Dear sir,

Ia m surrender temporary connection to bescom july 20. While surrender the connection, Security deposit Rs. 6993 and Temporary meter balance amount Rs.1288 is available for adjustment. I am given request letter to the office on 29.07.21 for adjustment to.R.R number- N9EH9302. But Security deposit only adjusted . Meter balance amount till not adjusted.

So please take necessary action for adjusting the balance amount of temporary connection 1288/-
