I'm a working professional so, I daily travel in BMTC Volvo service from CMR college to Electronic City, due to long distance travel I daily take the daily pass of worth 85/- as this would be convinent for me to travel easily in any bus for the entire day. As usual, on 26th Nov 2010 I took a bus from CMR college 500KM (time 8.00- 8.30am) and took the same daily pass, the conductor issued the pass on which he circled on both male and female which I didn't notice unfortunately due to rush. I got down at silkboard and borded into 600F which goes nearby to my office area. In the evening due to work I left late from the office around 7.30pm. I boarded a bus and got down in silkboard. I crossed the road and waited for another bus and as it was getting late for me to reach home I got into 500D (Silkboard-Hebbal), to my shock the condutor asked me to get down of the bus saying that the bus pass is invalid. I showed him the previous day passes which I had taked for my daily travel and requested to check my signature. But, he asked the driver to stop the bus in the next stop aside and until I get down the bus will not move ahead. I requested him to no to do so as it night time and I being a female can't wait on road alone. he didn't listen to me a single word and started giving bad words in kannada language and as I am not aware of that language. None of the fellow passengers supported me finally i ended up taking a tkt of 30rs.

Please see that next time atleast the conductors behaves propely with the passengers. This is quite absurd to know that people who celebrate karnataka foundation day and say tht they give good hospitality to people coming frm other states. But truely had a very different experience. I would never recommand anyone to come to bangalore and travle in the local BMTC Volvo busses. The auto drivers are far more better I guess!!!

Unprofessional behavior of conductor

I was traveling in 500 C Volvo KA-01 F-2367on 1st Dec 2010 at 1 PM to ITPL. I asked the conductor to return me 5 rupee, as I was not having any change. He said you will get it in ITPL. But after reaching to ITPL, he said you share the money with someone else whom I didn’t know. When I asked him to get the change as it was the last stop of the bus, he started arguing with me saying that you are not suppose to move in buses without change. When I said that other conductor's generally try to get it either from small shops or from other buses he came rushing towards me pretending he is going to beat me. Is this the way to behave to the customers traveling in Volvo buses? I travel every day on this route and never seen this kind of behavior from other buses like 335E, 331-A. Pl do the needful for the same.

The same kind of incident happened for me also on last weekend (25 th Feb 2011 Night at 1 O Clock).

Night at 11.45 i reached Jayanagar Bus stop and was waiting for any bus, At 12.50 midnight i got a Volvo Bus which goes to Airport (KA-01 FA-2106). When i asked conductor whether it goes to Majestic he asked me to get in. After a while when i asked for ticket and told that bus wont go to Majestic and asked me to get down at Shanthinagar bus stand, i agreed and when i asked for ticket and gave 100 rupees since i dint have any change. He refused to take that and asked me to get down. Or else he demanded 50 RS instead of 20 Rs Ticket.
I told him i ll get change once i get down bus stand. he dint listen that,
Atlast he asked driver to stop the bus and asked me to get down there in ashoka pillor which was not at all safe place...!!! When i took my purse to keep hundred rupees back, few guys came and asked me the way to some place and walked with along with for few minutes later, one guy blocked me and demanded money.I lost my 400 rs and ATM card because of this Conductor. dint loose my mobile since it was in my bag. I understood that they were not so dangerous and drunker, Conductor dint allow me to ask change with co passengers.

This kind of incident should not happen in metro city like bangalore.They atleast should show the humanity to travellers.

BMTC AC G2 — No change and Rude behaviour of the conductor

Hi,

I want to register a complaint against BMTC AC G2 registration number
KA 01 F-8625 towards the rude behaviour of the conductor .I took the bus from Adugodi Police station to Electronic city at 8:45 in the morning
(Date:11 May )The ticket costs Rs.22.I just had 100Rs in my wallet.I gave the conductor the amount .But, he was shouting at me telling that he will not give me back the change of Rs 8 and was asking me to GET DOWN of the bus.I told him I do not have change and he can give it to me once I reach my destination.But, he was not even listening to anything but just shouting at me asking me to GET DOWN.It is not as though he does not have 2 Rs coins with him. Is this the way to behave ?
Thankfully, a lady helped me .She gave 2 Rs to him and then he gave me the ticket to travel.

Please take some action against this and make them realize what they are doing is not good at all shouting at the person asking to GET DOWN from the bus.

