Respected sir/ madam

This is with regards to the above mentioned subject. I must confess that i am embarassed to make this complaint, but i feel that i must share my anger and despair with the BMTC authorities.
I am civil Engineer working in Larsen and Toubro(L&T).I travel from Bannerghatta road to BSK III stage every evening and generally take 201 bus from East end stop. On14 october also i boarded "201D" from east end.(I got in at around 7.15pm and the bus reached its last stop Srinagar at around 8.20pm).
As you can imagine, it the peak hour and buses are crowded. The conductor on duty was having ahard time to collect the tickets, and as such he was right in the middle of all the lady comuters, but subsequently when there were fewer people in the bus, he still continued to physically handle many of the lady commuters when going about his duties. This is not the first time that this conductor has done this. I have personally had such disturbing encounters with him on more than one occassion.Hisbehaviour is not normal and many a times it is vulgar. We, ladies have to put up with lot of such nuisance from many other passengers on a daily basis, but when a proffessional conductor misbehaves on duty, we feel really helpless. I hope you give this due consideration and reprimand the conductor for his behaviour.
I hope that BMTC authorities will consider this issue seriusly and insist to its employees to maintain some decency and courtesy with the commuters.

BMTC — Conductor Behaviour

Hi Sir/Madam,

Yesterday i took BMTC from Water Tank(Koramngala) to Shanti Sagar(Koramngala) .Conductor took 5 Rs..I asked for the Ticket, he said it will cost 7Rs.
I Paid 7Rs to get the ticket whereas the fare is 5Rs.

    Sir,
    Today at 4:15 PM I got into Bus route no 210N (Uttarahalli-KBS), at
    Thyagarajanagar. I was supposed to go to Chamarajpet. The conductor told that the bus will not go via Chamrajpet, but it goes via National College and asked me to get down at Makkala Koota. When I asked him that the nameboard shows that the bus moves via Gandhi Bazaar. This is not the 1st occasion, this I am facing this problem many a times. The Bus no is KA01-F 3538.

    Since I am aged 59 years it is difficult for me to walk the distance. When I told about this to the conductor he asked me to travel in an auto rickshaw which is not possible for my pocket. I therefore request you to issue suitable instructions and warning to both conductor and driver to ply the bus in the correct route

    Everyday at 7:15 AM i got in to bus i.e is 96H bus Number. it will go to Kamalnagar to Majestic, through Sujatha it will pass. but my complaint is not regards to wrong route of plying.hence the Misbehaviour of Conductor, He misbahave with Girls and he never issue the ticket properly, he never give the ticket to a nybody who are travelling to Kamlanagar to Dhobi Ghat, and also who are travelling to Majestic for those person he issues the ticket, so Kindly Day after tomorrow, or Tomorrow just cum to our Bus for Inspections, pls Kindly Take the Action against this Conductor

    we almost 70 peple who are waiting for the bus, which is in graphite bus stop ie., kundalahalli bus stop.

    sir pleasehel p us while coming from white field to marathalhalli from 5 pm to 8pm none of the bmtc buses ply from this side. only we are seeing private and volvo buses.

    STAMP DUTY AMNESTY SCHEME – CONVEYANCE DEED - GOVERNMENT OF INDIA - STAMP OFFICE

    I bought property on illegal premises. The land belongs to the Railways and the construction of the buiding was done by one Mohammed Rafique. I purchased the said property form him in the year 1978.

    Nobody till date has asked me to vacate the premises. Nobody has asked me to pay any taxes and if some municipal person comes around I send him away with chai (and gaalis [badwords] if needs be).

    I am the legal owner as I have a ration card, election I card, I have named the property myself and also have an electricity connection registered in my name.

    There has been no stamp duty or conveyance deed in the picture.

    My question is whether is it required for me to pay anything to anyone to live in peace in the place where I an staying for the last 30 years ? (this stamp duty and conveyance ?)

    My brother who bought a place in Andheri faces much problem on this and even has to pay Stamp duty for earlier transactions for the property before he bought the same. You would agree that this was an unknown law for payment of stamp duty and conveyance deed for quite sometime. He has paid the stamp duty from the purchaser but he is being advised to pay stamp duty also for all the previous purchasers of the property who have not paid stamp duty till date.
    (This comes with a free penalty of 2% per month i.e. 24% p.a.)

    I am happy I have no such problems except I want clarifications to the above.

      We Rajarajeshwari nagar pople are finding verymuch inconvinince 6pm onwards everyday. Suppose we want to go outstation the buses will start at mejestic normally around 10pm. To catch those buses it is very difficult. there is hardly one or two buses will come for one hour. There will be lot of people weiting for it. More over this 225c busses are slow and and will tke 30min to reach arch itself. Please look in to this matter and make an arrangement at least to reach arch easyly.
      We sujjest you that one or two buses every 15min betn. arch and beml 5th stage.

      BMTC — Evening buses

      I am an Project Engineer working in a company near Jayamahal. My complaint is while travelling from Home to office ( Gorgante palya to Shivajinagar) i find lots of BIG10 buses travelling in this route around 8.30 to 9.30, but while returning home i hardly find any buses in the same route...
      WHERE DOES THIS BIG10 Buses go in evening from 6.30 to 8.30pm ?????????
      Buses were very few in this route before introducing big 10, but after introduing also i find no buses in evening...
      Plz do the needful

      BMTC — No Buses

      There are no buses to Kothanoor Dhinne (J P Nagar 8th Phase) after the flyover work started at 15th Cross...it has become very difficult for common people to reach their destination... please allow some more buses through these route all the time...touching kothanoor Dhinne...especially at night.(9.30 to 11)...students who are coming home after their tutions and colleges find it very difficult... please do the needful as soon as possible...

      My office is on M.G.Road and I reside in Vidyaranyapura. I commute through me car and distance is 17 Kms. Would be happy if Vajra buses are frequented more from Shivajinagar to vidyaranyapura. 6.30pm is the last bus from Shivajinagar. We leave office only at 7.00pm. Many requests have already been made without any positive yield.

      I am the residence of Adur & I travel by bus everyday from Adur to Ulsoor. Previously the route of 315J bus was from Adur to Majestic but now the route of 315J bus has been changed & now it’s Rampur to majestic which leaves at 7:45 Am in the morning from Rampur village. We have 3 more buses facility from Rampur village to majestic and K R Market (294B, 313F, 307)

      There is no response from Depo manager when we had discussed about this problem.

      We sincerely request you to arrange for the bus facility back to Adur.

        Today(29/9/2008) at 8:15 AM, i boarded the BMTC bus number 502 with Registeration number KA 1023 at BEML layout.
        At Brooke field(next) stop, , a ticket checker came asking for the ticket. we (3 of them, Girls) who boarded the bus in the front at previous stop (BEML Layout) didnt take take as conductor was behind.
        The ticket checker came saying ticket issue has been closed at beml layout stop.
        so, he asked us to pay a penality of 100 RS. This was a mistake of conductor and he was standing mum and not responding for what we are questioning him.

        Ticket checker was too rude, , and he said he will leave us only when we pay the penality amount.finally we paid 70 rs as penality.

        nobody in there bus where also supporting us. all where simply watching.
        because of the mistake made by the conductor, , we paid rs.210(70 each). I have that receipt too.

          I had a think about whether I really have to put this down here under a forum. Then I thought may be this will help one of my fellow passengers one day.

          I travel from Madivala (Aiyyapan Temple Bus Stop) to Shivaji Nagar everyday. I believe a lot of passengers commute in this route everyday, thanks to BMTC for their rewarding service of not providing enough buses in this route. How can I think of BMTC running a Volvo bus in this route when there's not even enough buses.

          I travel either in auto rickshaw or get a bus (Volvo) from Madivala to Richmond Road (Double Road)and get a rick from there to shivaji Nagar. Normally, conductors charge Rs.15 for this travel ( ticket says, Krupanidhi college to Corporation Circle though). On unusual days, they charge me 20 Rs. I don't remember what the ticket says.

          Then on these wierd days, I get into the 9:00 AM Volvo from Aiyyappan temple stop and ask for a ticket to this lady conductor. She'll ask 25 Rs, I'll argue saying that I travel the same distance for 15 bucks in normal days and 20 bucks in unusual days. Then she'll be like ' 20 Rs. charge Volvo gaadi-yil illa..' My Kannada is pretty bad as I'm an outsider anyways, she says something like that. And she will say 15 Rs is from next stop (St. Johns Stop) which is 200 mts away from Aiyyappan Temple stop. So, which means I have to pay 10 bucks to travel 200 mts. Good for BMTC, let them loot us and we public are here for them to rip off.

          I don't travel to Corporation circle and I never ask for a ticket to Corporation Circle, I'm only traveling to Double Road and paying these extra money.. Hilarious, isn't it?

          Let's hope things will change some day!!!

          Good information to people. well donr brother.
          It happened with me as well. Once I gave the conductor 100Rs note and he refused to return me 85Rs and starting blaming me that i didn't gave any money to him. He finally did not give any ticket for the 15Rs and not even returned the 85 RS to me .
          Dear Commuters,
          This is an incident on Friday, May 08th 2009. The BMTC bus starting from CV Raman Nagar Volvo (Vayu Vajra) Route no. 201R at 9:15AM. Two ladies boarded the bus and asked for a ticket to Hero Honda Show Room and gave the 500Rs Note. The conductor returned 400 Rs immediately and asked her to take 70Rs along with the ticket when they deboard the bus at the stop. At the time of deboarding the bus the emergency chek post ECP people entered the bus and asked for a ticket from the ladies. The ladies didn't have a ticket and were fined with 200*2 = 400Rs. The conductor refused to give 70 Rs and asked the ECP to arrest those ladies as they have not given any money to him and not bought the tickets.

          The ladies had lost entire 70 Rs + 400 Rs and got humiliated as well because of this bus conductor.

          I would like to prey the BMTC control room people, must take a charge of the situation and avoid this kind of loot with the young ladies coming from far away places.

          Hi, Please understand that BMTC fare is on stage basis. The next stop would be a stage and there charge would be different. The conductor speaks her language and if you are interested in proper communication, you have to try learning her language. Would you not do it when you go to countries like Germany, Japan or in India itself states like Tamilnadu, Maharashtra?

