Forgot to take change From Conductor

Address: Sri Balaji PG hostel, Venugopala Swamy temple road,KR Puram

Hi sir,

I took Bus from Central Silk board to KR PURAM GOVERNMENT HOSPITAL on 25/06/2021 which costs 25 Rs, but as I didn't have change I gave 100Rs but forgot to collect change from conductor. What to do to get back the change?

Not allowing students to use student pass

Address: Bangalore, Karnataka

I am dental student & took new pass in February only by paying ₹1600 in which expiry date was mentioned as 31st August of this year which is already too much to pay for such small duration.Then later old pass was extended entire March. Despite of paying so much we could not travel in BMTC bus peacefully. In April, bus strike started which extended for almost 2 weeks in which we were in severe trouble to travel to serve patients in dental...

The area behind Manyatha Tech park is called Sirampura. The scheduled buses are listed above are not coming and is very difficult for movement. I am not having a 2 wheeler and need to walk long distances to reach bus stop without these buses.

Please start the bus service.

    Today morning I was waiting for a essential service bus at esteem mall to dodaballapura. Morning 8.30 at esteem mall one bus came but didn't give stop after that I followed that bus till yelhanka there also didn't stop. After that some how managed to catch that bus at avalahalli there they have asked that where I am working.. I showed my ID card and told them I am a banker. They replied "bankers not allowed in this bus".
    Banking is essential service but bankers are not allowed to travel in essential service buses...why..?
    concerned official please instruct the BMTC employees and take necessary action to solve these problems.

      We students have taken the bus pass on February and due to this lockdown we don't have college and I had some work in college for scholarship process so today I went by bmtc bus conductor was saying that studentpass is not allowed . And before this there was a busstrike and we went by civil bus by taking ticket to college. So the student pass is waste now and we have paid 1160 rupees for that. Do you think that money is growing on trees for us . We request you government to give back our money or allow us in buses with studentpass . We are not fools we have buspass why do we need to buy ticket again . And you government haven't informed that studentpass is not allowed . First you have to inform to students that your pass is not allowed or else you need to extend the date of buspass.

        To BMTC,
        This is regarding failure of BMTC services in April, 2021, BMTC bus services. We have paid for BMTC bus pass for April month. But, we are not getting bus services, and we are spending from our pocket for daily transport.

        I, therefore, request BMTC to kindly refund our April, 2021, BMTC pass fees. Government should be responsible towards common people problems. If it fails to provide service, it should refund common people money.

          Here naveen from Bangalore we bought monthly pass for the month of April but from April 7th they are doing strike.what to do now? we are not from ambani or yadirappa family so refund money or extend the pass.

            The academic year has started form May of this year and the renewal time given is too quick on August for the whole academic year. Now that due to bus strike and due lock down restrictions the college is shut down. What a waste of money! I request to extend the time duration of renewal.

              My self a student, I would like to share my bad experience in Bmtc. Already a glass was broken. Due to heat it got cracks. And about to break down . After completing my class hours I go in to 201 bus at madivala. I was about to open window due to already cracks it got shattered. I was not knowing wt to do. But that conductor and driver. Was back of me asking for money. He charged 500 rupees. I request him that how student have such huge amount. That too from poor background. I requested he was not willing to listen. I felt really bad not for paying money but the mistake was not mine.

                This is i would like to give complaint on below mentioned bus no coductor as on dated 01/04/21 @ 6PM i am traveling from Attibele to Hopefarm in Bus no KA-57 F-3195, at 8 O Clock i supposed to be get down at hopefarm bus stop, by mistakenly i could not get down at hopefarm bus stop due to i am new to Bangalure, then i asked neighbour passangre about my stop but was moved next then immediately i went and asked conductor about to supposed to inform the stop but that conductor lost his patients and using bad language and he has taken granted his age advantage moveing towards man handling at the same time passanger were 4 pople in seat one guy and driver sir came to help me and they controled that conductor and made him cool this all happen in front of driver was telling verry cool and his behaviour was good, u explained him about rhis case and also i was not used single bad word totally all this driver is witness, verry much shor temper Verry misbehaviour person, even though i request with he keep on scolding on me and untill i raise the voice about will register the complaint he haven't cool down, this is not way to speak with passanger or unexpectedly who have done small wrong things, kindly take action him its my humbled request

                    As I got appointment to get my student bus pass at 5th phase Yelahanka and after I went there to get and they are saying we don't have cards so we don't provide upto next month and she is not even responding properly, she responds using her phone while working hours.

                        Hi team, From Kr market to Hulimangala buses are very low today morning I am waited 9.00 sm to 9.30 am bus 345 bus not came or buses display issue happened, kindly check and take immediate action kindly provide more bus 345, 345C and 345 A from Bommanahalli to Bingipura. Very low buses available in that route kindly provide more buses needed due to more companies opened more employees traveling.

                            A lady conductor who's so rude and rough with the passengers
                            My ticket cost was 15 wherein she didn't give me the remaining change, though she had the change. She behaves like a head thinking that passengers are her slaves. If this happens the further action will be taken and she will be liable to pay the fine. Kindly consider my complaint.

                              This is third time I am complaining for this matter. Why are the KIA 8 buses not stopping at Rupenagrahara bus stop?. The roads are busy with vehicles and the bus driver is not even keeping on left. How are you expecting to come in front of moving traffic and raise hand and stop the bus. Whenever I ask the driver and conductor they give very rude replies. They casually say it happens and I have to co-operate. I have struggled to get this bus KA 57 F 4379 which comes to Rupenagrahara at 10.08am.

                                KIA08 morning 7 am bus from airport getting cancelled due to lack of passengers at airport while many office goers keep waiting for it and go late to office.
                                Can bmtc really cancel the buses?
                                Will apply an RTI if don't get an answer here.