BMTC — Gave Ticket but didn't return the change

I am from Darjeeling. As I am from different place I do not know the local language. This is not the problem that I am facing here but everyone who is from different place is facing the same. I would like to share this with you because to do the job outside from your home town is not a crime.

Yesterday 31/5/2011, I traveled by BMTC bus 356 which goes to Bannerghatta and the bus fare is Rs 12 from Majestic to Jayadeva hospital. I didn't have change so I gave Rs 20 to conductor. Conductor asked me change of Rs 2, as I didn't have the change so he wrote Rs 8 in the ticket and gave me back. I thought he will give me the change after some time but he didn't give me back. He was giving change to other passengers as they were asking him in local language. When I was about to get down, I asked him the change. First time he avoided me and pretended that as he didn't hear me. I called him again and asked him to return me the change of Rs 8. He again asked me the change of Rs 2. I politely told him in English that I don't have that's why I gave you Rs 20. Then he said something in local language and he laughed at me. All the passengers were looking at me. I am working here and I am not a beggar. I am asking my own money and he refused to give. Finally I had to get down from the bus because I was getting late for office. I got down in front of him however he didn't bother to give me my change back. As it is not because of Rs 8 I am making a complaint but I want that conductor to learn a lesson and not to repeat the same with other passenger who does not know the local language. As we are outsiders and we face lot of problems.

I felt that I definitely need to raise a complaint for such kind of Conductors because it is annoying to deal with such kind of people. I do have the ticket with me and I have kept it safely. The ticket number is NG 77 795420. I kindly request you to take an action against such kind of government employee who does not know their responsibility and value of their job. This is Nirmal, I am regularly using BMTC volvo bus. I have monthly pass and today (23 Oct 2011) I forgot to take the pass. From CMH Road KFC I boarded on 201R timing 12:35 (Reg No not remember exactly some 4595) and want to go to Tip Sandra. Bus fair was 10 but i don't have change i give 100 rupees, conductor told me to he is not have change. I compelled to get down in between, I told him to put me on bus stop. He is rude and misbehave, at last i get down in between.

I was traveling in BMTC volvo 335 (KA01 1281) on 26th april 2013 around 10:30 AM.I boarded the bus from Marathalli and asked the conductor to give me the ticket to CMRIT college(whose actual fare is 15 Rs) but he charged me 25 Rs and gave me the ticket upto Graphite India.Whe i asked him why you gave me the ticket for there and charged me extra he said we give the ticket like that only.

It's not about 10 Rs, it's about transparency.How can anyone give ticket to some other place to charge extra.This behavior is not acceptable.Attaching the ticket with the complaint.

    I live near Banashankari. The name of the Bus stand for our area is Jaragana Halli. The problem is, in our locality the Metro work is going on. So we have con-justed roads. The BMTC bus drivers are taking this as an advantage and doesn't stop the bus in the Bus stand at all. Even if we wave our hands they doesn't stop their buses. Few days ago, I was supposed to go to market, I went to the bus stand, the frequency of the buses were low but few buses were coming. To my surprise none of them stopped, some buses were giving stop somewhere ahead and when we run to catch the bus they simply drove away. I felt very irritated and I couldn't go to market at all. This is happening everyday and no one is taking this seriously. There is no authorized complaint cell for BMTC, we have called the toll free number and informed them but we still face this problem.

    I had posted my grievance No BMTC-042012/[protected], in thee monthe of May 2012, This is regarding the elimination of BMTC stop at thejunction of 7 the main road, 1st block Kalyannagar and outer ring road.This stop was existing earlier, ever since the flyover on the outer ring road came into operation during May 2012, BMTC buses took the flyover road rather than dedicated road depriving the facility for the commuter from CHLAKERE, HRBR 1st Block. Senior citizens / pensioners, children, women have to walk along distance to catch buses either at Kalyannagar depot or to Babusa Palya.
    A representation was given in this regard to Mr Padmanabha Reddy Corporator ward 28, dated 13 feb 2012and a copy to Depott manager, Depot10, kalyan Nagar 14/2/2012, who have acknowledged our rerentation, but not provided stop till date.
    Now I am representing as secretary, Citizen welfare association HRBR, Reg no(SOR/BLU/DR/780/09-10), and request you to reinstate the bus stop on the ground level at the said Junction to alleviate the citizens commuting problem.

