Hi, This is to inform you that my apartment was newly constructed and meter has been installed recently. Post installation of meters, no bill has been taken and cumulative bill for all months post installation of meter has taken in the month of Nov 2018. Due to taking cumulative bill for all months at a time, charges for each unit was doubled. Please refer to attached bill copy. Please do the needful. As the 3 months bill had taken at a time, my unit charges had increased. If bill had taken monthly from July to Oct 2018, the units rates will be calculated differently.