          Please respect the local sentiments and BMTC services is supposed to be the best in the country.
          Mr. Venugopal, what you said is absolutely true. I appreciate your valuable comments. As an old saying goes " Be a Roman in Rome" you cannot expect every here to talk in various language as per convenience. Kannada is the Language of Karnataka and one has to learn while they stay.

            In most of the buses i travelled in Bangalore, the conductors will never return the change when i gave them excess amount for purchasing the ticket, eventough they had change with them, and in many other cases some people get in the bus n get down to the nearby stop by giving some 2-3 rupees to the conductor where they are supposed to pay 5-6 rupees...

            why is this happeining? n what the officers wandering in SARATHI (checking vehicle) are doing? who will stop this wastege of government money?

            This is regarding misbehave of BMTC bus conductors. They are rude, illiterate (Know only Kannada, not their national language). Always get angry, when they have to return change. BMTC conductors are worst, I have ever seen.

            BMTC should take immediate step for these kind of staff persons, to improve customer feedback.

              I can see almost every conductors are either not issuing the tickets or giving used tickets. I even complained at J.P nagar 6th Phase BMTC officer but he is not ready to hear my compalint at all. Every one knows about this. I request you to take action to stop such things.

              This is happend sept16th afternoon 11 am to 12pm onwords.
              Route No 171, Bus no KA01-FA320.

              THis is happend sep 16th i caught the above mentioned bus then i gave 10/-rs my busstop is Koramangala Police staion, then he given 10/-rs ticket and written 3rs back...i touhgt he dont have 7rs ticket i.e he given 10/rs ticket then when i reached my stop i asked the 3rs then he taken ticket also and ready to give 3rs, then i aksed my ticket then he said given 10rs ticket he was not wiiling to give ticket and 3rds also. then i said i will give complient . Then he started scolding me for asking money.
              plz take an action immediatly...

              That day only i given complient but there no respone till now & I also called 4days back for that complient even who picked my call that guy also not given proper response..that guy said careless respone i.e sir we are getting daily 105calls how can we take action...then why bmtc given complient Nos..i dont no...

              today[protected] i got into the BMTC bus from IGATE stop. (KA01 FA 1248), that bus dont have conductor. The driver gave me a used ticket and i told him this is a used ticket.i am giving money and i need original ticket and he started abusing me infront of the passangers and he told me to get down from the bus. i got down from the bus. I asked orginal ticket and he is the guy tried to foolish government as well as people. please take action against this kind of drivers and conductors.
              SIR,
              EVERY DAY I TRAVEL FROM SILKBOARD TO CHRIST COLLEGE. THE BMTC CONDUCTORS NEVER ISSUE TICKETS.
              THEY JUST EAT UP THE MONEY.
              ONLY IF THEY ARE FORCED THEY TRY TO GIVE.

              IT IS VERY EMBARASSING TO ASK FOR TICKET EVERY TIME I CATCH A BMTC BUS.

              IN THIS WAY BMTC RUNS INTO LOSS OF LAKHS OF RUPEES.
              PLS LOOK INTO THE MATTER.
              I have Bus pass of Rs.600/- and i am working in HAL, Marathahalli. Today morning i reached Majestic at 6:10 a.m., there was a total choas at the bus yard of Marathahalli platfrom, no bus was allowed to depart, as all around the stop buses were interlocked by regular blue bus, suvarna & volvo, there was no arranged or disciplined way of parking buses. We the people i.e., HAL factory employees face this problem daily.

              If we the HAL employees (Pass holder like me) board the bus along with public NONE of the buses i.e. Regular Blue /Suvarna starts to move / keep moving on time (even after 5 mins. late) the conductor tells the us/public no collection. We have our factory Punch IN time 7:00 a.m. as you punch.

              Today as regular i boarded a Suvarna bus @ 6:15 a.m. (going to Marathahalli bridge) he started to move very slowly he took 40 mins. to reach Domlur, but other buses were overtaking him (8 buses) in Old Airport road, we argued with to move fast it was time up but he stopped the bus in middle of the road and telling us the bus is not full NO Collection hence i am going slow, but for your knowledge Sir, the bus was having handfull public/HAL employees standing.

              Hence, Sir I (we HAL employees) kind heartedly request you to:
              1) Arrange a patterned way of bus parking at bus stop, First in first out,
              2) Scheduled time of departure from the stand even through Bus is filled with pass holder
              3) Scheduled time of reach to the destination planned / authorised
              people travelling in BMTC buses comes across these kind of incidents daily and specialy those who doesn't know kannada. We all get frustrated and abused by these conductors. We raise our voice for it by complaining in govt offices and writing blogs but the sad point is no action is taken against this, rather the incidents are increasing day by day. These people don't do there work properly and if anyone pinpoints it, they start abusing him in group. would be great if all what we all are writing is noticed by the authorities and some corrective measure is taken for this.
              Sir,
              Provide parallel privte buses to comete. Mangalore has got private efficient bus facility.
              We need not wait more than 5/10 minutes and service starts from 5.00 AM and till 11.00 PM buses are available. Here in Bangalore excepting some in-coming buses from suberban villages buses are available only after 7.00 AM and after 6.00 PM buses are reduced to 50%. How public to get back to their destinations.Our BMTC staff is time concisious, not bothered about public, when some traffic problem is there they simply enjoy.
              Since, BMTC is Govt. staff are upperhanded and arrogant with the public.
              The above letter is such an example..

              bus route no. 300 new bharath nagar BUSTOP, Bhanaswardi to IYYAPPA TEMPLE AROUND 2 - 3 K.M.s distance a lady conducter on 5-8-12
              LADY conducter charged Rs.9=00 in ordinary bus. I understand from others the same is 4 or 7, this is new route for me, while talking my stop has come forced to get down without refund, . time around 10 am on 5-8-12. ticket no. k93 163593. h.r.srinivasan, vijaya bank, hosur-635109. t.n.

              No G4 buses after 6 pm

              Dear sir, I am manjunatha d in brigade rout G4 buses are very less after 6pm onward splease put some more extra buses after 6 pm onwards, why means yesterday some accident happen on road because of heavy rain. Please put some more bus on G4 route. All public will requestyou to put more buses in G4 route.

                Dear sir,

                This has reference to BMTC services towards Kodigehalli / Virupakshapura / Thindlu / Vidyaranyapura, kindly note that we are facing lot of problems to travell from kodigehalli main road to inner lay-outs mof kodigehalli / virupakshapura / thindlu/vidyaranyapura

                Reasons being very few buses fly between these areas from market & majestic.

                We can reach kodigehalli main road from majestic or market with the help of buses go towards yelahanka, but we cannot be able to reach our houses at kodigehalli / virupakshapura / thindlu/vidyaranyapura due to non-availability of public transportation.

                There are many autoriksha business in these areas, where in they fill as many as 5 ~ 6 people in an auto posing dangerous situation to both trafffic & person travel inside these rikshws.

                We reqeust you to consider putting small cabs which will only travell inbetween these Inner extensions of shapura / thindlu/vidyaranyapura, & via back to kodigehalli extension, so that it will help people to reach their destination safely.

                Dear Sir/Madma,

                The Bus connectivity from kodigehalli to thindlu and then to Nanjappa circle is very poor and the bus frequent is not so like Nanjappa circle to Majestic.i Kindly request you to put swaraj mazda bus connectivity from Kodigehalli to kodigehalli gate and then from kodigehalli to Nanajappa circle via thindlu, So by this the public gets benefitted staying in thindlu, virupakshapura, canarabank colony, Tata nagar, & many other extension areas.Secondly my sister is studying Degree, She comes to Nanajappa circle around 7 PM after tuition, She find hard to travel from Nanjappa circle to Virupakshapura near Kodigehalli. The Autorickshaw's are not so safe at that time. Please consider our request
                Buses requeired after 6.30pm from Shivajinagar to Vidyaranyapura. Ladies have too many problems while getting in regular buses which travels via mathikere. It takes more than 1 1/2 hour to reach the destination. Buses are always over crowded and we hesitate to travel by bus only because of no buses in convenient time, over crowd and improper route. Requires High priority on this.

                  Dear sir,

                  This is to inform you that we have a very poor connectivity to kodigehalli/virupakshapura/thindlu layout from kodigehalli main road ( off bellary road )

                  From majestic or market we can reach kodigehalli main road (off bellary road) very early but to get in to our lay-outs in kodigehalli extension or virupakshapura & thindlu we don't have any facility.

                  There are many autoriksha in these area, which take collectively as many as 7 ~ 8 people in one auto, creating dangerous problem to both traffic & public who travell inside these auto.

                  hence we request you to start mini bus servies from kodigehalli mainroad ( off bellary road) to kodigehalli extension, virupakshapura & thindlu extension, & back to kodigehalli service, which will help as many as 100 of commuters & save the life of public.

                  Kindly consider this request & do the needful.

                  YES I AGREE PLEASE MAKE SEVERE ACTION ON IT
                  The frequency of busses from Thindlu to Kodigehalli gate(NH7) is so less that it almost takes 45mins to 1 hour to commute a distance of 2.4Kms waiting for the bus. There are plenty of flats and induvidual house inside kodigehalli and Tindlu. People struggle to reach the main road(NH7).

                  There are 100's of busses from yeshwanthpur to yelehanka(401 series), Why cant few buses with new series be routed from Yeshwantpur to Yelahanka via this route(Yeshwanthpur->Mathikere->BELcircle->Nanjappa Circle->Tindlu->Kodigealli Circle->KodigehalliGate(NH7)->Byatrayanpura->Yelahanka.

                  Advantages:
                  1) The travel distance is reduced for the bus route saving valuable fuel.
                  2) People residing in kodigehalli can reach the main road(NH7)with ease.
                  3) People residing in kogigehalli will now have a direct route to reach yeshwanthpur also.

                  Hope someone will spend time to read and execute this.

                  while coming from majestic or shivajinagar they follow, but from kodigehalli the bus goes in another route as of 288E .this request should be taken in to account...

                  I Agree on the same said above, i have a suggestion on this, i request BMTC to introduce a BUS Service from Hebbal to Vidyaranyapura Via Kodigehalligate - Thindlu - Nanjappa Circle which would help lots of travellers those who are coming from ITPL/Marathalli side who get downs at HEBBAL.

