I have complained BESCOM that my building is facing power outage as the wire on the pole is having the loose connection on SEPTEMBER-08-2022, around 8pm, got a docket number stating that issue will be fixed with in 24hrs but when ever I called the customer service no proper answers and saying they will fix but cannot confirm, due to their irresponsible and their laziness my work is effected as I'm currently working from home until further notice from my office, and due to this I'm suffering the loss in my salary, providing the docket numbers which BESCOM had provided, Docket number is: AVD1263632. Your concern will be resolved within:[protected]:01. For escalation beyond[protected]:01. From BESCOM, it's been more than 24 hours, till now I haven't received any response or any answers from BESCOM and I am being effected due to their irresponsible and unprofessional behaviour,
The provided Docket number they have closed it stating attended without even contacting and without even attending, and creating problem so that we have to stay with the electricity for long time
And how can they close it without contacting me and without my confirmation
JE Yogesh is misusing his job and creating issues wantedly and not resolving the issues for the consumer, hence requesting you to bring these people who are not doing their duties and causing loss to people to justice, so that in future no one will misuse their power and the role.
