This is in reference to the uncivilized behavior by the CONDUCTOR of 25E(KA 01 F 3362) bus from delmia circle to jayanagar.
I hold a pass of BMTC vajra FRIENDLY PASS(Rs 1400/-).
This conductor in a rash manner asks me for BMTC id. I kept explaining him that, this is a 1400 friendly pass which doesn't need a BMTC id, i showed him my DL, PAN card and asked him to verify.But, he simply would not listen to me. He has literally pushed me out of the bus.
With whatever little kannada i know, I kept telling him, (idhu 1400 pass, BMTC id beda), he would simply repeat, get down, getdown.I asked him to refer to any other customers.
This is not for the first time it had happened.The same bus conductor(i don't know about others) has repeatedly behaved like this many of the passengers.I would have to say, this leaves a very bad impression on BMTC.

Someone who pays 1400 per month and gets denied to be on board by the uncivilized bus conductors like this, it is really frustrating and annoying.
I urge you to take some serious action on this and the behavior of this kind of conductors put the BMTC's reputation at stake.

I was traveling in 500 C Volvo KA-01 F-2367on 1st Dec 2010 at 1 PM to ITPL. I asked the conductor to return me 5 rupee, as I was not having any change. He said you will get it in ITPL. But after reaching to ITPL, he said you share the money with someone else whom I didn’t know. When I asked him to get the change as it was the last stop of the bus, he started arguing with me saying that you are not suppose to move in buses without change. When I said that other conductor's generally try to get it either from small shops or from other buses he came rushing towards me pretending he is going to beat me. Is this the way to behave to the customers traveling in Volvo buses? I travel every day on this route and never seen this kind of behavior from other buses like 335E, 331-A. Pl do the needful for the same.
