Hi,
Today Aug-03-2011, at around 9:00 am, I dropped my wife to her office in electronic city, infosys gate-7, and I was about to start off my bike, suddenly a BMTC VOLVO bus with registration number KA01-F-3974 passed rubbing by bike on the right, I was lucky to balance not to fall. Even a little more impact would have resulted in a terrible accident. There was no reason why the BMTC driver could not see. I was shocked by his rash driving.

Please take necessary action.

Thanks,
Madhusudhana

I completely agree with this complaint..

Other vehicles are forced to brake in narrow/moderately wide roads when a Volvo
passes by.

Volvo's switch lanes and brake really hard.
There is no discipline whatsoever.

I am a frequent Volvo traveller myself and have noticed drivers drinking water
and munching on food while driving.

They should try and understand that all vehicles on road are not of
Vovlo's vehicular specifications and the rest also deal with slow moving traffic.

BMTC — Drink and Drive

Dear sir,

We travel every day in bus.Every day the charge from Bommanahalli to Check post will Rs.8, But Driver has took 10 Rs , And also he was not giving changes properly to the public and the bus number is KA 01FA1824

    Hi,
My name is Pallavi. I have traveled in the BMTC Vajra service since last week between Ragi Gudda and J. P. Morgan chase on Outer Ring Road. Today however, since I was late to work I took a normal BTS bus that said Tin Factory. While buying the ticket I asked for J. P. Morgan Chase, the conductor, a lady, gave me the ticket and said it's called Kadubeesanahalli not J.P. Morgan Chase. I understood that as the name of the stop being Kadubeesanahalli. I accepted the ticket and sat down.
I was not aware that these stops are not the same. When we neared J.P.Morgan Chase, since the bus did not stop, I asked the driver if he would stop so I could get off, he told me there is no designated stop there and I would have to get off in the next stop. This I have no problem with but I looked at the conductor and asked her why she did not tell me this when I was boarding the bus, she told me I did tell you it was Kadubeesanahalli. But I said I did not know these stops were not the same since it was my first time on a BTS. She said she couldn't care if I was that stupid. I had to get off earlier to get to my work place. She then proceeded to make fun of the fact that I was listening to my mobile so I was probably deaf and that I was blind as well. She then went on to call me a "###" in Kannada and when I was getting off the bus threatened to teach me a lesson. Nobody including the driver intervened when this was happening and after I did get off the bus at Marath halli bridge, she still proceeded to call me some obscene words in Kannada while everyone just looked on.
This has been a severely traumatic experience for me and I am still shaking as I write this. I will consider legal action against the conductor if BMTC does not take action against her. The bus drove off too fast for me to note down its route number. But the vehicle number is KA 01 FA 1465. I think the route number is D 12. I got on the vehicle at around 10 40 AM at Ragi gudda and got off around 11 30 AM at Marathalli bridge today Aug, 1 2011.
I am genuinely unaware of bus stops since the Vajra buses don't really announce the stops and the conductors are courteous enough to tell you when your stop is nearing.
I am willing to identify the conductor if necessary. As I said I am considering legal action as well as talking to the press on how this is such a menace to society.
Please let me know how to proceed.
    Thanks,
    Pallavi

BMTC & Vajra Buses — Rash Driving

The following buses were driving very rashly on the Old Airport Rd (heading towards Marathalli) dtd 14th Oct 08, Approx 8.50 AM. Both the buses were racing & were changing lanes without any regard to other vehicles around & even scraped past my car in the process. The 1st bus in this context is a Vajra Bus No KA 01 FA 1279. The 2nd bus in context is a BMTC bus No KA 53 1788. This utter disregard of traffic rules must not be tolerated.

