Yesterday I travelled through BMTC AC BUS KA01FA1842 unfortunately AC was not working but conductor charged full ticket fee. Why we should we pay for full fare if we are not get the same in return.

In any such cases either bushes should not run or the conductor should not charge full fare.

Govt must take some attention towards consumer satisfaction and stop charging more in such cases

    I have been trying to get my Student Bus Pass done for the past 1 week, The issuing BMTC officials at Yelahanka Old Town Bus Station have been very rude, The first time I went to the office, they told me that the they will not issue the passes after 3 PM, as far as I know every BMTC employee is supposed to work until 5 PM. Me being a college student cannot be free until 4 PM. So for the second time I went(at 11 AM), they told the application I submitted was an outdated one(which apparently was taken from their own website Link: http://www.mybmtc.com/sites/default/files/student%20pass%20application%20format.... and they gave me a new application, which turns out about to be the same application with different formatting. So I have to wait for 1 more week to submit the so called "NEW" application and get my pass done, HOPEFULLY!!

      Location - outer ring road near agara lake

      Time morning: 8:30 a. M

      Culprit vehicle : ka-01-fa-1934 bmtc red volvo (Serving to tata elxsi prestige shantiniketan)

      I've faced extreme danger also well intended hits by bmtc volvo driver riding so rash that if i were not cautious i would have died getting crushed between bus and a cab. This bus was coming down from flyover it was in extreme high speed. Driver never reduced the speed not thinking of being any vehicles on right coming from under the flyover.

      My speed was hardly 20 kmph. It was helpful for me to be in well controlled speed so that i could ignore worst possible accident. Even then when careless bus driver didn't bothered and went away. I tried to reach volvo bus rider he started cursing back and broke my break light by stucking the bus from back when i tried to stop him for conversation. Conductor and driver both laughing sitting inside safely. Such is their behavior. As if this was not enough third time when i stopped in left side of road it again went crossing so closely from me. This red volvo bus was going to tata elxi office shantiniketan ka-01-fa-1934.

      Unfortunately i could not take driver's photo from front, because he was never stopping and also attempt to such act could have again caused harm to me only, just like how he pushed my bike from back and broke it light.

      It is not about breaking the light or damaging, it is more about how an innocent can get attacked.

      Though i've attached bus pic from back ane my bike that he stuck from back.

      The power and the flexibilty of the volvo bus is misused by doing rash driving. Please take strick action so that its a lesson for other and save the public. Ignoring it is your choice but this may happen to you or your family some day. Think before its too late

        Dear sir/madam

        This is to inform that i, anusha rani, working as assistant commissioner in geographical indications tagged world premium products pvt ltd, hsr layout, bengaluru, was travelling in bmtc bus, route no. 500 f/4, bus no. ka 01 fa 1198 on[protected] at 6:15 pm from hsr bda bus stop to bellandur petrol bunk.
        The conductor on duty was behaved rudely by using abusive words even without the conscious that he is abusing a woman and he didn't stop there, he went on insulting me by abusing me in front of others passengers. i request you to kindly take necessary actions against him.
        Also i suggest you to train the conductors with basic manners and etiquette as to how to behave with passengers as this not the first time that i have seen a conductor behaving rudely and using abusive words. it has become a habit for them. it's high time that a mechanism is formulated to address this issue.
        I hope my request would be considered and obliged at the earliest.

          I was travelling from madivala to jayadeva in bmtc bus KA01FA434 at 8 30 pm on monday 1 Aug 2016. I gave money to the lady conductor but she did not give me the ticket. Instead she gave me some crap paper. I kept asking her, she still didnt give me and did the same with other passenger.

          Please take strict action against this corrupt and adamant lady conductor.

            I was travelling in bmtc bus this early morning at around 7:30 am. Volvo bus conductors will not refund the balance amount. They will simply write at the back of the ticket the amount that they need to refund. Sometimes passengers will forget to collect that amount back in haste.

            Why can't the bus conductors keep enough change with themselves when they know they need to travel daily as part of their daily routine. Even if they have change they will not return thinking some people might forget to take the change back. It might be intentional or unintentional but this is not the correct way to deal with the customers.

            There should be a way out so that passengers should be given some balance token that can be utilized the other day. This has become a serious concern for so many people. Hope some strict action should be taken against this.

              Dear sir, I would like to inform you that . Mr narasimha murty attendence clerk of depot no 30 has not given the correct releving letter and attendance letter to the persons who got promoted from bus conductor to traffic controller in the year 2016. The conductors of the depot no 30 have done duty till 20th June after that they started working as traffic controller and got salary for 20 days. And now in July they are about to get the remaing salary of June.. But this person is not giving the outstanding attendance letter and the conductors are in worry because without that letter they wont get the July salary also.. Pls look into the matter and ask the concerned people to resolve the issue immediately.

