I travelled today from BTM Layout to Electronic city in volvo bus. i gave 100 rs to the conductor and i had to get back 75 Rs. He metioned that he does not have the change and since even i did not have the change i waited until the bus stop.

but while getting down in the bus stop he shouted that he does not have change and he did not return the proper money.

ALMOST FROM EVERYONE IN THE BUS; HE TOOK 5 RS MORE AND HE DINT BOTHER TO RETURN. HE DID NOT GIVE PROPER CHANGE TO ANYONE IN THE BUS.

if this is the attitude of the conductors appointed by the government in BMTC VOLVO then it will be very annoying for the passengers to get in to the bus.

I request to please take action against such conductors.

There r very few BMTC Volvo buses on BTM -Electronic City Route.

Request you increase the frequency of buses atleast during week days and in the mornings.

    We the people of the Bangalore are really annoyed ! Because such a giant organiasation- Bangalore Metrpolitan Transport Corporation short name BMTC developed like anything in the excuse of public service,for last few years without giving any chance for private sector to serve the people of the Bangalore.It is not the conductors or drivers below the rank are totaly liable: But at higher level what happens ? We common people don't undersatnd ! U may ask any Bangalorian going for regular work using the BMTC. He is having either monthly or daily pass.Then where is the question of Collection? why the regular route Like Route no. 266R, the only bus going interior area of more than 2 Km.far from Main Road has to be cancelled with the reason of NO COLLECTION? It is so cilly that issuing BUS pass to everybody and collect money well in advance! And then SAY No Collection! No BUS !, No service! Really Cut throats!.

    Dear Sir, We are getting updating pop-up message from this site from last few months back, so delay in reply. Sure action will be taken on your complaint. BMTC
    Yes.Due to this cancellation of night trip of BMTC Route no.266R, the great inconvenience happened on our part.Because it is after 7.30, it is full dark because of no street lights, or power cuts - we have to take risk of street dogs, snakes, thievesand night time rains no shelters on the way while walking without bus facility during night time. Apart from this, Autorikashaw people are demanding more than Rs.50/- from eachpassenger which we are not afford to pay.
    Sir, I am realy surprised to see the night trip of route no.266r has been so immediately cancelled without considering the passenger inconvenience. How this drama happens? just think.Because, after six months of starting of this route, the day trip at 1 O'clock was replaced by night trip at 8.p.m. in an excuse of no collection. Now again same excuse of "NO COLLECTION" night trip was also cancelled.Sir, let me say one thing i.e we can not cancel our regular duties so easily as you are doing and realy we are at great risk of night time walking even after taking regular BMTC bus pass. You may please reinstal
    the night trip as earlier and oblige.

      Misbehavior of conductor
      I am here to complaint on the the conductor of Bus Route number 500c AC bus bus no KA 01 F 4403, on Silk Board - ITPL Rout ..
      on 30/March/2010 Tuesday..13:40 i got in to this bus with my Daily RS.75 pass, in Service road on ORR, Ashwath Nagar, Marathahalli near Kalamandir Sari Showroom.. when i got in.. the conductor asked me for ticket and as usual i showed my daily pass.. to my shocked the conductor started shouting and cursing me in Kannada and telling me that this is not place to get in to bus with daily pass..

      hence all these made me shaking because till date no conductor complaint against my getting in to the bus with the pass in last 1 year.

      Kindly request the concerned person’s to take necessary action against these Conductor .. as i am writing this mail while my hands are still shaking with this incident.

      BMTC — change of bus route and schedule by drivers/conductors

      Dear Sir/Madam
      Its very surprising that how drivers and conductors can change the bus route and cancel the trip when ever they want . I was travelling in 242C route from thunganagar to majestic . Suddenly when we reached tollgate(vijayanagar) they made me to get down. telling they are getting late and bus will not goto to majestic. This happens almost everytime. Also they suddenly cancel some morning trips without notice.
      when i board the same bus from majestic, they will skip the last two stops and they say they dont have passenger to that stop and they terminate the bus. I had this horrible problem when i was travelling with my parents who are 60+ and they can not walk porperly and it was raining. If the bus doent go to starting and end points properly who is responsible for that?

      I want to know whether drivers and conductors have rights to cancel or change the bus route? if no let me know what action should be taken ?

      BMTC — Misbehavior

      Hi,

      I stay at Airport Rd & daily come to Intel office in outer ring road. There is a direct bus from Indira Nagar bus station to Devarabesanahalli [I think the bus number is 330] which touches HAL post office at around 7:35 am.

      I dont understand kannada, cant read bus boards also. The bus that was running in this route was one of a quite old model bus & I used to identify it by its look[ easily identifiable by its peculiar shape].
      Recently they changed the bus & I couldnt identify this bus. After missing this bus for a few days I noticed the same conductor in one of the buses that came around the same time & then once I got into that bus, asked the condutor very clearly if that bus would go to devarabesanahalli. He just stared at me and said "Marthahalli last". So I started taking this bus to Marathahalli for 7 Rs ticket & then wait for quite a long time for the next bus [another 5rs ticket from Marthahalli to Intel stop].

      Once I got a doubt because I saw this bus turning towards outer ring rd I checked again and that conductor literally ddnt even bother to reply & gave a strange look.

      Today when I was about to get down at Marthahalli, I heard someone else checking with the driver if it goes to Intel stop & he said yes. Since I had the 7 Rs ticket[charge till Marathahalli from HAL] that conductor asked me for another 6 Rs, which I refused, because had he given me the right information the very first time I checked with him, I would have saved my time & money. When I refused to give 6 Rs, he rudely said I should give 3 Rs or else he wouldnt let me get down. Then I understood very clearly how conveniently the conductors rule "BMTC". I was just not ready to give anything more than 1 Rs[so that its 8 Rs] & told him that I would complain. Greatest surprise was that he said in Hindi "I dont mind whether you complain or whoever you complain".

      I felt literally bad that everyday I took this bus, I could have come till Intel stop very conveniently. Just because the conductor was misleading & ddnt reply to my queries, I was just wasting my time & money.

      Please advice your people to be more polite, be aswerable & also to know that BMTC belongs to the people, and the buses are meant to serve the common man. Its just not for the drivers & conductors to ply buses as they wish.

      Also if possible please make checking very regular & frequent. Punish those who are cheating & misbehaving. Unless you start taking action, its great pain for us.

      BMTC — Misbehaviour of a conducter.

      Dear Sir,

      My husband and I were travelling from Hebbal Dairy gate (Esteem mall) to CBI on Bellary road.
      That costs Rs 7 for an adult.
      We got into the BMTC bus and gave exactly Rs 14 to the conductor.
      He did not give the tickets immediately.
      He was behaving very arrogantly with almost all the passengers.
      He was scolding most of the passengers for no reasons.
      I again asked for the tickets.
      He stared at me very badly and told me rudely to wait for a while.
      Even after asking, he did not give the tickets and went to the other end of the bus.
      I could not ask him again as I had to get down at CBI.

      Just because the conductor did not have his name tag, I could not get his name.
      But I am sure the BMTC maintains a register and can very well trace the conductor from the above given details. By looking at that conductor's behaviour, I was pretty much sure I was not the only person cheated on that day by that conductor.

      These issues, I feel, if left unaddressed will continue to repeat and prove that honesty has no place.
      Hence, I request you to address the issue at the earliest.

      Sub: Maintenance of BMTC buses

      I would like to congratulate that you have started replacing all old buses with new modern well equipped buses like Volvo, Marcopolo, Big 10 etc to an international standard.
      As you know that each bus costs between 80 lakhs to 1 crore. So it is absolutely necessary to keep these buses tidy, inside the bus and also specially all the glass panes of each buses to be cleaned. I am a regular pass holder spending 75Rs per day and traveling at various parts of Bangalore in all the above buses. I find the window panes either front sides and back are not at all wiped or cleaned.Specially during rainy seasons I find the glasses and the bus body dirty with mud.

      When I have asked some of the conductors and drivers why you have not kept clean, they replied that it is not our responsibility to clean the bus panes. I have traveled abroad like Singapore, Malaysia, China, Germany, England where all the buses are kept so clean even though they have similar climate like rain, dust, snow.
      I am amazed when you are spending so much money on procuring new vehicles which is kept so shabby. I doesn't take few more extra workers, time and money to maintain these costly vehicles. Let the maintenance department put more people, spend more time in cleaning and keeping the buses clean to an international level.