BMTC — Conductors don't give tickets and they are abusive

On 18th Dec, 2009, I had traveled in a BMTC bus where in the conductor refused to give me my bus ticket till the end. My ticket charged 6Rs and I didn't have the exact change so gave a 100 Rs note. He was already complaining and grumbling that he didn't have change to give me and returned 95rs. I knew he wouldn't give me the ticket and found a 1 re coin in my purse and told him to give me the ticket. He gives a terrible look and signals me to wait. I stressed again saying take this one re and give me the ticket. He stared at me so rudely as though i did some crime. In fact i told him that there might be a ticket checking so give me the ticket and he coolly brushed passed me and said no one would check. These conductors are so argumentative and don't know how to speak. When there is a ticket checking, the authorities catch the passengers and don't say anything to the conductors. Conductors don't give us the ticket not that the passengers don't want to take a ticket. This is like a regular harassment in the bus.I would like the officials to do something about this. KA 01 FA1868 was the bus I traveled on 18th Dec 2009 from Vaidehi to Kundhalahalli Colony (Bus number was a 335 series, not sure).
this is a routine affair for the staff of btmc volvo bus drivers and conductors on itpl route
I would like to bring to notice the shameful behavior of BMTC conductor who was abusive towards fellow passengers, refused to cooperate, talked rashly with a female co passenger. When I asked for change in return, the conductor refused to offer the change(he could have told before hand he did not have change in which case a passenger might not have boarded the bus) and started abusing. He refused to talk/did not know hindi(Official and national language of India) with another passenger and again started abusing when he asked for pending Rs.10 in return. There was one more incident in which the conductor just gave a Rs.100 note and told 2 passengers to settle the change amount among st them and when both passengers refused they were forcefully made to get down two stops after their scheduled destination and needless to say he still did not budge and did not give away the change. Yes all this happened during my short trip from cosmos-kundanahalli to bellandur. It will be a disgrace on BMTC's part if such individuals are let off without any punishment. The crew should be counselled on how to behave with fellow passengers.BMTC already has a negative image due to such corrupt individuals and if no action is taken it will only further consolidate BMTC's deteriorating image and along with it spoil Bangalore's image in eyes of people.

      Hi,
This complaint is regarding a driver's attittude to the commuters. The driver's duty is to open the doors as per the commuters request. All buses Volvo or ordinary ones open the door at BEL Circle signal stop.Since the signal takes time to go Green, usually everybdy gets down at red(since its a main stop and people have to go to different routes). But here this driver is too harsh & arrogant and picks up a fight with the commuters and adamant not to open the door at any cost. The Bus route is 276(KBS-Vidyaranyapura), No:- ka-01 fa 2272. The driver nameplate was missing but he's a plump fellow who takes up evening 6.30-7.00 route from KBS.This bus comes across BEL Circle around 7.00-7.30.
This driver needs strict warning from officials.Plz take due action for this complaint.I am posting this complaint as a representative for lots of people who has faced this situation.

This event happened on 20th July 2011, 4:30 PM when I boarded the Volvo bus – 201R (KA01 F9006) from Madiwala and was going to BEML gate. I know the fair is 35.00 rupees as I regularly travel in this rout. But the conductor was charging me 40.00 rupees, when I asked him politely that why he was charging more. He was so violent suddenly and asked the driver to stop the bus. Both conductor and driver started threatening me and told me they will take the bus to the Madiwala police station. Then they took the bus back to the Madiwala police station. After a series of discussion in police station I got back my money, but I had missed that bust and had to wait for long hours to catch the next bus.
Here I want to say.. . it is not about the money , but the misbehavior the conductor and driver were shown was really intolerable . They do not care about the passenger and they behave just like mafia and rowdies and there is no strict law to punish these people. Even I requested the police to take action but they are not ready to listen anything.
I request you to take action against the conductor so that he will learn a lesson from his mistake.

BMTC buses bangalore — Misbehaving and Cheating conductor

I boarded MBS15(KA01 8550) from HAL kalyanamantapa at around 9:40 am. I got a ticket to ITPL backgate, the condutor didnt give me the balance, instead wrote the amount at the back of the ticket. While my stop was approaching i asked the conductor for balance amount. First he pretended like he didnt hear me. Then somehow i got his attention and asked him for the balance. By that time the bus reached the stop. Inspite of having change, he said he didnt have and asked me for the change. Since i didnt have, he gave me less than actual amount and asked me to get down at the stop. I refused and i pointed out that he had enough change. Then he started yelling in local language and asked the driver move. I argued with him and somehow got the balance. When i asked the conductor to stop the bus he didnt mind and the driver too. And then i had to get down at the next stopping.