                Rude behaviour of conductor in bus ka57f1290

                Dear sir/ madam,

                I am raising this complaint on behalf of another passenger. the issue: ticket total fare is 37, however he gave only 21rs/- ticket. remaining 17rs goes in his pocket.
                This incident happened thrice with this passenger it seems. first when it happened, he was questioned and he was not ready to provide the actual ticket, hence she ignored it. second, when this happened, he gave her a blank ticket. now...

                Today (19/7/2016) morning i was travelling by bmtc volvo vajra bus 500 df which started from hebbal at 8.30 am towards itpl.
                Bus no: ka01fa2158
                Tknno: 12536
                Ticket no :34

                The bus conductor while giving tickets to passengers was leaning too much onto me. I then requested him to please stand aside. From that time on he started verbally abusing me. The bus did not stop at the bus stop in spite of me requesting the driver to stop. It is only when i started raising voice that the bus stopped.

                This behavior by the bus conductor and the driver is truly unacceptable. Also if there is some helpline number available for women passengers, it will help in our safety.

                Please take some action against the bus conductor and the driver so that such offensive behavior towards female passengers come to an end. I also want to know what are the best options we have to safeguard ourselves when such an incident occurs.

                  Today I was traveeling in BMTC bus from Btm layout to jayanagar D'Mart stand.

                  I ask to conductor how much ticket cost.he told 12 Rs.Then I have given 40Rs because we are 3 person.So he told give me 30Rs only and we can travell without ticket.I asked him for a ticket then he was trying to explain like no cheking will come and same excuse he was trying to gave us.Still I insist him to give a ticket then he gave us a ticket.

                  After some distance he told to get down from the bus.But still my destination was not came.So I asked him why we will get down.Then he told your ticket is upto this stand only.Then I clearly told him.I asked you for Jayanagar D'Mart place.I dont know the exact station name.

                  Then finally conductor and bus driver both are insist us to get down from the bus.Then I try to convence bus driver also.He dont wont to listen.then there are some big quarrel has been happened between us.Finally when we get down from the bus at that time also conductor was trying to hit us.Then I told some bad word to that guy because I was furious at that time.It is my mistake I can understand.But then he was came to hit me and my friends with iron road.so litle fought has been happen between me and driver and conductor.

                  I dont know how they can do this.Even If i told some bad word they can also tell some bad thing and they can go.but they fought with me.This is total rudely and not exceptable behaviour.
                  Still i have ticket with me for a proof.If you are not taking any necessary action against them they I will make FIR against driver and Conductor.Please followe the detail which would be helpful for you.

The Driver and conductor of Bus no KA-57 F-745, no 265 hit my car from behind when I was standing in signal.. when I questioned the driver and conductor misbehaved with me.. they spoke in singular and used bad words.. these are the worst people I hv seen.. please take appropriate action against them..

                    Hi sir/Madam,

                    This is to inform you that 171 series buses are not stopping at adugodi signal, when the green signal is on.Actually the bus stop is before that signal only but no bus driver is stopping there, we are waiting for hours and hours to get into the bus and also frequency of the buses also so less.
                    People travelling from adugodi signal to koramangala side are facing lot many issues.
                    Kindly please take action on this and also try to construct one bus shelter over there(at adugodi signali.e., from majestic to koramangala route)

                      Bus no : KA01, FA615 date: 30th June 2016, time 10am
                      I got in from CMRIT college stop. The conductor was busy talking in phone. He came after 5 min. I handed over 6 Rs for ticket till Graphine India Stop. He handed over 1 Rs to me, he kept 5Rs with him, without issuing ticket, he went to next passengers.
                      When i asked him for ticket, he said its not required. When i insisted him to give a ticket, even then he kept neglecting and saying it is just next stop. I told him there will be checking in the graphite india stop, even then he dint seem to care.
                      He gave me already used ticket of 14Rs which was given to somebody else.
                      I did not get time to argue with him and in no mood to start a fight in the morning.

                      This is very unethical behaviour. I have experienced this before many times. The conductors take ticket from people who are getting down. They give the same ticket to another person.

                      This issue has been resolved to a great extent. Now the conductors are issuing tickets even for short journey.. However, there are still some conductors who talk nicely and avoid giving tickets. If you are stern, they will issue the ticket. Still a long way to go for BMTC to be called as the best!

                        I was travelling from nes bust stand (Yelahanka) to apparel park arch.

                        To conductor i gave rs.50 and he gave back rs.20 and asked me to give him rs. 3 change. Since the bus was really full i told him i will give him after sometime bcoz of which he held my rs.10 with him without returning back.
                        On the way the conductor came near me twice and asked me to get upfrom the seat as he wanted to sit there. And he asked me to go back. I replied back telling i cant go back as the bus is full now. He started using bad words against me.
                        When my stop was nearing the bus conductor did not come infront to issue ticket for anyone.Instead he stood in between the other people and was laughing with them. As soon as my stop came i asked the driver to wait for a min so that i can collect change. The driver raised his voice and miss behaved with me. And asked me to get down from the bus and go back for change. As soon as i got down driver just took off the bus. He was very rude.
                        I want both such irresponsible people to be fined so that they never behave so rude to any girl from now on.