                  I have seen so many times that ..all 288 series starts at the same time...if we miss any one..then we have to wait for next 2hrs t get the same bus again. I hope someone will have a look at this earliest.

                  Inspite we have our local MLA & other senior politicians/ leaders located in this area, there is of no use...!

                  many buses terminating at kodigehalli can be extended tothindlu. similarly the buses terminating tatanagar can also be extended to thindlu.this willhelp us alot with the existing bus serices.
                  It will really be great if the bmtc introudces a bus servcice from either hebbal or kodigehalli gate to vidyaranyapura via kodigehalli, sahakarnagar, thindlu, . nanjappa circle to vidyaranyapura. nearly about 50-60 autos operate carrying 7-8 passesnger hence the lives of the passengers are in danger. Hope the authorities may act after an accident or after some precious lives are lost.
                  Sir, Thindlu, kodigaehally and most Vidyaranyapura buses drive very rashly !!! Please look into this seriously. People get scared and also Sahakarnagar which is the prime market area in our surroundings, lot of people loaf there... why are you sending buses to such an conjusted area ? Instead buses should be directed one cross before, unnecessarily causing traffic on the main road...

                  Many people have lost their life. If you are reading this and not taking actions against this you are just a piece of when you still can save many lives !!! Today 16th OCT 2010 You people killed another innocent on the kodigaehally main road !!!

                  Yes, there is no frequent buses from vidyaranyapura via nanjappa circle--thindlu-kodigehalli - kIndly provide frequent Bus facility from Kodigehalli to vidyaranyapura.
                  To reach vidyaranyapura from kodigehalli we have to wait more than 1 hour for bus.
                  The above thread is more than a year old. Even in today the bus connectivity to Kodigehalli/ Sahakarnagar from the rest of the city is miserable. Please provide more frequent buses in this route to address the woes of people staying in and around this area.

                    The bus (#342) starting from Sarjapur destined towards St.John's Hospital, before reaching the destination, the bus driver & conductor asked everybody to get down at Madivala Market. When people asking for the reason since they paid ticket fare, bus conductor behaved rudely towards the passengers. I boarded the bus at Agara Junction at 12.45 pm and paid the ticket fare till St.John's Hospital.

                    Apart from this, lot of conductors doesn't return the change and basically they're looting the public. These illiterate doesn't know any other language than Kannada. Inefficient systems at various government bodies have made the public's life hell. Government is least bothered about the public and the great local political leaders at different places in Bangalore offer alcohol to the general people to gain the votes. They do not care about the roads that are damaged in the area they live and do not think to improve them because those big asses travel in AC cars worth 15+ Lakhs. That's why people leave the country to settle abroad because the Government & the systems here SUCKS.

                      Early in the morning the BMTC busses will be parked in the midst of the road, which makes others to get late to the work. Today the bus KA 01 F3523 was parked in the middle of the road and there were no others i.e either the conductor or the driver around the spot.

                      Hope the earliest action will be taken in this regard.

                        "KINDLY READ THIS MAIL COMPLETELY"
                        Every organisation works for getting a good name, so too is BMTC.
                        For this you have to teach your main employees- the drivers and conductors how to behave.
                        This happened on Tuesday- 19th of August.
                        Bus route no. is 272 (a red board bus) and the bus no. is KA-01-FA-552.
                        I boarded this bus from Shivajinagar terminus at around 8.30 pm. and at the Indian Express signal this incident happened. At the Indian Express signal one lady wanted to board the bus and requested the conductor and the driver open the door. Both of them refused to open the door as they'll be punished since this is not allowed by the BMTC authorities, only the conductor conveyed this politely to the lady. After requesting for long the lady just made an angry face at the driver for which he shouted vulgar words at her( which NO lady would tolerate) and was very disrespectful. I was sitting 5 seats behind the driver and I could see all the other girls sitting in the bus were also shocked at his abuse.

                        What if the lady was one of his relatives??????? Would he dare to utter those low graded words???????

                        The same driver few days back was smoking in the bus that too when he was on duty and that too when he stopped at the same Indian Express signal...and that time also I was in the same bus and had noted down the bus no. But that time I didnt send any complaint...giving the driver an excuse.

                        So if BMTC wants a good name take some needful actions on such complaints.
                        I dont understand.. just for the sake of some stupid employee...the entire organisation should get a bad name
                        Tell the drivers and conductors about do's and dont's while they are on duty.

                          I have been travelling from BTM water tank stop to Koramangala 1st block bus stand. But there is no direct bus between these 2 stops.
                          So many people are coming with me every day.I should make arrangements for private transport if the situation doesn't change.
                          If i go by 201 then i have to walk more than 1 km, and if i took some bus till teachers colony even then i have to walk more than 1.5 kms.
                          I donno wat to do..So i came here as a final hope.

                          I am residing at Thindlu. there is no regular buses to come upto thindlu in the Evening at anytime. there are hardly 3busses b/w 6.30 to 7.30 and all come together. there are busses upto kodigehalli railway gate but not till thindlu. OF late every evening i wait for about 1hr and 30 min and still there is no bus.

                          today i waited from 8.15 to 9.15 in kodighalli gate(hebbal main rd), and there was no bus. without any choice i had to take auto which is not affordable everyday.

                          please increase the bus frequency to thindlu and see that there is atleast a bus for once in half an hr.

                          this is a kind request to u.

                          please do consider this and take necessary steps

                          also there is no bus facility from International airport rd to ring rd. that is we have to walk from esteem mall to the hebbal 500 bus stand. and the same for return service.

                          this is not advisable for late night commers say after 8.30(especially for ladies) .there are no lights on that rd(from hebbal flyover till esteem mall on int airport rd.

                          I travel from madhunagar via varthur to bellendur via marathahalli, there lot of buses from madhuragar to
                          marathahalli, but all buses come once at a time one by one all 4 buses and later there wont be buses for 45 minutes to one hour so. One bus Starts from madhuragar to K R market at 7:30 am which is convi-
                          nent to reach office in time and even childrens to travel same time . But this dont daily one day it comes
                          and other day it wont come. Some time it will be parked at madhuranagar for long time, since conductor
                          stays there only. And evening there is no buses from madhuranagar to city after 6:30 and they start going to there depot. Yesturday (09/2/09) 2 buses route no 329 d to shivajinagar at 6:30 and they told only to varthur kodi, since they going to depo, that means there duty is over my 6:30 pm. Many times
                          my childrens are been panished my school master for late coming and absent the day if they attend the
                          school also. Even from opposite direction same problem once, all bus via varthur comes at a time and no buses for 30 min to 45 minutes. Between 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm there no buses from marathahalli to madhuranagar. I request the authorites to look in to the matter and do needful help to med the poeple of madhunagar and also send me the list bus timings of 329 A B C D E ETC.

                          I am residing at Chikkakammanahalli, Bannerghatta Road, there is no timings for buses to come upto Chikkakammanahalli in the Evening at anytime. there are no busses at night time and all come together.

                            Respected Sir/Madam,

                            The incident happened yesterday. I boarded Route No.8; Bus No. KA 01 F 3697 from Doopanahalli to Kormangala Water Tank Stop. When the bus left the stop from BDA Complex the driver took a immediate left turn without moving towards water tank stop. When i asked him why he is not moving towards water tank stop as we were about 6 women who has to get down at that stop for that he shouted abusing us very badly and asked us to get down or else he is moving on. This is the third time it is happening in this bus route. But yesterday it was too much to bear. As the bus was over loaded he started abusing us in foul languages and asked me to go and tame my husband and not him and he will do whatever he wants.

                            I have one question; Is this our Independent India where women are respected; where we have all the right to travel

                            I represent all the women who travel in this route and request the authorities to look into this matter.

                            working — Misbehaviour of BMTC driver

                            Respected Sir / Madam,

                            Subject: BMTC bus driver speaking harshly on passengers.

                            I am a citizen of India, born and brought up in Bangalore. Now a days few BMTC bus drivers including conductors are torchering women very badly speaking irritating words unnecessarily which has made me to get frustrated and hence decided to write this complaint. Today 24th dec 2008 in the morning around 8:35am pushpak bus number 333, the driver is shouting on every one using cheap words. He scolded me because I was waiting for the bus stop to arrive so that I can get down in my stop. But the driver wanted me to get down in signal at dumlor. Some drivers will scold if we get down at signal and some will scold if we get down at bus stop. so tell me what we should do? I request to the incharge or head of this department should consider this seriously and take proper action. First give the training for drivers and conductors to hold their tongue and not to speak as they wish, not to use cheap and vulgour languages towards passengers.

                            I belive you consider my complaint and start giving training to teach humanism to Drivers and conductors.

                            BMTC — Misbehaviour of Driver

                            On[protected], at 8.30 AM, at koromangala signal junction, Bangalore, Karnatake, India. a BMTC bus had overtaken my new maruthi swift car and damaged the left side mirror. I approached the driver and to my surprise he started abusing me and also took an iron rod to assault me. Kindly take necessary action on this driver by permantly dismissing him from his job.<br />

                            I took a bus(KA01 F2263) from singasandra on 31st AUG,2010 at 8:45 AM, the bus driver was not giving me the ticket when i asked him to drop me at Garve Bhavi Palya. He charged me 8 Rs for the destination the actual charge is 6 Rs and did not hault at the bus stop. He started using rough language.

                              Dear Sir,
                              Today (17th July) Morning on my way to office at the BTM water tank I saw a rutheless agression by the driver of a BMTC bus # KA01 3430. I notice that it was a green color bus, thought it was a pass bus. The driver rammed upon a Bike rider in the busy traffic. Shocking, this was done not by mistake but by the sole intention to hit him. I was a third person witnessed the accident, felt so pity for the poor biker whose bike got damaged expensively.

                              I reson for the purposeful damage i could understand that the biker overtook him. Driving a public bus and being a govt. servernt give them enough courage to take such steps.

                              BMTC — Drunken Driving and Abuse

                              I was traveling on the Uttarahalli Main Road, when Bus bearing Registration Number KA01 FA 505, almost hit my car. The event happened in the evening about 5:45PM (6th Dec 2008) on the Uttarahalli Main Road, just after Brigade Kormala Residency.

