I paid ASD for my account ID [protected] by logging into my account in Bescom portal. The transaction was successful but the acknowledgement that was displayed from BillDesk had different customer ID on it. It displayed the ID, [protected]. Also I did not get the receipt for this payment and in the Bescom portal, there is no receipt available for this transaction.
The date, transaction number, etc. are available in the the attachment.
Please send me the receipt.