      I would like to mention here the Indian Railways have long been started keeping the boggies clean at every 300 kilometers and also the toilets are cleaned with all the chemicals even though it is traveling.

      I hope you would implement this at the earliest.

      The BEST Bus no AS551 has spotted its services from Nerul Railway Station & shiffted its starting point to Vashi.

      This service from Nerul Railway Station was very excellent. It was convenient to around 10 to 12 passagners who board from its starting point ie is Nerul railway station.Now it would be very difficult for those passagener including me.. I was operated in the month of March 2010 & this bus facility was very helpful for my commutation ..

      Request you to consider & restart this service from Nerul Railway station..However i[censored] notice that there are loads of transportation facilities from VAshi.. but from Nerul only this bus was running on the path...

      Kindly restart it at the earliest...

      My Friend and I were travelling from ITPL to K. R Puram Railway station .
      The movement i got into the bus, I cleary asked him to issue the ticket but there was no response from him.
      But I continued asking the same, all of sudden he started shouting at me with no respect and with some valgur words.
      Even though I asked his name he was not ready to give the reason and left out with only bad words from his mouth
      He did not give the tickets immediately.

      BMTC — BMTC marcopolo bus driver control AC on/off

      Hello

      There seems to be problem in taking marcapolo city bus as driver control to switch off AC.
      Bus driver opens the window side by as the conductor stand next to the driver.
      The reason spread to say as the bus movement will slow down.

      This cause loss of air consumption to the passenger. Please obligue.

      BMTC Bus # 80 F — Serious Misbehaviour on the part of Driver

      Hello Sir,

      I am writing on behalf of my father who is aged about 61 years. He tried boarding a bus that was numbered 80E/F in the morning between 9:15 am to 9:30 am from Okalipuram Bus Stand. This bus has automatic door closing system which should be under the control of the Driver.

      Before even he could step himself completely inside the bus, the driver had closed the door and this led to a serious damage to the office bag that he was carrying. The handle of this bag separated from the bag and fell outside the bus. Moreover, his shoulder also got stuck which could have led to a serious injury (almost he would have lost his shoulder).

      Is this way a driver should behave with the passengers??? He should be well aware of the fact that once the passengers have boarded themselves completely into the bus, only then is he supposed to close the door. HE DID NOT EVEN HAVE THE COURTESY TO FEEL SORRY FOR THIS RUDE BEHAVIOUR. God forbid, What if my father had lost his shoulder??? Is the driver going to compensate??? I dont understand what was the reason for this urgency in closing the door even when he is watching that he is boarding the bus.

      Your staff should cultivate certain basic etiquettes regarding behaviour with their commuters. If this continues to be a habit I am sure they will turn these aged passengers into handicapts.

      I kindly request you to educate your staff including the conductors to behave with respect and cultivate certain moral norms of the society. Hope you will take some strict action in this regard.

      BMTC — bus

      travelled in KA 50 116 yesterday from shoppers stop bannerghata road to arekere honeywell.

      I asked the bus before boarding whether it goes to meenakshi temple or not as i knew that buses which goes to meenakshi temple goes through honeywell. The driver said yes. I boarded the bus. The conductor asked for money for ticket. I gave him ten. He cut a 8 re ticket. I said honeywell is 6. he said that i asked for meenakshi temple. I said i asked for boarding and not for ticket. Give me a honeywell one. he refused and started speaking badly. I had to get down at my honeywell stop and he did not give me 2 re back.

      Sad state of affairs that in my country, public officials are beahving this way.

      2 re do not matter to me but the behavior does.

      Please teach the conductor a lesson so that he do not repeat it.

      This is regarding timings of bus in arekere shanthiniketan, our office timings is 9.00am to 9.30am but we dont have proper buses at that time for arekere shanthiniketan, we usually travel from jayanagar to shanthiniketanarekere and shanthiniketanarekere to jayanagar. i kindly request you to change the timings as per public sufficient and there is not proper bus stops also. If it starts raining we dont have bus stop to stand (location arekere anjaneya temple). Even in the evening we face the same problem (timings 5.30pm to 6.00pm). I kindly request u to do the necesities to the public.
      Today morning around 7:30 am when I was driving down to my office at Halasuru Road from Vijayanagar on my bike. I usually take Vidhanasaudha - Infantry Road - Join Kabban Road to reach Halasuru Road. While coming from Infantry road to join Kabban road. There is a free left turn to join to Kabban road. So as I daily do, I took the left turn and I was in left lane. However I observed that there was no vehicle for far some distance . But suddenly a BMTC bus, 144, Rose garden bus, bus number KA01, 1085 rushed on me and almost turn me down. Later ahead in the signal, I asked why are you rushing down? and that bus is suppose to take right turn in Cummercial Road - MG road Signal, but he was at his absolute left in left lane. I argued with me saying I was at wrong lane.
      When I said, I will complain on him, he was carelessly said do whatever you want.

      This is how our beloved public service works.

      They don't really care about the people on the road. I really wonder how such people get the license for driving public service vehicles? Our beloved Govt. is also worried about this.

      Really very bad, that we are in such situation.

      This bus goes from Majestic to Kasavanahalli, and it stops far ahead of Iblur bustop at 7.00 p.m Yesterday I saw the bus has started to move while people including ladies are entering the bus.

      BMTC(Big 10) — Conductors threatening and misbehaving

      Hi Sir,

      I was travelling in BMTC bus(Big 10) today(14 march 2012) from Koramangala to Agara at around 8:30. Bus number:KA-01 FA-2221.
      It was a packed bus and i was standing near the door as there was no place even to move. The conductor asked me to move inside and as there was no place even to move i said "sir there is no place where should i move". Suddenly he pushed me and said go inside or leave the bus.

      When i told the conductor that i am to get down at the next stop, He started yelling and even abused me. He used very bad language which should not be spoken in public."tu kya ukadlega lode". He tried to abuse me based on the cast and even told "remove your pants and i will check which cast are you". And he also tried to hit me when i resisted his speech.This is against the our indian constitution.

      This terrified me. I am working in an MNC and told him that i would complain for your behaviour in the bus depot, but he told that "tu mera kuch nahi ukad sakta".

      The conductors was not bothered about the complain to the BMTC and was fearless. I think this is because the complains against such illbehaved conductors are not taken seriously by BMTC and they terrify the people on the bus.

      I want make an complaint The G4 buses rare on this route.i am daily travel from johnson market to bilekahalli.For this route only G4 bus will go, in the morning time i am waiting 30 min, 40 min and sometimes 50 minutes, the buses are not come on regular time due to this reason i am going to office late but G3 buses are coming after every 2 or 3 minutes with empty of passengers. Why not G4 buses are not coming regular time.I have monthly pass 825/- so i have to wait for G4 bus so that i am going to office late not only me so many of them are there.

      I am kindly request to concern person please allot extra buses in this route.

      I would like to notify the indecent and ugly behavior by the Conductor and driver of VOLVO Bus NO- KA-01-FA-584, Route no-356 c commuting at 5:00 pm between Silk Board Junction to Hosa road junction.

      It was heavily raining and the bus driver was reluctant to stop at the bus stop which is exactly before EC Flyover . I asked politely about the same and received an frustrated and irresponsible reply from the CONDUCTOR.
      When I off boarding the BUS at HOSA Road junction from the front gate the DRIVER of the bus started challenging me for some unwanted/unknown reasons.I got down and asked politely to leave, the DRIVER started abusing in a very BAD language publicly .The Driver was challenging me that he will TRASH me if BOARD the bus again. It was a display of complete Misuse of the authority and responsibility which he owes a Driver of such a luxuries public vehicle.

      Tell Me I am a responsible citizen cum Bangalorean and was on my way to Office, had i forgotten t involved in a everything and got involved in a fight with him.
      Next Time I will definitely do that.


      Just like any other common citizen of Bangalore and India, I too have right to object the unlawful act by any person.
      I would request the AUTHORITY to take necessary actions against the DRIVER and CONDUCTOR so that no other person should suffer

      The conductor in the bus behaved very worst with all the passengers.From Marathalli to Doddanekkundi the bus fare is 6 rupees and he collected 12 rupees from me and also shouted at me while asking for change.Similarly it happend to almost 4-5 ladies he collected extra money and behaved rudely.To a old man he did the same and when he asked about that he first spoke badly about him and later he kicked the old man inside the bus and all passengers scolded the conductor and pushed him back.He didnt wore any badge so couldnt find his name.Kindly take the needful action.
      Such people should be punished.