That is not all. Every day some thing or the other like this happens to almost all. Either they don't give the balance or they take money little less than actual and dont give tickets and if somebody has the guts to ask for, then they will start shouting as if it was the passengers fault. BMTC has to look into this very seriously. BMTC has to appoint checking inspectors to get hold of this misbehaving conductors/drivers. I've been travelling daily in local BMTC for the past 8 months and so far has not seen a single ticket checking inspector. If this is the condition, then why won't be BMTC under huge loss. After all, the conductors and drivers are filling their pockets.
I liked this content/ article. I would certainly recommend the same to others as well. from: http://www.picturebite.com
Yes the same happened to my friend. She asked for the balance to the conductor, he noded the head. Thniking that he will come front she got down the bus, but the conductor signaled the driver to start the bus. Hope all these complaints sholud be seen by the authority and do the needful
Yes the same thing happened to my sister also. When she asked the conductor for the balance, he simply asked her to get down from the bus. My sister being young got afraid and got down from the bus without receiving the change at all...
I seriously hope that some strict actions to be taken to these conductors...
7.30 AM onwards it is peak time for bangalore traffic. And most of the daily commuters who are travelling far distance has taken volvo monthly pass of 1500 ruppes. paying this much amount is fine only. But people should get the facility which they are charged. There are very less number of buses with less frequency in out outring road. Need to wait for one ITPL bus for 10 to 15 mins. and again stand for almost 2 hours with fully packed bus. People are not able to stand also comfortably. Please incease the frequency of busues during peak hours. morning 7.30 to 9 atleast. and evening from ITPL also after 7 there is very less number of buses. all are standing for the entier distance.
I travel regularly by volvo 333z from Mahalakshmi Layout to Marthalli. I again board the same bus in the evening to reach back to Mahalakshmi Layout..

My complaint here is.. The bus displays the number as 333Z when it starts from Mahalakshmi Layout to indicate it is going towards ITPL..

Similarly they are expected to display the number as 333Z when it leaves ITPL and is going towards Mahalakshmi Layout.. The bus displays 335E which is an indication of ITPL to KBS.. Poople waiting for the bus to reach beyond KBS like Rajajinagar, Mahalakshmi layout are misguided..

On enquiring the driver.. he responds saying nobody can makeout its going to Majestic and we dont get good collection.. As I understand the buses are arranged not for money collection and it is meant for the convenience of the people commuting from one end of the city to the other..

THEY HAVE TO DISPLAY THE BUS NUMBER AS 333Z TO AND FROM FROM MAHALAKSHMI LAYOUT TO ITPL AND THE SAME APPLIES FOR RETURN TRAVEL TOO...
I take 500BM volvo, which starts from RBI layout..
The bus is supposed to leave by 8.25 but the bus comes to the stop at 8.45 almost everyday.

This is causing lot of inconvenience to the people travelling from RBI to ITPL.

Since there is only one bus per hour, we have to depend on that bus only.

Everyday more than 20 ppl will be waiting fot the bus.

        Please look into the issue.
Today I boarded at Volvo bus no.825 which was going from Majestic toward Hebbal at morning 9am. Bus registration no. was KA-57-F-973. My destination was Palace Ground. When I got up to get down at Palace Ground the driver didn't stop the bus saying there were not many passengers to get down so he cannot stop it there I need to get down at next stop which was Merki Circle, despite of requesting him several times he didn't stop the bus and I had to get down at the next stop. I possess a bus pass which cost 2250Rs. After paying this much amount is this the behaviour I am suppose to face and this happened many times earlier as well. Please take some action this.
I travel daily from majestic in 335E with a monthly pass, holders are always iltreated with bad words as it doesn't count for there revenue.
And happens to stop bus for long time and sometimesomany a times over taking wit other buses.plbuses.pleas mind conductor to behave well.
There happens lot of cheating when it comes to givin back change amount too.

          Hello sir,

Today morning I was waiting for the Bus on Hosa Road Junction for Silk Board. Bus # 600CK stopped at Hosa Road Junction. But when I knocked the door of the bus, driver refused to open the door after numerous requests.

First I thought, he did not see me. But later after numerous reminders, he saw me and signaled to take another Bus.

