Dear Sir,

I am Mrs.Yashaswini traveling from Kamakshi Palya to
Shivajinagar every day.

The common problem facing is, almost all the bus drivers and
conductors are forcing passengers to get down in the signal itself
and are not allowing us to get down in the bust stop after the
signal which is illegal.

Today i have seen a severe problem. Today i climbed a bus in the
morning(around 9 from Kamakshi palya) which starts from Magadi
road to Shivajinagar via Malleswaram.
Bus # KA 01 FA 649
Route # 246 A.(Annapoorneshwari nagar to Shivajinagar)

One College girl didn't get down in Malleswaram signal and told the
driver to stop in bus stop after the signal. But both driver and
conductor(Lady) was scolding her and didn't stop the bus in that
particular bus stop saying that they will not stop now since she
has not get down in the signal but stopped the bus in next bust stop (i.e. in Link road).

So please take serious action regarding this because if the
passengers get down in signal then they cannot move further to
footpath since bus will be in center of the road and other two
wheelers are keep coming in front of the bus door.

This is is humble request to bring strict rule that non of the bus
should open the doors in the signal.

Also if the buses are stopping in the bus stop they will not stop
completely instead they will keep on moving the bus slowly. In
this time ladies cannot get down and fall down many times. Even
myself fell while get downing from the bus since bus didn't stop
completely.

If you take a good and necessary action on the above, most of the
publics will be happy.

Thanking you
Best Regards
Yashaswini

I am Sajith Nair, a software Engineer working in a company near St Marks road. I use the Volvo buses to commute to and fro work. I want to put your notice to the degradation in service in these buses. When the service started, there were drivers and ticket checkers polite and very friendly to passengers. Now this has gone to such a bad level people have to think twice and check their purse before boarding the bus. I board from Kodihalli, Airport road to Richmon road, which is a Rs 15/- point. I never take these buses if I don't have 20/- change as I had some very bad experience earlier. Today, I came to work in the volvo which reaches Kodihalli at 9:15 AM. I gave Rs 20/- and the lady ticket checker refuced to give me change. Even when I reached my destination, she said she don't have change and collect it tomorrow. I don't know what policy is that. Then when I argued, the driver gave me Rs 5/- and he started scolding me in Kannada.

What was the mistake from my end? I did not have Rs 5/- change? If that is the case, why can't you put a board in front of the bus? You people used to campaign to use public transport to reduce the traffic congestion. I do have a car of my own and since I come to work, I can get parking easily. I use the public transport to do my bit for the welfare of this city. I have noticed this female earlier also behaving rude and arrogant to passengers.

When people are paying double the price for the ticket compared to the local BMTC buses, is it possible to get a little decent behavior from the people? I am not asking for more.

I don't know if you can take care of such things. Please give these people a behavioral session before appointing them to handle Volvo buses. I am forwarding a copy of this complaint to the times of India as well if you cannot take the action on such issues. I can get it printed on the daily for sure.

    Thanks

    Sajith

I boarded on saturday bus route no-314 near Bangalore central stop. The driver was driving the bus very rashly and due to his mistake the bus collided with a truck just passing by and whole of the window was broken and came whole on me and one of my friend due to which we suffered minor cuts but this would have been even worse and nobody took an account of this , the driver nor the conductor apologised or so and started driving again in the same way . I think they are used to it as they didn't even talk properly to the passengers . So kindly look into it .

Hereby requesting BMTC to provide shelter in the wonderla gate bus stop. since more than 30 people are standing in the bus stop during evening there is no shelter during rainy season.Looking forward for the kind action for this request
      Sir/Madam,

This is to bring in to your notice that the conductors and drivers in the BMTC buses are not giving the tickets even after taking money. But if we question them to give the tickets, they don’t respond and ask the passengers to get down from the bus. And the conductors and drivers do not have an amicable relationship with the passengers. We were 5 and traveling on 21st May 2008, from Benniganahalli to Tin Factory stop which is only Rs.3/ticket but the conductor said it was Rs.5/ticket and took Rs.25 for 5 tickets and did not give us the ticket saying it’s closed. Again I asked him the ticket, he said, I can’t give you the ticket, but if you need the ticket, I will return you the money and all the 5 can get down. But as it was raining, we could not get down. All most all the drivers & conductors do the same issue which is not good for the public.