        Please Provide new mini bus service to Tin factory to Tin factory Route: Tin factory, Bennigana Halli, Nagavarapalaya, C.V.Raman Nager, Kaggadasapura, A- Narayanapura, K.R.Puram Railway station, Tin Factory , So that many people can use this services, many people form kaggadasapura are working in ITPB and other companies in Whitefield road they can use this mini bus till K.R Puram railway station and from there they can catch another bus for Whitefield , it will help many people to commute railway station to C.V.Raman nager ,Kaggadasapura.etc. Now we don’t have direct bus to ITPB form kaggadaspura if we want to go ITPB or Whitefield road we need to catch 314 via C.V.Raman nager,BEML gate,Jeevanbeema nager, Indranager 80 feet road get down in old madras road from there we need to catch ITPB bus it will take more than 1 hour to reach old madras road.
        If you provide this bus route we can save our time and energy so behalf of Kaggadasapura people I am requesting you to provide the new mini bus route.

        BMTC — BMTC Service is not good

        BMTC is not giving service to common peoples instade, its giving service for IT Companies, Morning and evening its very horrible to catch BMTC Busses.

        BMTC is collecting money from common/ordinary/middle class peoples in terms of Daily/Monthly Passes, but not providing busses, also they will be getting sufficient amount of money from IT Companies. i dont know BMTC is for IT Companies or Public.
        Politicians/Higher BMTC officials are misusing this money
        but public is suffering more.
        Ya its true..!!! we hate BMTC service
        The BMTC VOLVO service route no 201 R is not punctual and the frequency is very less. There is a gap of ateast half an hr between any bus and at times it doesnt come at all. The bus is great but BMTC needs to increase the buses and be punctual.
        In some of the Red board buses and all suvarna buses, the glasses above the windows glass is transparent. this glass is very wid. In summer, while travelling, commuters feel very hot because sun rays pass through the glass directly ans it will be very uncomfort.
        If this glass is covered with some ad papars or some color papar, It will avoid sun rays passing through.
        and will be good for commuters.
        Sir,
        After 6.00 PM buses suddenly reduce and commuter traffic increase because every one have to return to their houses. After 5.30 PM many buses on route all over Bangalore change their Route Boards and turn towards nearest Bus Depot by closing their shifts. What is fate of people ? How they should return ?
        After 6.00 PM private cabs utilise this oppoutunity. We have already purchased Bus passes - daily/monthly etc.
        Is there some responsible Govt. Official to care for the cause of Public ?

        Absolutely right. One more observation is for our SUGGESTION/COMPLAINTS thro mails, none of the officials including the Concerned Minister or his officers, reply or have courteosy to acknowledge. This is one of the reason the BMTC though it is earning well has not earned its name for the service because of the officials as well as the crew.

        BMTC bus service — BUS SERVICE NOT AVAILABLE

        We do not have BMTC bus service on KHB Road from Kaverinagar to Veeranna Palya (Ring Road). Public residing in Kaverinagar from 1st cross to 10th Cross and Veeranna Palya suffering to travel either we all should walk from Gautham college stop of 415 bus Service or the ring Road or the MM Medical Stop. We are requested the concerned person to provide a bus service from Ring road to Pushpanaji.

        Please provide frequently bus service from K.R.Puram to varthurkodi (Via krpuram,devasandra,ayyapanagar,hoodi,whitefield,varthurkodi) so that many people can use this services, many people who travel depend on auto and they takes us for a ride, If we try to stop any other auto they puncher that auto without autoperson knoweldge & soon...... If you provide this bus route we can save our time.

        BMTC — Misusing the public money

        hi, I here by stating that as the citizen of india i lived around bangalore location and most probobly use public transport which is bmtc.My complaint is that when we get into the bus the conductor charges some fee to issue tickets here what happened is for example:if the ticket cost 4rupees the conductor receives 3rs from the public without issuing the ticket where this money will go to his pocket which we can tell in the better word called black money.This happens in the daily basis with lots of public money being misused and no checking authority have visiting frequently if this continues the government will loose lots of public money which can also useful for further development.Plz take necessary steps so that we can eradicate this completely so the duty can be followed

        BMTC bus service — not providing proper service

        This is regarding the bus route journey from KBS to 7th camp. Route Bus nos 271. The destination of this bus is supposed to be 7th camp but the driver and conductor don't take the bus till there very often. They simply make everyone to get down at jalahalli east itself saying that the bus wont go to 7th camp. This is very rude of them.I have experiences this 10 to 12 times and it causes inconvenience to many passengers. Please look into the matter and do the needful as early as possible.

          Dear Sir,
          I had booked a ticket from Bangalore to Chennai on 5th of March 2010 through KSRTC online ticket booking facility. Where it had asked for passenger identity for which I selected PAN card and got PNR number generated. On travel date I was not able to take print out of the ticket due to some reasons.
          On my travel date i.e 7th March 2010 I reached Shanthinagar BMTC stop at 10.00PM which is my pickup point and I didn't find any facility to ticket. Bus boarding time at this point was at 10.49PM. I approached TT and conductor with my identity proof PAN card and PNR number for boarding but they refused me in getting boarded. I had tried explaining them about not carrying my e-ticket but had identity of passenger along with PNR number meanwhile they gave me a number to talk with and if he agrees they would allow me to board the bus. Finally ther person who spoke me over phone also refused on behalf producing genuine passenger identity proof.
          My question is:
          1. Why do they ask proof of identity for booking e-ticket??
          2. What is use of e-ticketing?
          3. Why government show add for saving paper?
          4. How can anyone say in BMTC that they would allow anybody who has ticket without identity? Sounds how dumb our BMTC employees.
          5. When conductor doesn't keep our e-ticket printout with him post checking it what is the significance of printout?
          6. Inspite of showing sofcopy of e-ticket on my cell phone, why people are so dumb in BMTC to accept the genuines???
          7. Finally, I was not allowed board bus and sent back by TT,conductor and ATM, How to recover my ticket amount??

          Dear Mr. Transport Minister of Karnataka State,

          Your BMTC is comes under your control. The above organization has announced return of Rs. 200/- to the student's pass holders as Rs. 200/- excess recovered from the Parent before issue of the students pass.

          Accordingly, my son holding a student pass of Rs. 870/- and went to your Kalasipalyam BMTC office and requested them to return of Rs. 200/-.

          But authorities are denied to return the amount and said that, we have no any instruction from Govt., so far and the same will be returned after receiving the Govt. order.

          So, it is requested your kind honour to issue a order and help the poor students at an early date.

            Just like auto drivers, some BMTC conductors/drivers are also taking extra fare after 11pm. Is this by rule or are they cheating bangaloreans? Mostly they take 1.5 times the actual fare.
            A few conductors/drivers do not give tickets at night, they take the fare into their pocket.

            No it is happening during day times also. Actually i pay oly 25Rs from madiwala to Electronic city but sometimes they charge Rs30. I dono why these people are cheating passengers like these. There sholud be someone 2 look at this properly. But those who are responsible for this is not at all doing thier jog properly i guess .
            Am travelling in BMTC buses since 8 years.!
            Am student who goes to clg in the morning..and works at evening..so I'll be left at 11pm at the work..and I have to wait for the Buses at bus stop.!
            So yesterday..when I got up into a bus..and I said I have a pass..that fellow said..no passes are allowed after 11..it's a night service vehicle..so u have to buy ticket by paying 1 and half charge.!
            I had ever seen anybady charging 1 and half in the bus.!
            Please make a note of this and resolve the problem soon.!

            My name is Sangamesh, i was travelling from majestic to Hope farm signal on 26th January 2020 around 11:30, conductor has given Ticket of 38rs when i asked the ticket for me, In ticket he has given for 1 adult + 1 child, but i was travelling. How he can give tickets for two people. I asked him many times, he said its order from higher management people. He said he has given tickets to everyone like that only because its night time. I have attached the ticket for reference. Please take action against conductor on this case.

