      Hi,
      i'm resident of below address

      no 16/2, 1st main, raja gardenia layout, thurahalli, bangalore-61

      there's a big tree opposite of my house(next to tailor shop)and it's branch is touching my house and entering inside the balcony. it's been difficult during rainy season and during windy days and also touching the electric wires. request you to please cut down its branches to avoid any future damages.

              Address correction in BESCOM Electricity Bill

              Address: Bangalore

              Respected BESCOM Officials,

              There is a correction required in my electricity bill.

              The actual house address is:
              D1805, Ozone Evergreens, 53/1 & 54, Haralur Road, Off-Sarjapur Road,
              Bengaluru 560035

              but in BESCOM record doesn't have my unit details(D1805, ozone evergreens)

              Please do the needful to correct the adsress ASAP.

                I am in prabhavathi plasma apartment...the person who takes the reading without informing he takes the fuse off ...we have a small kid who is a disabled kid ...we don't keep months of arrears ...last month bill alone didn't paid ..if he would have informed us we would have paid that time itself ...since we have a disabled kid we are suffering now

                  This incident happened on the 1st of august 2022 :-

                  Pathetic behaviour by RAVIKUMAR JE who comes for the solar meter reading at Nisarga Layout, jigani, Bengaluru. He doesn’t know how to talk to a woman. Our gate is always closed from inside for my saftey after my husband and kids leave, when I opened the gate he orders pointing finger at me NAANU ONDANE THARIKIGE BARVAGA GATE OPEN ITIRBEKKU is this the way you talk to a women ? I told him to ring the bell, which is at the gate when he comes for meter reading. Also, explained him that I can’t keep the gate open I don’t want anybody to come till the door so my gate is closed from inside considering day today’s horrible incidents happening in and around the city…Then he tells me NAM METER HORGADE HAKI 24 GANTE ACCESS MADVA RIGHTS IDE NAMGE … where am I not letting him to access the meter ?? Finally he told me ELELINDALO BARTHARE NAMJYOTHE GANCHALI dear respected the so called JE Mr. Ravikumar, Jigani …Are you not aware kodagu is in Karnataka. I am from Karnataka and I consider myself a KANADIGA and I am living in Bangalore for 20 yrs now. who the hell is he to say so… what rights does he have to talk such things?                     I made an online payment of 923 inr for bescom via billdesk. The transaction failed, but axis bank account is showing 'withdrawl' of this amount.

                    Our payment to bescom monthly bill from bescom online services portal https://www.bescom.co.in/SCP/MyAccount/QuickPayment.aspx was made using billdesk internet banking option, and successfully paid from our axis bank account.

                    But we received a "failure" from billdesk as shown in attached picture, but our savings a/c has been debited.

                    Please look into this.

                      Name not updated on Electricity meter bill

                      Greetings!

                      I submitted an application for a name change for an electricity meter account in the first week of April. All the due process (document submission, verification, approval, fee payment, etc.) of the application was completed. I was informed that the next bill onwards will have the updated name.

                      Even on the online portal, the application status is marked as closed as on 12th April.

                        I have paid my BESCOM Bill twice in Samsung PAY which had pending status for 30 seconds, TransID [[protected]] - HDFC and [[protected]] - AXIS Bank. Got money deducted message twice. But status was pending. I have paid the bill from Phone Pe, it worked, amount deducted.

                        Please refund my 1237 rs the twice. That is 2474 INR . Thanks
