Hi Sir
we noticed very frequently that the buses are not stopping at Vinayakanagar Gunjur bus stop (Udupi Park) every day. none of the drivers are stopping at this point which is a dedicated bus stop. i would request you to please address this issue as it is becoming a challenge to catch BMTC buses running Varthur - Sarjapur road.

    BMTC number KA-57 F-4422 dated: 23/06/2022
    This bus driver behavior with passengers was not good. Unknown passengers who are new for travelling in bus may don't know about bus rules, in that case he should explain passengers or tell them politely instead of that he was screaming on passengers. Please take action on him.

        I was travelling in bus 323AB on 23rd June 2022 in morning 8:45am from Kundalahalli Gate to corporation stop. I did not had change of 25 Rupees. I gave the conductor 30Rupess and 5 rupees was pending with conductor. Before the last stop when I asked for my 5Rupees he was showing attitude and speaking something in kannada, as if he was abusing me. He even told me this is kannada state u r not allowed in this state as if he owns this place. Being a democratic country every person has the right to live anywhere he wish I was so surprised by his reaction and his words. Being a lady I felt very insecure. Moreover when I gave him 5 rupees so as to return me 10 rupees. He rudely threw that 10 rupees at me. Being a lady we only want respect from people.

          Address: New S N S PG For Ladies 27 2nd B Main Road Nanjappa Layout Adugodi, near micco, Nanjappa Layout, Adugodi, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560030

          Respected sir,
          I reside in adugodi every 15 min 171 buses are supposed to come to the bus stop. But every other day I wait from 7:10 to 7:45 with not even a single bus to arrive.
          And if they turn up two buses come at a time competing with each other.
          Kindly look into the issue and help the commoners

            Address: Garudacharpalya

            Bus number 304K at 10:45pm on 22nd June 2022 at Garudacharpalya bustop in mahadevpura. The bus driver did not stop even though the bus was having less passangers, and i showed my hand and driver saw me and saw the conductor and decided not to stop the bus. It was the new electric bus, This bus cannot move with the door open, so he refused to stop. It was the last bus of the day. I had to book a cab because of this.

                  Time:8:00pm.
                  Verbal abuse by the bus conductor. This has to be stopped in bmtc. This is not the 1st time it's happening. I've noticed it a lot many times happening with others. This time I experienced it myself

                    Place: TATA institute bus stop
                    Incident:
                    The bus dint stop for boarding inspite of it being a bus stop and me signalling to stop. This is such an unexpectable act from a public servant. It wasn't a Matter if it was during the day time. But upon seeing a lone woman at the bus stop during night time the bus Driver dint opt to stop.
                    I request the authorities to take strict action against the concerned people.

                      I am citizen and working women by profession as Lawyer. My office is located near Vasantha nagar and residing near Nagashetty halli. I am writing this complaint by raising the issue that from Guttahali or from Mekri Circle we are not getting the bus to Nagashetty halli. It was not only me there are lots of people who waits in the bus stop for more than an hour to go to nagashettyhalli.

                      In brief i leave office around 6pm i wont get bus near guttahlli to nagashettyhalli so i go to mekri circle, unfortunately, there also i have to wait for more than an hour to get the bus. This happens everyday. I have raised the complaint by calling[protected]. But still i could not see any changes. Route No.176 buses are there for every 5 minutes without passessenger.

                      Hence, I request you to kindly consider this grievance. At least in the peak time leave the bus may be between 15/ 30 mit one bus. Waiting for more than 1 hour with full passenger were we cant even stand properly.

                      Kindly request you to do the needful at the earliest.

                        I was travelling on a bus numbered 500D from Ramamurthy Nagar to Sarjapura Signal on the 20th of June, 2022 at around 9 AM. I paid my ticket fare through Google Pay using the QR code that was stuck to the window of the bus. However, when I showed the payment receipt to the conductor, he declined it cutting it was only for passes.

                        Why was it not mentioned clearly that the general public cannot pay using this mode?

                        I lost the ticket fare I paid online as I was asked to pay in cash.

                        The bus number plate reads KA57F3267. I attaching prod of my payment to the company.

                        Please address this issue as soon as possible as I might not be the only one taking for this trap.

                          The conductor naned Dinesh Shashi of BMTC misbehaved to is 6 medical students of Raja Rajeshwari medical College. We boarded the bus from kengeri metro station to Raja Rajeshwari medical College. The conductor gave us ticket of 20 rs (he had to give us 10rs ticket)and asked 60 total. As we reached our stop he said we have to pay 120 rs. When we refused to pay he made a big scene and attacked one of the students. He held him by the collar of the shirt and threatened us. As we got scared and dint want to make an issue we paid. But instead taking cash he asked us to pay to his google pay of rs50 to the no. [protected]. Please kindly take action against him as he is a public nuisance.

                            It is very difficult to commute to places like Devarachikkanahalli through bus. There is a bus 366 A from KR market and it is not frequent and hence it becomes impossible to wait for it. Please make arrangements for getting the route with frequent bus facility

                                  This is to bring to your notice that bus stop at Johnson's market is totally damaged and no action for installing new seats was taken. People have to stand for such a long time without being able to sit on broken seats of the bus stop. Hope you will take action as soon as possible.

                                    Address: Bus route from shivajinagar to Yelahanka 5th phase

                                    The bus no. is G-9 way from shivaji nagar to Yelahanka 5th Phase.
                                    I caught up the bus from Contonment railway station(heading towards Yelahanka), the conductor was wrong with his words to call the passengers inside, he made the big issue shouting at me and rest public were all silent this made me still angry with his rude behaviour. He also stressed about educated people, I don't know what does this matter related to education, it is much of common sence that everyone should possess to respect every individual, where I feel is not there in these BMTC condoctors or driver- I am not generalizing since I have seen many kindhearteds too. He also shouted at me to take taxi or cab, who the hell is this person to yell so was my question. Please take up this note to instruct all the conducters and help the general public.
                                    The bus no. is KA01F4561, I don't know the conducter name as they have no identity cards provided by them or they have not displayed it to public

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      Today the BMTC bus hit me from back when i was driving My bike, By God grace i did not got hurt. where as when i ask driver politely why are you doing this & can you not see i am passing in front.

                                      the driver was so careless and he told me that i saw you that's why you are alive or else you would have been died by this time.

                                      i think BMTC drivers dont have value for any life on the road.

                                      This happened near Kengeri satellite BUS terminal. Please let me know where i can give written complaint.

                                        Hi,

                                        This is to highlight to all there is no buses in evening time, all most 50 plus people waiting in bus stop of Agara HSR layout daily but buses wont on time, people's are waiting for buses for majestic and K.R market but same time i can see other side bus stop of Agara 500D buses are coming continuously within min then empty how is these is possible, there is no control of bus depot, kindly someone look into this in priority because people suffering from this bus delayed daily, moreover I am waiting from hour for bus