              Everyday I take BMTC volvo bus (335E) to reach office near KTPO from Richmond Circle (from past 6 months). I always buy ticket for KTPO and the bus stops at KTPO cross road. Many people working for software companies nearby like GE, Genesys, L&T etc get down at this stop. There is also a board saying Bus Stop.

              Today 04/03/2010, I got into BMTC volvo bus , I requested ticket for KTPO. Conductor gave me the ticket for usual fair without saying anything.
              At KTPO, I requested conductor to stop the bus. But he didn't stop and said there is no stop there and I should get down at the next stop(ITPL) or should have got down at the previous stop(iGATE).
              I conveyed to conductor saying I have been traveling in this bus, 335E from past 6 months and I always get down at KTPO stop. He just replied that I need to get down in next stop.
              Driver supported conductor and asked me to go back and check where there is stop board at KTPO. There were 3 other passengers who wanted to get down at KTPO.

              If it was not a valid bus stop, why did conductor issue me ticket for that stop?
              Why have all other buses giving stop at that point (335 and 500 series busses)?

              I need to travel from sarjapur signal to ITPL. I normally get into bus from sarjapur signal Stop. Today, 09 Aug 2010 morning, 9.00 AM, i was waiting there for more than 10 min for bus. Once 500K bus came and, he did not stop at the same stop...He stopped at the start place of the flyover... Driver showed action to the people standing over thr that, he will stop bit front... Me and one more guy ran towards the bus.. He reached bit front of me, and got into bus. By the time, i reach near the bus, he left the bus. As i am a lady, i cannot run with that speed and energy... I felt very bad when the diver did this. Conductor, who was standing near the door, told the driver to stop, ..But, he did not.

              This is really unfair. One more 500c was also coming. These two buses were in race.
              See, .. if those people do like this, People like us are suffering. I missed tht 500c bus also, as it was just behind this bus.
              Bus number is KA - 01 2015. Please behave properly to the people. We are also human being. As we are in road, and he sitting over driver seat, .. dont think that, he is top of everything.

              We are the regular office passangers of volvo bus no. 411L which start usually from Dairy Circle and go to ITPL through Inner Ring Road. Only two buses in the office time is available, one at 7-15 A.M. and the other at 7-35A.M. from Dairy Circle. At least 10-15 passagers avail this bus from the terminus point at Dairy Circle. But very frequently (once or twice in a week) the buses are not available due to diversion to other route. Since in that particular route (starting from Dairy circle to ITPL) only two buses (411L) is available in the office time. No other alternate bus is available in this route. If the bus 411L not come to Dairy circle in the office time we face tremendous problem. Similarly, last bus start from ITPL at 4-30P.M. So, we would request you to increase the frequency of this bus (411L) in the morning time as well as in the evening time preferably at 5-15P.M. and 5-30 P.M. At the same time please take care about the availability of this bus in everyday at Dairy Circle in the office hours i.e. at 7-15 A.M. and 7-35 A.M. Please also ensure that under no circumstances this bus should not be diverted to other route.

                Driver of bus 369 drives recklessly and knocks down just to let them know to leave him way... Irresponsible and having least sense to stop over and check if he is not driving over other vehicles.. Rather than honking to ask for way he knocks down two wheelers ... and the traffic police does nothing except stare at the fight and showing no response to it.. Thanks to reckless drivers of BMTC and Irresponsible Traffic police for watching the free show....

                  This is Rajesh from BEL Colony Jalahalli.It is really getting very much difficult for the public to reach on time to desired destinations due to negligence of BMTC drivers.I board the bus at Nagaland Circle and some buses do not stop at the bus stand even after waving the hand. I have noted a number of the bus that didn't stopped,its KA01-F-4986 .Please kindly make sure that the buses stops at the bus stand and it will be very much helpful for the public.

                  My self Navya, Daily I travel from Hebbal to ITPL from the Hebbal to Tin Factory i will take one bus and from Tin Factory to ITPL one bus. Few busses they won’t stop in TIN factory if the bus not full also.

                  Today 18/10/2010 I had very bad time i was standing in Tin Factory there is one Bus came it was few Passengers (may be 30to 35)but they didn’t stop and i took other bus i cached same Bus in Railway Station. And i asked the bus driver why he didn’t stop there, if the seats are available also. he reply saying that bus got puncher. If the bus i got puncher he is taking the risk and driving (after i got down i checked bus was fine ) he just lying.

                    I want to lodge a complaint against a bus conductor of BMTC bus route number 171 (Bus Details: KA01 F2219) running between Koramangala & Majestic. This incident occured on 20th February 2010 around 11a.m. at Shanthi Nagar bus stand. I boarded this bus at this point and asked for the ticket to Jyothi Nivas College from bus conductor.But the conductor charged Nine Rupees instead of charging Seven rupees. This happened because, the conductor wants me to travel for Without ticket and give him Five rupees. When I asked for a ticket, he got angry and took nine rupees, which was not the actual charge.

                    So, I would like to lodge a complaint against the conductor for his misbehavior towards the public & also for getting back my money. I seriously believe in KSRTC Officer(Mr.Venkatesh- Senior Traffic Officer)., which will be the sole responsible for taking against the bus conductor.

                    I'm sure about the ticket charges, because i have been travelling between those junctions for Rs.7 for months.

                    I have raised a complaint already & the Reg. # would be 425

                    I would request the concerned officer to give the maximum punishment to the conductor., So that it make sure the same wouldn't happen to any Bangaloreans again.

                    bus service — Rudely behaviour

                    This is bring to your notice that I am rizwan, I usually take bus from Jasola Vihar in the morning for my office. But I never got bad experience with that bad service (Conductor) which I got on Friday in the morning around 7:30 am, when I asked about the space for me then he pushed and dropped me from the bus and abused me, I am a professional, if he wants to take some action so not a problem I can proceed, but why did I send it to you because I know that we should go legally and then we get proper output, So I request you to take immediately action for that particular person so not only for me as well as for all the passengers.
                    Because of this behaviour most of the people of this area are not satisfied with this behaviour.

                    Today on 10.03.2010 i have travelled by BMTC BUS NO. KA01/FA/2164. (G4 BUS)Time between 5.30 to 6
                    I given 10 Rs. to conductor.Asked Many time for ticket. He shook his head. and gone backside. He is not come next to me. while getting down i asked ticket and balance..he shook the head and complled me to getdown. Aftergetting down he is not agreed and keep quiet.
                    when i started shouting in english he told something like kannada gothilla...and bus passed away..

                    He has taken 10 rs.no ticket and no balance
                    But i never like to shout. I got heart because of this kind of nature. Pls dont encourage like this behaviour. I am not arguing for 10 Rs. .

                    Whom ever it may concern,

                    I am from Bengal living for past 1 year in Bangalore. I travel everyday from Silk Board to Sangam circle to go office. Today(18/03/2010) while traveling in Bus # KA 1 F3696, route # 401at 9 AM, i was shocked at the behavior of the conductor. He was speaking in Kannada(which I could not understand) and shouting at me without any reason. I never understood what was the matter as I had already paid the exact bus fair. Some of the Kannada people were laughing and I felt very humiliated. Please look into the matter if possible.

                    what our bmtc inspectors /sarathi inspectors are doing. They are not doing their duty promptly.
                    I was on my way to Madivala to K.R. Market and boarded the bus that runs on the route Anekal to Bangalore. The bus registration no. is KA01 AA3078. I was sitting on the Ladies Seat beside the Driver's Cabin. There were all ready 5 passengers sitting on the seat including me and there was no space for the 6th passenger. But when some passengers boarded from Lakasandra the conductor was forcibly trying to make seat for the 6th passenger. When I asked the conductor when seats are available at the back side why is he forcing the passenger to seat where there is no space for the passenger. Then he started mockering me and when I protested he used abusive languages and even tried to harass me. In the bus none of the passenger protested for his indecent behaviour.
                    As I am a female passenger I felt very much insulted and immediately got down at Lalbagh. This conductor's attitude towards female passengers is very much indecent. I am a regular passenger in this route and I request you to take strict action against this conductor.

