Dear sir,
I am daily traveler for hebbal to jp morgan. Sir in this route am traveling since 10 months i am feeling very irritation to travel in mainly 500 d series dept 28 buses. Sir manyatha,, nagawara, kalyan nagar, ramurthy nagar bridge, tin factory and again in kr puram railway station they will stop 5 to 8 minutes. 75% all volvo buses of dept 28 and few of the buses of dept 25 buses will be doing this. Especially in the kr puram railway station untill train comes they will wait. One day one bus came to kr puram railway station at 8:32 am and train came at 8:46 am after that by 8: 51 am they left from railway station stop. If we ask driver and conductor some of them they will scold us using some bad words. Especially from dept 28 one driver will come he is late he will not take bus before 5 min in each stops. One day we are around 8 people asked him he said you can get down from the bus he is telling. We are not feeling like it is "public transportation", they will behave like there own way. If some traffic inspectors asked them to move also they scold the traffic inspectors itself. If any bus came and over take them means again 5 min they will wait sir. Sir regarding this we complaint so many times to dept manager 28 he taking serious. We complaint so many time we collected and gave the bus numbers also even though there is know use.
Actually hebbal route they will be a more traffic also because of that we are starting early also due to this kind of behavior of driver and conductor we are facing lot of problem sir.
Before that i used to travel from 500 ca, 335, from the buses of dept 13, dept 25, dept mejestic (7) and kadugodi dept never faced this kind of problems 2 years i traveled in this buses never felt like this before. Here last from 10 months itself we feeling some kind of irritation.
