today i injured in BMTC bus due to carelessness of driver as well as ticket collector. actually today i tool the bus 300E from RAMMURTY circle to SHIVAJI NAGAR the whole way journey was good but when i left the buy suddenly driver close the automatic door an bus was running and i was stucked between the door and seriously it injured me and when i used to shout loudly then that guy open the door and when i went to driver and said about they even shout on me it was the worst experience of my life i never treated like this before if you really care for your customers than please take the correct action against the driver and TC.and please notify me as well that what step u taken for it my mail id is [protected]@gmail.com hope for you quick rply

    It was 9:00am on a Friday morming when I reached BTM Water Tank and was waiting for a bus.201 Bus Came I was forced to board a bus which was crowded and few drunken stinking losers hanging inside. Most of the public buses in Bangalore have hydraulic doors. The hydraulic system is not Closed Why I have a Doubt From Btm Water Tank to East End.There were 4 guys who were blocking my way from going inside the bus. I requested one guy to give me some way, but he refused. I tried pushing him, but he didn’t move.After I Get Down at Jayanar 9 th Block East End bus stop Just 8 Minutes i am in inside the bus.once i get down i checked my pockets then i came to know i lost my Mobile Phone Moto E After Immediately I tried to Catch the bus but the Bus left in a Fraction of Seconds.Then i called to my no Switch OFF.Kindly Check my Mobile IMEI no [protected].I[censored] Found Means Kindly Call email me shiva.in.[protected]@gmail.com.Kindly Take Some Action Against to Pick Pocketers Save the People.Not only Me Who are Traveling in that Route Most of the People Suffered about these thing.I have one Doubt that Conductor and Driver Also Tie Up with Pickpocters why because they didn't Close Hydralic Bus Doors once they theft mobile they can get down at running bus also.Take Strick Action About these Things.Save BAngalore as well as Save India

      VOLVO Reg KA 01, FA 1396, 3335E plng between kadukodi and majestic bus station:


      I am regular user of 3335Eto communicate to my office. This morning, 27th Sep 2014 at 0900 hrs. The driver was driving very rashly and in the process applied sudden brakes seriously injuring a lady passenger.She was thrown out her seat with her child and hit the yellow bar in the neck. I rushed with few passengers and held her.Her husband was shocked. When we confronted the driver, he was very arrogant and did not show any remorse. The lady conductor was silent in the happening. I will squarely blame not the driver, but the in charge who manage all drivers. They all need good training continuously and to speak to passengers with good manners.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />


      Pl teach the drivers some good conduct ad etiquettes to deal with passengers. You are also charging high
      rates with the Volvo, but more than 20 % Volvo, ac is not functioning. The car drivers also do not put the ac on, if there few passengers. It is so suffocating to travel in the Volvo bus without ac.

      Pl look into these issues urgently to retain your good brand value.

        I have got into BMTC bus at around 1.15 pm RoopenaAgrahara Busstop in Bangalore and the bus was crowded.Immediately in the next stop which comes in less than 1 minute the checking inspector got in to the bus and asked me to pay the fine, and the conductor did not even come front for me to take ticket.When trying to explain the situation the inspector was not ready to listen and forced me pay the fine.As there is no other way I have to pay the fine.He started using abusing words when tried to explain the situation.Even Conductor also told him that he did not come front to issue the ticket the inspector was not ready to accept and forcibly took fine from me of Rs.200 /- and the receipt number is Y-14 B 009601.Please do justice to me not because of money but the way the inspector behaved with me was not correct.

        He was asking me to come to police station if I am not ready to pay the fine and asking to show my wallet when told him that I dont have enough money to pay the fine.Even the co passengers were explaining the situation but the person was not ready to hear any thing and more over he was shouting and using unparlimentary language.

