I am traveling in BMTC bus no.KA01F4901 (route no. 303 From Babusabpalya to mejestic... At 24/06/2022 @ 5:00PM
In that time i was Showing Monthly Pass to conductor in Tummoc online app..
But conductor told me scan the QR code, so i am scanning QR code but it was taking some few time delay.. Thats why conductor is talkig with me very rudely... Like a rowdy in front of all passengers... But am telling to him please talk smoothly... But he was not asking...
So i need to clarify the about online bus pass is not working something properly...so what is use of this pass So what can i do... Conductor's not accept that situation, , he is directly telling take the tickets & travel, otherwise drop out in bus... Its very bad experience in Bmtc
So i kindly requesting to you
Please train up them's how to behave with passenger