                              They caused a traffic jam for about 15 minutes bringing to disruption of traffic and inconvenience of commuters. The bus driver and conductor were highly drunk and smelling of liquor. The bus driver was abusing the passengers in the bus as well as the commuters who were waiting to pass by on the road ahead. He stopped the bus diagnally so
                              that the traffic came to a standstill.

                              Is there a way, BMTC will take action against these drunk drivers, who are abusive and drive rashly. Please tell me a website/ complaint center, where i can formally register my complaint.

                              BMTC Bus — Ruthless Driving

                              Today around 1 hour ago a BMTC driver ( I think was drunk) smashed the back side of my car and at the same time toppled a motor cyclist at the same time. The person was taking reverse at the hennur junction/ lingarajapuram road connecting to outer ring road bangalore. Think about a Bus taking reverse in that junction where hell lot of vehicles come down. The driver would nto listen to honking or anything.
                              I want to know how my complaints can reach the Transport minister. BMTC is the most un-professional organisation. I also want to know how I can block the sale of volvo buses to BMTC. Because Volvo is an MNC and believes in co-partners following all social compliances. How can I reach the European comission for trading/compliance so that volvo cannot sell to BMTC until BMTC streamlines its operations.

                              First of all there is no complaint cell. when we call the bmtc CONTROL ROOM, we are given a toll free number which is accessible only through a BSNL line. Why not even a landline number. We don't mind spending some money so that the ruthless drivers of BMTC are taught a lesson. Most of the BMTC drivers are drunk and drive rashly. How can they even claim an ISO when they do not follow any of the time tables and do not have a proper policy of feedback. They should have telephone numbers on every bus and if one phones we should get a proper response.

                              Please take this as a social initiative and BOYCOTT BMTC until they regulate their services. If anyone has any phone number or e-mail id pls forward to khanna.[protected]@yahoo.co.in I will not give up until this UNPROFESSIONAL organisation straightens itself.

                              When I step into the volve bus rout no.600K from Silk board to PESIT collage stop the ticket fare was Rs 25/- two days before i have travelled in same route in volve bus no.500K the ticket fare was Rs 18/- why the different fare for same route and same distance. I asked the conductor regarding this he is not answareable and he told to compliant to the higher officer of the department. but we don't know where to complaint regard this matter. please don't cheat public in day light.

                              I travel in this volvo (500k) which goes to ITPL evryday. I find the driver driving like a F1 driver on the roads and he is always involved in road rages with the other drivers of the BMTC. He has no road sense and i feel he is unfit to be a driver. The conductor who accompanies him is a rude soul who doesn't ask passenger for the tickets and later blames the passenger for not taking the ticket on time.He does not give the change before the stop and i have to literally stop the bus and ask for the change. The driver is always competing with the other volvo buses which plies in the same route and he takes a mouthful from the people for his rash driving.There are two volvo buses from vijayanagar to ITPL and this is the very first bus in the morning im talking about. So I kindly request the concerned authority to take suitable action against the conductor and the ruthless driver who can take innocent lives in the mere future.

                              I travelled in BMTC Suvarna service on 14.2.2010 Route No.37 from Ganesh Bhavan to Srinagar in bus No. KA01 FA1835. The bus reached Srinagar Busstand at 4.45p.m. I asked the conductor to give me one full and one half ticket for me and my 6year old daughter. The conductor gave me a Rs.6 ticket and took Rs.8 from me. He did not give the ticket for the correct fares which is Rs.5 (full ticket) and Rs.3(half ticket) though I insisted on it. He just kept abusing me. I request the authorities to take proper action against the conductor.
                              Ruthless driving by the driver of Route no BMTC 60 E bus(which goes to vijayanagar via basavangudi).bus number -
                              KA-01-F 3119 on 4-3-2012.Please take appropriate action to avoid further accidents

                                See even for me also today (08.07.2008) happened same thing...
                                I boarded the bus 306P(KR Market->Arasanahalli KA01-1078) bus around 7.45AM from TownHall bus stop.
                                Once he passed Corporation stop, there are Road humps...without applying the breaks he passed that hump. I told the conductor to go slow as there were some old aged peoples and also 2 kids aged around 15-17 age. He(bus conductor) simply told me "we Will go like this only, ...wt will u do?"..after that one more veteran also requested driver to go slow...but he also didn't listen. Instead perposfully driver went fast and for next hump also, as conductor would have told him to go fast.
                                Then i got irretated...and called [protected](BMTC Complain No)..then one person from other end received call and I told him the things happened with me. Then he asked me to give it to conductor...but the junk fello conductor is not ready to speak..he started telling.."i wil not speak to him...*^*%$*^*". The person from the BMTC control room also heard what conductor said. Then I finally requested BMTC control room person to look into this matter seriously.

                                I don't thing they are going to do anything...Lets hope for the best.

                                today morning there was an incident in the marathalli- market bus bus no1099. bus was so crowded and the conductor was keep on going one side to another .and it was bit difficult to stand over there and a lady commented on this .but the conductor was screeming on her and some illitrate men were supporting conductor.
                                My name is v.n.prakash and aged about 67 years. yesterday myself along with my friend who is also a senior citizen travelled in route no 43D suvarna Bus in the evening between 6 & 6.30 from Town Hall to Srinivasanagar( Bus No KA-01-FA-1665 plying between KBS & AGS Layout) the conductor has flately refused to issue senior citizen concession ticket and demanded for actual fare and told me there is no provision of this type of concession in suvarna. is it true? does this applies to only in this route or in all the routes of suvarna

                                  I HAD TO PAY A FINE OF RS100 IN A BMTC BUS . AS SOON AS I GOT INTO THE BUS.I DINT EVEN GET TIME TO FIND THE TICKET CONDUCTOR...AS SOON AS I FOUND HIM I ASKED HIM FR THE TICKET, WHICH HE DINT GIVE ME..BY THEN THE TICKET INSPECTOR CAME AND FINED ME FOR NONE OF MY MISTAKE.I HAD THE CASH FOR THE TICKET IN MY HAND (10 RS), BUT THEY WERE NOT READY TO LISEN TO MY PLEAS..THERE WERE TWO TICKET INSPECTORS, THEY TRIED TO PULL ME OUT OF THE BUSS AND TAKE ME TO THE POLICE STATION.I WAS HARRASED IN THE BUS, EVEN THE CO- PASSENGERS WERE SUPPORTING ME!IF THERE IS ANY JUSTICE FOR THIS PLEASE HELP ME OUT.

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    My name is Suresh I am staying in Rayasandra Village, I claimed bus "340L" on 23.06.2008 around 6:30 PM in Wilson Garden 12 th Cross bus stop.

                                    340L Bus routes is from Mejestic to Hosa Road Via Agara on 23.06.2008 this bus not completed the route.

                                    This bus gone upto Parappanna Agrahar Police Quaters then driver and conductor closed the route and returned the bus from Police quaters to Mejestic.

                                    Around 10 to 12 people gone by walk to there home including me.

                                    This is one or two matter every day the same things are happening so I request take serious action on this matter

                                    I travel every day in volvo 8.00AM 333T from Basaveshwarangar to ITPL, this bus every day leaves 10 -15 minutes earlier to the regular timings. next bus is only 8.30AM this is becoming too late for us to reach the office. Please convey it to the respectable authorities and do the needful to reach the office on time.

                                    I travel daily morning in 333T Volvo bus from nagarbhavi 2nd stage to Domlur which is at 7:30 AM . . Before it was coming in time to my stop after some days coming 10 to 15 min late again after some days coming half an hour late and now the bus wont come to my stop. I am finding very much inconvenient to travel to Domlur in the morning.

                                    Because only at that time from that bus i can reach my office in time and also others who usually travel in that bus daily . If i ask the conductor why not coming correctly she reply's that driver is not coming he has taken leave. Since 2 months she is telling the same thing, and also nobody will take 2 months of leave and i have seen the bus driver driving another bus . So i please suggest you to make that bus to come in time so that it is very much convenient for me to reach office and also to others

                                      Many of my office colleagues are taking BMTC bus from Manyata Tech Park. Manyata Tech Park in the Nagawara is newly built tech park with more than five big software companies that include Philips, IBM, and Fidelity. But there is no bus stop just before the tech park. We need to walk for a KM to reach the bus stop.

                                      I am traveling from Nagawara to Kundanakalli daily. I try to catch the Volvo bus 502J Volvo. But the frequency for this bus is less. I think the bus routes are not updated for few months and the users are increased after this tech park.

                                      I would request you to make necessary arrangements for either majestic or market bus during this time.

                                      There is Bus route between K.R.Market and Krishna Garden Route Number 220B. Frequecy of operation is once or twice in a week(not Day). Please concerned to look into the matter and make the bus to stick on the timing and regular on all days. This also make the public to adjust the timing and plan accordingly on their movement.

                                      But the problem is we have to wait half an hour for one bus to mejestic. and it is full of rush in Bus.

                                      Only 2 to 3 busses are there to mjstc from MG Road time between 6 to 7 PM

                                      i stay at RK puram beyond dilsukhnagar.
                                      the bus frequency /or the numbers of buses from dilsuknagar bus depot and rk puram are very few like
                                      90D, 90M, 90A, 100R 100A . 86s
                                      the frequency of these buses especially during peak hours between 5 to 8 pm is very less.
                                      a lot of people/patients have to get down at kothapet stop and have to take an auto. No autos come easily and are demanding rs 40 and 50 for very short distances.
                                      i request the concerned authorities of the apsrtc officials to make necessary action to kindly increase the bus frequency between dilsukhnagar bus depot and rkpuram. and oblige

                                      Bus facility to Cox Town - Jeevanahalli.
                                      We do not have direct bus to other parts of Bangalore excepting Shivajinagar, K.G.Bus Stand,
                                      Hosekerehalli-BSK.
                                      This is regarding last bus from K.G.Bus Stand and Shivajinagar at 9.30 PM.
                                      Because of the marriage season, when we attend Receipts in other parts of Bangalore, by the time we reach Shivajinagar or K.G.Bus Stand it will be around 10.00 PM, since, last bus is at 9.30 PM.
                                      People in this area are put hardship to pay heavy amounts to autos. Hence, request to provide last bus from both the places at 10.30 PM. From K.G.Bus Stand the frequency is very less. Particularly after
                                      6 PM buses are very few. Pl. increase the frequency are extend the Shivajinagar buses to start from K.G.Bus Stand and pass through Shivaajinagar, so that both the points shall have facility on both the ways from 6.00 PM onwards.

