months I am trying to resolve this issue but I am not getting any positive response. I spoke to Manager MS. Prabha, but she is also not co-operative. My elder sister spoke to her over the phone three times but, she was very rude to her. Please take necessary step to resolve this issue.                             every year i pay my bill through sbi online auto payment. however last month due date april 2014 bill amount was approximately Rs. 1400 was not auto paid. and suddenly this month bill has come to Rs. 3114. every month my bill amount ranges from 1400 to1500 and we have'nt used any extra appliances have been used. please look into this matter and let me know why the bill amount has come almost double of it. thanking you, Dr. K.                               Frequent power shut downs especially during nights in HAL Old Airport area Sub division 7. Fail to understand that they always cut our power during nights while we are studying and working on computers at home or we end up cooking in the dark. There is no proper method or valid reason for this power cuts in the name of repairs or damage to the electricity supply. If Bescom cannot manage on its own why can't the government take stringent measures and hand it over to private bodies. Gujarat is one of the best examples in the country where Torrent as a private company is able to provide 24X7 power supply 365 days in a year. Why can't Karnataka government take this step. Even Gujarat doesn't have enough water supply but it never fails in supply of continuous power. Please take important decisions in this matter. We have had enough in these past 7 years I have been residing in Bangalore but with no help coming from government sector, we continue suffering at these electricity department hands. Please do something it is high time. Due to frequent power outage, I even ended up breaking my elbow bone and was lucky to survive a fall that could have damaged my neck bone. Please don't cut power in the nights, it is very dangerous and stop people from such accidents. Regards Rajesh S

                                #232, II Stage, Chandranagar, Kumarswamy layout, Near Om Shakti temple, Bangalore-78, was using domestic line of power supply to non domestic purpose means for constructing four floor building (multistory building)without notice to BESCOM department regarding this. The monthly bill giving person also involved in this. And moreover the building is more than 50 feet in height in 20-25 site. Without taking approval from the respective department they are constructing.With 20-25 measuring site if they construct more than 50 feet it will be dangerous. So request to take action on those people as early as possible.