          Hi Team, I want to bring to your notice that many of the BMTC drivers and conductors do not answer to our queries in a polite way. They do not know how to talk or behave with women passengers. They pick up irrelevant topics if any query is asked to them. The level of decency they maintain is so horrible. They behave like gundas, rowdis to the passengers. Some people behave like as if they own the bus and everything is under their control. They even behave like as if they have made the rules for the passengers and BMTC will follow accordingly. Here I want to ask 2 basic questions. Do you really take any measure to train the your employees to behave well? Are you even aware of how the drivers are treating the passengers on day to day basis? We don't want women to experience any cheap behaviour from your drivers or conductors. After all please keep in mind we are not travelling for free. Thanks, Niveditha

            Today bus no.KA-01F 3835 near to kaval byrasandra bus stand stopped the vehicle after to pickup the passengers on the mid of the road even after leaving the bus stand while overtaking the bus from right side, the above bus hit my car in the left side and damaged my left mirror, while complaining the same by stopping the vehicle the staff in the bus started abusing me and my wife as if it was my fault.The bmtc buses stop anywhere on the road to pick the commuters and it crates a heavy traffic jam regularly in this area.please take necessary action in this regard and instruct the staff not to stop on the mid of the road.

              Respected Sir/Madam, Please Improve the frequency of Bus G3. All office goers find it difficult due to less bus service. Please improve the number of buses from Electronic city to Brigade road as people like me are totally dependent on it. Past 1 week it has become a huge problem .

                Hi, I am nagendra.Yesterday(08/09/2014) I travelled from shantinagar to bommanahalli in BMTC Bus having number "KA57 F1500" Bearing Route no: 356 . Around 6:05PM the Driver did too harsh driver where all passengers got scared by his driving. So many passengers asked him to go slow but he didn't listen to them. Every time he was going so closer to other buses travelling aside i could say the gap he left might be &lt;5mm. I have my travelling tickets with me and I want to lodge complaint against him and asking for seviour punishment to him from BMTC Side.I want to know the status of the complaint also please let me know status to below email id: nagendrababu.[protected]@gmail.com.                   I wasn't having change, instead of giving change conductor started abusing me. Just because I'm not from South India and I don't speak Kannada, he didn't give me change. All of that, he started telling me to speak in Kannada, then he'll will give me change. I have noticed another thing also that he gave change Kannada spoken people only. Had a bad experience.                     There is a huge problem with the Bmtc bus drivers in terms of their rude behavior and non stopping bus at the relevant stops(he comes over the fly over at veerannana palya, even he didnt think people are waiting for bus at this stop) . Abusing the common people / passengers who asks about this . Sometimes they don't even think and make people to board the bus while moving or suddenly closing the doors even then they notice somebody is boarding or leaving the bus . The same experienced by me today morning, when asked about this to driver were abusive enough. This is creating a lot of problem in terms if our daily travel. Dat[protected] Time - 9.15am number - ka 57 f -1188 Route No : 502G (yeshwantapur to itpl) Driver : black coloured short height, bit baldy head person (dont knw the name) Kindly action on the concerned staffs.                       On 2/9/14 I got into a bus heading bommanahalli from majestic.I saw that though there were many ladies standing in the bus(including me), two of the ladies seats were occupied by police constables and kindly asked them to follow the rules by letting us sit, but to my horror what followed next was series verbal abuse directed towards me.It all started with those constables yelling at me that they wont be following any rules and me being a girl had to be docile and submissive and I shouldnt be questioning the authority, also they told me that they do social service and i'm being inhuman for not letting them sit to which i replied that its their duty to serve people and they aren't doing it for free, if they were really serving people they wouldn't have occupied ladies seat, and they are the ones who are supposed to uphold the law instead they are just crushing it under their feet. They also told me that they are not at all scared of any kinds of complaints against them and threatened to hit me if i back answered them, which was really barbaric.I was totally frustrated, deeply hurt and overwheled with anger because of their behaviour and it was so annoying to see that the conductor was just a dumb spectator of all these happenings.
                      Its my sincere request to the higher authority to take neccessary actions and steps to prevent the violation of rules. It will also be more helpful and kind of you if you made it even more clear that ladies' seats are meant only for ladies and not for gents, no matter whether they are police or just a layman(not to mention, rule is a rule even for a fool). And I ALSO HAVE A PHOTO OF IT INCASE YOUNEEDA PROOF.I hope that u'll be taking necessary actions.

                      you are absolutely correct, they have to be punished. Even i have lodged the complaint on BMTC male staff on this site with photos. Only thing is we should wait and see whether these people will be punished intime.