                                      This is a general complaint against BMTC - Bangalore.
                                      Many BMTC busses all over Bangalore will terminate services around 6.00 PM diverting to their Bus Depots or Guarages to close the days operation. There is reason for this, many of these buses are assigned to various Factories, Commercial & Infor Organisations for Pick-up and drop in addition to Schools and Colleges, for this they start by 5.00 AM in the morning and naturally they are time concisious to close their shifts and terminate. But, what is fate of general public to reach back to their houses in various parts of Bangalore after 6.00 PM ? Limited buses after 6.00 PM run crowded during this time only many Chain snatching/pick-pockets takes place. If BMTC is unable to provide service, let them allow Private buses to operate from 6.00 PM to 6.00 AM next day - Night service busess for the facility of the public.

                                      Today, 11th May 2009, morning around 10:00, Bus no. KA-01 1968 had not stopped bus at the bus stop of Hennur Depot. The conductor of the bus asked to get down before the bus stop when he stopped bus at signal. But the passengers didn't get down.. the bus driver then afterwards directly stooped bus at the next stop i.e. Nagavara. In this foolish behaviour of BMTC bus driver & conductor, we suffered a lot and wasted our time.
                                      I request you kindly to take the strict action aginst the driver and conductor of bus no.1968.
                                      I hope you will take the necessary steps.
                                      From Nagwara signal to silk board by morning time the buses are operated by 7'o clock only. In manyata park many employees finish their night shifts by 6'o clock and waiting for the buses with red heat eyes. Please start the service from nagwara signal to silkboard by 6'o clock itself.

                                      From Jayanagar 4th Block to Agara/Parangipalya, there are 1 or 2 direct buses .They are not suitable to offcie timings.
                                      Please provide some more buses which take a route Via Forum Mall.

                                      From Hope farm to Domma sandra additional buses required in between 6.30 PM to 7.00PM. For working person evening this time there is no buses, Kindly increase any one of the buses like 328B, 601, 398C.
                                      Iam a resident of Lingarajpuram and iam stayin there for last 4 years .Of these 4 years there is only one bus which comes to MG road MBS 13 the frequency of which is very minimal. We have to come to Indian express and then frmo there take 144, 144e or T3 to come to MG Road. Daily i see so many computers coming to Indian express and then taking a different bus to MG road.

                                      its my request to BMTC to start BUS service from Lingarajpuram to MG Road if its Via Shivaji also we dont mind till such time we reach our office by 9.30 as the frequency of these buses needs to be increased as lot many commuters are now moved to Lingarajpuram whos work place is located in MG Road.

                                      I hope my earnest & Sincere request will be looked into .I am sure it will be benefecial to both BMTC and to us if the same is started.

                                      I am one of the regular traveling passengers on Volvo bus. I travel on KA01 FA 427 @ 7.30 AM on 23.06.09 from majestic to kadugudi .I would like to bring to your notice the lady conductor on duty does not understand roles and responsibilities on duty. By understanding these kind of issue we are a group of people where we started using Volvo buses instead using our own vehicle to avoid traffic and environmental pollution but we think we did a mistake because we expected a better service and educated staff who can serve us better but we are experiencing a worst attitude with a vulgar language I am unable to even express those cheap words from my end and the driver is driving so rash in spit request him also the attitude is the same.

                                      What ever we give a feed back or request it is been causally taken and making fun on our comment in front of other customers .If these issue are not taken seriously further to this extent the issue will be taken to further higher level .


                                      I hope this conductor and Driver to take necessary action against them.

                                      I am Geetha, I had taken day pass on 19/06/2009 from sultanpalya, Bus No.114C, Pass No. SAP 4003935. I normally travel in bus once in a while but have the habit of checking the ticket or pass when given by the conductor. That particular day when I took the day pass (11-45 A.M, 114C) the conductor had marked on M and left [censored]nmarked when asked it was told I am female travelling so F will be left unmarked and I understood the same way. From majestic ( around 5.00 P.M) I took a bus towards electronics city to get down near kidwai. Conductor asked me the ticket and I showed the pass, he examined pass for sometime and straightaway told he cant accept and insisted me to take the ticket. When asked why he told it is marked M it should be the other way. I told it is the lapse of knowledge of you conductors, different conductors follow different procedures what am I to do. Many aged people, ignorant people will be depending on the conductors, what is there fate? I told, I can't take the ticket what has to be done next, so the conductor told me to get down from the bus. I didn't get down telling that it is the department problem for not following the procedure properly. Co- passenger told he never knew about these things as he is uneducated and I explained what we are talking about then when he gave his ticket to check, he had two tickets both were marked M, when he and his wife are travelling, I showed the same to the conductor. Kindly see that your conductors are trained properly or they themselves can write as F or M in the pen. The way some conductors write the date, they can write as female, if a female is travelling, if they don't know to write they can always write as F. I could talk and sort out the problem, wereas any innocent people who can't argue with these conductors would have been unnecessarily penalised. Please look into the matter, so that no one else suffers in future.
                                      I would like to know which is the right procedure because there is no information given anywhere about it.

                                      There is Bus Stand called Bade Maramma at Nagarbavi-9th Block. This Bus Stand may b RENAMED AS NAGARBAVI-9TH bLOCK .
                                      Moreover very few Buses r coming into this Bus Stand -thus very little job for the TimeKeeper. To increase more moovements for the Passengers in this Remote Area, the Buse running to Nagarbavi Circle & Malagala, Papireddi Palya ( where NO Bus Stands Availble) may b extended upto 9th Block sice Roads r well laid now.
                                      These may b IMPLIMENTED without Delay plse.

                                      I given 20Rs- and driver given me a balance of 7Rs- . i asked for tickets and he got angry.
                                      He doesn't given me the tickets and abused me.
                                      He is doing this to other passengers (escpecially towards people who don't know Kannada) also.

                                      The BMTC has improved a lot. Hats off to BMTC services. But your Drivers are not co-operating with BMTC, since they are as if they are the owners of the BMTC Buses. They are not stopping the bus even when it is completely empty. I travel from Kammanahalli to Peenya via ring road.

                                      This is just to complain you that today I was standing in Kullappa Circle, Kammanahally @ 8.30 a.m. to go to ring road. As you are well aware, there are no frequent services to ring road and we have to wait atleast 15-20 minutes to get a bus to ring road, which is just 1 km away. Today Route No. 412 came at 8.45 a.m. and in the signal prior to the bus stop. About 8-10 passengers were stading in the bus stop and were waiting for the bus. But when the signals opened, the bus did not stop in the bus stop at all. That too, only 8-10 passengers were there in the bus. Is this right?. The buses are there for public use but the driver just ignored everybody and he made us to wait for one more bus which came only at 9.10 a.m. The Bus Registration No. was KA-01 FA-2141 and it belongs to Depo-10. Sirs, please take action on the Driver whoever was on duty and ask him to stop the bus in all the stops. And also I suggest sincerely, to extend all Kammanahally Buses to ring road, since many people are travelling to ring road.
                                      Please let me know the action taken. This is not a complaint but a request, in the interest of public as well as BMTC.

                                      today morning i purchaged day pass from bus no ka50 I069 route no 279a boopsandra to kr market . he issued me a old pass no mhk 1446383 Rs.30 and Rs 2/- ticket no c15 510711 together .

                                      Ramaiah Institute of Technology/Medical College are reputed institutions and students commuting from Koramangala Bus station on Sarjapur road have no direct bus connection to Mattikere Bus stop.
                                      Students will be grateful to BMTC if a direct bus is run at 7.30 am from Koramangala and at 4.30 pm in the reverse direction.

                                      Need more buses from vijaynagar to domlur. Only one bus MBS15 is there from vijaynagar to ITPL ( Via domlur ). We cant climb this bus due to crowd in morning time. Please leave more buses to this route. ( leave bus between 7:30am to 9am and between 5pm to 7:30pm ).

                                      Manyatha Tech Park in Nagawara was opened for public for more than two and a half years now.
                                      So far we dont see any direct buses from KBS or Mysore Bank. There are many cummuters to Manyatha Tech Park in Nagawara from Mysore Bank, so they have to change bus at hebbal.

                                      There is not even one direct bus which goes on the hebbal flyover to reach manyatha.

                                      Request you kindly to introduce at least peak hour buses in the morning and evening to this place.

                                      I am a resident of Maruthi nagar, yelahanka.Our office starts at 7:30AM ie AFTC Jalahalli west(SHETTY HALLI STOP).I am finding very much difficulty to reach well in time by 401A route.Even if I go by 401 bus & getting another bus at gangamma circle also will be a problem.401A bus departs from yelahanka between 7:10AM to 7:15AM.With more than 25 stops, bus reaches above said stop by 8AM.Some time getting even a bus to yelahanka from maruthi ngr will be a problem.IF BMTC MANAGEMENT STARTS NEW ROUTE FROM HEGDE NGR TO PEENYA 2ND STAGE, AT EARLY HOURS WILL BE A BIG RELIEF TO THE PEOPLE WHO WORKS IN FACTORIES/INDUSTRIES.

                                      I REQUEST you to service of buses to Kagadaspura. 1. There are not many buses and 314 L is supposed to go to DRDO II phase. But it is up to the drivers if they want to come or not.

                                      2. They do not stop at Isolation stop and the next stop is near the church on 80 feet road. ALL THE BUSES STOP AT THE TEMPORARY STOP NEAR THE CHURCH. BUT ONLY 314, 314 A DO NOT STOP. I have been waiting at the stop and noticed since 2 months that even if i show my hand, they do not stop. I come back from work and at 1.30 pm, tired and hungry. When they dont stop, it takes long wait for next bus.THEY ARE PAID TO RUN THE BUS AND TAKE PASSENGERS and not run it from ppoint to point as duty.

                                      3. Some buses stop, but away from the stop. I cant run and ohter such people Please see that a sign is put up in one place and that all buses stop there.