      Hi, it became a daily scene that in the ordinary buses to electronic city men will occupy the the ladies reservation seats. They wont't be ready to move even when if some ladies ask to do so. The conductors who are responsible to maintain law inside bus will not bother or take care of this unlawfull action taking place in front of them. Today morning in the G2(BIG-10) KA-01 A 4671 which came to wipro gate at around 7:45 AM also witnessed the same thing.

        RESERVATION OF SEAT

        I am a pregnant woman and have been facing problems in finding a seat in the BMTC Bus. Co - passengers many times would not be kind enough to help.

        I recommend to BMTC to reserve a seat for pregnant women just like physically disabled and senior citizens.

        on 7th november morning 9am I boarded a bus from majestic to K R Puram. I asked for ticket and change. The conductor started shouting. He should learn how to speak with passengers. He thinks he is owner of the bus and shouts like hell. Necesary action should be taken against such people. Bus no: KA01 , 1097.fROM Majestic to KR puram on 7th nov morning 9am.

          Sir.
          Monthly, we celebrate bussday what for, just to put mud on the poor commuters. right. I am a daily traveller from jigani to vijayanagar. I have taken a monthy volvo pass at 1350 plus bmtc identity. Really i feel cheated because there is no volvo in the morning to vijaynagar from our area, the only volvo which comes at 8 or sometimes early no consistent for this volvo is 365 J from jigani and then again, with less people it does not even stop on the busstops and take people, thrice i ran behind it to catch, one from jayadeva, another from bannerghatta, driver did not even bothered to open the door or stop the bus. I would appreciate if there i a volvo to vijayanagar from bannarghatta regularly at least peak hours like between 745 to 8 or so and 5 pm to 7 pm from vijayanagar to jigani it would be nice. There is no volvo to jigani after 5 pm till 9 pm, only 365 which sometimes terminates at gottigere or bannarghatta circle.

            Dear Sir / Madam,

            I faced a lot of difficulties in BMTC buses across Bangalore. The consuctors are not giving the tickets upto 3rd stop or 4th stop. Eventhough i asked for the several times they simply charged Rs. 2 to Rs. 3 leass than the ticket charge and they won't give ticket. They simply said no problem. Mostly i observed from BTM water tank to Silk Board or HSR Apartments. The consuctors are behaving rudely with the passengers. I never face these type of problems in Mumbai and Kolkata. The conductors behaviour and bus services in Mumbai and Kolkata are far better than Bangalore.
            eventhough we have ID card the conductors are not ready to give Rs. 35 daily pass. They simply telling that i don't have get into other bus. I saw many times the 35 rupee passes in consuctor hands. If i asked then also they are not responding properly.
            The main tactic behind this is that they tries to show to Government that the 35 rupee passes are not sold that much so that the Govt. will remove the 35 Rupee passes.

            People are facing lot of problmes in buses especially who are coming from outside like i faced lot of problems when i came to Bangalore first time.

            Kindly help to the Bangalore passengers.

              Dear Sir,

              The number of buses that ply towards Yelahanka from Jalahalli corss or Peenya 2nd stage(401 A,401 W,401 AA) are very rare even during the peak hours (i.e 7am to 10am) due to which the buses get completely filled up and commuters including school children are left hanging near the door, the number of buses to Gangamma circle are also scare due to which people have to travel all the way till BEL circle to get to Yelahanka which is twice the distance and the cost.

              Hence please be kind enough to address this issue as soon as possible and provide frequent and better services to the commuters who are in bad need of it at least by increasing the number of buses during peak hours.

                I daily travel to GR tech park(resides just after ITPL) from K.R.Puram (Tin Factory) via mahadevpura->Hoodi. Employees going through this route in morning hours is tremendously high in count but the buses servicing in this route is very less and which ever comes in will come already filled in so there is no way we enjoy the peaceful traveling to office in morning hours.Request to provide more buses preferably starting from Tin factory to ohfarm so that our complaints about the BMTC get resolved.

                  the drivers dont give stop in the bus stand and do use foul language
                  the students have 2 run 4m this corner 2 the other n by the time v board the bus they move it in case v board the bus the use foul language on ur (bad words) which i am not interested 2 mention here so i request u 2 kindly take a note on this 298M bus

