Address:No.32, 8th main, 7th cross, Dwaraka Nagar, BSK 3rd stage, Bangalore-560085.

I am getting fixed charges of Rs.130 in my monthly bill. Every month energy charges bill comes to nearly 100 units.

Issue is, is it required to pay fixed charges alongwith energy charges?
