KBS-1l, 335E and some other buses are not stopping at commondo hospital bus stop. We need to wait for long time till some buses stops. Even though we tell them to stop they're not stopping.

    I am a regular commuter of BMTC buses have taken Vajra monthly pass. I commute from Doddaballapur and there were Vajra buses at 6am and 6:30am daily and BMTC have stopped these buses saying passengers are less and it is not working out to them.

    The problem we are facing with Vajra buses in morning is they drive very slow and stops 3 to 5 minutes at every stops waiting for more passengers to come to bus. The KSRTC bus takes 45 to 50 minutes to reach from Doddaballapur to Kaveri Bhavan where as BMTC and Vajra buses takes more than one and half hour to reach the same.

    This is causing us delay in travel and we stop using BMTC and depend on KSRTC. Even tho we have BMTC Vajra bus monthly pass, we have to spend money for KSRTC bus in morning to reach our work place on time.

    Please rethink about this provide us the Express or Semi Express bus from Doddaballapur to Kaveri Bhavan which can make us reach Kaveri Bhavan with in 50 minutes or maximum one hour time from Doddaballapur.

      BMTC buses are not stopping in Maharani college bus stop

      Address: Beratena Agrahara, Behind PES College, Near Konappana Agarahara

      I am a regular commuter of BMTC buses from Doddaballapur to Konappana Agrahara, I come in KSRTC bus in morning as BMTC & Vajra buses take one and half hour from Doddaballapur to Maharani College where as KSRTC drops us in 45 minutes.

      I have to catch BMTC bus from Maharani College bus stop to Konappana Agrahara, i reach Maharani college by around 7:20 am and the problem i am facing is that 90 % of Attibele & Chandapura BMTC...

      The bus with the number KA 57-F-1761 today 3rd December was doing a very rash driving near manuvana and the driver was very irresponsible while driving and he was least bothered with surroundings vehicles he hit our car and when we caught him and asked for explanation he was not ready to get down the bus and was making funny faces and later when asked for compensate he started asking apology and started talking nonsense my vehicle left mirror is damaged a bit and there are dark scratches on left door and on left side of bonnet I want this person should be punished

        Address: Bengaluru Metropolitan Transport Corporation, K H Road, Shanthinagar, Bangalore - 560027.

        The driver of BMTC bus number KA 57 F 6000 was driving rashly trying to overtake another BMTC bus. When I tried to ask him to slow down, he tried to damage my car by driving the bus close to my car, finally driving me off the road and onto the footpath. He also shouted that he will turn my car into pieces if I try to get in his way.

        He is endangering the lives of passengers and people on the road with his reckless and irresponsible driving. It is a miracle no one got hurt. BMTC should take severe action against such drivers who have no respect for human lives or decency. This happened near Leela Palace on Old Airport Road at around 3:45pm on 2nd December 2022.

          Frequency of BMTC bus towards Shivajinagar is less from Peenya Dasarahalli and Yelhanka. This is creating alot of chaos among the public to travel to the place on time. It's is tedious to travel in the bus as they are too rushy or overfilled. There are times where there are no buses for 30 to 40 mins. The frequency of bus are too low during the peak hours both in the morning and in the evening.

            I was traveling from Banashanakri to Hsr, asked conductor for scanner, conductor denied upi scanner and immediately told to deboardthe bus, eventhough its mandatory to use digital/UPI transactions for buying tickets, conductor rude behavior embarrassed me in public and conduc5 made me to loose my right.

                    Dear Madam/Sir

                    Drawing your attention towards rash driving of bmtc bus driver of bus KA 57 F-1247 (Wipro gate bus stop via Christ Kormangala campus)
                    I boarded the bus around 3 pm at Christ University Kormangala campus. Observed below instances from drivers behaviour :-
                    1) reckless driving .
                    2) Refusing to open door at the bus stop either letting passengers board in or letting them get down.
                    3) Skipped 4 regular stops where passengers had to get down away from bus stop and again walk till bus stop .
                    4) Ignored traffic police at krupanidhi stop.
                    5) rash driving towards two wheeler.
                    6) Not stopping the bus at the regular stop until passengers requests to do so..
                    7) Refused to open door for 5 school girls .
                    8 ) Repeatedly applying sudden breaks.
                    9) Stubborn to passengers.