Kindly look in to the matter so that the public can be free.

I would like to bring in to your notice that, we do not have any Majestic or Market bus during 6.15am to 7.00am early morning.Due to this people residing in maruthi nagar are facing lot of problems.
I would request you to make necessary arrangements for either majestic or market bus during this time.
It is becoming very difficult especially for school and college students to travel at that time.

Bus no-2949-12c — Arrogant and dictatorial attitude of Bus conductor

I boarded the bus no 2949-12 C on[protected] in Padmanabhanagar 12-B bus stop at 7.27AM .I am a Pass holder bearing Pass no 050874.Finding no vacant seat Since the Bus was full with mostly school going children I chose to sit Sharing seat as a third member with two small children who on my request gladly allowed as I am 60 yrs old and had a heafty bag in my hand. The bus conductor on duty( The name of the conductor has been mentioned in the complaint lodged with the Public grivences cell at Kempegowda Bus station for onward transfer to Public relationsofficer based at central office Shantinagar with acopy to Managing Director BMTC)appeared on the scene and he without any provocation started shouting with a commanding, arrogant and dictatorial vioce that he will not allow to sit as a third member and cautioned me not to sit from tomorrow (as if he is taking me in his Private Bus witout any Money). As I was stunned with his head Master with a stick in his hand attitude towards students I reacted that I am a aged Person with a heafty bag in Hand can not stand till Magestic and witout causing any inconvenience to others and sitting within threshhold of seats edges I take journey.
He insisted in an arrogant, commanding and dictatorial voice that he will not allow in his Bus to sit as athird member.Though I Explained my difficulty he cautioned me that he will see"How You will sit from tomorrow".This naturally piched my feelings and I told him so long as no inconvenience to others is caused and BMTC rules are followed why the conductor should scratch his head and create unnecessary problems & stand arguing for no reason? and better he should look after his duty.At this juncture I would also like to mention that he after sometime was engaged in conversation with the driver and was saying to him"He will show to me who he is?"and thus has created a fear Psycho in me.He was also saying that he can departure the bus at his will at 7.45 or 8.00AM instead of 7.30 Scheduled time of departure and "who will aske me"Which implies his dictatorial attitude and discourteous behaviour with public. His attitude of arrogance.overriding Public, and his thinking that he can do as he likes and threatening the passenger reveals his "unbecoming of a Public servant"
Therefore I request The Managing Director BMTC to suitably instruct the said conductor and impress upon him that he is a public servant and Public are not his servants.Let him be adviced to behave smoothly and courtesiously with public.I would also like to bring a point at this Juncture that at the rate at which the rate of petrole is increasing, increase of traffic, accidents and pollution The general public like to travel through BMTC Buses but for the behaviour of such conductors(not all)Public prefer to use own vehicles.
A line in reply through e-mail is highly appreciated and bring credit to BMTC if suitable ation is taken in this regard

      sir/madam,

I approched Malleswaram 18th Cross bustand for BMTC Monthly pass for the 1st time. They instrected to go to from Mallewaram Bangalore one for the same. I went to Bangalore one and I got the monthly pass also on[protected] for Rs.565/-.

On monday when I was returning from my office, I travelled KA-50 F-0007. The conductor asked me for the ID card. I showed my DL ID. He told that I should hold BMTC ID, which I was not aware of it. Note that, I have not told for BMTC ID card either at Mallewaram 18th Cross bustand or at Mallewaram Bangalore One.
Even after my request to the conductor that I am 1st time holder
he refused and asked me to take a ticket. I took a ticket and travelled further.