                    I am a student of B.E final year, I usually travel by bus to my college.I own a student pass the route is from Kumarswamy layout to vignananagar. Today that is on 26th feb 2011, around 3:00 when i boarded a bus in corporation bus no: KA 01 F 3187 (15E), The conductor told that Pass is not allowed from this route and forced me to take a ticket of Rs.12 from corporation to dayananda sagar college stop. This behaviour of the conductor was very displeasing because my pass was allowed in that route i am travelling in the same pass route for nearly 3 years.
                    I am a girl..Today(14/04/2011) I boarded the volvo bus (201) at BTM in the morning in between 8:45 and 9..I wanted to go to domlur and gave 100Rs..The conductor had change but didnt give the change..he said he would give me 75Rs tomorrow if I go in the same bus and he told me to note down his cell number and contact him infront of public loudly..and then stood beside me and started touching me..he was touching other girls also..purposefully..Cant mention everything here but this was the thing..i request the authority to take serious actions on this and update this web page with the actions taken..

                    I want to lodge a complaint against a bus conductor of BMTC bus. I noticed that the conductor of the this bus was not issuing ticket to many passengers. Also when a passenger asks for a change by showing the change amount written on the back of the ticket he would give the change and not return the ticket. I also observed that he was giving these tickets to the people he was not issuing ticket.

                    Here are the details of the Bus:

                    Date and Time : 30th August 2011 - Bus was at Madiwala at around 7:30 am

                    This is not the only bus where I've noticed such things. Such incidents happen in most of the buses everyday. If we as citizens try to oppose this, we'll have to face a lot of fight and misbehaviour. I strongly recommend that the concerned officers must take this seriously and take strict action against this.

                    BMTC is offerring great services to the public and I feel if such issues are taken care of the organization will be much better.

                    bus service — Lack of bus stops

                    I daily have to go to Jayanagar 4th block from Ulsoor for which i have to change the bus at Richmond road bus stop and walk for more than half a kilometer to reach richmond circle red light crossing under the flyover to get a bus for jayanagar 4th block.
                    I humbly request to create a bus stop near the richmond circle crossing under the flyover for the busses going towards majestic & market, so that we can save our time and inconvenience faced due to unavailability of the stoppage.
                    I daily find many people struggling with the same problem which included senior citizens, ladies, children & handicaps.
                    I consider the authorities of Bangalore are sensitive and responsible enough to take action on this as soon as possible.
                    Please look into the frequency of buses int he route Silkboard to Hebbala. Nowadays, there is a huge shortage of buses and the one or two buses that come are overly crowded. Please do not divert your buses for the companies which do not have that much requirement as the buses run for private companies are always empty, please diver the buses to the route where people need it as there are many companies in that route and people are struggling to commute to their place of work.                     I have a complaint against the conductor of bus route number G1, registration number KA 01 FA 2285.
                    I have traveled twice by this bus and both the times the experience has been bad. The first time the conductor did not give back the complete change. And the second time, since I did not have Rs.14 change (that's how much my ticket costs), I gave him a Rs.20 note. For this he said he wants the exact change or I should get off the bus.And I had to get off the bus.

                    I would like to complain against conductor who works for 415H/415E which starts from majestic to Nagavar outer ring road. The conductors of these buses always compete with each and other and dont stop at designated stops and in competition both arrive at majestic much before the actual timings. Actually 415E is supposed to arrive at 8.30am and 415H @8.45am. But they arrive at majestic @8.20 only.
                    Buses are meant for public service and in fact they are surviving because of public who commute in bus.Moreover only two buses are available towards Nagavara.

                    Conductors are so rude, always use filthy words and they don't respect anyone. Every human being has self respect. If some day people get reversed then their life will be miserable.

                    So please take some action against this complaint.
                    This is causing inconvenience to all the people who travel towards Nagavara.

Dasarahalli, 263 bus which goes to majestic, i gave him Rs. 50 and asked for ticket to majestic, he returned me Rs.30 and wrote Rs.6 behind ticket, i asked 3-4times for change wen central bus stop crossed, but he made faces and ignored me. he gave change to rest all the passenger apart from me, later when all were getting down, he gave me Rs.11 and told me to give the change to other passenger, which is not appreciated, i got down at majestic and gave change of Rs. 5 to the other passenger, conductor cheated with Rs.1 to the other passenger and that person was behind me unless i gave him change, i dont happen to speak with unknown people, but because of conductor he followed me(i am female) my ticket number is T13 363656 its worth Rs.14. Bus number is KA 05 F 089.conductor is young enough, wanted to cheat passengers.

Other passeners in the bus surprised at his behaviour. When the bus reache nea Yeshwantpur rly stn (on the side of 6th platform) on the main road only and there is no bus stop is seen, he did not make any announcement of reaching Yeshwantpur but stopped at a far distance from rly station and shouted at me saying “you know how to talk about rules but not getting down”. When I asked why he did not make announcement when the stop reached, he replied arrogantly it is not his job and it is my head ache. While allother conductors make announcements how he talk like that? Is he expected to talk so?. When I asked he refused to tell his name and badge No. first and when I noted the bus regn no. he told his name as Riaz and Badge no.as 2464, however I doubt whether he told the name and badge no. correctly. Such a behaviour by a conductor is not at all appreciated. We and another old couple had to walk long way to YPR rly stn carrying luggage.                     Hi Sir,
                    I used to travel by Local Bus everyday from Shivaji Nagar to Nandi Durga Road (Which is in between Shivaji Nagar and RT Nagar). Bus Nos.112, 114A, 114D, 119 which is used to go in that route. Today[protected] i got 112 bus from shivaji nagar at 10.20 AM which i confirm with conductor whether it goes to nandidurga stop or not. That Lady conductor told me it goes so i got into that bus but after reaching Vasanth Nagar conductor told me it wont go to nandi durga road also driver take the other way to Jayamahal Main road. From there i want to walk 20mins to reach nandi durga stop. I asked to that Lady conductor why it not goes as you told in shivaji nagar it goes to nandidurga road. She replied with bad words harshly that it wont go now and get down here. I never seen Lady conductors using bad words in BMTC bus. So many buses which is used to go nandi durga road is not taking the route properly. Please take necessary action over this as so many people are affecting because of this route. If its not changing then my next step will be posting a letter to media about BMTC activities.

                    Just before 30 min at 10:00 AM (31st Jan Fri 2014), I took bus from BTM Water Tank to Jayanagar 4th Block 60 E bus, bus number KA 01 F 8563. I gave 50 rupee to Bus conductor, the ticket actual cost is 12 Rupee, he asked me for change I was not having change, he should have tell me that remaing money I will give your shortly, but then he started shouting on me that if you don't have change why you get in BUS, then he took 50 ruppes and didn't give my money back and also no ticket. I told him many times please give my money back but he was not listening and also was not giving ticket. By that time if some one come to check ticket what should I tell, I asked give me ticket he told I will not give you ticket and again started shouting.

                    He doesn't know how to talk with a lady then a man in bus helped me and gave 2 rupees to conductor.

                    I was very upset with this behaviours that in a very good city Bangalore a Govt Emplyee(Bus Conductor) can behave like this with a Lady very upset. Please action against that driver. Because I am worrying if he meets me again and does the same behavior.

                    Was traveling from nagarbhavi circle to vijay through bus on 09 Feb 2014, in a time limit between 2:20pm to 2:50pm.
                    I experience annoying behavior of conductor in bus. Here i classify them in points:
                    1) i actually tend to look like bright skin guy like any north Indian, but perhaps i am not, I am kannadiga, I belong to hubli taluk dharwad district, he just assaulted me as if i am hindi speaking guy.
                    When i replied him in Kannada, he imitated his answer in my style, (actually my tongue is bit thick that i can&#039;t utter some words like kannada there are two types of shabda la and the other la).
                    I can&#039;t speak so he imitated in my kind of speak.
                    That was harrasing to me in front of everyone in bus.
                    The matter was he asked me to come back and stand back side.
                    I didn&#039;t recognize as he was particularly saying to me.
                    As i was with my brother and he was sitting so i was standing nearer to him. Approximately in the middle portion of the bus.
                    But i didn&#039;t block his way either.
                    Then when i didn&#039;t hear.
                    His words he try to speak in hindi and assaulted me as i mentioned above.

                    2) the bus had advertising banner sticked on upper transparent glass.
                    Because of which i need to bend down to get the judgment where bus was actually going.
                    I was wearing short shirt by the time i bend my hip can be visible.
                    While i was bend and watching outside he literally pinched my hip.

