The buses that travel from yeswanthpur to kengeri i.e 401M and 501C, they do not stop on the specified bus stop and they behave very rudely with the passenger. I am frustrated with this route buses kindly communicate with them and resolve this problem

    So, I travel by bmtc everyday and notice that none of the electric bus stop sometimes...why is it so? Irrespective of it being filled or partially empty they don't stop at all...they jus drive off, is it their will and wish to either stop or no? In that case why is it called a public transport? The frequency is so fluctuating that we don't know when we shall get the bus on time or no.
    In that these so called electric busses wanna jus drive off. And also this happened yesterday, there was a traffic jam and the conductor asked me to get down a stop before the actual stop where I was supposed to get down. Why shud I? I have paid for a destination n I shall get down there only. When I got up to get down in the actual stop the conductor starts yelling at me. Jus because there is a traffic jam dosent mean I shud get down in the prev stop or before the bus stop and walk. Why shud I do so?
    The electric busses issue is still a question to me n many...i don't think anyone would complain abt it n i also don't think this complaint would be even read by anyone or be addressed.

      Address: Attiguppe, Vijayanagar Bangalore

      60A bus route Vijayanagar to jayanagar more passengers but no bus, if bus came means lot of people boarded even 3 to 4 people are stand on Bus every time.

      Bus are not in time. Please provide 2 more buses for 60A route avoid rush.

      After 248 Bus (K R market) 10-15 buses for K R market one 60A bus come.
      That 248 Bus every time going with empty.

      Please survey the route and provide the actual buses we want...

      I am request to you even I am not traveling on 60A bus but i am watching every day people suffering a lot so I am completing this

        The bus no. KA57 F0956 hit my car from behind leaving substantial physical damage to the car, on Marathalli Outer Ring Road at 7:25 pm on 14th June, 2022. The driver was driving rashly and took a sudden right turn.

            From hopefarm signal to Hoskote, after getting on the bus, conductor refused to give the ticket and made many o[censored]s get down from the bus very rudely.

            If conductors are so reluctant to give ticket and want the passengers to only agree with their instructions, BMTC needs to bring the concept of customer first with their staff.

              Anekal buses are not coming to silk board, electronic City.
              We want buses in between 7am to 8am.
              Please provide 3 to 4 buses in gap of 10 to 15 minutes.

                Anekal buses are not coming to bommanahalli, hosa road in between 7 to
                7: 50.
                We want 2 to 3 buses in that time.

                  Hi this rudreswar chowdary a passenger traveling in the ka 57f-1347(vajra bus) in the route of doddabalapurathat the conductor dont know how to handle the costumers and she insulted me 3 times previously, that behalf of change and today(13/06/2022) monday and to also same has repeated, when im using a pass worth of 1500/-
                  so kindly please tell her that how to behave with the costumer
                  thank you.
                  if you wont take action behalf of this
                  i will file a compliant in the consumer form

                    I have seen the students who are attending morning classes at 6:00 and they have to live home early. If students who have thought to attend morning classes are not attending classes on time. Yes not all of them are rich but have some unique specialisation. This couses country lose not bmtc or student or the officials it's all fault. We must provide the best service for building great citizens and responsible youth. Request that to take serious action on this regard.

                      Bus no KA 01 FA 1713, 90E date[protected] timings about 06:00 pm .I am journey from yeswanthpur railway station to majestic bus stand .I board this bus and sited then bus departure from yeswanthpur railway station and bus already crossed yeswanthpur circle then bus conductor asked me your tickets then I wanted to pay journey fare then bus conductor said you board from yeswanthpur railway station but you are not buy tickets till now ..then I tell him I have so much fever and I am going to my office at bangalore railway station...I am a employee of south western railways...then he misbehaving to me and forced to me leave the bus ...so my request to higher responsibilities please taken a action against that conductor...thanks to bmtc ...bus conductor photo below their

                        i, m regular person Travelling in BMTC Bus By Pass, while friday i was forgotted my bag in BMTC Bus, Which goes from sarjapura to KrMarket. the Bus NO is 342 and White and blue in colour. i departure after next saint johns signals and missed my bag in that bus please contact my number if the bag is available in the bus.

                            Bus conductor not accepting my student bus pass

                            I'm Nikhilesh, im a law student studying at University law college, i travel regularly from hebbala to mariyappanapalya through bus numbers like 501C, 502E, and 500, where if i cannot get a direct bus i have to change buses by getting down at gorguntepalya or summanhalli or kottigeplaya. So on[protected] around 8:48pm, i was at gorguntepalya and got a bus which had number plate named KA-57-F-4795, he did not accept my student bus pass reasoning...

                              Driver Of BMTC bus number -KA57F3069 . Tried to kill me almost by over taking me without any signal by almost crushing between divider and bus me and the person sitting behind me almost got crushed but somehow due my presence of my I tried to hit the brakes and then also my left side handle hit his bus and we were about to fell down. After all this I went near him and asked why you did like this? The driver of this bus replying irresponsibilly by saying i wantedly did this for you . So who will take care if something would have happened to me I want to lodge a complaint against this bus Driver he is a bald fellow I want to take action against this person.

                                    When conductor is came to gave ticket he touch my shoulder tightly, wantedly, their was less people in bus,
                                    After i got stop wn i was getting down, he touched me chest forcely, i got angry but I am not able to do anything, please understand the girls problem, if he want to pass from front to back in bus, ask to come side, why touching like this, please take action as i said the query, otherwise he will repeated with all girls