I would like to know that I you don't have a policy that monthly pass should not be issued without Valid ID card.

Whether this issue will be addressed by the BMTC top offical and take necessary action in this matter to avoid the confusion for the passengers for the monthly pass.

      Thanks

We need the Buses 201-MBS 10 and 100 E to be reinstated immediately from Madiwala Masjid Noor to Residency Road intersection at the St.Patricks Bus Stop. These Buses were plying thorugh Madiwala-Masjid Noor previously and we were using these buses till last week.
The Plain 201 Buses travel along the said route, but between 8am & 8.30 am the buses are fully overloaded and the passengers hang on to the Footboard, which is illegal and dangerous.
If the buses 201 - MBS -10 and 100 E have been rescheduled, kindly do arrange to have more frequencies during the Peak Hours to enable the College Students to reach their Colleges, on time.
Your help in this regard is highly appreciated.
      Dear Sir,

There is Bus route between K.R.Market and Krishna Garden Route Number 220B. Frequecy of operation is once or twice in a week(not Day). Please concerned to look into the matter and make the bus to stick on the timing and regular on all days. This also make the public to adjust the timing and plan accordingly on their movement.
      Bangalore is disgusting!
I boarded bus no T93 169790 from Shivajinagar at 9.40 am to want to go to Avenue Rd. I was not aware that I should have asked the conductor for Mysore Bank Stoppage- I said Avenue Rd. Cursing me in all kinds of ways in Kannada, he shouts at me to get off at the next stop. but I knew from previous experience that the Avenue Rd intersection is on the way to Majestic. A fellow passenger- a young lady told the conductor. When Mysore Bank Stop came, I did not know, and NOT A SINGLE PERSON said a word to me. The bus sped off till it reached Majestic. I could feel the petty pleasure the conductor and the driver as well as many others must have had in seeing me a fool! I come from Calcutta- a city of
extreme warmth and concern- where people go out of their way to help with directions. This city, for all the GREAT "Brand Bangalore" is simply obnoxious- when one cannot travel in a bus with dignity. All the more when I am a 54 yr old woman and these young rude xenophobic bus staff are less than half my age. In Calcutta, older people are accorded great respect in public buses. We are no where as GREAT as your city, but we have humanity which you lack. Shame on Bangalore!
      Dear sir
Recently on request of janpriya Saidarshan appartment association members as well as nearby ressidential signature campaign OFFICE OF BMTC has issued granted letter and installed the bus stop opp. Janpriya sai darshan on kodgudi hoskote main road.
Unfortunatly The driver's of on this route are not stopping at this stop despite of vacant seat [no rush] in the bus. which is very much inconvienent to the senior citizon's. from this stop the Daily comuter plus senior's all to gether or almost more than 1000 one thousant in no facing this problem
I look forword to the officer's of BMTC to take needed action

      Hello Team,

I stay with my family in Srirampuram (3rd cross). I was residing here since 1987.
Our only problem is our accesibility to Buses to Majestic, Shivajinagar and K.R.Market.

We have Five bus stops around Srirampuram:
      1) Malleshwaram Circle (which is about 1KM away from where we stay). This bus stop hosts buses to all routes.

      2) Devaiah Park (which is about 1KM away from where we stay). This bus stop hosts buses to all routes.

      3) Link Road (this is about 1.5 KM to 2 KMs)
This bus stop hosts buses to all routes.

      4) Bandireddy Circle (About 1 KM)
Buses only to Shivajinagar (However, it is very limited (probably 1 bus every two hours) )

      5) Chowdeswari Temple bus stop (About 0.5 KM)
Buses only towards yeshwantpur and Chamarajpet.. (Very minimal)..

Our concern is that if we have to go to Majestic or some other place we either have to go to the first three bus stops or hire a auto.

We can hire a auto whenever it is very important and urgent, but not every time.