                    I am here to register the complaint against conductor of VolVo A/c Bus # KA-01 F-9006. I got into the bus from ITPL, the ticket cost is 15rs. Since i didn't have change i paid 20rs for the Brookefields stop. Conductor wrote 5rs due behind the ticket. I asked the conductor to pay me the change @ CMRIT stop which is just one stop back to my stop. He gave a deaf ear to it and went to the back side. Bus was overcrowded. Then as i was nearing Cosmos Mall bus stop i looked back and asked him to pay me.He started yelling in Kannada. And the moment i got down from bus he started screaming again in local language.
                    My point here is, the behaviour of bus conductors is horrible in bangalore. If you do not ask them money before your stop comes they will scream and if you ask them your money before stop comes they scream too. Not all the conductors are bad but a few are spoiling the name of BMTC.
                    Maximum # of times the conductor will not give the change even if its there in his hand. And while stop comes, passenger is in the hurry to get down. In that case money remains with the conductor. Or they give you change in which some of the currency notes are torn. Its their pet idea.
                    What kind of cooperation they demand from passengers for BUS Day, who would like to sit in the bus with this kind of behaviour of conductors & Bus drivers.

                    BMTC — cheating and conductor misbehaviour

                    i am dr sushil nahar, i am working in sparsh hospital, narayana hrudayalaya healthcity campus, bangalore. i was boarded in 360B volvo bus on 3rd may 2010 at around 4:30 p.m. at veersandra near electronic with my wife and 3 1/2 yr kid. we took 2 daily pass. he charged for 80/-Rs each and i paid 160/- total and gave us ticket only of 75/- each. on asking it told price is raised but ticket is old printed is availble. we accepted his words. during coming back in night of same date we took 356N at around 9- 9:15 p.m. near shantinagar. despite showing of passes conductor and driver misbehaved with us and insulted us in front of all passenger and they forced us to pay again otherwise we have to getdown from bus. finally both of them push out of bus in between route with my wife and small kid which was unknown to us. we reached home near around 11p.m. it was very unsafe for me and my family. it was irresponsible, rediculous, criminal offence to give mental, physical, social and financial harrassement and endangering our family lives despite paying full fees.
                    i expect authorities to take necessary and punishing action against both conductor cheated us during ticket issue and both driver and conductor of 356N for endangering our life.

                    To whom so every it may concern,

                    These conductors and drivers are a menace to our society. Instead of enjoying fabulous public service provided by Karnataka Govt, its becoming a scare to talk to the conductors or sit in Volvo buses.
                    I have been travelling in the Volvo buses for the past 3 years and i can certify that the service/ behavior has deteriorated.
                    On 22nd March 2011, i was took a Bus from SAP Labs to Domlur 2 8:40 am and was travelling in KA 01- F 8799. The driver was in race with another bus no KA 01 F8798. People were falling as these two drivers were competing with each other, but the drivers were catering to their ego clashes rather than providing a comfortable service to the customers.. Upon asking them to stop the race, they were ignoring and not paying heed to our requests.

                    Another cheating happening in Volvo and the blue line buses.
                    I take the bus from near Domlur flyover to indiranagar 12th main and the fare is Rs 10/- and Rs 6/- in Volvo and blue line buses respectively. But the conductors take Rs 5/- and not give the tickets. This is not fair. Our government is providing us the services and we should pay the correct amount.
                    When we complain then they take correct amount and give the tickets.
                    This is not fair on our part as well as the conductor's part.
                    Today, i was travelling in KA 01 FA 1700 Volvo bus @ 9:45 am and i gave the conductor Rs 10. But instead of giving me the ticket, he returned Rs 5/- to me.
                    And when i complained he took the Rs 5 back and gave the ticket, stating, that i can complain anywhere. Is this how we, as a country, can come over corruption/ cheating??
                    I really request BMTC/ Karnataka Govt to have a governing authority/ forum/ complaint cell who can govern over such rash driving and cheating by the drivers and conductors.

                    Please advise where we can put a formal complaint.

                      On will conductors do not allow commuters to board the bus, . I was told by one bus conductor (500 KM) that he would have dinner before heading toward the last stop. His excuse was a plain lie as there are no hotels between the stop i was boarding the bus and the last stop. He simply told lie bcoz he knew i was having bus pass.

