Major reason for the complaint is that in 290E, electric buses not only one bus, 2 buses(pink colour) are not even stopping even though the bus will empty and more than 5 people will be waving at the bus to stop.(from YALHANKA to shivaji Nagar and majestic buses)

    Address: Chibanavara

    There is no bus towards abbigare after 6pm. I stand evryday for the bus and there is no bmtc bus provided only after 7:30 the buses to this rute comes .. i request to provide atlest one public transport bmtc towards abbigare from chikabanavara.. the following vedio is given for the proff of people standing in the bus stop for more than the time limit . And there is no bus till now. Please take this as the consideration. Obliged

      Hi..
      This is Ankita yadav, travelling from Bangalore airport to Railway Station KR puram. But the conductor dropped me forcefully at Tinfactory even I told that this is not Railway station KR Puram (as per Google Map). I am traveling in night time alone female and I am new in Bangalore. This is so horrible experience in KIA-8/10.

      Please consider this as complain against bus conductor.

        Hi Team,

        I took Bus from Kaikondrahalli to Wilson Garden Police Station on[protected] which costs 30 Rs, but as I didn't have change I gave 200Rs but forgot to collect change from conductor. What to do to get back the change?

          Major reason for the complaint is that in Hebbala and in NES, electric buses (pink colour) are not even stopping even though the bus will empty and more than 10 people will be waving at the bus to stop.
          It is observed from August.. Mainly 402B Buses.

            Our college leaving timings is 5:15 pm
            And My home is at chandralayout from college to home the daily bus route is 61A and 238VR and these buses are improper it comes to bus stop at 5:10pm and it goes from 2 weeks i and my friends, classmates are struggling by BMTC's inconvenience

              Very sincere request to find my purse which I ve lost in BMTC bus MF 1 I took a bus from Brookefield Mall and my stop was at Satya sai hospital. I ve my Adhar card and some money in my purse. i would request you to find the purse.

                It is a problem faced by many o[censored]s that the busses from Yelahanka to devanahalli (298, 298M, 281, 281AP etc) are very less and they are always full .. there is no place even to stand whereas the busses from Yelahanka to shivaginagar (290, 290E) come every 2 minutes and go empty always and also busses from Yelahanka to bagaluru (289, 289A) ... So i request you to increase the frequency of busses from Yelahanka to devanahalli so that it's easier for public to travel. Especially in morning 7-10am time frame is too much rush and no place for even 1 person to even stand. I hope you'll look into it and increase the frequency of busses .

                  I recently took BMTC knowing online payment methods like G pay and Phone pe are accepted as conductor will give QR code to us. It was a very disgusting experience when i asked the conductor to give QR code he told he don't have. When i asked why he told we don't have that's all. I told him I don't have cash and I can pay only through online platforms. He rudely said i[censored] don't have cash get down that too in between 2 stops. Some how
                  I managed to search 5 Rs and got down near next stop. If they don't have QR codes then why to tell we accept online payment in buses.Bus No- KA 53 F 123

                    This is Nandini M. My son is studying in kristu jayanthi College.. he got his buss pass and two route he can travel.1) Ramamurthy nagar church side 2) tin factory side..

                    Today he went Ramamurthy nagar but bus conductor and your checking officer is penalised for Rs 800.
                    Please let me know ..and I need this amount to be returned.

                      Yesterday I was traveling from bomasandra to laksandra. In bmtc bus where I have took ticket of ₹25. I have given ₹30 to the conduct he issued me ticket but not given me remaining ₹5 changes. He also didn't said anything thing that he will gave it later nothing he said he was quite. Then later I asked him to give the change of ₹5 he just ignored it.
                      Later he come to me and ask me to take other tikcet because he don't have change I said him I have already taken ticket he was not agreeing he was telling me that if don't take another ticket means get out of the bus in between unknown road this is the behaviour of the bmtc conductor with women passenger. I was feeling helpless at that time so I have taken another new ticket of ₹20.

                      Now a days bus conductor of bmtc is behaving very badly with the passenger this should be stop higher authorities should have to take action about this .

                      He was also taking very rudely.
                      This conductor have no humanity. Seriously. In that bus no other women was there when he was behaving rudely with me.

