    Please refer my BESCOM account id 3918275 and RR No AEH 21412 under which the name of owner is K KUMAr but the bill is receiving as MUMAR. The flat NO is AWHO sandeep vihar H26 block Flat No 0502. As I am the sole owner requesting to amend in your records as K KUMAR instead of K MUMAR

          At first i paid rs.873 on1st july, 2020 for jun 2- jul 1, 2020 bill but that transaction was failed and money not refunded. Again i paid rs. 1577 for both june & july bill on 7th july, 2020. Today i got to know that mine 1st transaction amount already credited to the bescom. So i paid june's electricity bill twice. Now how i want my refund money back. Please check this problem and let me know. Thank you

            I live in 178 4th main 2nd cross viveknagar further extension viveknagar post bangalore 560047, the street light in our road is broken and we are not able to complain in the main website of bescom. We kindly ask you to fix the street light because there is a park in front of the light and people will misuse it foe other purpose

                        Am provided temporary connection thru rr no 2avtp2905 and account no 4858627 in aavalhalli sub division. Applied thru online application no[protected] for permanent connection on 16th may 2020.

                          The billing for the month of april and may have been exaggerated and there is no justification for the same. The usage as calculated in units has been similar to previous months before the lockdown. If proven otherwise i will consider legal action if this issue is not rectified