                                      4. The buses that do not stop are 314 -number FA 1859 . They may be hungry at that time. But so are the people who are waiting to go home at that time

                                      I found no busses in between 6.30 pm to 7.15pm from peenya 2nd stage to majestic via mahalksmi layout, navarang, esi.mejestic. I have been observing from past 4 weeks, also bus board indicate peenya 2nstg to mejestic but conductor and driver will say last stop is mahalaksmi layout or esi or navarang if asked why so conductor and driver both used (neenu obane yandhathi makkallu jothe kallakalyabeku navvu mathra duty madabeekaaa) if he wants so he can keep a leave wright.once some inspection person at studio stop asked ur trips yet not complete why you have saying last stop is esi, he has written down complaint this has happend past 1month.

                                      1 bus will come at 7.15pm or 7.30pm the board indicate that peenya 2nd stg to mejestic via jallahalli with single driver and no conductor but he will go via mahalakshmi layout, navarang, mejestic. It is difficult to find that it will go to navarang beceause we may here conductor come driver voice or not.It is better to keep a board atleast.

                                      Please take proper action same copy is saved as copy (print screen) if you fail to proper action this copy is sent to
                                      BBMP Head Office Through FAX.

                                      BMTC no matter gives quality of service now a days with great regards there is one request that most of the vajra buses passes by with no or few of them sitting inside & stare outsiders smilingly
                                      it brings lots of pain one thing i request is if consumers have regular pass other than vajra pass
                                      an concession should be given to those who have passes with nominal charge . Then many of the middle class can travel if there are no other buses, I think this would be a wise plan When Mr Ashok kindly & seriously think about this
                                      Pl kindly run bus from ramurthynagar to HAL via BEML in morning & eveing hrs since 400A only one bus running is not sufficient.Auto persons charging heavily or run mini buses from HAL to NGEF to avoid this trouble.Pl consider very urgently.

                                      TIN factory (cancel the route of Ramamuty Nagar), as we require Ayyappanagar to KR Market direct bus & for ur kind information, there is one another bus is 300F is from Ayyappanagar to Ramamurtinagar at the same time (Morning 8-30), hence there is no need to send 313K to via Ramamurtinagar, as we are getting late to our officials

                                      I am absolutely new to banglore. im stayin in domlur, my office is in banaswadi 80ft road. I dont knw which bus numbers to use. Please help me.
                                      I fully agree to what the author says. I work in the same Tech Park . We are at the mercy of the conductors & drivers for a stop in front of the Tech park. Everybody stop there in the evening to pick up passengers but mornings they have a trouble & say "Manyata is not a stop." & people have to walk down almost 1 km to office.
                                      Apart from this, the timings of the volvo buses vary a lot. It make people to wait for 20 -15 mins. at the stop.
                                      Requesting authorities to please look into the matter & upload the latest time-table of the buses on the BMTC website.

                                      Please increase the BMTC Bus Frequency between 7AM - 9 AM to the ITPL via HAL route, there is lot of volvo buses frequency during this hours for software employee's.But it is not possible for the poor people and Students to travel everyday, Since the Bus fare is high.

                                      Roads in Royala nagar are very bad. It is very dangerous to travel in those road. Please take some action immedietly to lay down roads in royala nagar. The problem is the rubbish is laid on the road but they have very large pit holes which are very dangerours. Hope some action is taken immedielty.

                                      No action taken even i[censored] raise a complaint against BMTC driver & conductor. Challaghatta bus never stops at Richmond circle even if it is showing Red light & even after request, the driver & the bus conductor says rudely to give complain in their office as nobody will take any action against them. This is the case of 3rd feb 2011 from chalaghatta to Market route, for timings 8.30 am in the morning, both driver & conductors are very indescent. Hope the BMTC officials give some behaviour training before they join the duty so that they should learn some ethics.

There are about 70 such passangers who travel the same path(Domlur to Shivajinagar) at 6pm to 8pm.We just have about 3 buses in the time line of 6pm to 8pm which is mostly crowded.

                                      I reside at Hoodi Circle near Whitefield Bangalore . My house is very near to the circle, but there are no Volvo Buses that come around our Area . Even if i need to board a bus, I need to travel in an auto to reach ITPL Bus Stop and pay rupess 40 to the Auto driver [ Over priced - Actual meter says Rs 20 ] .
                                      My building residents travel a lot towards the city and are the type of people who would prefer Volvo buses than the other buses . The area is fast improving and a slight deviation towards our roads would be of great help . I travel to Electronic city on a daily basis and I end up using my bike or Car to reach my office at Electronic city . Frequent Volvo Buses near my area would surely help a whole lot of working class people .
                                      It is my humble request to the BMTC department to come and inspect our area at HOODI circle and ascertain if a bus Stand can be fixed there .
                                      I also would like to appreciate the BMTC department for doing a fabulous job by increasing the frequency of certain bus numbers across the city . VOLVO buses are a boon to us, and we are really encouraged to use them further .

                                      I am residing in Sahakara Nagar. This is to bring to your kind notice we have no proper bmtc bus service to main bus stop.The buses which suppose to pass through Sahakara Nagar does not routed through Sahakara Nagar we have notice many times they divert the route straight kodegehalli to kodegehalli gate they never take the usual route. We residing in Sahakara Nagar vasi are waiting for buses. We have only few buses runs via Sahakara Nagar. We have no buses to K R Market, We have 288A running from Shivaji Nagar to Kodegehalli via Sahakara Nagar, 288D running from Majestic to Kodegehalli via Sahakar Nagar, and the bus 314/288E suppose to run through Vidharanyapura to Shivaji Nagar via Sahakaranagar is not regular.
                                      So we request you to kindly provide bus facility to make convince to reach the office and home in time.
                                      At the same time we are request to make some of the buses to pass via Sahakarnagar. The buses running through Kodegehalli to Majestic, Market. etc, So that it would be helpful to reach the Main Road to get into another buses.

                                      Please do the needfull for the Sahakara Nagar vasi.

                                      Hi, my name is Rahul, working as a software engineer in Wipro, Sarjapur corporate office. I stay in Dodakannehali next to wipro bus stop. Daily I go by BMTC bus like 342 series busses. Actually the ticket fare is Rs4 in normal busses. For ticket when I give the money, all the conductors instead of giving the ticket they take Rs3 & return rest of the money. When I ask for the ticket to avoid penalty they don't listen & sometimes few conductors behave rudely for that. Many people also facing same problem. So action should be taken against these kind of conductors.

                                      Iam a regular commuter of BMTC from Nagarbhavi to Vasanthnagar. There are many ladies who travel in this route from Nagabhavi to Vidhana soudha, we all Ladies who is traveling regularly had written a letter to BMTC saying that we need one Ladies special bus from Nagarbhavi to Vidhana Soudha around 9.00 am in the morning, but till now there is no action take. Please we request you to look into the matter and do the needful.

                                      i am a one of bmtc family, my husband is working in 4th depo, we both r working we have one small kid, in the morning i will take care of that kid, after that my husband has to be taking care of my kid, we are getting problems in that lady and one more person, they are trobling too much, they force every day, do ooty like that because of that i am always late for offace, he can do proper work, they force and give ooty, pls do some thing what you possible, please, this is not my complaint this is my request, this is not only my family problem, in that depo all are facing like that type of problem please help them all.
                                      410- series buses have to run between VIJAYNAGAR and PES COLLEGE properly because each day more than 1000+ students of pesit travel in it. so please increase the frequency of it. Because students will be more happy.
                                      410-series has been decreased. Please increase its frequency because students of PESIT use it all the 6 working days and because of it they are reaching college lately. 1000+ Students use it between VIJAYNAGAR and PESIT.

                                      I travel from JP Nagar 6the Phase towards bannerghatta road. As per thee new updated from BMTC after stage if it is less theat .5 KM theey have to take thee same ticket, but still from J.P. Nagar 6the to bannerghatta Road theey are taking 7rs. /-. Please clarify why thee difference in amt and bus frequency is also very less. and also in evening time bus frequency is also very less and theere is no Flexible Time in evening time.
                                      I hope my earnest & Sincere request will be looked into .I am sure it will be beneficial to bothe BMTC and to us if thee same is started.

                                      im regular passengar of BMTC.n im traveling by Yashawantpur To Banashankri IIIstage.sir there is only one bus is there from yasahntpur to BSK 3rd stg which is 410M. only single bus is covering whole day YPR TO BSK and compare to that 25-30 buses is to kengeri from YPR(401M, 401K etc etc) this all buses are running with 5-10 passenger and some of them empty also, sir you can see in yashantpura bus stand 5-6 buses in one platform all day.

                                      Today (5th Feb 2013) morning my mother had traveled in a bus from Majestic (Kempegowda bus station) to Command hospital. Bus route number 333 (timing 11:15 from majestic). In the journey the Bus conductor had issued ticket worth Rs.17 (12+5) with out tearing and took Rs.15 from my mother (but the actual ticket fare is Rs.14) when my mother asked about that the conductor told to keep the issued ticket and he will return Rs. 1 while getting down. But while nearing the stop the conductor asked to return the ticket to him for returning Rs.1. My mother refused to return and the conductor did not open the door at the stop and took the bus to next stop and did not return the balance too. My mother is a patient and because of this she had to suffer lot of pain and had missed her appointment at the hospital too. Proper action has to be taken against this immediately or I will give this to Press.

                                        Respected Sir,

                                        I am staying in Bangalore for the past 4 months and regularly commute by BMTC buses however the experience has been horrible so far.

                                        Today, i boarded Volvo-356(Volvo2, ticket number[protected], near viswaraya college the conductor came to take fair and i asked him to give me ticket till 10th cross wilson garden. He said the bus wont stop there, i was surprised as for the past 4 months everyday, volvo stops there, this is the first time somebody said this. The conductor started abusing me in Kannada and asked me to get down at middle of the road. The bus driver also joined him and when i requested the conductor to speak in English or Hindi as i was unable to understand him. They started abusing me that they wont speak in Hindi or English as this is Karnataka, I quote " NO HINDI/ENGLISH, THIS IS KARNATAKA< ONLY KANNADA, GET DOWN".

                                        My point is if the bus really doesnt stops there the he could have said politely but he abused me, he had no manners that he was talking to a lady.