                      I would like to ask the BMTC authority who has given right to these crew to decide who boards the bus and who does not. If bus pass are not entertained by conductors then why does BMTC sell these passes ? The behaviour shown by these people is highly unprofessional. As there is no one who is bothered about these complains BMTC must do away with these officers posts or outsource it some private firm and learn how to run these organization.

                      BMTC VOLVO - Misbehaviour of volvo bus conductor BUS NO : (KA-01 FA-2268)

                      I was asked to get down from the bus just because that I'm pregnant. The conductor asked me to move inside the crowd, when I refused saying that I might get my tummy hurt, I was made to get down from the bus. This happened 2 adys in a row. Most of these conductors ill-treat the people carrying bus passes. They treat us as though we are travelling for free.

                      Bus Route : Ramasandra to Yelahanka (KA 01 FA 2300) dated[protected], approximate 9-20pm, They will stop the bus, because they will go to some house for brining meals, about 25 minutes passengers waiting in the bus, after they told lunch is important, passengers interest is not important. This area is very remote area, very difficult reach to houses, but your employees are totally neglect. Please take action

                        Hi,

                        I'm traveling daily in BMTC bus and i have a pass also. The Bus Route number 37F (Girinagar to ShivajiNagar) arriving at Avalahalli stop at 8.00 AM. The driver is not stopping the bus at the above stop. It happens almost daily. Around 40 passengers(Students, Official Persons etc) were waiting for the bus and the driver just passed without stopping, causing inconvinience for the people. And the timings is very irregular. We request you to kindly take some action on this regard which will help lot of people.

                          I want to lodge a complaint against a bus conductor of BMTC bus route number 401K (Bus Details: KA01 F4962) . The incident occurred on 20th October 2010 around 9.30p.m. at Rajainagar Industrial Town, I had been to my friend's marriage, while returning back, I boarded this bus at this point and asked bus conductor to issue me the ticket to 1st Block and asked him how much is the ticket, So he asked me to give Rs 5, but didn't give me ticket only... When I asked him for a ticket, he simply nodded his head and went towards other end of the bus... After sometime he came to issue ticket to a lady who boarded in the further stop, that time also I asked the conductor to issue me the ticket, again he just nodded his head and went to the other end of the bus, meantime my stop arrived, so no other go I got down from the bus.. Since I don't like to create a scene in the public, and so I am writing this...

                          I hope that you will take my complaint into your consideration and to punishment severely for such people..

                          Not only this, I have even faced few conductors who will take the money from us and instead of issuing the new ticket, they will issue a Used Tickets...!!

                          Plz take some action and immediately should put a stop for these nonsense...

                          BMTC — complain against drunken conductor

                          I was traveling from KR Puram to Srinivasnagar in Shivaji nagar bus which hardly takes 10 mins.It was on 16th Oct 2009 at 6 pm.The conductor was drunken and was mis behaving with ladies.When my stop came i came near the conductors seat to alight, he hold my hand and was mis behaving.he was telling me to wait till the stop comes by holding my hand tightly.I dont know the name of the conductor but the bus number is KA 04 FA 654.Kindly take action on him.
                          Bcoz so many conductor doing like this even today morning(04 jan 2011) also happaned like this in 77B (KA-01 F-1911) actually daily like this happen in this bus becoz i always travell in this bus morning 8.30am. today wat happen means one granny and grandpa were boarded in this bus in navarang signal and that granny is given 20rs to take a ticket to mahalakshmi layout conductor taken the money but he didnt given the ticket but that granny is waiting for the ticket but he didnt given so plz like this so many people not getting ticket for wat they paying...
                          I hope that you will take my complaint into your consideration and to punishment severely for such people...

                          i dont know the route so i have asked conductor to tell once the stop come near.

                          that time he started blaming us.like with out knowing all the stuff why have you boarded the bus.

                          this is un-forgottable thing.

                          hi every one i wanted the concerned person should read this and take necessary steps if he doesn't he is also misusing the public money. I here by stating that as the citizen of india i lived around bangalore location and most probobly use public transport which is bmtc.My complaint is that when we get into the bus the conductor charges some fee to issue tickets here what happened is for example:if the ticket cost 4rupees the conductor receives 3rs from the public without issuing the ticket where this money will go to his pocket which we can tell in the better word called black money.This happens in the daily basis with lots of public money being misused and no checking authority have visiting frequently if this continues the government will loose lots of public money which can also useful for further development.Plz take necessary steps so that we can eradicate this completely so the duty can be followed hence the comment has be taken seriously if any body had concerned about our country bye bye...

