Bangalore Electricity Supply Company Limited [BESCOM] — looting money with 3 times excessive bill amount

Bill amount for month of May is Rs.2976/- which is 3 times the normal amount which used to be around Rs. 1000/-. Even though i had paid online in the bescom site in April the units consumed had been calculated including that of which i paid in april, so it is a big scam to calculate units in higher slabs even though it was paid in april. Normal bill amount is around 1000rs every month, but this month it shows 2976rs even after decreasing april bill amount of 704rs. How is this 3 times more power bill possible? Please find all bills attached as screenshots.