                    3) this one i observed.
                    Some group of North Indian non skilled workers got in to bus.
                    While they were buying tickets . They had shortage of one rupee changethe conductor was literally trying to put his hand in their shirts pocket.
                    When they said they don&#039;t have change. Conductor was demanding for star gutkha kind eating thing to them.
                    And he was trying to ask them in hindi like &quot;did you got married&quot; .
                    Which is actually none of his business. And those north Indian guys were not really known people to them.
                    As he is in bus as a conductor he don&#039;t have any right to get in to passengers personal things.

                    I am man and they were also group of men.
                    This is not so serious problem to me at all.
                    I thought to inform you about this.
                    Because if he can do these things to us. What way he might behave when it comes to communicating with women passengers.
                    I just hope you should take my words seriously.
                    And should seriously take action or warn the conductor.
                    For a better Bangalore.
                    And safe Bangalore.

                    BMTC is known for its quality and safety in bus services.
                    We definitely don&#039;t want today&#039;s silly mistake to be excused.
                    As the same person may grow bad things in future.

                    I would like to state that morning I was traveling in BMTC Bus No.213 E (K.R. Market to Thokathimmana Doddi) in Bus No. KA -01, F-3538, Depo No.03 on[protected] around 9.00 A.M. The conductor was scolding me and public using vulgar words without thinking that even we are also human beings. Actually I was standing near senior citizen seat but the conductor scolded me in front of every one telling that I am misbehaving.

                    I kindly request you to take action against that conductor for not continuing such nuisance with public next time. Also I would like to know the status of this issue via Telephone call.

                    I would like to state that this afternoon I was traveling in BMTC Bus No.210, around 16.00 hrs. The conductor (She) was rude and used unprofessional and abusive language in public.

                    Summary:
                    I paid Rs 20/- for a Rs 12/- ticket and she refused to tender the change stating "I do not have change and if you need ticket, tender change and collect the ticket. If not get down from the bus (highlighting- she used unprofessional, abusive words and rude behavior) she also stated "You should have asked the permission before boarding the bus"- I'm in Bangalore since birth and never knew that I had to take permission before boarding the bus. She then again started abusing and shouting on me saying that if I don't have change I should not boarded the bus or asked before boarding the bus. I asked her to refund my money so that I can deport the bus; conductor started shouting and refused to refund my money as well telling she can't give the money nor the ticket.

                    If this is the case for a person who is residing in Bangalore for about 20 years, then what about the people who has come from other part of the cities.

                    I boarded the bus, 335E ( Bus # KA 57 1199 ) at Richmond circle at 6:40 AM on 10 April 2014.As the bus moved, a few passengers boarded the bus at Rajeswari bus stop. Within a minute the bus reached the next stop that is HAL considering it was early hours and no traffic.2 TCs(one was Shashoda from Shathi Nagar Bus Station) entered the bus at HAL.By then the conductor did not get enough time to issue tickets for all the passengers.As the TC entered the bus and started checking, she figured out that 3 people had not been issued tickets.Being a sensible officer, she should have analysed the situation but in turn she started abusing the passengers for not taking the ticket before stage.

                    Only thing she spoke was the passengers should have the ticket before the stage.How are we passengers suppose to figure out the stage? In a matter of 30sec-1 minute how many tickets can a conductor issue?

                    Even though the entire set of co-passengers tried to explain the situation to her she did not bother to hear.All she did was abusing the passengers and conductor for no mistake of theirs.

                    Ultimately she fined the 3 passengers for Rs 500/- each and conductor was fined Rs 3000/-.

                    I would request the BMTC to take strict action against such senseless officers whose main intention is to make a collection and not hear the public.

                    My Wife with children bought 3 daily bus passes from a conductor bearing Nos SJC. 0029962, 0029963, 0029964 of face value Rs 70 (Rs 55 revised Rs 65 and again revised Rs 5), Instead 3 Tickets of Rs 5 The conductor Issued Rs 14 and Re 1 ticket along with three passes.and collected Rs 210/-.While return journey the conductor of bus No KA 01 FA 2353 Route No.221 G Refused to allow to travel with thees daily bus passes and forced to get down from the bus at Night after 10 PM.At the time she doesn't have enough money to buy return journey tickets collected some money from co passengers and purchased three tickets of face value Rs 21/- each and continued journey.Now we got confused which conductor is right and which conductor is wrong.who done the mistake.if there is any cummunication gap pl check.I want reply soon.

                    Today I boarded at Volvo bus no.825 which was going from Majestic toward Hebbal at morning 9am. Bus registration no. was KA-57-F-973. My destination was Palace Ground. When I got up to get down at Palace Ground the driver didn't stop the bus saying there were not many passengers to get down so he cannot stop it there I need to get down at next stop which was Merki Circle, despite of requesting him several times he didn't stop the bus and I had to get down at the next stop. I possess a bus pass which cost 2250Rs. After paying this much amount is this the behaviour I am suppose to face and this happened many times earlier as well. Please take some action on this.

                    Issue: Conductor initially took only 8 Rs. On demanding ticket, he ignored at first. On insisting he took full 12 Rs and issued only 6 Rs ticket. Acted very rudely and almost threatening to harm.
                    The Bus conductors on outer ring road not issuing the tickets most of the times, this has become more common with volvo also they charge 20 or 30 rupees still don't provide ticket if we insists for it they start shouting no change and move to back side in a rush bus, even for 5 rupees they say no change. bus fare is changing from conductor to conductor one will charge 60 Rs from Kalamandir to Silkboard other guy will charge 70 Rs, even though we are working in IT doesn't mean they can loot us .

                    And most of the times when the checking staff comes they simply push at passengers that we didn't take the ticket, we pay the money and again get screwed by checking staff, I have seen conductors hiding extra money under the window plastic wires .

                    Please take the action and make sure they issue tickets to passengers, we are paying the money and getting the bad words from conductors as if they are paying for us.

                    I board route ORCA-02 bus from Jakssandra to Whitefield (Kalyani Platina).

                    The conductor asked me to come at Jakssandra Bus Stop for morning pickup.
                    I agreed on it though its too far to reach there by walk and I have to take a three-wheeler (auto).

                    Though in evenings when returning from office no other person gets down at the same place
                    so I ask him to drop me a little further on 100 feet road at signal.

                    He was very poor and rude in his talk and with authority told me that we won't stop.
                    He also asked the DRIVER to do the same. He did this in a scolding and authoritative fashion.

                    Please look into the behavior of this conductor.
                    People like these are spoiling Software and Knowledge culture of Bangalore.

                    i am regular passenger in BMTC Vovlo service with Bus Pass. i board the bus at Agarah HSR Layout. Today i boarded the bus KA01 - FA 2013, even though the bus had crossed Agarah bus stop but stopped to pick up the passenger in between. While I wanted to get down at Marathalli after the tunnel the bus driver and conductor didnt listen to any of my plea and didnt stop the bus. There is a legal bus stop which was overlooked purposely as there wasnt any passengers to onboard the bus.

                    They kidnapped me and repeatedly harassed me in Kannada language. I am a normal person dont get into any argument but the bus conductor shouted and insulted me publicly.

                    I was then dragged all the way and then dropped on the other side at Kalamandir. I felt my hands and legs started trembling at their behavior and had nervous break down. I controlled myself to cross the busy road their and almost narrowly missed an accident. WHile i am writing this i am still in a state of trauma.

                    This delay resulted me in reaching office late which may cause 1/2 day salary deduction for me.

                    I want to take legal action against the bus driver and conductor. Want immediate suspension from their duties and criminal action being taken against them. I also want monetary compensation from BMTC for my salary deduction and i need to consult a Psychiatrist relating to this incident the complete payment for the same and an assurance to teach all the conductors the behavior of conduct.

                    I will be filing a police complain today. I'll publish my complain at social networking site and the response too i receive will be published.

                    This is to bring to your notice the behavior of the bus Conductor of bus number: KA 53 F 057. I took a bus from Kalyan Nagar to Manyata Embassy Park. I paid him the amount for ticket but he did not gave the ticket (Slip) to me. When I asked him again, he made a gesture with his hand ( which would men wait, I will give) . After 2 stops I again I asked him for ticket, this time he looked at me with anger and started saying something in a language that I don't understand. He was not very loud but I could understand he is saying something. Next stop, I had to get down so I asked again but he ignored, knowing I am getting down right here.