The bus was full and the conductor was in other side . So I can't do my ticket just after getting into the bus . I give the fare to conductor after BEML gate stop 10 /- . The driver starts shouting in kanara and refused to give the ticket .So i have to get down from bus without ticket though I gave the money .

This kind of misbehave cannot be tolerated and you should take action against 314 .

              Hi
My name is Anurag, I wanted to share the experience of cheating that I faced from a BMTC 500 series bus no KA F 4598 , which was travelling from Silk board to Hebbal. I have been travelling in BMTC busses for 2 years now, and consider them the most safe way of travelling but this incident has completely changed the view about BMTC volvo buses. I generally carry change of 100 so that I donot have problem buying ticket and so that there is no problem getting a change from the conductor. Today 3rd july 2011, I boarded the bus KA F 4598,at Silk Board to Marathahalli Multiplex stop, as usual was carring 5, Rs 10 notes. I gave the conductor 40Rs as the price had increased by 5Rs extra. But he had no change at all. Instead of giving him 40Rs for a 35Rs ticket, he was not able to return 5Rs and wrote down at the back of the ticket to be given later, taking into consideration silk board is the starting point he is supposed to have change. I trusted the conductor and came till my drop point, when I showed the ticket to get my change at marathahalli, he wipes out the Rs5 written by him from the back of the ticket and gives me a 2Rs. I said that I would not take 2Rs as this has happened a day before as well. Even a 1Rs has value. Then the conductor started shouting at me. He gives me a 10Rs note and asks me to go get the change. In the mean time I started writing the Bus no. and he realised I was about to complain. He again started at me threatening me not to complain. He also didnot return 5Rs. I also didnot feel safe and human to fight with a conductor over 5Rs. But its not just me who is being cheated. This has started happening more in volvo buses since the increase of fare by 5Rs. This needs to be checked ASAP, so that the respect for BMTC continues. But also to say that there are conductors who return the change to a passenger by requesting a change from a different BMTC bus but this bus conductor didnot even do that and he wanted me to get a change and return him, where as it is supposed to be his duty. In case he donot have change he would have asked me to get down at the silk board bus stop itself as the ticket was cut when the bus was standing at the silk board bus stop.
The following are the details, please take strick action on such culprits:
              bus no.: KA F 4598
              Ticket no.: 001725
              Date on ticket: 03/07/2011 12:55:34
              SILK BOARD - MARTHHALI B
              total dist: 14Kms
              FULL : 1 x 35.00 = 35.00

In case the ticket is required, I have the ticket with me

              Thanks & Regards
              Anurag

BMTC — BMTC bus conductor cheats

It was outrageous and incredibly inconvenient incident this morning happened.

Morning I took ticket at Marathalli to BTM Rs 11/-. I paid Rs 50/-, conductor

said he won't write on the back of ticket but he will give refund of remaining

              38. For sometime he argued as I gave him Rs 20/- later he said to come to

              Banshankari and collect money.

              Date: 05-Oct-2009 5.30 AM
              Bus no : KA-01 F-4569
              Ticket No : NF36 445117

His behavior is so bad and worst, he will keep cheat every passenger this way.
Please take action on this conductor to make sure he will not do this to other passengers and spoiling BMTC image.
I really don't know if there is any use in raising complaints against BMTC bus conductors. On 9th April 2010, I boarded the bus G-4( KA 01 FA 2219) from BTM to go to Johnson market circle. The conductor asked to me pay Rs 8 but in spite of insisting for a ticket, he refused and moved to the backside of the bus. Moreover the bus was crowded.

BMTC — Cheating by Volvo bus conductor

              Hi,
I want to lodge a complaint against bus conductor:
              Bus details:
              Bus no.:356N Volvo
route : Forum to Rupena agrahara.

              Complaint:
The fare was for 3 people, the bus conductor took Rs. 40 and didn't give the tickets,
while getting down i gave him remaining rs. 5 and told him to give ticket.
The bus conductor refused to take rs. 5 and ask me to get down at my station.
As a responsible citizen, i insisted for ticket, the conductor took rs. 5 and gave me the summary of day instead of the ticket.
by the time i realized that it is not a proper ticket, the bus had let the station.
I want a strict action against such an unloyal employee.

