Hi Besom, Name is mispelled in electricity Bill of my house. correct Name is GOPINATHA V & KANAKA PADMAVATHY Mispelled name is GOPITHA.V.KANAKA PADMAVATHI. Need to be corrected as soon as possible. Kindly find attached house sale deed and electrical bill for your reference. Kindly do the needful. Its been more than 6 months i am trying to reach out to the right person to get the issue resolved. Called customer care and sent many mails to [protected]@gmail.com none of them are resolved an issue. When i went to bescom office they mentioned to change the name again with all the formalities and along with noc and lots of documents for the money. Its already been submitted and transferred to my name but with spelling mistake. Which not my fault its bescom person who updated wrongly even though, all the documents are submitted correctly.