                    Expecting you to take necessary actions against the driver and make sure not to repeat such incidents in the interest of public safety.

                      I took a bus from Indiranagar to Madiwala, the ticket costed 20 rs. But I didn't had change so I gave 100 rs, the bus conductor wrote 80 rs behind the ticket, at the end I forgot to take the change money of 80 rs

                          I had taken a BMTC bus numbered 287d from cbi bus stop to corporation which costs 20rs. I have the conductor a sum of 100 rs but forgot to take my change back while getting down due to my tensions for the days NSEA exam.

                            I Boarded the bus 500CH from Mori Gate to new horizon college today i.e. 25th of november 2022 around 11:40. I gave the bus conductor 100 rupee note for which he gave me the ticket and wrote the remaining amount on it to return later.
                            By the time stop came I got a call from my office and I de boarded the bus but realised about the remaining amount later. By that time the bus left I did try to run behind it but eventually it picked up pace.

                            Below are the details for reference:

                            Ticket Number 380475
                            Boarded from Mori Gate
                            DeBoarded at New Horizon College.

                            Please let me know if anything else is needed.
                            Kindly do the needful for the hard earned money.

                              I would like to know the number of busses alloted as 401R from RR Nagar and even the timings of the busses, since we public face daily shortage of 401R busses especially during night times and had to wait for more than 1 & 1/2 an hour for the bus. Kindly solve this issue and do the needful as soon as possible... Thank you

                                Am a Sanjayanagar resident, we aren't getting proper bus facility as we have only 2 buses which runs alternatively and that too very small bus.
                                atleast increase at peek time like 8-10 AM & 5 to 9 PM.

                                from market we have 279A before, Now we have Only 279F at only morning time.

                                People traveling from south of bengaluru to sanjayanagar has bus issues
                                we have take bus for mejestic or Market then take our area bus,
                                but now we have to reach mejestic /Market, then Hebbal from there K2 Bus

                                Kindly resolve it as early as possible

                                  Hello Sir, . I had boarded bmtc bus no KA 57 0584 on Thursday morning 4:30 AM from Majestic to Chandra layout. As scheduled bus followed route till income tax bus stop. Suddenly bus deviated and went through straight after Balaji textiles. It was so unfortunate behaviour of conductor so rude along with driver that they asked me get down in front of "Pakashala" hotel. At that time being along with baggage and no alternative to carry the same till home was unforgettable. So request your administrator to look in such issues seriously. This may be small thing but we pay tax to government genuinely and servants of them don't have attitude what they are supposed to follow. I hope such things to be avoided which will help other public in such situations. Thanks

                                    I am forensic medicine student from GARDEN CITY UNIVERSITY, KR PURAM banglore was travelling home after my college.
                                    As i avail my student pass from tc palya junction to singayakanahalli through hebbal, tin factory.

                                    I was having an work at veeranya palya, i boarded my bus from veeranya palya bus stop, a lady conductor on duty in the bus questioned me and spoke harshly stating why am I boarding the bus from the concerned stop.
                                    This is literally very bad service given by the BMTC the staff of BMTC must know the rules and regulations and should learn how to communicate with the passenger.

                                    The vehicle number is KA01F8664.

                                    I kindly request the authorities to take concerned action on this.

                                      Address: Modern Bus stop

                                      502L running towards Kottigepalya not stopped at Babusapalya @ morning 07:15 .Bus was empty and people from bus stop were waving hands and running behind the bus hoping driver will stop . Bus crossed the stop and stopped after 300mtr + for 2 secs for people to deboard and 4 office going people were running behind the bus to catch driver definitely saw them in mirror but not stopped. I think he wanted to overtake an 500D Hebbala bus or Conductor has instructed him so . What is the purpose to operate long route buses and you dont stop to pick your regualr passengers ?

                                      Couldnt able to get the bus number but hope right authorities can easily find out with the time and route.

                                      502L crossed Babusapalya at 07:15 towards Kottigepalya.