The information gather from the summary ticket is it's EBTMNo:46110667
              Date: 17/12/11
              Time: 10:00 PM.

              Thank you.
Even I have faced this situation.

                Hello,

This issue is regarding the Volvo buses route 500 W whose route is from ITPL to ISRO Layout and vice versa.
These volvo buses runs as 500 C (bus board) from ITPL then changes to 500 W at Silkboard. This is a big problem for commuters who are travelling to ISRO Layout from ITPL as they have to take the same bus again from Banashankari, as the commuters are unaware of the change of the route name.
So, I would like to request the higher officials to see to that the bus runs as 500 W from ITPL and not as 500 C.

I hope this issue would be solved. If not i would request to introduce an BMTC ordinary bus with the same bus number (500 W).

1.I work in a company located at GR TEch Park, near ITPB white field area. Evening after 6.30pm till 7.30 pm to travell from GR tech park to martahalli there are no ordinary buses at all. Even if we find one with martahalli board they wont stop there. Is BMTC forcing the passengers to come in volvo buses with double ticket amount? When you can provide lot of volvo buses in that time why not the ordinary ones? I mentioned here till 7.30 because fed up of waiting i find some alternative to travel after 7.30pm. This is really a irritating behavior of BMTC.

                  2. Compared to ordinary buses volvo buses give stops at all the regular stops where as ordinary buses don't. Drivers and conductors chose where to stop and pick up the people. Who gave them this liberty? Why do they choose the passengers? Are you forcing the common people to spend money on volvo?

                    Hi

I dont know if this complaint of mine will be looked into at all still wanted to write it. If someone knows of better forum to raise complains please let me know on [protected]@cisco.com

This is regarding timing of 333W buses which run between Sarjapur Road and Majestic..These buses never come on scheduled time and sometimes dont come at all..I keept waiting and waiting as i have no direct way (other than taking auto till junction) to commute from Sarjapur Road to Marathalli

Also, though other volvos keep running til 7 30 or so atleast, last volvo 333w is at 5 45...What 's the point of running buses when they arent matching the office timings..

If this mail is falling in right hands, i request you to please look into this matter

It is still the same. If you call BMTC helpline, they will tell some time but it is by luck only you will see this bus.
Maybe These rare but good routes should have GPS alerts for commuters who want to utilize this route.

Dont know how to put the request to BMTC to start GPS alerts for rare routes like 333W.

I travelled in a BMTC-Volvo bus (500C to ITPL), this morning, from Devarabisanahalli bus stop to KTPO bus stop, paid Rs.100 for Rs.25 ticket. The conductor returned only 74 rupees balance (and kept one rupee for himself), and insulted me at the bus door step for not giving change, by talking in the local language, which i am not comfortable to communicate.

I boarded the BMTC volvo (Route 500 D) Bus nO: KA 01-FA 1925 at Veeranyapalya @ 8 AM to Doddanekundi on June 3 2011.
When the bus came to Doddanekundi bus stop, the driver opened the door and stopped. I was about to get down but he suddenly moved the bus and stopped again. I just controlled from falling which would have been fatal.
When I asked the driver why he didn't stop till the passengers get down he started speaking rudely. The conductor was polite. When I told the driver that I will give a complaint he told rudely go and complain to anybody , he is not scared.

I'm using the volvo services for the last 2 years. THis is the first incidence of this kind.

                        Regards

Today (May 27th 2011) i got into the BMTC VOLVO (KA 01 F 4527) at around 9.30 AM at Kundhanahalli Bus stop. And asked the conductor to give the ticket(worth Rs 15) by giving Rs 100. Since i was not having the change, the conductor asked me to get down from the bus somewhere in middle before the next stop arrives. It made me to walk untill next stop to get another volvo. Still i was tensed that wheather this conductor will scold for not having change.

I didnt arrgue with the bus conductor because i have seen conductors scolding and using bad words to passengers who are not having change. I am writing this complaint because i have seen uncountable times these conductors scolding, using bad words, making people to get down from bus(somewhere in the middle).