                      My only moto behind writing and posting pictures of that conductor and bus number is no other women should face this in future. Every conductor should be polite towards every passenger.

                        Sir, There is no proper bus facility from Anjanapura double road, MKS Layout Doddakallasandra. Existing, 1 bus (215 BA)is running with only 3/4 trips per day. There is no bus stop/ shelters on Anjanapura double road, no name board regarding the bus route numbers & timings. Request you to kindly provide increased bus facility with 10/15 minutes frequency to Banashankari/ KR Market/Kempe gowda Bus Station via Anjanapura double road-Gubbalala cross- Doddakallasandra-Konanakunte cross. Also please provide bus shelters with name board detailing the bus route numbers & timings.

                          Sir,
                          I am Chikkathirupathi passenger in this evening time 6.00pm to 10.pm busses not come properly.

                          And Some time they will drop pass holder passengers unwanted stops like I should go Chikkathirupathi but they will drop Kalkuta agragara.

                          Some time they will switched off led board bus after cross the bus stop they switched on the board

                          It's issues happening only after 8.00pm we are very suffered to staying in this location.
                          And turister also suffered

                            Hai i am an advocate and practicing in an High court of karnataka. Today i have travelled in KSRTC bus from lakkasandra to Anekal in Non-stop, Bus no KA 42 F 2144 @ 2 O Clock, the lady conductor abused me in a filthy language for not closing the bus door and i have informed her it’s not my duty to lock the door and also i had my two bags in my hands so that i couldn’t close the door at that moment and at last i have only closed the bus door but also conductor scolding me for an hour and she also abused the ksrtc department for not providing the comfortable doors and also she stated that our department is worst department and there are in loss not providing good salary to us and higher authority are eating our salaries and public will come and eat our heads and i kindly request you to take a necessary action against the lady conductor and i don’t have an knowledge about her token number or name and i kindly request you to intimate me that what action taken against conductor..Thank you.

                              Dispait my daughter is having a Student Pass ( aswathakatte - sultanpalya to Malleswaram 18th cross) VIA - (1- CPRI, 2- Sadashivnagar), condcuters are asking her to get down at CPRI and take another bus to sultanpalya, they are not allowing her to get down at TV Tower. Kindly note whiel going from sultanpalya no one is questioning but during the trip from malleswarm eveyday she is complelled to pay. pleae suggest what to do? Bus pass copy enclsoed.

                                There is only 1 MKT-5H bus which comes for every 15-20 min in Halegabbadi, I've been waiting since half n hour the following buses did not stop in the bus stop..
                                What if I had exams n missed the bus?

                                Even though I waved my hand to stop. They didn't. Plz consider this as an serious issue n take action against them.

                                  I was travelling in a bus from Sarjapura to checkpost. And the destination was checkpost, i wanted to get down at Koramangala water tank. And this is stops at Koramangala 1st block and says this bus won't go further. I was trying to ask why and conductor was trying to shout at me stating that he had been mentioning it. Then why the board?

                                  And i got down at Koramangala first block. Another bus came from Sarjapur side. Number: KA-57-F-0833. Which didn't even give a stop there wherein there were so many more people along with me wanting to board that bus. Please look into these things

                                    Dear Sir/Madam, My Son have been illegally charged bus fare from hebbal to Hennur cross in spite of having valid student Bus Pass for the same route. Charged ticket and Students bus pass is attached herewith for ur ready reference. Request to look into the matter urgently and issue necessary instructions to the bus conductor.

                                      Bus no KA-57-5031
                                      I get inside the bus in Byatarayanapura it was rush there was place near driver one more girl was stood and i was also stood near by her . I was left place for people walk but still driver not moving the vehicle because I was not back. Because he stopped everyone started scolding me. Who are they to talk about me and he told get down from the bus who is he to tell . If I distrub someone or not leave place to go inside it's my fault but I was stood in side where no one get disturbed.. It my request to teach tight manner to respect everyone BMTC is not his own vehicle it's public transport everyone has right we pay we travel. If possible I'll try to give a complaint on this. Please address these issues

                                        As a BMTC commuter, I have observed that most of the bus does not stop at palace grounds, going towards yelhanka.

                                        It is problem for commuters .