                          Today o borded a bus at devinagar and gave 10 rupees to the conductor to issue the ticket to Hebbal, he gave me 5 ruppes back and did not issue the ticket. I asked him for the ticket and he replied very rudely saying if you want ticket then 8 rupees. every day i travel in this rute and i pay 5 ruppes. Old fare was 4 and now its 5 rupees. He behaved very rudly and there was no name plate and totaly drunken.
                          please take action againt him. Ihave also complained at hebbal depo they asked me to complain at ttmc yeshwantpur.

                            Hi, I daily commute from Kammanahalli to Madiwala. I have to either catch Bus No. 8/412. But there are hardly sufficient buses on this route. Firstly the buses won’t come on time; we have to wait around 30 mins to 45 mins. Even if they come, either the buses will be crowded or they won’t stop as the buses will be already crowded.

                            Why can’t the BMTC put sufficient number of buses in this route?

                            S we are facing the lot of problem due to inconvinent bus facility for the past Several years, due to this we cannot go reach the office in time, No BMTc taking action to solve the Public issue on this even after several complaint

                            This via From Madiwala to Kammanahalli Kalayan Nagar, Bus .No. 8 & 412 A there is no convinent bus on every day, the bus are available every one hour, Upart, we are facing the traffic jam in railway track in byappanahalli,

                            Even if they come, either the buses will be crowded or they won’t stop as the buses will be already crowded.

                            I kindly request to this press to take neccessary action to solve this public issues immediately. AS BMTC Changed the route like Via byappanalli go to cocktown, jeevanhalli, it take other one hour to reach the office lately every day.

                            As we are taking a Monthly Bus Pass of Rs. 725/= Due to inconvenient bus facility everyday we use to travel only through cab. As there is lot of income getting through bus pass but not providing the convinent buses over this request.

                              Today 11th oct 2010 i took bus from Majestic to Battarahalli,bus no 317A of no KA-01-FA -778.
                              the bus fare is 13 but i gave Rs 15 to him due to non availability of changes,so conductor gave me the ticket and wrote 2 on back side of it.
                              After some time near by to Indira nagar i asked him 2 rupees he told he will give later.

                              Again after K.R.puram i asked him for 2 rupees he told he will give.Again near garden city college when i asked he was rushing towards inside the bus towards the gents section so that i will not be able to see him and i am bound to get down in the next stop,so i have to call him loud so that he can listen me,i asked again 2 rupees so he started abusing me in kannada and gave 2 rupees to me.

                              This is not at all correct first of all 2 rupees is mine and he is abusing of giving me back my 2 rupees,i hope after reading this BMTC should take some action against these type of conductors.

                              Its really horible.
                              Its a request that Conductors should behave properly and actions should be taken against these kinds of Conductors.

                              I am writing this complaint with a hope that action will be taken.

                              Hi All,

                              BMTC conductors are not giving tickets. When i asked for ticket they are charging more and not giving change in return, saying no change. If we ask several times, they are asking to contact Depot.

                              This happened in the 171 bus route. ( Sony center to Forum route )..Bus number : KA 1909. Time it hapened 3:50 pm, 22nd May 2011...

                              This happened several times, not sure where ticket checking Squad is present ? Since they are sleeping, these coductors are daring these things ( not giving tickets ). In this they are making money.

                              s, i too have experienced such things many times, just to escape giving change, these conductors rush towards men's section, they know that we woman wont shout loud for him. when we demand it, they misbehave and shout very loudly.

                              Please update if there is any result of our complaints on this board.

                              I have also been misbehaved by these conductors and drivers several times.

                              The conductor Came to me and slapped on my hands and pushed me to get inside.
                              What the hell. He could have told me to come inside. But no He slapped me hard on my hands and was pushing me by getting physical.
                              I was too shocked to react. When I was paying for the ticket .. he started to abuse me in kannada and told me after some time to straighten the note and give it back.

                              I mean how can people be so rude and insensitve. Here is a pregnant lady who is travelling and instead of being helpful these people are ruthless and so rude.
                              I was almost in tear.. Some how I controlled my emotions and came out in by stop.