We have a bus which goes to yeswanthpur and comes back in the same route (90, 82A). This bus take s a left turn next to Sampige Theatre and comes up before turning right towards M.D.Block.(next to the railway bridge). and while coming back from Yeshwanthapuram it comes from 8th main to M.D.block and takes a left turn near the (near to the railway bridge).

My request is that, we need a stop here.. This will help a couple of hundreds at least to go to Majestic.

Please review all details and revert back for any concerns.

      With Regards,
      Arjun

      dear sir,
It is an experience which happened 5 minutes back. I gave 50 rupees, he did nt return the money gave me the ticket for 6
rupees but he suddenly disappeared to back.the bus completely
free of passangers. when i asked him he gave me the change.
The same way another girl boarded from domlur, she
gave 10 rupees but did nt give ticket instead she got only change
when we said he gave the ticket to the girl. she got down kempfort. another girl boarded from kempfort, she has to go
to marthahalli. she gave 10 rupees but she got 9 rupees ticket
when she said it is only six rupees. he wrote 4 rupees behind
but did nt give at all. it was pathetic how she asks for that 4
rupees. another thing was the driver was driving rashly. some
how he escaped from 2 accidents. he and another bus driver
was enjoying driving simply talking and enjoying this.
bus no route is to marthahalli
my boarding bus no is ka 01-fa 915
other bus no is kao1- 1014
      dear sir,

there are so many instances of cheating in bmtc buses on tickets
and there are some buses conductors exchanging tickets in the
same bus. how it happens when the passenger is about to
getdown from the bus, collect the ticket and give it to any other
person. it mostly happens in new pass not allowed buses.plz
      kindly find these things.

      Sir
Sub: Regarding a misconduct by a conductor
      Ref: Bus KA-01 F 2167; Route No 341

As I spoke to you this morning, conductor of the bus (Kaggadasapura -
Shivajinagar, around 11.30 am) denied to give me ticket at the first
and showed his rude behaviour for demanding ticket.
I along with my friend boarded the bus in Ulsoor. I gave the conductor
10 rs note, asking for two tickets to MG Road. As I have been
travelling on the route for more than a year, I know price per seat is
Rs 5. I was not expecting him change, but tickets. Instead of tickets
he gave Rs 4 back. I demanded tickets. "Adyake bidri. Ticket adre Rs
10 agatte" (Why tickets? If you want ticket it fetches you Rs 10), he
      said.
I said it was his duty to issue tickets. He has been assigned to do
that job. He gave the tickets. But continued to argue. "Neevenu
Satyaharishchandrana mommaga. Muccho bayi" (Are you grandson of
Satyaharishchandra. Shut your mouth).. these were the words he used. I
was stunned. At the first place he attempted to cheat the company
which has employed him. On top of it he is shouting at me, for asking
my ticket, which is my right.
Annoyed by his behaviour, I decided to bring this to your kind notice.
Do the needful. Let me tell you one thing. Every other day I encounter
with such conductors in BMTC. Kindly strengthen your ticket checking
system so that BMTC get its due profit and put less burden on the
      public.

      Thanks

I completely agree with the extremely pathetic service standards maintained by BMTC. They must be brought to book n made to pay for all the grevience caused to innumerable commuters. this is a call to all the people who suffer at the hands of Bmtc to register their complaints against this organisation.
      dear sir,

This incident happened today [16-10-08] at 7:30 pm when i was just about to get down from the bus [201R VOLVO, COMING FROM CV Raman Nagar] at BTM Layout bus stop.Suddenly A police inspector in the bus itself started asking for thr ticket and he was not allowing me to get down from the bus in my destination place. I told him to give me some time so that i can search the ticket as because for a lady passenger its quite difficult to search the ticket in a standing position. But whitout listing to me he did'nt allow me to get down from the bus and started doing bad behaviour with me.He insulted me in front of every passenger and threatned me to take me to the police station. He harrassed me a lot which really shamefull for BMTC AUTHORITY.At last when i was able to show the ticket in running bus, it was 4-5 KM far away from my place.
From there i had to come back by walk. So its really putting a very bad impression about the BMTC and also the BMTC inspector
was not enough educated to talk in english .

this kind of inspectors are socially poluted and harmfull for the passengers. Being a professional, As per my knowledge says that for only because of our money this VOLVO services are running but we are getting harrasssed and my dignity says to put a police complaint against the BTMC inspector.