I unserstand that it will be helpfull if we have change with us. we always try our level best to have change with us. But sometimes when we dont have change we shouldnt be made to get down from the bus somwhere in the middle.

I request consumer form to take action on this.

The volvo bus which plies in the route having the name board hebbal-kadugodi (starts at 8.30 a.m at hebbal),i take the bus at hennur-signal,it reaches there at 8.45 a.m(outer-ring road),the conductor is harrising the commuters who get into the bus, even not allowing to enter and take a seat to sit ,inspite of the very few commuters seated hardly 10 people,he harrases the commuteers who are getting in,irritatiing all to the core, and blocking their way and shouting to get the tickets even before they take a seat in that nearly empty bus.
Anyways he is going to collect the exact amount from the very few commuters who takes the bus, inspite of that he just keeps on yelling at everybody saying stage is going and all has to get the tickets immediately.
His behaviour is very un-ruly and this is really un-acceptable.
Kindly do the needful to replace this conductor.every day morning we have to face this .
And added to that ,people who already have the premium pass need to pay only 20 rupees, other conductors take only 20 Rupees ,he insists us to pay 25 Rupees.
This is really irritating and causing unnecessary commotion and tension to all the passengers.
Kindly do the needful,we all are exhausted and irritated.
We are helpless ,we kindly request the govt to take action against this kind of behaviour, pls do the needful.

The number of G4 buses from Brigade road to Bhannarghatta are very limited. At times the ratio between number of G2 to G4 from the same stand at brigade road is 8:1.
On a regular basis the travelers of G4 would have to wait for around 40 minutes for a bus(G4).G4 is the only bus that runs between these to points(Brigade to Bhannarghatta). Also there are no Volvo's running in this route.

Please do take necessary actions to increase the number of G4's in the route and if possible do add some Volvo buses too.

                              Thank you

                              Sunil.Nelleri

I am also a regular traveller in the same route. Offlate these buses in G4 route have a pathetic frequency. During peak time, when ther buses must be running at a frequency of every 10 mins atleast, we find only one every 40 minutes and as a result, buses are extremely uncomfortable and overcrowded. On many occassions I have to settle for an auto. This is the only bus in the route and we have no alternatives as mentioned in the above post. BMTC must mend its ways and instead of farcicial "bus days" and running empty volvos, try to solve the most common problem of the regular commuter. I hope BMTC does something about this.
Hi sir this is janardhan today i missed. My wallet in bmtc G4 bus while going to bommanahalli to silkboard if anyone found pls do call [protected] see photo also

                                Hi,

Myself Dr. Sumathi, staying in Sahakaranagara. Today i had to argue with the conductor about the change of the route (usual on Sundays).

I and many of the people who is staying in Sahakaranagara (Bangalore North) is facing usual problem in the BMTC transportation especially on Sundays and that too in the late evenings. the bus drivers get lazy to cross Sahakaranagar which actually they are supposed to do. Today I had to get down from 288E(314) bus in the middle and had to walk more than 10 times the usual distance. The bus number is KA 01 3454 and the bus route number is 288E (314).

This is not only from this bus, but all the buses of Sahakaranagar and especially on sundays.

Kindly do the needful as the citizens are facing lots of problems in all the ways from BMTC. It is sad that inspite of BMTC earning crores give such a POOR service to the citizens of Bangalore.

Here BMTC Conductors are cheating people with extra fare , I am an IT employee , I used to travel in the same route every day i.e. Outer ring road J.P.Morgan to Central Silk Board , Here from my office to slikboard the original cost of the ticket is 25/- in volvo's . Only few conductor will give correct ticket with correct fair .

Last week in 500c bus conductor taken 25 rupees for the same distance with printed ticket (where it will display source and destination) , the details were perfect in the ticket as source marathalli as jpmorgan stop doesn't have any original stop. and destination as central silk board,

After two days I went in the same bus , conductor was different he charged me 30rs for the same distance he gave from ticket to BTM 16th main instead of central slik board, I asked regarding the same he told me that this is fair i[censored] want travel in the bus , if not don't travel from next time ....