                                        The issue doesnt stops here as on 3/5/2008, i boarded a bus 365 from 10th cross till Majestic, Bus number FA-409 and the there were men seating at ladies section and when i requested them to get up as so many ladies were standing, none of them were getting up and when i requested the conductor, he started abusing me in kannada rather than telling the men to get up. Isnt it his duty to make sure that the men dont come at ladies section?

                                        Also, most of the conductors dont give change and they keep it with them and if you protest they abuse in kannada if they come to know that you are from outside.

                                        I have been reading a lot of complaints but i think no action is taken againt them and thats why the conductors misbehave on a regular basis.. Kindly take some action atleast as BMTC keeps telling people to commute by bus.

                                        I have even gone to Companits section near platform number but they didnt help me.
                                        I am requesting to take some serious action...

                                        Just read the complaint posted on 4th May. Wondering if these complaints would be really addressed, and with least hope, I am posting this complaint.

                                        As per your website, the ID card charges is only Rs. 50/-. But I have got a new ID card from BTM bus stand on 5th of May 2008., where they concerned officers charged Rs.100/- for the ID card. I would like to understand if the charges are revised for the ID card or if I have been charged in excess. Based on your reply I would like to register a complaint against the officer incharge of the Issuing office at BTM.

                                        I am a pass holder of Rs.570. I was advised by the issuers that I would have concession in Volvo busses for any travel.

                                        On an instance dated 5th May 2008, I boarded a VOLVO bus (KA 01 FA 368) in marathahalli to go to KR Puram at around 1930 hrs. It was very strange experience for me as the conductor of the bus didn’t bother to listen to me about the pass and charged Rs.15/- without giving a ticket. Despite telling him about my pass repeatedly, he was not bothered to answer me and started talking in native language (I am a native of Telugu). Please register this as a complaint against the conductor for 1. Charging over and above the prescribed charges, 2. Not providing a valid ticket for the journey performed.

                                        Recently BMTC has revised IDcard charges to 100 Rs for limited time. Now its Rs. 200/- As they are issueing Smartcards and have validity of 3 years. They have informed public about it earlier itself. So you cant blame officials.

                                        And another thing, you can use Rs.570 pass in all busses except Volvos. Who told you that you can use 570 pass in volvo. Its not allowed.

                                        Ya, I agree, BMTC conductors behave rudely with passengers. We need to fight against it as their officials also support them only.

                                        I boarded the bus 306P(KR Market->Arasanahalli) bus around 7.45AM from TownHall bus stop.
                                        Once he passed Corporation stop, there are Road humps...without applying the breaks he passed that hump. I told the conductor to go slow as there were some old aged peoples and also 2 kids aged around 15-17 age. He(bus conductor) simply told me "we Will go like this only, ...wt will u do?"..after that one more veteran also requested driver to go slow...but he also didn;t listen. Instead they went fast and for next Hump also same thing.
                                        Then i got irretated...and called [protected](BMTC Complain No)..then one person from other end he received and I told him the things happened with me. Then he asked me to give it to conductor...but the junk fello conductor is not ready to speak..he started telling.."i wil not speak to him...*^*%$*^*". The person from the BMTC control room person also heard wt conductor said. then i finally requested BMTC control room person to look into this matter.

                                        BMTC — Isssuing the same ticket once again

                                        this is to bring to your notice that, the conductors issuing the same tickets (they get the ticket from passengers who are getting down).without giving new tickets.

                                        i boarded the bus num as KA01-FA956 at 8.30AM from MARATHAHALLI to HAL ON 23 Oct i.e TODAY.The
                                        actual Bus fare is 7/- he given me 10/- ticket(no: NV[protected] and asked me to collect 3/- by the time I reach destination, he did the same to some of the co-passengers their destination is HAL.BY the time we reach destination passengers thought of collecting the change given their tickets, he given the change and issued the same tickets to passengers who boarded at HAL. here the conductor benifit is Rs. 7/- on each passenger in this case.
                                        Please check from your end the same issue.

                                        Today morning at around 12:40 pm I took a Volvo bus from Manipal Hospital . I was travelling with my father, who was treated in tha manipal hospital Under Dr Niti S Shetty.
                                        I bought two tickets from Manipal hospital to Kundanahalli gate. At Bagecha resturant which is just after Spice garden and before Kundanahalli gate, I requested the bus driver if he can stop since I am travelling with a patient(My father aged 76, last tuesday 26 th of November he was released from Manipal Hospital. 24th of November he had an Eye operation under the same doctor.)

                                        He said he can't stop and we had a small argument. I request him saying my father is ill so please stop.

                                        It is fine if he doesn't stop . But the bus driver had hit me on my face. Which is very humiliating. I travel in volvo bus almost every time i go out with my family. I was proud about the volvo bus of bangalore. But this incident has really shocked me. I am shocked and i will think 10 times from now onwards before getting in to a volvo bus with my family. If he doesn't stop no problem, but he has no right to hit me..

                                        I have already launched a complain on this and send a mail with a copy of the ticket to "[protected]@gmail.com"

                                        I hope they will take action against the driver. If they want they can easily keep track of the driver using the ticket.

                                        I paid the amount for the ticket (10 Rs) and asked me to collect 1/- by the time I reach destination, when my stop

                                        came i ask for change in the gorguntapalya bus stop he did not give the stop at bus stop. ASked me to handover the ticket to me which i refused to do it.He was issuing the same tickets to passengers who boarded at goraguntapalya
                                        When I was about to get down he man handled me, and I would appreciate if porper action is taken against this

                                        I had a similar experience, I am a regular user of Volvo buses and since I travel long istance evry day, I brought a Gold pass for Rs 1750, every evening I take the Volvo bus from Majestic to Airport Road, there is one bus which starts at 6:45 pm from Majestic, and the conductor of the bus really misbehaves very badly with the commuters, I never get in to the bus when I see, but today I needed to get back early since my baby was not keeping well. so I got into it, two days back when I showed him my pass he was not very happy about it and very rudely told me in front of people that If my card is not signed by me, he will not accept it again, I thought its my mistake and kept quiet, but today again he examined my card and says he will not accept it since, the ID card number is not mentioned in it started abusing me in front of other people, if its not mentioed he should have told me, that i need to get it done, I have paid around 1750 for it, he behaves as if I am travelling for free, I am feeling so bad, just not able to sleep thinking about, I want it to be reported to somebody who will take care of it but dont know whom to approch, the bus number was Ka 05 F A C34.can some body help me with this.Please I am mentally very disturbed,

                                        I am residing in Tubarahalli, Whitefied main road and I would like to bring to your notice that the bus no KA-09 FA 803 when stopped at Tubarahalli on 17Mar09 at 9:10am came via maratahalli didnt given time for me to step into the bus when someone was stepping into the bus and scolded me rudely to step in to bus fastly telling this is not my own car, so I fighted with him telling this bus is for public service, and when someone is stepping into the bus on 1st step how can I step into the bus. And he was driving rashly in that whitefield main road, may be out of speed limit, so all people who were standing in the bus were falling down.

                                        On 29/03/2009 20:30 hrs, boarded myself with my spouse from Mathikere to BEL circle in bus 266G (It is from market to muthagada halli) Ticket number - 077227 & 077226 (Rs.3 each). I gave Rs.10 to conductor asked 2 tickets to BEL circle, but conductor asked me Rs.5. Then I gave Rs. 5. But he didn't gave ticket. then I insisted to give ticket. Then he asked me to give 1 rupee, there was no change with me.
                                        (Except Rs.10, 5 &500 notes). Again i have insisted give ticket, but he abused me and he issued the tickets, Driver also joined him & Attempted to beat me. This is a high wrong steps taking by BMTC conductors. Your Conductors looting the public money & you are increasing the price of Tickets. this not fare to the public. For this reason also can be given, beacause checking is not happening regularly. (Some times checkers also mingle with conductors). This is not only my experience, experience of thousand people in Bengaluru.
                                        Note: This not for all the staff, some are there with honesty.

                                        Loook into it & see that your staff beahve like human beings.

                                        I agree with you. I have been livingin bangalore for 7 yrs and have seen their rash behavior so many times especially if they come to know that you cann't speak Kannada. They won't behave the same way with locals. I think its high time BMTC took some inititive and organised some classes to literate them on how to deal with passengers especially ladies. Its India, it doesn't matter whether you speak Kannada, Tamil, Telugu or Hindi. Every language is respectable. There's no complaint redressal system with BMTC so we can't expect any action on our complaint.

                                        I'm also BMTC traveller. I agree that it is absolutely true that conductors of BMTC often misbehave with passengers. Many times i don't understand, how come these people do all these bad things so daringly, being employee of an organization.

                                        Another issue i want to make it clear here. I often read in the comments that people think conductor/ drivers misbehave because they(passengers) were from other state/not- speaking kannada. I don't agree with this. Me being a kannadiga, i don't get special treatment when i ask for change - money he has to return, OR ask them to stop at designated Bus stop instead of middle of the road near traffic signals, OR when i ask them to give me a valid ticket instead of some old ticket. People from other state/non-kannadigas may think that he is misbehaving because they are from other states. This is a wrong opinion. Being a kannadigas also we can't do anything. Yes, sometimes, some locals join with some conductors to support him. Those are local useless people. It is incorrect that these bad-behaviour supporting locals are always against non-locals. These people, behave badly with fellow good kannadigas also. As you are from other state, you(non-kannadigas) feel that way, thats it. Here these bad-people taking advantage of you people not knowing kannada as one of the factor. But there are many numerous factors, which affects all BMTC passangers.
                                        To be truthful, as i have seen bad conductors/drivers same as bad auto drivers, i have also experienced the good manners of good-drivers/conductors, also good auto drivers. Unfortunately, this number is less than the other group.
                                        is BMTC taking ang action for these complaints? If BMTC is taking any action, it should be in our knowledge. BMTC should take any action, that can set example for other drivers and conductors. I will hope, we will get any better response from BMTC.

                                        I am a regular BMTC commuter. I want to share a similar incident with you and request you to take serious action.

                                        Its true that the fares are different for different classes of BMTC buses. But i dont understand how can it be different for the same bus, plying in the same route, from the same source to destination, charge me diferent rates on different days. I normally take bus from HAL to Basavanagar and vise versa as a part of my daily routine. The ticket charge is Rs 5.

