Dear Sir, Account number : [protected] Bill No: [protected] RR No: S11DEH48647 MR Code: 14001957 Dear Sir, Today, BESCOM staff have come and removed the fuse in my electricity post, I did not know it the person has not informed me. The power was not there for the whole day. I raised a complaint and had to call the JE ([protected]) multiple time to get the power back. Finally the BESCOM fault rectification staff came at 9 PM and restored power by putting the fuse back. When I asked them who did it, they gave me the number of Basavaraj ( [protected]-Meter reading guy). I would like you to investigate the matter and compensate me for the LOSS. I could not access internet and could not work today because of this. Please let me know the name of the individual who is responsible for this, as I need to raise a complaint against them in the consumer court.