Again next I took the same series bus i.e. 500c bus conductor taken 25 rupees for the same distance with printed ticket (where it will display source and destination) . I asked him that some of the conductors are not giving correct tickets why , then he was explaining me that it is because they have some targets for that commission they will do like that

yesterday I took the same series bus , this there is lady conductor , she charged me 35 rupees, this time usual bus tickets this is not a printed ticket from machine .... I asked her why are charging me 35 rupees daily I am paying either 25 or 30 , she never replied me back and I asked her that did the ticket fare got increased then she replied no , then I asked her for the reason , she never spoken a word...

Bus series 500c - route - Hebbal to Banashakari -- Ticket no NT 27 637735 , MS[protected] rs, 15 rs = total 35 rupees) , this is how they are cheating people. I request to taken action on this , Please publish the ticket fare in the official BMTC website so we will have a chance to ask them ..

                                  Still I have the tickets

                                  Thanks,

She wants to get down dommulur before stop only she asked money. He sed what money she showed ticket also he throwed outside and don’t play here like that he sed. I went and struggled so much. Dear Sir/Madam,

I and my wife was travelling form K R Market (May hall) to Yeshvantapur Railway station at around 8.00PM on 10/04/2011, after waiting for 20 minutes we boarded 52E (KA01 __3548) Ragvendra colony to Yesvanthpur Railway station.
The lady conductor in the bus was very rude and gave us wrong information that the bus will not go to yesvanthpura railway station, instead will terminate at Govardan stop. we took two tickets Rs.12/- each no. NG61 490996 & NG61 490997.
After reaching Yesvanthpura bus stop the conductor asked us to get down at yesvanthpur bus stop as the bus will not go to Govardan and will go to yesvanthpura railway station now. When i argued that i initial asked for yesvanthpur Railway station only, then the conductor demanded to take additional ticket of Rs. 4/- each other wise get down. The conductor made the situation so worst that i was completely embarrassed in front of the co-passenger and forced to buy the tickets no. D[protected] & D[protected] Rs. 4/- each.

I request your kind self to look into the matter and take necessary action against the conductor for giving wrong information, putting us in embarrassing situation and collecting excess fare.

                                    Thanks and Regards

As todays conductor does not maintain discipline, we came to notice most of the conductors use pan-parag during duty hours, which is not good to the BMTC, and the passengers are very upset with this,
                                      Hi
                                      Team BMTC

My name is Manoj. sending you this mail with some expectation from your end to our Bangalore peoples.
Hello, team we the passengers from K.R.Puram to Market. we have noticed many conductors are rubbish
in their behavior. As we the citizens of Bangalore should represent our state as a developed and educated state, am i right on this?
But we see most of the conductor are with out discipline in their uniforms and attitude, As we the citizens
are ready to pay and get Rs.40 of a daily pass or on monthly pass, we have this rights to complaint you people...
This most pathetic is that more that 70% of conductors chew PANPARAG during duty hours...
Correct me if we are wrong in the above sentence.
Is this the value of the BMTC family..??????????

As per my mail i can ask a small request from you team... why dont you bring any rules and regulation
for all the drivers and conductors to have a neat uniform and not to use their PANPARAGS and PANS
                                      when they in duty.
This is not a big deal to a big BMTC family.

Hello, Sir i dont remember your name, but i have met you in bus near HOSMAT stop on thursday. i have spoken to

I still remember your words, you said as you will be ready to do any favor for the passengers, as passengers are our people, passengers are our people, passengers are our people. Do you really think
they are getting good respect from the BMTC family???? Never sir

When i saw you, the bus was came from indranagar depot, and the bus was very clear with all the water wash, only because you will travel in the same bus on the bus day.
Then why not for us, we the passengers travel daily.
We dont required so much as you get,
But we must get our value

A last question for the BMTC officials,
How may you feel sir if a conductor approach you with mouth full of panparag swelling aside his lips, asking to buy a ticket, when you are going for a exam. I met this incidence sir, so i'm completely
                                      broken on that day.

One or the other day, your family or relation will face the same situation which i faced..
before it could happen take some steps to avoid this,
And we the college students feel ashamed to say our bangalore BMTC is not our supportive.

Hope, mine will be the last mail you will receive in this complaint..
I will try my level best to meet you personally and ask this question