                                        Today (Friday - 22/05/2009), when i boarded the bus, from HAL to Basavanagar, (Bus route no - 335B, Bus number - KA01 F1442), the conductor who was a different person, demanded for Rs 7 from all the passengers. I just asked him if there was any hike in the bus fares as i could not find any news of that in the newspapers and since daily I travel by the same bus and I used to pay Rs 5. All of a sudden, the conductor started shouting at me in Kannada saying some slab rates. Though I am not a kannadiga, I could make out what he was saying in Kannada and when i responded back to him saying that the slabs that he mentioned is not correct, he grew very angry and started shouting many things to me in kannada. I was shocked to see that the people who commute by the same bus did not even bothered to question him. I didnt want to join as a helpless commuter and hence I refused to take Rs 7 ticket and told him that i would log a complaint. The conductor was not at all worried. I then decided that i ll get the Rs 7 ticket as a proof to log a complaint against him.

                                        This complaint is in respect about the buses not running at correct time. bus route number is 273B ( Majestic to Shettyhalli ).
                                        there are two scheduled buses at 7:00 am and 7:30 am from Shettyhalli to Majestic. but the bus that is scheduled at 7:00 am is not available daily
                                        and the same bus instead of starting from Shettyhalli its start from Jalahallicross. and the bus that is scheduled to start at 7:30 start at improper
                                        time that is some times at 7:00am sometimes 7:10, 7:15, 7:30, 7:45. this issue is causing lot of inconvenience to the working people.

                                        I request you to please take a corrective action at the earliest. hope you will do the needful.

                                        Why dont you learn Kannada? maybe they are trying to tell you something which you are telling it is as an abuse. Also, when you speak in Hindi or English, most of the people in BMTC dont know that language. So, its good to pick up few basic word which can help you in day to day life in Bangalore.

                                        BMTC BUS SERVICE ,BANGALORE — UNFAIR CHARGES

                                        BMTC conductors, charge more money to outsiders. one local person gave less money to conductor from the same destination from same place and the conductor charged more money from me .when i told why this difference.Then scolded in kanadda using slangs and told u bloddy north indians. These BMTC conductors need to punished by GOVT .
                                        I want to share a similar incident with you and request you to take serious action. Late-night I came in a BMTC bus from Majestic to st John.I gave 100 rs to the conductor and asked for a ticket till st Jhon stop, the conductor asked me to give the change.I dint have the change hence he gave me a 10rs ticket on top of it, he wrote 90 and asked me to collect the change later.When the bus arrived near Forum, he asked me to get down, I said I am getting down near St John, he replied saying its 12rs for St Jhon and asked me to give 2rs extra.he took my 100 Rs and took 16rs instead of 12 and he told me that I have to take 6rs ticket from Forum to St John, when I asked him the reason as to why I need to pay extra for his mistake, he started raising his voice.He started shouting at me saying it was my fault.I have seen conductors abusing women's and shouting at them, when they does not have change. Can somebody take proper action on these confuters.

                                        More than last 5 year I resides in Bangalore and daily commute by BMTC buses from Madiwala Checkpost ( near to forum Mall) to Bellandure gate ( Surjapura road) and vise versa.Today have an terrible experience with one conductor.


                                        Today on 3/12/2010 I get in to Bus from Madiwala Checkpost ( near to forum Mall) around 6.50 bus No. 341. With registration No KA F122 to Harlor route, I was holding the bus fare and due to huge rush I could not give the money immediately as I entered to bus….even then conductor did not approach me. When bus passed some stops I rendered then money and I informed my bus stop source and destination and the conductor hold the money RS 10.( it is the actual bus fare) after a while he left without giving the ticket, immediately I asked for the ticket But he hesitate to give ticket. So I informed him I will complained BMTC for the same, but the response from him was so terrible and fearful, he abuse me with nasty words and asked to complained me and challenged with very much hurting way. I get down at mud estimation bellandur.
                                        I kindly request you sir please take nessasory action against such problem and stop hurting regular commuters who are stake holder of BMTC and travel honestly.

                                        to day dated: 04-02-11. at 7.45 pm bus rout no."279F' didnot stopped even on request to conductor, didnot stopped and ran away, we were 2 passangers with small 2 no. kinds. to go to Sanjaynagar. This was the last bus from here to sanjayanagar. Kindly take necessary action on conductor and driver, to day they came late and went away without stopping at shani mandir stop. we were waiting since 7.15pm. became waste.

                                        Dr.Laxmi Narayan Hospital — in proper service

                                        Dear sir,

                                        In this hospital they are taking Rs.200 per day consultation fee but they not giving any treatment properly, but money taking must. we are asked one day please leave us we will go to another hospital but they are giving money back, in hospital paisant are waiting nearly 7 to 8 hours for consulting the doctor but the doctor is sleeping in the above room, the doctor wantedly try to wait the people so many peoples are crying and sleeping on the road, but the doctor is very sadist, please make him alright this is my request i have suffered too much with my wife i am waited in hospital from morning 9.00am to night 12.00am but doctor not came to hospital, but the nurse is telling always(from morning to evening) "he will come within 5 min"

                                        I and my friends board a bus route no."285D" almost we will get the same bus daily usully between 5-30 to 5-45pm the conductor who vl be there for three days a week i.e., on evenings monday, wednesday and friday and mornings on tuesday, friday and saturday. the conductor's name may be Laxminarayan he behaves very rudely with the passangers, he asks for the change every time. i know its our responsibilty to get the change but daily how can we get sometimes we may not get change. he talks very harsh and rudely it hurts passengers. also many womens board a bus in Wheel and Axle stop he behaves rudely to them, most of the morning times he wont give change only if they ask he vl tell "nimgella chillare tharokkagalla andre busge yake barthira manenalli pathre tholkondu biddirokagalva" he scolds like this. please this irritates passangers some times his behaviour has made me get tears in my eyes. due to several problems we go to work he should not take things for granted.
                                        kindly take necessary action about this we dont need such a conductor to our route, please don't neglect this issue, stop hurting regular passangers who have faith on BMTC and travel in BMTC Buses.

                                        I have also had the same kind of experience.
                                        But this is not only abusive but also he had slapped on my back.
                                        I had got in to this bus at Sai baba Hospital (335 E- Volvo- KA-01 FA 6797) there the bus driver was a bald man. It was around 6.30 p.m. when I got in to the bus. As there were so many people in the bus, So I was standing near the driver. After one minute
                                        He pushed me hard on my back and said me to go inside. I got surprised I mean all of a sudden some body pushed on my back. I was speechless for few seconds then I asked him where is the place to stand to this he said he is not able to see the mirror as i was standing there And he said some thing else in kannada very rudely.
                                        I mean they allegedly push the shoulders and back of a lady at 6 p.m. in front of 50 people in side the bus.

                                        This is really horrible. I never expected this from a volvo bus driver. My impression was Volvo is safer than other buses as they don't behave badly with passengers. But this incident caught me off guard. I was in tears all the way till I reached my stop.

                                        Is there no way to stop this daily harrasment of people?
                                        Is there any one who can really help us ? Who can tell us what to do in these type of situation ?
                                        Sir, I request you take action ASAP as this is not only harassment but also manhandling.And this is no way tolerable.

                                        BMTC — Please Control the Bus Drivers Misbehaviours

                                        This is regarding the misbehaviour of BMTC Volvo Bus driver. Today[protected] I have travelled from Madivala to Electronic city. I was supposed to get down Infosys, and I have Informed this to Driver. The person was asking "Is it an Auto" to stop here and there. And the driver stoped bus near by the end of flyover. As an Infosian, I have supposed to getdown near the infy stop, Is there anybody is there to control this type of drivers? Please avoide this type of stupidities from your employers.

                                        BMTC — Buses not playing regularly even though commuters are there

                                        This is specially for BMTC buses plying in the route G-2 .As this bus goes from Sarjapur road to MG Road the frequency is very less during evening. after 7.30 PM evening even though Empty bus will stand near MG Road central(their starting point) they wont pick up passengers and directly go to Bus Depot without maintaining any proper frequency.Drivers & Conductors are not in a mood to drive the buses after 7.30 even though huge crowds are standing near G-2 bus stop.I am facing this problem and BMTC is not at all bothering these cases as so many commuters who travel during evening face problems for this bus.

                                        BMTC — Bus service not provided at the scheduled time

                                        BMTC BUS Service from ELECTRONIC CITY TO ITPL which has been scheduled in the morning at 7:00 am ,7:30 am ,8:00 am will come for service at ELECTRONIC CITY (WIPRO GATE) .
                                        You can not expect local bus conductor to speak in your langauge Hindi/English
                                        Today 24th Sep, 2013 I boarded the bus (number 276, Majestic to Vidyaranyapura route) in the evening around 7pm in Malleswaram Circle. The conductor didn't bother to issue tickets to the passengers. It was a lady conductor who was so bored to do her job. I myself asked decently for the ticket, on the third time call she walked up and issued the ticket and started abusing. When I asked her what the problem or mistake was for her to abuse, she got frustrated that someone questioned her and started giving unnecessary, irrelevant reason that I have to take the ticket when I enter near the stairs itself and that she cant walk to issue to everyone. When I started saying that her answer is ridiculous and mistake lies on her part she started using bad language, which lead to arguments. Lot of co-passengers were supporting me. The driver and conductor got together and stopped the bus in middle of the road; In front of malleswaram market and started huge mess. The driver refused to move the bus as if it is his property and all the passengers had to plead him to start moving since they were getting late. The conductor lady even tried to push me out of the bus, only when I insisted that I will take her to police station she let me stay. The entire way driver and conductor kept scolding using third grade language and I had to stay quiet since he threatened that he will not move the bus an inch. Before I could get down when I asked for his name and ID he and that lady almost came to hit me. I simply had to escape and get down to save my life. He is also threatened that next time he sees me, he will kill me or kidnap.

                                        My question is are these people government servants???? They are misbehaving completely. There was an another passenger who kept complaining that conductor is issuing 8Rs ticket where she had to charge 5Rs and that he is a frequent traveller. These people are cheating, using government services for their own good? The bus number is KA57 F-755, red color BMTC bus. This happened during 7pm in malleswaram. Kindly request the concerned people to take appropriate action against these indecent, not fit for government service. If not, I will post this complain everywhere possible for people's welfare sake.