                        My name is Sonia James, working as a employee in a nationalized bank . i used to travel in BMTC bus with a day pass. On 02nd September 2014, morning 8.am i got in the above mentioned BMTC bus (290 E) bus no KA 53 F 218., One lady ticket checker, Police inspector and another official person also stepped in the bus at the same time along with me, I was the only person got in the bus from that bus stop. The bus was not with much passengers, i got one seat, and those persons were start checking tickets of the passengers, . When the lady ticket checker approached me, i said i just now only got in to the bus and the conductor did not issue me ticket, but she did not agree with me and was shouting at me with rude way and asked me to pay fine of Rs.500 or above as if i am a ticket less passenger, she was keep on saying to pay Fine. How ever. another lady passenger told her(lady ticket checker) that " She(myself) just now only got into the bus behind you (lady ticket checker) from the same bus stop where you (lady ticket checker) got into. That time she (lady ticket checker) got convinced about the event. Then she(lady ticket checker) interrogating by raising questions to me that from "which door you entered in the bus and which bus stop ", not only once but repeatedly she was throwing questions. Finally i got bus day pass from the conductor, and i felt very much worried and disappointed over the lady checkers rude words and way of behavior to me who was no way committed any mistakes.. And like every ordinary person, i told that madam, i will make complaint for this bad behavior from a official person like you, for that she replied " Its a service only we are doing", Then i asked her name, she did not say, and She was not even wearing the Official ID Card She was not even ready to say a sorry for the mistake that happened from her side. My humble request is, that Ticket examiners are necessary for checking and taking stringent actions in the cases of ticket less travels. But they should not be impolite and treat public as WORMS.                           From silk board to itpl
                          Bus reached at silk board stop at 8.30 am ist, waited for 5 minutes.

                          Then, bus took service road from hsr apartments to bda without even predicting the service road is blocked and again took a reverse/wrong route & wasted out 30 minutes over there. Inpsite the main road is without any traffice. Total time taken was 30 mns from silk board to hsr bda stop.

                          Then the bus stops at every bus stop atleast for 2 minutes. The bus reached to itpl at 10.45 am only. More than 2 huors from silk board, which is a long time.

                          The volvo bus pass is raised to 2, 350 rs but there is no proper a/c working in the bus or the cruisse does not even switch on /control the temperature

                            Respected sir, I would like to bring to your notice that the 60 and 77 series buses are to crowded as the frequency of these buses is lesser than the number of people traveling in them.There are many people traveling in these buses mostly students. The male bus conductor keeps moving from one end to other end issuing tickets and his movement from here and there again and again makes all the female very uncomfortable. So, on behalf of all the females, I request you to either employee both male and female conductors in the buses that are crowded or make a rule that the tickets must issued to the females before entering the bus. I request you to look into this matter and do the needful for us.

                                Hi Team I am daily BMTC traveller to my office. Every day the bus conductor expects full change to be given. Its highly not possible for me to give the change every day unless i have a printing machine at home... And having money printing machine is definitely an offense. And using passes also not useful for me as I do not utilize is fully. Well I truly understand so many commuters use BMTC service every day. And it is difficult for them also to return the change to all the passengers. I suggest BMTC to come up with a concept of smartcard which can be used just like a debit card. These option are well used in Train travels and the same should be adapted for BMTC services as well.

                                  Respected sir, This is to bring to your notice that the lady conductor of route number 600 QA and the vehicle number is KA 57 FI 503 from banashankari to attiblle . Misbehaved with me and my friend at about 3.35 pm on 6/8/2014 "we had boarded the bus from jayanagar 5 th block . We had given her 102 rrupees and asked for a 2 tickets one to BTM UDAPI GARDEN AND the second one to Hosa road she gave us only one ticKet of 12rupees and wrote 70 rupees on the back of the ticket when we asked for another ticket she started arguing with us we kept quite.Then when my friend got down at Hosa Road bus stop and asked for the change she gave her only 50 rupees and on asking for another 20 rupee she abused her .                                   I travel by BMTC&#039;s KIAS 6 to commute to and from work on a daily basis, and have never had any problems - until today. The bus I took today (25/2/2015) was KIAS 6, leaving the Airport at 8.30 am. I alighted the bus at 9.30 am at Mekhri Circle, and requested the conductor for a ticket to Varthur Kodi. He informed me that since the bus was faulty (really?), they would take a detour at Kundalahalli Gate. As a result, I would have to get off there, and find my way to Varthur Kodi either via another bus or take an autorikshaw. He proceeded to issue me a ticket to Kundalahalli Gate, which cost Rs. 85, the same price as a ticket to Varthur Kodi.

