When I was travelling today in the bmtc bus from bel circle to hoskote a 500 series bus at about 5.25 to 5.45pm, I have lost my shoes in the left second row.the shoes were purple and pink in colour.I anyone finds it plz let me know

    Balance amount not given back

    I forget to collect my money back, I took bus from Nagavara bus stop to Tin Factory I gave 100 rupees and ticket was of Rs.20, I did not have change so conductor wrote 80 in back of ticket. from where should I collect my remaining balance.

    Dear Respected Bmtc manager I’m requesting you to please conduct few more buses in Sarjapura rote
    Today I was having internal exam I’m our clg in Hsr layout I came and I was standing in Kaikondrahalli bus stop
    From 30 - 45 minutes not even one single bus came, after waiting so much time one bus came that is already full of rush so I am not able to travel in that
    So please I request dear honour please provide few more buses to this rute so that we can travel easily,
    Not only me so many ladies and women’s also facing this problem

    I hope you understand our problem and you will solve this soon

      Sir,
      I am Shabeer from Bommanahalli. I travelled on bmtc KA-57-F-4288 in 2-NOV-22 at 7:30 from Bommanahalli to gorapalaya stop. The issue is i gave cash to the conductor and he didn't issue me the ticket. I asked twice but after that the conductor is looking at me very rudely. I need justice. I also have a request that please ensure each and penny amount goes for bmtc. That's my concern.

              In most of the purple electric bus. Mens are standing where women's have to stand the first half portion of bus.and mainly all the men's are sitting in the ladies seat.they don't even leave the seat after asking.telling the driver/ conductor is of no use. They tell adjust or ask n sit if they leave. All the men's are standing in front and how can ladies stand between so many men's. It's very uncomfortable and not felling safe. They touch wherever they want and keep quiet.we will not know who is touching also. They don't go back side even after telling many times. Conductor says can't do anything have to adjust. It's very rude and non of the men have any respect towards ladies. Feels like slapping them. When they ignore after complaining also. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR CONDUCTORS AND DRIVERS TO BEHAVE PROPERLY WITH LADIES AND MAKE SURE MENS STAND BACK AND LADIES CAN SIT IN LADIES SEAT.

                    There is no buses from past 1hour from hosa road junction to Marathahalli. Waiting since 11:00 and it's 12:15 now. Not only today, there will be delay everyday

                      The conductor of 500D purple bus which I boarded today morning at 8AM in kalyannagar, touch my butt while getting down in the stop on the verge of taking the roll for the ticket from his bag which was behind the driver, i was taken by surprise n shock for a moment otherwise i would have broken his bloody hands. Please arrange bus only for ladies with a lady conductor or all such ### will be thrashed. Teach manners to to all ur staff n how to treat ladies.

                          We are waiting nearly 1 hour to get the bus from shivaji nagar to marathali... Same while coming from marathali it's hard to get one bus to shivaji nagar... It's a humble request to put busses in this line

                            After flyover from hebbal all buses police direct towards service road which very small road and it's two way and people park there vehicles too, it's very difficult to pass that road and all officials who travelled through bus getting late to office, and who are coming in own vehicle allowing them to main road, it's not fair, u should let people in own vehicle in service road and allow bmtc busses in main road. For it's become every day problem, due to heavy traffic it's difficult for us to reach office. Request you to allow all buses in main road.

                              Today afternoon around 2 30-35 I got into BMTC bus with vehicle number KA 57 F 1086. I gave 40 rupees to conductor and 5 rupees change also for majestic it's 25 rupees but conductor started to argue with me like I have given 25 in order to return my 20 rupees he started to abuse and shout at me we had a strong heat up argument he said he will count the total and if their is any variation in amount I will pay you how the hell I remember the amount I have paid I need to wait for money what kind stupid reaction was itplease tell your officials to talk properly with the passengers and behave properly I hope I might get proper response from your end

                                378 route to kengeri.. overtaking a lot to other bus which was going to uttarahalli.. driver and conductor should know there are lot of kids traveling with them..

                                  Hi,

                                  Bus No. KA-57 F-3360, Date- 13/10/2022, Time- 5:53pm. I asked for a ticket from KR.Puram Railway Station to New Horizon College and the ticket costs 20/-. Conductor took 25/- and denying to return the extra 5/- and to exchange the ticket. He is saying I have said to issue ticket for Silk Board and talking in a round about way.

                                  This is a sort of misconduct with the daily passenger like me. This kind of misbehaviour is not expected from BMTC.

                                  I'd like to request to check this matter and I would wait for the refund of extra 5/- in my account at an early basis. UPI id- [protected]@oksbi.

                                    There are no buses running from Mekhri circle towards Rajajinagar.
                                    I have experienced this trouble lot of times and this is really disgusting! I have been waiting in mekhri circle since 2pm, it's 3:30 pm now!
                                    According to records there are a number of buses ( numbered 180 and 176 ) scheduled in these timings but i didn't come across a single bus here.
                                    This is really shameful on your part! Action has to be taken on this!
                                    Very poor service!