                              But why don't people react to these misbehaviors... And after writting so many complaints here and there nothing ever happens to them..
                              I mean common guys u must be having your mother, sisters and relative ladies travelling by volvo. How can u tolerate if some body behaves this badly with them...

                              This was the last thing which I could do against them...

                                This is to inform that the bus no: KA-01 FA 966 which is being run by BMTC in route no: 327B is in a pathetic condition. Most of the seats are broken and screws are protruding out dangerously. This is a grave offence against the taxpayers and the public who use BMTC buses. Hoping to see a change soon.

                                  This is in reference to the uncivilized behavior by the CONDUCTOR of 25E(KA 01 F 3362) bus from delmia circle to jayanagar.

                                  I hold a pass of BMTC vajra FRIENDLY PASS(Rs 1400/-).
                                  This conductor in a rash manner asks me for BMTC id. I kept explaining him that, this is a 1400 friendly pass which doesn't need a BMTC id, i showed him my DL, PAN card and asked him to verify.But, he simply would not listen to me. He has literally pushed me out of the bus.

                                  With whatever little kannada i know, I kept telling him, (idhu 1400 pass, BMTC id beda), he would simply repeat, get down, getdown.I asked him to refer to any other customers.

                                  This is not for the first time it had happened.The same bus conductor(i don't know about others) has repeatedly behaved like this many of the passengers.I would have to say, this leaves a very bad impression on BMTC.

                                    I am a daily VOLVO passenger from KADUGODI to Satya Sai Hospital bus stop. I get down in the Satya Sai Hospital bus stop constructed by BBMP. This bus stop is ½ a kilometer ahead from Satya Sai Hospital's main gate. Exactly opposite to the bus stop there is a IT park named SJR. If I ask for a ticket till Satya Sai Hospital bus stops then conductors gives a RS. 15 ticket and destination will be written Satya Sai Hospital. But they force to get down in front of Satya Sai Hospital's main gate, where there is no BBMP bus stop and wouldn’t allow me to travel till actual Satya Sai Hospital bus stop(made by BBMP). After they ask me for a Rs 10 extra and they gives ticket till Graphite Ind which is almost 3 -4 kilometers from Satya Sai Hospital bus stop(made by BBMP). If I ask for a ticket till SJR which is exactly opposite to the Satya Sai Hospital bus stop, then they give a Rs. 20 ticket and destination will be written Graphite Ind.

                                    If I tell them that the actual Satya Sai Hospital bus stop is not in front of the Satya Sai Hospital’s main gate it is ½ kilometer ahead then they replies that it is a BBMP problem, According to them current Satya Sai Hospital bus stop that should be SJR and Satya Sai Hospital bus stop should be in front of Satya Sai Hospital’s main gate. This becomes a daily issue. Most of the conductors charges Rs 5 extra even I am not going till that distance.

                                    My request to BBMP is that either they change the Bus stop names and add SJR in VOLVO tickets as a place. Or take a step to the conductors.


                                    I found a complains number in a VOLVO bus, I tried to call in that number once I was traveling in a VOLVO and one of the conductor force me to get down, that number does not exist. That number is [protected].


                                    I went to KADUGODI bus terminal to complaints against this issue to the inspector. The inspector was just ignoring me and didn’t listen to me at all.


                                    It is not possible for me to fight with the Volvo bus conductor every day morning and I want a permanent solution of this problem ASAP from BBMP service.

                                    Yes... This is common thing with VOLVO service. Some time they will give next stop ticket and ask for more money (Rs 20 instead of Rs 15). Also their behavior is also very bad. A driver/conductor, who is driving a Volvo bus, should behave with the passengers properly. Volvo is not conductor's private property, as they behave.
                                    The above mentioned scenario is common and I also heard the same from my friends also. We need the correct ticket with proper fair. I think there should be a laminated fair list (Laminated - because it should not be modified by the conductors) in the bus.

                                    BBMP please act on this issue ASAP.

                                    I want to complaint on few conductors in Kadugodi Bus stop. Early morning before 6 and evening after 6 most of the conductors rub their body to the passangers

                                      In depot 26 there is no rest room for the driver's and conducter's. Only one rest is there for namely but there no cleanness, very diarty. No place for the sleeping to take rest. We informed Depot