Take action against the inspector or i will be compelled to lodge a poice complaint as i am not going to leave that unsocialized person.

      BMTC Bangalore — Rash driving

BMTC bus nos KA01 F3233, route nos 205A travelling to Banashankari
      Date: 15th March 2009 at approximate 5:30 ~ 6:00 PM

I was drining my car on the right side of the lane, as I was approaching the Silk Board Bus stop. The BMTC coming from Madivala side overtook from leftside very close to my car, came on to the right lane and then parked the bus on the Middle of the road at Silk board bustop. I overtook the standing bus and moving at a constant speed in the middle lane towards BTM layout, he started blowing horn & trying to overtake from left once & then trying from right right. On approaching the BTM Bustand signal I had put the left indicator to take the left turn towards Bannerghatta connecting road, the BMTC bus once again over took me from left side very close to my car (with inches gap) and took a sharp lane change to right. Then he stopped the bus in the middle of the road and started showing waque hand signals to me.

I had met the inspection officer at Banashankari Bust stand, he suggested to give a complaint to Chief Traffic Manager, Shantinagar, Bangalore.

Request concern officers & departments to take action against such ruthless drivers. Life of people on the road are at the mercy of Bus drivers. They can commit any mistakes & problems by such attitude and there is not action taken.

People get wild only when public life is lost due to such driving. Request proper punishment to be given to such impatient & ruthless drivers "Prevention is always better, Cry after Accidents happen"
      Sir/madam,

I am residing in Tubarahalli, Whitefied main road and I would like to bring to your notice that the bus no KA-09 FA 803 when stopped at Tubarahalli on 17Mar09 at 9:10am came via maratahalli didnt given time for me to step into the bus when someone was stepping into the bus and scolded me rudely to step in to bus fastly telling this is not my own car, so I fighted with him telling this bus is for public service, and when someone is stepping into the bus on 1st step how can I step into the bus. And he was driving rashly in that whitefield main road, may be out of speed limit, so all people who were standing in the bus were falling down.
      Kindly look into the issue.
In hegde nagar all the bus are not arriving on time & they dont stop in bus stand, they allow private buses to stop there all the public & school students are standing in the road.

when school students are waiting for the buses they are not arriving on time they wait 290 E bus to cross because all the students are having passes & they dont take the buses until the school students vanish from there.

They also wait the Private BUSES to move,

I kindly Request BMTC to kindly take the immediate action against this query

      regards
      Shalini.
I boarded a bus no.K01 - FA-683 around 8:30am from Silk Board to Tin Factory. The bus route was till Hebbal. I got seat in bus. At around 8:45 am, the bus was passing from BDA Complex road and there was big hump on the road to controll speed of vehicle but the rash driver did not controll the vehicle and drove the vehilce at very high speed on this hump. This resulted for high jumping to bus and injuries to many persons and i was also one of them to get injured. Immediatly after that my mobile was missing from my upper pocket of shirt and also my watch was missing from hand and i told this to conductor. After searching bus thouroly i got my mobile below to two next seats and my watch was still missing. Further i and others who were victims of injuries told conductor to tell to driver to drive properly as we all could not get access to talk to driver because bus had little rush in it. The conductor responded back that his work is only to give ticket and not to advise driver's vehicle so he can not tell anything to driver. I had lost my watch in this bus and this was RADO watch which had given as gift by company to me. I want to give complaint about this and i want my RADO watch to recover from the bus driver. Further on route till Tin Factory there are lots of humps but driver was still driving rashly on humps and also was involved in Racing with other buses in route to overtake them. Please look into my request as soon as possible. If any other collegues who have had this kind of experience and dealed with it means are highly appreciated to write to me. I tried calling the number 12667 but it needs call from only BSNL land lines so could not contact them.
      thanks

