The bus driving was driving very rashly on 18th september 2021 near Link road at 8:30PM. Me and my wife were in the bike and he almost hit us. Sharing pictures of the bus. Request action to be taken against the driver as If continues to drive in this fashion he might hurt someone on the road.

    Good afternoon sir / mam, i understand that due to pandemic most of the buses you do not deploy in several routes, also in the above said routes lot of constructions of roads or smart work in progress. But i feel atleast in peak hours few buses to be deployed. for example: a passenger from Lavanya theatre to choose
    shivaji nagar, or upto brigade road or mayo hall or coles park, or beghum hall or philips ... by walk or other mode of transportation.
    Kindly deploy these buses, which would ease our traffic problems all these years towards Jeevanahalli, domlur yeshwanthpur, madiwala yeshwanthpur, frazer town shivajinagar via lavanya theatre, thoms cafe, ...
    This is not a complaint, but a request from the relevant officers...

      I will come by bus from ittamadu to jantha bazar every day one day I don't have change so I asked condacter to give me a change but he refused to give me change and next day he made a same thing and today only same thing he done bus condacter also should support CMR but now he is not so I am given complinet about him

          Bus route 281AP, (TODAY: bus number : KA -57-F-3703 )always stops for more than 15 minutes on the way to aiport at begur area.
          This is happening always and everday.
          People on the way to aiport may get delayed for their flight or may be late at work.
          Requesting bmtc to action on it

              Ear sir/ madam
              This is complaint about 500F and 500CA bus timing. Even though the frequency of buses in this route during peak time is very low, nine of the buses keep the time. Today morning at 8.15 from spice garden bus stop, 2 buses ( 500F and 500CA) passed at the same time but no bus stopped. For a single stop we had to get into another bus then get down at marathahalli stop and again had to change too 500Ca, which was waiting there for around 5 minutes. If they would have stopped at spicegarden stop, we wouldn't have this much trouble. Every time this is happening. Most of the times 500F and 500Ca doesn't keep proper times. Please look into to the matter urgently. Because we common people are suffering due to this. Because of their wrong bus timings we have to wait for more than 30 minutes at bus stop every day.
              Today the bus number which was waiting at marathahalli Bridge was having number KA 57 F 2702. When I asked the conductor why they haven't stopped the bus he gave me a lame reason that they didn't see anyone standing at bus stop. There were more than 7 people waiting and they are giving reasons like this.
              For a single stop we have to get into another bus and walk all the way to marathahalli bridge. Please show the kindness to solve this issue.

              Please look into the matter urgently. We are very much suffering because of the arrogance of these people.

                As mentioned above subject tha bus number KA53F0247 . Since the driver was scolding the public where ther was slow moving traffic he took the bus in opposite direction and drive the bus fastly and by scolding the car driving people for his urgency this not the correct situation or the place .
                Kindly look into this

                    Today at 9:20 this KA-57 F3472 bus routing towards Anekal from majestic, the conductor was very rude the whole bus was empty but only the seats was filled, there were 2 men was sitting in the ladies seat so we asked the conductors help as I had a 60years old mother, he asked me whether you are taking ticket I said No I have pass so then he refused to pay attention and forced us to get down from bus telling there is another bus in front with seating that bus will go soon so go to that bus, my mom said that’s ok leave we’ll come by standing only, but even though this person with such attitude will not be helpful in public transport. Finally we came down from bus took another bus, where we have to change another bus. Really hurtful, if they have aged people in their home only then they’ll come to know the value of elder person. I regularly travel, but never had such experience, so bad. He did not raise his voice honestly, but he don’t have rights to ask us from getting down from a bus.

                      Okay let me start the problem actually iam from village called sulikere we have busses named by 221B, 221K, 221, 221J, 377B that's it but busses are not attol coming this is very big problem for us who need to travel everyday it may for work or college. It's really not possible to wait for almost 2 hours but in my village everyone suffering by that prblm .I trust that you will take action regarding this issue.pleasee

                          Daily we have to wait 1.5 - 2 hours for one bus. No matter what time we go to the bus stand, still the waiting time is evident. For 4 kms, we have to wait for 1.5 hrs or more.
                          Can you please increase the frequency of 279 from palace RM Guttahalli to aswath nagara around 1 30 to 3.

                            Respected sir,
                            I am Kaleb, a diploma student of MN technical institute.
                            Bus colour :- orange mini bus
                            Bus no:- 250B rama temple towards yashwanthpur.
                            Time:-between 11:30 to 12:30
                            Number that I remember F57
                            Sir I entered bus in rama temple.
                            While gokula stop came the driver did not opened the back door of the bus.
                            Then when I taught of going from front door the driver suddenly started the bus. I told him to stop, then he stopped, While getting down of the bus, The bus conductor scolded me with a loud voice "Hey why, you can't come from front door and go ah".
                            I said unto him " no you dint stop for that and I was standing near the last door"
                            They dint stopped even 25 seconds.
                            Then I came out of the bus.
                            Then suddenly conductor got up and came like to beat me saying "why you are starring at me😡" .
                            And even driver supporting to him said
                            "Don't broke your face Go!"
                            See sir how can these guys do a violence act against a student for no reason?
                            Because of this kind of employees your other employees name also spoils.
                            I am kindly requesting to take legal action for this violence act against a student.
                            For proof please check bus camera.

                              I was travelling from old police station to majestic in the bus 80 A. Bus number is KA 57 F 2314. At 9.30am when I got in to the bus I have shown the pass to the conductor, then after sometime again he was asking pass to show. I told him how many times I should show the pass. Then he used vulgar words that is BOLIMAGA to me.. that is not the way to speak to a passenger. Please take an enquiry to him and take action.. otherwise I will move this complaint to higher authority.

                                Sir, today at about 1035 am the above mentioned BMTC bus driver has damaged my car due to his driving negligence and dint even had courteous in knowledhing mistake. My car was stopped during the incident due to traffic.
                                I was with my family and the incident has put my family into a trauma as it could have been fatal.
                                Incident took place near holy family church, ramurthynagar.
                                I urge the Concerned team to take immediate action.

                                  KA 57 F0303 bus did not stop at many deaignated bus stops. Even after requesting the bus conductor to stop at Big bazaar stop they did not. They were arrogant and did not heed to requests

                                    It very sad to see the shabby look and poor maintenance of the very important part door closure and opening mechanism. Are the mechanics and the Depot Manager so irresponsible - I don't think so - as I know they well trained.

                                    What is MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT DOING. After any repairs, they should keep the box intact. See the fate of the mechanism.

                                    My travel from KEB Quarters to Corporation on 16 Aug 2021.

                                      Hi. I'm a college student. I travel back and forth from majestic to vidyaniketan school(near amma ashrama, Kengeri)
                                      The only direct bus is 234A, 234E. If it is not available, I have to hop on Kengeri bus and get down at nayandahalli or RR gate and then there, have wait for the same 234 bus. But there is no genuine time for it. All the other bus conductors, shop owners also gave same concern saying there is no time sense for that, (ಯಾವಾಗ ಬೇಕು ಆವಾಗ ಬರ್ತಾರೆ). It takes almost 1hr 10 mins to my hom from Majestic. If I have to wait 30-45 minutes just for the bus itself, I lose significant amount of time of my day. All I'm asking is can you schedule more buses or atleast ask the drivers to be regular.

                                      Sincerely a exhausted sweaty student who has been typing this standing in nayandahalli bus stop for 40 minutes.
