Bangalore Electricity Supply Company Limited [BESCOM] — fast track services for name change not resolved but closed | |||
I created fast track name change request on aug 2 2020 from bescom online portal and the request number is [protected]. I had visited twice bescom office and officer was not there and said to come next day. I saw the request was closed but there was no communication and also any update on what change was made or what action i have to take or anything missing from my end. There was no updates and helpline team is not at all useful as they have just forwarded my request to other ids like [protected]@bescom.co.in and [protected]@kescom.org where no one from that has responded. Nearly 3 to 4 emails sent but still no response. Even after visting bescom for asking why it is closed they say useless reasons and they say you should approach us via contractor and even after paying idemntity charges they tell you bring by your own and some contractor service agreement and all. There is no meaning of having fast track when the process is not working. I have paid the amount of 618/- so i would request for refund. Please improve the process of communication the requestor for smooth operation.in this era of technology and internet we still don't have good online process then its really sad.
