[Resolved] Bangalore Electricity Supply Company Limited [BESCOM] — Bescom harassment by wrongfully disconnecting the electricity supply to whole society | |||
We are residents o[censored]nicca Emporis, Varthur. A strange case is going on in our society with Bescom. We have recently shifted and formed an RWA. During this phase, khata transfer is in progress and hence the electricity meter. Around 140 Family has been living peacefully and rest of the apartments are yet to be sold and lie vacant. So far, all the electricity bills of individual flats and common area have been paid regularly by all the residents. Now, the landowner's vacant apartments bill has been not paid by Landowner so far and is a matter of penalizing by BESCOM. But to our surprise, BESCOM is cutting the electricity connection of the whole Society and harassing residents to its core. We, RWA o[censored]nicca Emporis, can only ask landowners to pay via notice or etc under RWA capacity. So raising a consumer complaint to bring this to the notice of higher management and correct the action before we take the legal route to resolve this. Was this information helpful? | |||