      Dear Sir,

I commute every day by bmtc bus to my place of work. It is only the volvo buses which actually give us a stop at request stops without much hassle (which comes at avery expensive price of Rs.30/- per trip). Rest of the drivers simply think that we are a nuisance. There is a request stop at ASC Centre & College opposite to Command Hospital. Initially when the request stop was incorporated, your officials came there for a week to inform the drivers to give a stop at that point and also informed us that all the depots have been given circulars about the stop. The request stop is sought only in the morning during office hours. In the afternoon nobody even stand at that point, because it will be a never ending wait. Your department has the most number of buses in the country and well connected, but what is point if they are not user friendly. Buses are meant for our convenience, but they actually are inconveniencing us by stopping more than a km away from the point where u want to get off, especially when we are in a hurry to reach our offices in time. What annoys the most is that, all the buses coming from Kundalahalli side give stop at Marathahalli bridge and then after crossing the signal/road again gives a stop which is hardly a distance of 100 ft and then at Kormangala - Indiranagar junction, even though there is no official stop, all buses stop. I have no problem if they stop there or else where, but then they are duty bound to give me a stop at an official request stop where a BMTC board hangs. At regular intervals we have started even commuting by cabs of pvt concerns and have been avoiding BMTC buses. Besides the request stop, buses in the afternoon do not stop at Command Hospital bus stop even if we wave out our hands. I

I am writing this complaint, but I am not sure if it would be read even, because status quo is maintained even after many complaints were made on your BMTC helpline.

      Hi

Today morning i was just escaped by rash driving by BMTC VOLVO bus number KA 01 FA 1811. He was so fast at turnings and inspite of that he was shouting at me...I was just 1 feet right from my earlier position and bus was so fast in turning that it almost hit me.

Please take the necessary action of the rash bus driving from BMTC who are supposed to service general public.

Private local buses in Bangalore — Cheating by local buses

      Hello Sir/Madam,

Last saturday, on 11th July, Me and my friend had to travel from domlur to kundalahalli colony. Thats when a private bus, numbered KA 01B 4951 came by. I asked the conductor not once, not twice, but three times if the bus would be going to Kundalahalli colony. He said yes, emphatically, and we boarded the bus. Guess what, the bus dropped me off at kundalahalli gate(which is a good 2.5 kms from where he said the bus would be going). The conductor said that the bus would be travelling straight on to whitefield, instead of taking a left. When i demanded an explanation, he put 4 rs in my hand and said he could not do anything as the driver has decided to drive that way. I was forced to get down there.

This had happened to me before too, which is why i verified thrice with the conductor this time before boarding. When i took down the bus registration number, the bus helper asked me to go ahead and complain, that I couldnt do anything. Talk about guts!!!

Since the bus was a private carrier, there is no authority governing them (like say BMTC). Which is why we are not even sure where to complain against them. These guys think they can do anything and get away with it, just to earn the extra bucks. I am not even sure if they are authorised to run these buses.

As the consumer forum, please help me out(and, i am sure, others like me), to take necessary action.

      Thanks

BMTC — bus service to schools

      Sir,

I am a resident of Mathikere. My son goes to KV Hebbal School by auto every day. The auto driver takes 10-15 children in his auto everyday. Though most autos pass through the sadashivnagar police station, drivers are careless and reckless. They pay some money to the police and get away with it.

Kendriya Vidyalaya schools need the chartered service of bmtc. If buses are arranged children can travel by buses specially meant for them. OTHER SCHOOLS ARE KV Malleshwaram, KV indian Institute of science. and Air force school in Hebbal. Since the timings are same BMTC may cater to these schools, by approaching the school authorities for the benefit of the students. BMTC can cash in on such an opportunity and do the needful

      thank u

      Hi,

Excessive bus fare charged from Bomanahalli to Konappa Agarhara. I was charged 20Rs (which is otherwise Rs 15) and the driver said it has always been the same. The bus number is 356N around 12:10:31 ticket number 00144983 dated 08/09/09 (today). I told hime but he insisted that the fare is such.

