Since 21-mar-2020 i am not staying in my apartment due to lock down stuck in different location, i received a bill for apr

Bill amount : 1591
Due date : 20 apr 2020

I paid the bill in google pay on 12 apr 2020, thinking its march consumption.

Now i am surprise to see bill of may with same amount

Question is in vacant house why i am getting excess billing
