My account ID is [protected]. I have scheduled my Bescom electricity bill to be paid through my bank account. I have registered Bescom as the biller through my account. However Bescom is not sending bills to me through the banking channel in alternate months. I have changed banks and so the problem lies with Bescom only. As a result of it, it remains unpaid and gets added to next month’s bill as arrears. Meanwhile Bescom disconnects my electricity connection. This has been going for some months now. Kindly resolve the same on high priority.

      Mis-behave of Bescom employee i m residing in Manjunath Nagar Kalkere every month persons comes and disconnects the connection if we question him he started to talk in rude manner today i.e[protected] has come to generate the bill he directly disconnected the connection when my parents questioned he started to tell bill not paid, but the bill was paid 3 days back. More over he has drunken what sort of employees we have as government servant, do govt. encourage employees to drink while on duty. Our Indian government names get spoiled only because of such people i know writing this feedback is of no use but as a Indian Citizen i do my responsibility on sharing my experience with Government staff.

          I made a bill payment of 8k on the bescom app and it's been more than 24 hours. The amount got debited immediately but there was no confirmation from bescom. It's really frustrating and bescom helpline is useless as they keep saying we should wait for 3 days. Atleast I used to get email confirmation once the payment is done. Since there was no confirmation and app is still showing as outstanding, it's really worrying. Pls help at the earliest.

          Payment got updated after 24 hours but the app needs big improvement and they need to update the interface and send payment confirmation once received.

                My name is nand kishore rajak i am a shopkeeper i need a pen id for pan card service for this i contacted jai steel company and i talked to megha madam there she assured me that you will get only 2 days I will get the ID of NSDL company, you will read 4720 to submit me, I told them yes.

                Then I paid ₹4720 to Jai Steel Company in two transactions which were done on 6th and 7th but no service was provided to me till after the 17th date because I am a shopkeeper and I need PAN service There was a great need for ID, for this reason I got my ID made from another company and I do not need any service from this company, so my full payment should be refunded.                   Hi, please find the flat address below, due to not made the EB payment for 8 months, meter was removed and I forgot and no one informed me nor received any message.

                  When I got to know, paid immediately all the dues and it is my mistake as the house was empty for last 1 year and forgot to pay.

                  After I paid, went to the Gottigere hulimavu Bescom office. They said will fix the meter but after 2 days, they are saying the meter is missing which was removed 3 months back. I am waiting for the old or new meter for last 1 week, no one is taking any responsibility to call or inform the status, am checking every two days. Then why should I pay every month EB bill when no meter and no one at home occupied?

                  Please help me to fix this problem as soon as problem, when they are removing the meter, bescom should be responsible to keep it safely so that they can.fix it back. If they are not taking responsibility, they can remove only the fuse.

                  Request to fix this problem by Monday, thanks.

                    Date of incident: 02/06/2022

                    I paid my electricity bill (Amount-3537) using BESCOM's online payment portal via QR scanner. Even though the transaction was successful (Amount debited from my account), the same did not get reflected in the portal and it still displayed an outstanding bill amount of 3537.

                    Desirable solution: Refund amount back to original account or process the same as bill payment.

                      I paid ASD for my account ID [protected] by logging into my account in Bescom portal. The transaction was successful but the acknowledgement that was displayed from BillDesk had different customer ID on it. It displayed the ID, [protected]. Also I did not get the receipt for this payment and in the Bescom portal, there is no receipt available for this transaction.
                      The date, transaction number, etc. are available in the the attachment.
                      Please send me the receipt.

                        Incident- The BESCOM electricians said that the underground power cable needed to be replaced for my residence after their effortless inspection. This solution was very expensive and time consuming meanwhile, I didn't have any power at home. They took Rs1000 from me inorder to buy a wire for which they did not provide any receipt. I hired a private electrician who diagnosed that replacement of power cable was not necessary and fixed my issue.
                        Desirable resolution- Since the BESCOM electricians for Kaggadaspura (Bengaluru-560093, Phone No.- [protected]) are incompetent and untrained, they provided me with an expensive and wrong resolution.
                        1. Please hire competent/private/trained electricians.
                        2. Privatize BESCOM to reduce corruption and improve quality for Namma Bengaluru residents.

                                  I called on phone number [protected] and when I asked I want to check my bill payment is done or not, he asked for K-Number then I replied i can give you account number, then he said, "Jitna bola hai utna bata".. then I checked the bill and unable to find out K-Number then I whatsapp him the image of bill. Then I inform him I whatsapp the bill can you check it. Then he start using abusive words like
                                  jab is number pe whatsapp hi nhi hai to bheja kaise...
                                  K-number nahi pata mc, bc and many more...
                                  then I asked him name and he start using more abusive words...
                                  I want to file a complaint against him and want a proper action on him so in future no other customer face this.

                                    We have given a notice claiming that we are using electricity for iron. Every month the AE visit our Apartment have noticed that we are using charcoal for iron, even then they have raised a charges 150 and above unit per month. We have been enquiring on providing 1kw commercial meter but they are not responding and even not clearing the dues. Kindly help to clear the dues and getting the new meter.

                                      It's been 6 months I have shifted to Grand Duke Villas Byagadadenahalli which falls under Anekal. Electricity/Power supply has been pathetic, hardly we get 4-6 hours in a day. When we get power it's either single phase or low voltage.
                                      Customer care number is always busy or not working, no AE or AEE receives the phone call. Almost everyday we raise complaints regarding no power or low voltage, there has been no action at all from BESCOM

                                      Not sure what is to be done and whom to complain.
