Dear sir, It was a uncomfortable situation faced in DOMLUR Bus station on 16TH JAN 2023 MORNING When i went to the Public Toilet in the DOMLUR Bus stand, The Toilet Maintenance Personnel sitting out side demanding 5 Rs for Urinal and Latrine, While it has been clearly mention that Urinals are Free.When asked they simply say we need to clean the Toilets so u must pay or get out, when i said that i will complain, he is threatening with orther guys and saying do what ever you can. I came From Nelamangala to Bangalore .The Toilet personnel that caused trouble is the Toilet that in the domlur bus depot . I kindly request to take action soon .

    The bus conductors are behaving very affending behaviour against the school and colleges student . he is literally scholding the girls to travelling in his bus even the I complined about this in office too they too didn't respond correctly

      I have travelled from Marathahalli to ITPL (Big Bazaar).
      The ticket price is Rs 25/-
      I've given Rs 50 and they returned me Rs 20.
      Due to unavailability of Rs 5 coins.
      They didn't given me the remaining amount even at my last stop.
      I've asked them phone pe option also ti get my amount.
      They denied it and asking only coins.
      I don't have any change with me.
      Finally I've left the bus without getting my balance.
      Please take appropriate action on this
      Incident.
      Such a recklessness will be very harmful for public.

        Extra money paid through upi by mistake

        I paid 150 rupees instead of 15 rupees by mistake today while boarding a bus from ITPL to Igate. The bus number was KA01F4604. Kindly help me get the refund for the same....

          I was coming back from school with my child sitting behind me on a two wheeler.This bus hit my vehicle and I fell down.The driver was driving very rashly.

              I am a regular commuter of BMTC buses From Kundanhalli gate to Shivaji Nagar route, buses are not stopping at stop we need to run till it spice garden. It’s Very difficult for office people were travelling in bus in the morning hardly there is only 1 to 2 very less buses available from Kundanhalli Gate to Shivajinagar & bus will be filled with people even people be standing in the door hanging. Very Less buses are available to shivaji nagra.

              Kindly requesting to help us to provide more buses at the time between 8am to 10am.

              And I got bus at 10.15am at HAL but bus driver after seeing people are waiting here he did not stop bus here I have to run 200 mtr . The bus no. is KA 57 – F 2660 and that reason I am sharing his photo and he was doing a very rash driving. kindly take the necessary action.

                  I take the AC bus and the ticket is ₹15. I can’t always have ₹5 change with me. I pay ₹20 and most of the times the conductors don’t return the change stating they don’t have coins either.
                  This happened so many times now.
                  Either enable online payments in all the buses or provide the conductors with sufficient change.
                  Conductors are very rude to the passengers if we ask for the ₹5 balance (which is our rightly our money)
                  I can provide the bus numbers from the tickets if needed.

                      Today, 1/6/23, boarded the 300E bus from Shivaji nagar busstand to come to Jai Bharat Nagar. The bus no. KA57F2899, the conductor didn't give ticket to any of the female travellers. Not sure if he gave to the male passengers so I won't comment upon it. Many female passengers kept asking him for the ticket but he kept saying wait, I will give. I told him that I am getting down the next stop, give me the ticket. He just went to the back of the bus and stayed there. After getting down the bus, he just motioned me to go eventhough he had enough time to give me the ticket. I got down the bus at 08:40pm at Jai BharatNagar bus stop.

                      Please take action against the unfair bus conductor.

                        Bus conductor not giving ticket after paying him amount

                        Today 3/1/2023 while traveling from KG halli to Chikabanavara around 3pm bus no. 271R KA57F2400 conducter didnt return me ticket when i asked him, he was showing arrogance and was in a hustle to make some extra money, when i asked him for ticket boldly he handed me over 10ruppe ticket but my fare price was 20ruppe, when i pointed out he is corrupted when showed anger and made me get down the bus, This is not the first case of bmtc, if you...

                        On 31st I was travelling from bangalore airport to Kadugudi via KIA 6A the first bus that leaves from airport at 5:45 AM. I forgot my card holder in that bus. Please help in getting that.
                        The card pouch had:
                        Chhattisgarh voter ID
                        Chhattisgarh Driving Licence
                        Aadhar card
                        SBI ATM Card
                        HDFC ATM Card
                        Standard Chartered Credit card
                        IndusInd Bank Credit Card
                        Office RFID card
                        My own passport size photos

                          KIA 7 bus does not stop near mehkri circle, palace guttahalli or palace grounds which comes.between 11 am to 11.30 am. Inspite we get to the middle of the road and show ths hand. It is risky for us in traffic to stop the bus. I understand that the airport vbuses are also for Bangalore public

                            I travelled in a bus 502H from 8th maili to kenchapura cross ticket cost is 25rs i didn't have change so i gave 100rs and bus conductor wrote 75rs at the back of the ticket i am new to that rout and first time i travelled in bus in that rout so i panicked when my stop will come and when to get down in this worry i forgot to collect my 75rs change from 502H bus conductor

                                Bus Route# 500N - Sarjapura to Time factory via Marathahalli bridge did not stop at Muthanluru Cross Stop
                                Passengers kept waiving hands n shouting but no use. Bus passed in full speed.

                                  KA- 57, F3721, conductor, He didnt even check the money and give me tickets, last he ask me more 10rs for ticket and he is abusing own language, he was sleeping in bus, didnt even come and ask for ticket, simply sitting in back side of bus, abuse all, talking very rudly, kindly take action for that, dont let him repeat this kind of bad behaviour

                                    Conductor rude behavior complaint, conductor stopped the bus 10mins near marathahalli and he told me that you get down from the bus if you don't speak kannada and the bus doesn't have good scanner facility also, im it companies there are lot of people from the other states please keep that in mind

                                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                                    I am writing to express my concern and disappointment regarding the rude behavior of the bus conductor on the bus 500CH [KA53F0032] on the date of December 26, 2022 at 8.38AM

                                    As a passenger who does not know Kannada, I found it extremely difficult to communicate with the conductor and seek assistance. Despite my efforts to speak in English, the conductor responded rudely and with a harsh tone, making me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome on the bus.

                                    I understand that the conductor may have been busy and perhaps overwhelmed with the demands of their job, but that does not excuse the disrespectful treatment I received. I believe that all passengers, regardless of their language skills or backgrounds, deserve to be treated with kindness and respect.

                                    I hope that you will take this complaint seriously and take appropriate measures to ensure that this type of behavior does not happen again in the future.