                                  On nearing Kundalahalli Gate, I am informed that the reason for this detour is that the driver and conductor don&#039;t want to &#039;sit in traffic&#039; from Hope Farm to Kadugodi, which they can avoid if they travel via Kundalahalli Gate. When I insisted that they follow the correct route, and drop me off at Varthur Kodi as I had originally requested, the conductor demanded Rs. 20 - which was to be my fare from Kundalahalli Gate to Varthur Kodi! When asked for their names and IDs, they refused to give it to me.

                                  This behaviour - creating detours at their convenience and charging extra fares - is not acceptable. I request you to look into this matter, and follow-up with me on what actions you have taken at the earliest.

                                  I take the KIAS 6 bus routinely to commute to and from work. I have never had any issues until Wednesday, 26/2/2015. The bus I took was the KIAS 6 bus that left the airport at 8.30 am - I alighted the bus at 9.30 am at Mekhri Circle. As always, I asked my conductor for a ticket to Varthur Kodi (Rs. 85). He informed me that since the bus was faulty, they would only go as far as Kundalahalli Gate, from where the bus would take a left towards ITPL. He told me that I would have to get off there, and either take an auto/alternate bus. He gave me a ticke to Kundalahalli Gate, which costs the same as a ticket to Varthur Kodi.

                                  As we near Marathahalli, I am learn from the driver and conductor that the real reason they are not going along the scheduled route is that they don&#039;t want to &#039;sit in traffic&#039; from Hope Farm to Kadugodi. When I insisted that the bus follow the correct route, and drop me at my desired destination, the conductor asked me for extra money. He said that I had only paid for a ride until Kundalahalli Gate - and needed to pay extra for a ride from Kundalahalli Gate to Varthur Kodi!

                                  This is blatant harassment of passengers, and is uacceptable. Please follow up with me on what actions you have taken.

                                    Hello Sir, Sub : This is in reference to driver of Volvo Bus, route number 500-A with registration number KA 01 FA 1927. Time of Incident and Route - 4th Aug 2014 Monday morning (7:30AM) 500-A bus moving from Hebbal to Banashankari. The driver and the conductor were using intolerable truly vulgar languages over the people who were passing by in traffic. There were so many ladies sitting in the bus and quite a few senior citizens, the driver didn't even had the basic decency. He was also too slow in reaching the destination (Banashankari Bus Stop) and we commuters (completely helpless) could not tell me him anything due to his vulgar behaviour/language. As I mentioned it was a Monday morning and all were in a hurry to reach the office, but the driver had no concern over this even though the traffic was minimal. He took 2 hours to reach Silk Board Junction. I was planning to take a audio piece as well a video clipping of his driving and bad words usage, but denied of his erratic behaviour. I kindly request the concerned Dept to take serious action on this driver and, the conductor who was supporting him. Regards, Shiva Ram Holla

                                      Dear sirs,
                                      To whom so it may concern

                                      I stay at K R Puram.
                                      Till last month the PASS issue till 10 PM near the Bus stand on the last day of the month.
                                      This time on 31-07-14 found no one available to give pass.

                                      Morning I came to Majestic to get the new pass at counter.
                                      For only VOLVO bus pass all conductors give.

                                      This cause time waste, to take leave on that day, money also waste to take extra ticket
                                      Can you please arrange to issue monthly pass at KSRTC TRAVEL HOUSE or at the K R
                                      PURAM counter from 06:00 AM on 31st and 1st of every month.