                    Not sure what to do, I just left the bus without the ticket. I am not sure why he did not gave me the ticket but to my understanding it is wrong on bus Conductors part. I do not know what is the other way to bring this to the attention of the authorities so raising it here.

                    I am travelling from JP Morgan to Multiplex daily. None of the conductors give me ticket instead they give me one rupee back saying you can travel without ticket. I am noticing this, happening to all the travelers who travel for short distance. None of them are bothered to get the ticket from the conductor. Every time when I ask for the ticket with correct change they give me some used tickets, I need to shout at them to get my correct tickets. I have to get scolding and bad words for my truthfulness. If this happens I am sure all BMTC bus is going on loss for the conductors misuse. No ticket checks are also done by Ticket inspectors. small drops make ocean. Though my Rs 5/- is small amount. But along with me minimum 3 persons travel. Like this one bus there are hundreds and hundreds of bus travel in different routes. So how much money is been swallowed by this conductors on duty.

                    Bus no ka57 f1116, I got into the bus from jayadeva and experienced rash driving. Many times the driver put sudden break and two ladies fell down. One lady told the driver to drive carefully and he responded saying that go inside in kannada. Why can't he drive carefully??

                    Everyday I travel from Silk Board to BTM Layout (Udupi Signal) . BMTC non A/C bus fare for this route is Rs 5. Always I need to carry a change of Rs 5 or else the bus conductor won't return the change. If you ask for change He/she will revert in rude way or they will ask to get down from the bus. Sometime, even he/she they won't provide the tickets even after paying for it. He/she will just give an explanation that it's a very close by destination .

                      Sir,

                      I boarded the bus (bus no. KA01 FA1397, route no. BIAS 12) at BIAL today (10th Feb 2010) at around 8.25 PM to go to BTM Layout. He demanded Rs.190/- and while he was still removing the ticket from the ticket book, I asked him to change the destination to Jayanagar 4th block instead, for which fare is Rs.150/- and to issue the same accordingly.

                      He refused to do so in an insolent manner and informed that he has already removed the tickets from the booklets. I repeatedly requested him to consider my change in destination as the tickets were still in hands fresh and also had not further issued tickets to any other passengers. In addition, these tickets were neither computer-generated nor the entry was made in the waybill, hence was possible for him to consider my repeated requests. In spite of this he refused to budge.

                      What I wish to state is, the said conductor should have been courteous enough to passengers in obliging such requests and informing the route, rates etc. Passengers will be innocent in these aspects and any such instant requests made without harming the revenue should be politely considered. I request the concerned authorities to correct the manners of this conductor.

                      Hoping this complaint will be considered effectively, so that no other passenger would face the same.

                      I am suman working at biocon Every day i board the vajra bus(KA02-8863) from majestic to hebbagudi.
                      I can't sit in a bus for few minutes due to loud Fm Radio, when i ask conductor, he refused to do so in an insolent manner. he didnot reduce it

                      And one more thing is I board vajra bus to reach my place early but vajra driver they stop the bus wherever passenger ask. why? these drivers stop the bus every where let them stop at designated stop

                        I am aware that the bus services in Bangalore is more than horrible. But I would still like to bring this to the notice of the concerned authorities. I travel from Central Silk Board to BDA Complex (BSK II Stage) everyday. After the road that connects BDA Complex to the Deve Gowda petrol bunk road was closed buy a height barrier, the Volvo buses seem to take the routes of their choice. Some people inform us that they wont stop near the complex and tell us to get down about 1/2 Km. away. I wanted to bring this to the notice of the authorities but I was waiting for it to repeat a considerable number of times. Please find below the ticket details of my latest journey. I know it is only 13 Rs and the government will not do anything about it. I am not even sure if this will be read by anyone. Buses cannot decide what route they take. It has to be decided by the authorities at BMTC. I am well aware that this article will go waste.

                        Too fast or too slow, both are infuriate .

                        I travel from Kadugodi [Whitefield ] to HAL main gate everyday for last 2 years . I travel either in BIG10 or in Volvo bus .
                        Now a days its noticed the buses - BIG10 are crowling like anything by catching up more travellers [May be BMTC has put some some target and to achive that Drivers and conductors are waiting to get more travellers].
                        So to reach office intime I started travelling in Volvo - 335E .The bus charge towards ITPL - whitefield area is more when compare to other areas in bangalore .But in intention to reach office intime I chose Volvo. But today [15th Feb, 2010] it was too horrible to travel in the Volvo as it was too slow and took more than 1 Hour to reach HAL main gate even there was not traffic.The bus started from Kadugodi at 8.26AM [Ticket No.[protected]] . Except in signals I could not see more traffic on road . Normally in such days it will take only 30 to 40 min to reach HAL Main gate .The conductor was stopping in all the places where all the travellers want to get down . From the driving itself we could understand the driver and conductor wanted to delay the travel .

                        I asked Conductor why the bus is going too slow and all will be late to office in the morning time . He told due to traffic block . The recorded answer .

                        In such situations many use to get down and catch another bus to go.
                        Money also matters . we cannot do this always spending double charge .

                        In the morning time all are in too much of hurry to reach their work places in time and in that time if BMTC bus services is not convenient, what the public should do?

                        This is too much and we request you to take some sudden action to help the public .Otherwise more will start travel in their own vehicle and which will increase the traffic blocks in Bangalore .

                        PLease take some supportive decision to make the travel more convenient .

                        i want to complaint bout the behaviour of bus conductors and drivers towards north indians especially.they dont stop the bus at the bus stop..they stop so far frm the stop...nd if v asked regarding this they start behaving horrible...this spoils the hospitality of banglore...nw this is gone too much nd v all request to bmtc, plz take some serious action towards this matter.

                          This happened as I was coming from Jayadeva hospital check post to Himagiri Meadows(before gottigere) . I boarded a blue color bus going towards gottigere at 8.30 pm on today(Jan 31st). I have given the last 4 numbers of that bus.(F 4850) I did not notice the route no or no number was given. While I was getting down in Himagiri meadows I went to the front of the bus to get down. As I was getting down even before I could come out the bus the driver needlessly closed the door and my hand was stuck inside. Also he instead of opening the door started the bus and therefore I was in danger of grievious injury. Only when I and the co-passengers shouted did he opened the door and my hand was released. Because of the reckless and foolish action of this driver, I was in danger of great injury. This happend at 8.45pm at Himagiri meadows. The driver did not even apologize for that and casually took the bus. I want immediate action against this driver.

                          Am bringing it to the notice since there are many case of injuries and damages caused to private people and private cars on the OMR. These drivers think they are the bosses of the roads and just leave the bus and take shelter in the police station in a bad situation. I presume there is no punishment from the employer or a sudden audit of their behaviour on the drivers' seat.

                          I request you to take appropriate enquiry with the driver and ensure safety for the public.

                            Sir,

                            This is regarding the ladies seat reservation.

                            The rule says that the seat has to be vacated by any male passenger sitting in ladies seat when there are any women pasengers. But this does not happen at all.

                            All most all seats are occupied by men, also they stand up till the driver making it very very difficult for the women passengers. Also few of the conductors do not support women in getting their seats.

                            There Should no discrimination in rules. I saw so many times Ladies are occupying gents seat and Gents are not asking to vacate. Already ladies reserved bus started from BMTC and they are getting more comfort than Gents.

Whether there's any seat reserved for conductors... But there was no such thing... Please take some action against such things... We r paying for the seats... If we don't get its fine... I mean the bus works and looks like BMTC but will have KSRTC board which doesn't allow passes!                               Hi,

                              I am daily travelling from Vijaynagar to Whitefield by bus no. 500K & 333T. The route used by these buses are very lengthy & take moretime ( 2.5 Hrs for 500K & 2Hrs for 333T).
                              Why can't we have direct route White field --> Old Airport road --> Sule Circle -->Life style --> Corporaion Circle --> KR Market Fly Over --> mysore Road --> Vijay nagar.

                              This can save lot of time. This is opnion of several people who are travelling daily.

                              OR

                              Extend the buses going to Majestic to Chandra layout / Nagarabhavi ( Changing 335E to 333T).



                              Please look into this & do the needful.

