Bangalore Electricity Supply Company Limited [BESCOM] — Double payment of my Electricity bill

Dear Team,

I have mistakenly set up auto-pay from my account to pay my Electricity bill. (ACC I'd: [protected]). Bill amount was Rs. 512.

First payment was as done through Phonepe App (Transactions I'd: NX21090714155112289556711) on 7th September, 2021 at 2.15 p.m.

Second payment got auto debited from my account (Transaction reference no.: AX[protected] On 15th September, 2021 at 11.09 a.m. from the account number (xxxxxxxx8901).

I would like to request you to kindly reverse the second amount.
