    I have paid electricity bill through phone pe but transaction got failed and my Money has been deducted from my account. When will my money be refunded? This happened today morning . Please resolve my problem. The amount which was deducted is Rs.2001 and please what should I do to get back my money? Is there any procedures to follow up?

      I had requested for ownership change from builder to me & my wife name for our flat as we have shifted into our flat in the appartment(The Trillium).

                Hello TEAM,
                reaching out for help

                I am a resident of Rangamaruthi layout seegehalli gate bangalore 560091.
                there is a frequent power cut since two years, two times everyday.
                i take a call to line mans and complaint to respective anjananagar bescom,
                the person is very rude says go complaint anyone ([protected]) and line man whenever i call he says im off duty or im not available to you why do call me ([protected]). then i tried reaching out to Assistant engineer who says ill give permanent solution and power goes off same like everyday and this scenario repeats. i need a permanent solution for which i have reached here to raise a complaint. if this issue is solved ill have good time to work . without electricity there is no work no food kindly please do the needful.

                  I am unable to pay the electricity bill online for the month of January 2022. My account number is [protected] and the bill for the month is Rs. 668. The bill number is [protected]. I tried paying on the online bescom portal https://bescomrural.nsoft.in/ several times. I am unable to pay the bill here or also in https://www.bescom.co.in/SCP/MyAccount/QuickPayment.aspx where I have been paying the bill every month. This second site is not even loading! I tried paying from my google pay app but was unable to. I request you to please look into the issue.

                    Address: AEE Bescom office, S-19 sub division, Vijaya bank layout, Begaluru.

                    With reference to above, the assistant executive engineer (electrical) BESCOM S-19 sub division has issued a letter addressed to me on 11th Jan 2022 stating the meter no
                    MSS10L72549 is not recording reading properly which is not acceptable by me. I would like to highlight the following few points to your notice.
                    1) the above property has been purchased by our family on 10th Dec 2020 from A L Sathish Kumar.
                    2) the respective meter documents have been handed over to me duely clearing all the BESOM dues.
                    3) the above building was under renovation till April 2021 and there was no occupant in the building to consume the electricity.
                    4) Later the building was totally vacant due to Covid crisis. However I have cleared all the bescom bills till date.
                    5) In the letter bescom has claimed the arrears starting from Jan 2020 to August 2021 for a sum of Rs 34, 493/- for reason of meter not reading which is not acceptable by me.
                    6) the entire building was vacant from the above said period and there was no power consumption. Hence the bill is not justified and cannot be acceptable.
                    7) If the above meter is not reading properly, bescom has all the rights to replace the meter then and there itself which they failed to do.
                    8) To cover up their mistake, the bescom is unnecessary claiming Rs 34, 493/- from me.

                    I here by request you to kindly look into the matter and give me the natural justice.

                                Dear team,

                                Due to some issue with UPI, the bill payment of 710 Rs. was done twice.

                                I tried reaching the local bescom number but they asked to either come to office or call 1912.

                                I am outside banglore and won't be able to go to bescom office for 3 months, calling 1912 didn't help at all.

                                Please let me know if this will automatically adjusted in next bill or if it can be refunded.

                                  Bescom has complete destroyed all the electric appliances of all surrounding houses of jyothi Nagar, Horamabu Agara main road, blore - 560043
                                  On the[protected], afternoon.

                                  There was a loid noise from the transformer, and most of the appliances in the house have burnt.
                                  There was alwaysba risk to people getting hurt.
                                  This is happening on multiple occasions. Unless someone dies authorities won't take notice
