Its been two months i havent got my bill issue resolved. I paid my bill through paytm and it was successful from paytm and they gave me a reference number too. But some reason it didnt reflect in my next cycle. I tried contacting the customer care of bescom, agent told me that it got cancelled from his end. So i again went back to paytm. They checked it and it was just fine and went through to bescom account successfully. Then again i contacted bescom, agent gave me one contact number and tried calling him he redirected me to another deperated. I sent a mail to all the email ids i found from the internet. Still no resolution for that. My account no: [protected] Bill amount discrepancy : 1024 rs Mail reference from paytm" Hello prabhakaran, We got this reviewed with bescom and confirmed that bill of inr.1024 for the consumer number ([protected]) has been successfully paid.
