There is frequent disconnection in roopena agrahara. Eveytime we call bescom they give reason of major fault and time it takes to resolve. But it never current comes witin time. And they give a complint number which is never meant to resolved.. There are many night without power. Situation is horrible to stay. Still there is no solution from bescom.