                          Hi,
                          I boarded a 500 ca bus (No ka01f4530) from silk board stop to banshankari stop at bangalore at 7 p. M. On 28th june 2016. The bus was so crowded that i could barely stand. The conductor come and asks me for the pass and i told him to wait for some time till i get the pass from my bag. He started shouting at me with all abusive words and when i responded back he told me get down from the bus and come in my own car. When i told him to talk properly or else i will complain he told me that he didn't hit me, so what will i complain about? Honestly should a women wait for someone to hit and physically abuse her and then go and complain? Where are all the women rights that people shout about? Even the driver started abusing me. When i tried to defend the people inside the bus told me to keep quiet because they said nothing is gonna help. This is the hypocrisy they showed because the system has made everyone a coward. If you guys do not take any action then who will be responsible for the security and rights of women in the country? If you need it i even clicked the photo of the conductor but please take strict action against the conductor and the driver.

                            Rude behaviour of the conductor, change due and assaulting for ticket in front of public.

                            Bus Number : KA-01-8675, Route : Outer ring road near doddanekundi to Mahadevapura.

                            The conductor did'nt remember that i gave him the rupee, he gave me the ticket and later he is asking and querying for the ticket again. He started asking others and shouting on me in a louder voice. Has anyone seen this lady giving the ticket ? like that...
                            I suggest every BMTC should install CCTV camera back and front so that any such complains happens, should be tracked and taken action properly. The conductor was around aged 50 years.
                            Such kind of conductor should be dismissed from the service. There should be a ban on liqour for the conductors also.
                            Sometimes conductors are drunken and leads to this kind of misbehaviour.
                            To stop such crimes in a city like bangalore we need CCVTV camera installed on every BMTC as well as VOLVO etc.

                              Today (17th june 2016) i had gone to apply for a concessional students pass for my son. The official verifying the pass behaved in a very demeaning manner with me as well as many others who had come today. He insisted on seeing aadhar card although it is mentioned that it is optional. He literally threw away applications if a person did not produce the aadhar card. He also never gave anyone chance to clarify doubts and kept ordering that everyone listens to him. I do request bmtc to appoint officials who can respectfully deal with public.

                                Description: I am daily commuter in BMTC. I travel from BTM bus stop to Hosakerehalli cross. Yesterday I got into a bus (Bus No. 9548) at Mico Layout between "8:30 PM to 8:40 PM", which was coming from Banashankari towards Silk Board. When I asked conductor for ticket he said give me change, since the fare was 12 Rupees and I dint have 2 Rupees change I gave 20 Rupees. He refused to give me the ticket and asked me get down from the bus, I requested him that I literally dont have change, then also he started misbehaving with me, even he used slang words for me. HE SAID "ARE YOU MENTALLY LOOSE? ", then asked me to get down there only. HE WAS DRUNK ON DUTY, as I could smell.
                                Kindly request you to take serious action against him as it is becoming tough day by day for HINDI SPEAKER to commute in BMTC, It is becoming worse everyday for people like me who dont know KANNADA. Please do needful.

                                  I'm surender, i work as reporter in policevoice paper. I stay in singapura layout from past 8 years, i used to travel in 401-n (Ka-01 f 3821) route is from vijayanagar to yelanka. The issue we are facing is, when ever it rains in that particular route the bus number ka-01 f 3821 from depots 16 deepanjalinagar is leaking heavily and their is no window glass in that bus. The people travelling in that bus are suffering because of this issue. Try to sort it out as soon as possible.

                                    Hello, i'm r. N pradhan. Today (06/14/2016) i was coming from koramangala to agara on bus no. Ka-01 fa-1301. I had sat on a seat, keeping one leg on another, without disturbing any one. But suddenlly the bus conductor came and told me very aggressively to sit according to his wish. I told i am uncomfortabel to sit like that. Then he became very aggressive and raised his hand on me, scolding in some local language. I was hurt by this behaviour by a govt. Bus conductor and i reamained disturbed all the day.

                                    Now i want to see, how bmtc is taking step against this incident and how strict is it's rules.
                                    I request to take necessary and strict steps against this conductor so that he will not do that again with anyone. And bmtc will keep it's pride.

                                      Respected sir/madam,

                                      I commute daily from banashankari 3 rd stage (PES college) to Vijaya Nagar bus stop. The bus route I commute is the 410 series which is 410, 410A, 410C. There are lack of buses which ply in this route. Most of the other busses don't go to Vijaya Nagar. I have to wait for a very long time to get my bus route. I find it very inconvenient. Sometimes I am forced to take a bus to the nearest metro station. From there I have to go to Vijaya Nagar.
                                      A significant amount of time is wasted in this commute. It would be very convenient if the frequency of the 410, 410A series is increased. Also many people travel in this route. Therefore kindly look into this and do the needful.
