Bangalore Electricity Supply Company Limited [BESCOM] — bill amount debited from bank but bescom not credited it

Hello,

Since more than 1 year from my credit card bescom bill was getting paid, on 15th december amount of rupees 956/- got debited from my credit card for bescom bill payment, but in january this amount was added as arrears and disconnected my power connection abruptly even though payment was made.

I again made payment of rupees 2070/- on 23/01/2019 (December + january bill) and submitted a complaint at the kodihalli bescom office. I visited the branch several times and still i have not got the waiver for this amount, no action from bescom team.

Will i get this waiver or not? Sbi confirmed that the payment is made. Kindly do the needful. Thanks!

I had made a payment of rs 9593/- on 5/1/19 towards bescom bill no : [protected]. The amount has been debited from my bank but it's still showing as balance in the bescom site. Details :

Rr no : c6p145

Account no : [protected]

Bill no :[protected]

Amout : rs 9593/-

Amount paid through sbi on 05.01.2019 : ref : cb02107530.

The amount has been debited from the bank account but it is still showing in the bescom account that the amount is due.

Please cancel any one transaction since I paid bill twice and refund back to the corresponding bank account.