Please take action on driver and conducter immediately.

      Hi,
I am travelling from Indiranagar (Defence Colony) to DELL bus stop (EGL) everey day. Every day I am facing and seeing that the conductors collect exact ticket amount and don't give tickets to passengers. Today (Sep 11th 2009), I have seen that the conductor didn't give tickets for 80% of the people in the bus. I observed in each and every stop. Just he is collecting money from passengers and didn't give any ticket. I asked him somany times for my ticket and he was telling something else. Whle discussing with conductor, my bus stop came. The bus details are as follows.

      Bus Number: KA01 FA.1508
      Service Number: 201G
      From: Didn't see exactly
      To: Banisankari
Where I get into the bus: Indiranagar (KFC)
Where I get down: DELL bus stop (EGL)
      Time: 11: 20 AM

This is doing not only this conductor, many many. 90% of conductors are doing like this. But no one is taking any action.

Because of this mainly KSRTC is loosing their profits drastically. People please think about this and take necessary actions if any Police office or KSRTC staff will see.

      Thanks,
      Srinath
      respected sir,

I am the brother of a student studying in KNE college indiranagar, a Bus conductor of route no.201Q is abusing my brother & his friends that he wont allow them to use the bus in route connecting from domlur towards jeevan bhima nagar as my brother boards the bus from indiranagar police station stop which is in front of KFC, as it the college is in indiranagar, but the route has been diverted in the above mentioned way due to metro work, spite of it he will call a gang of BINMANGAL area to trash our brother so please kindly oblique to our request or send me a contact of higher ups. this incident of done on 18/12/2009 at morning 7.45AM.
Was going to take left near the signal at Marathahalli ourter ring road junction. Was on the left side. The BMTC bus coming from the back overtook me by colling with my vehicle and the right mirror got completely scratched. Even though the bus staff knew that it's touching my vehicle, there was no quick action from the bus staffs, which indicates that it's arrogant behavior.

Couldn't note down the bus no. (Mostly it's KA 18 8048 going towards Marathahllli) The time was 8.40am IST.

Do we have any way to teach the BMTC drivers that they shouldn't do any harm to other vehicles? I think every day many people must be facing the same problem. Is there any email-id to which we can send our complaints?

      Thanks.

Driving in Bangalore is really becoming horrible and troublesome because of these BMTC Volvos. The drivers of these volvos drive rashly. Even we do not have any website of BMTC to put complaint against those drivers where action will be taken against those defaulters. If we violet a traffic signal within a couple days we get a fine letter from the Traffic Police but is there no one to watch at those stray volvos. What happens if my car gets a scratch because of the rash driving of the volvo. Who pays for it? And the monopoly of the volvo drivers continues on the streets of Bangalore.

        Hi all,

I'm having a big problem from BMTC from paste 2 years. Not even me, the people living in mathikere. There wont be any bus from mathikere to shivaji nagar. The reason BMTC saying is there is fly over consruction happening.

But i'm asking a question. Why they can't start new bus from chowdeshwari bus stand. As BMTC said to be a metro transport coperation. In mathikere lots of peoples are struggling due to less bus from mathikere to shivaji nagar. But we can see kempegowda bus every5 minitues. These bus deosnt have any fly over contruction problem.

Shame on BMTC,please take out metro name from there transportaion,if this type of service they are providing to peoples. That name wont suite for you peoples.

If i'm trying to give any complaint for this ,then they want the complaint in kannnda.I'm asking a question to BMTC peoples.Whether i'm giving complaint for my personal purpose. The entire peoples in matikere is struggling due to this.Second thing is, i only know to speak kannda, dont know to write.so which langauage common know i used to communicate.Or in BMTC people dont know english or they are not educated?shame on you all..