                              500N bus root was good, all of sudden service has been stopeed, Please resume it. So many professiionals perticularly aged and pregnants are dependent on that as it stays uncrowded and has good service by driver and conductor.

                              I am travelling everyday from Hopefarm (Whitefield) to Silk Board.For the same I take Volvo (500/505/506) from ITPL .For this I need to change 2 buses every day to reach Silk Board.

                              All above volvos start from ITPL.

                              Hope Farm is just 2 stops (2KM) ahead of ITPL.

                              If any of the above bus service is extended till Hopefarm then it will be a great help for so many daily travellers.

                              I am daily travelling from Arekere( Banerghatta) to Tinfactory @ morning 8a.m by bus no. 500C( FROM Arekere to Marathalli) & 500D( from Marathalli to Tin factory). The route used by these buses are very lengthy & take moretime ( 2.5 Hrs)
                              Why can't we have direct route tin factory ?This can save lot of time.
                              and also i have faced lot of problems while returning back . after 6 pm the volvo servuces are very less in Banerghatta road( from Shopper stop bus stop to Banerghatta)

                              I am sorry to inform you that inspite of going for monthly volvo bus passes, Though Volvo has increase monthly pass fares, they are least bothered to see that their frequencies are well controlled. Many times, we see all of a sudden 3-4 buses coming altogether whenst you have been waiting for a single bus to come to your stop. During evening after 7pm - it is difficult to get a sinlge bus especially buses coming from Silkboard - though ordinary buses run quite regularly.

                              If we are paying for monthly pass don't we have a right to get the money's worth. Mind here, the difference of ordinary monthly fares and monthly pass is just 150 INR but when you are forced to ply ordinary buses - this amount of difference increases and we end up loosing money due to BMTC practices.

                              Resultant, every bus that comes is overcrowded because of this delay. Moreover, people are not in a position to leave one crowded bus and wait for the another to come.

                              I am forced to travel in ordinary buses. Recently, I am finding that BMTC has cut down on frequencies especially on the following routes: Old Airport to Marathahalli and Marathahalli to EcoSpace Drive daily to my office. Worst thing, I am not able to get a bus inspite of waiting for 20 mins especially in the evening. Even buses from Mayo Hall to Old Airport after 10pm is very difficult.

                              So, let us know are you going to put back the frequency level for Old Airport and Silkboard buses.

                              Hope some one is hearing it and this problem is immediately attended or else we would be forced to leave volvo aside and start using ordinary buses.

                              BMTC, please do something - passengers are increasing and the bus timings are not properly arranged. So, are you going to listen to our request.
                              volvo bus service from nagabhavi starts from 7.45am. How is it possible to reach ITPL at 8.45 as office in time is 9.00AM. Itis requested to start from 6.45, so 2 hrs journey & can reach at8.45. Will the authority look into it?.

                                I am not sure if this makes any sense for the government of Karnataka but BMTC should become more responsible and disciplined. Conductors and drivers should be resposible enough to perform there duties properly. Its the responsibility of conductor to make people aware of how to use the bus service, I was traveling in KA-01-F-2591 in the morning time when the bus is fully crowded and to my utter surprise I am seeing 2 male passengers sitting in ladies seats and commenting on gals and torturing, asked the conductor to tell them to get up from ladies seat but the fool conductor did not have the guts to tell them. This is really hopeless.
                                Like this India will never grow and people like these will dominate the women.

                                Not sure if any actions would be taken, but its my duty so I have done my part. Its ur duty to stop eating public money and do somethg for them.......

                                I regularly travel in BMTC from Jayanagar to Hunasamaranahalli on new Airport road. Every day I get horrible experience travelling in BMTC. today I boarded a bus from Majestic (298M - KA-50 2185) at 1:30 PM. Driver was in a hurry right from start that he did not even wait at BUS stops for the passenger to board or alight. I saw passenger running behind the bus to board. Also one of the passenger escaped narrowly near hebbal when the driver immediately started the bus before the passenger could board. At yelahanka he stopped the bus & starting quarreling with a passenger on a silly thing & wasted nearly 20 mins quarreling with passenger.

                                I would urge the concerned BMTC authorities to take action against this irresponsible driver.
                                U can not make stop anyone from sitting in ladies seat if the seat is empty.

                                The Bus number 266R which stopped near sambhram engineering college by 1:30PM on[protected]where my parents departed) travelled to swasthik. They asked for proper destination but due to lack of dumbness of the that conductor, he listened some other destination. When my parents arrived the destination they asked for change. But this conductor abused them very badly. What the hell of situation is going on in this world. My dad is 68 years old and my mom is 63 years old. How the hell he can do it like that ? As i am staying out the country i cannot give a formal compliant about this issue. But i believe that if something is left in this country please take a necessary action against all these &quot;Mother [censored]ing &quot;. I am harsh and i know the pain of missing the parents for a long time. Hope website helps me.

                                  I took BMTC's Volvo bus- 500K (KA 01 FA 1747) from Silk Board to Ecospace today.

                                  On boarding the bus I asked the conductor for the ticket but did not have the EXACT change .I handed a Rs.100 note to the conductor and was appalled by his reaction.

                                  He started shouting at me for not providing him the exact amount. I asked him to stop yelling and told him to issue me a ticket for the next stop instead to which he disagreed and continued with his rant.

                                  We talk about training auto drivers on public conduct, I suggest we include in it these unruly and uncivilised hooligans calling themselves "conductors" so they learn how to talk to and behave with the passengers.

                                    BMTC is currently providing good service across namma bengaluru. Even though the roads are not good due to Namma Metro project, the drivers are taking us home well with in time and with out any harm. But i feel sorry when i see new Jn nurm buses, because on these buses the BMTC has written there full form as Bangalore Metro.....etc.

                                    The name of Bangalore has changed to Bengaluru, and it is beening effectively used all over namma bengaluru, but these govt. organisations are not using them. It hurts me a lot. The govt, organisations must implement these things and make sure that they use only bengaluru word all over the city.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      We are regularly travel from Dairy Circle to Brigade road in route number G-4 – BIG-10 Buses and Koramangala to Brigade Road in G-2 – BIG-10 Buses. In these buses, behaviors of conductors are very rough. The problems we are regularly suffering in these buses are:
                                      Conductors are not giving the tickets, he takes only money after that firstly he will say "give me chiller" though he has sufficient chiller. If we give chiller then he will not give tickets. If we don’t have chiller then we have to beg for our refund as well tickets. If we argue for tickets or refund then they are doing misbehave

                                      Please do the needful as this regular practice.

                                        Dear BMTC,

                                        To day myself and my wife were traveling in BMTC from city market in route No 335, (KA 01 – FA 1087) from City Market at about 5 pm, while alighting at Murgeshpalya , the conductor and driver not bothered to monitor passenger getting down. My wife was fallen down, there was severe bruise.

                                        The driver behavior was so strange, in stops like richmond circle, corporation the bus was not stop, even by stretching hand and requesting by public, they are not bothered.

                                        Such Driver and conductor is nuisance to public, please save the public from the irresponsible staff.

                                        BMTC — Conductor irresponsible

                                        The BMTC volvo bus no KA01 fa 2238 with service no 500C destination to ITPL which ran on 17/09/2010 around 6:30PM via Marathahalli bridge.

                                        The conductor is so irresponsible.Collecting extra fares for the ticket than usual.He might be new to this but isn't listening to the passengers .For Rs 10 fare from JP morgan to Marathahalli he gave Rs 15 ticket and arguing this is the correct fare.'

                                        Though he is having change he is not willing to give until insisting for a longer time.
                                        We request to kindly seek the action against this .Please do not read and enjoy ,wake up and do the needful

                                        BMTC — lack of ordinary buses which go into electronic city

                                        i am facing a problem to go inside electronic city ,as there are very few blue buses which go into it,and they are often full.Please increase the number of 600FB buses during 8-10a.m & 5-7pm.I request you to take the action as soon as possible.

                                        BMTC — Rude Behaviour , Higher fair collection from Volvo Conductor

                                        I was Charge Rs 20 in place of Rs 15 for travelling from Richmond Road to Domlur , for showing the Rs 660 Bus pass as told by the conductor .

                                        I completely agree with this, we commuters bear this kind behavior from BMTC bus conductor and driver.
                                        I think they don't get paid for the services by the state government & they depend on extra fare earn from the passengers.
