Hi team, From Kr market to Hulimangala buses are very low today morning I am waited 9.00 sm to 9.30 am bus 345 bus not came or buses display issue happened, kindly check and take immediate action kindly provide more bus 345, 345C and 345 A from Bommanahalli to Bingipura. Very low buses available in that route kindly provide more buses needed due to more companies opened more employees traveling....

My ticket cost was 15 wherein she didn't give me the remaining change, though she had the change. She behaves like a head thinking that passengers are her slaves. If this happens the further action will be taken and she will be liable to pay the fine. Kindly consider my complaint....

This is third time I am complaining for this matter. Why are the KIA 8 buses not stopping at Rupenagrahara bus stop?. The roads are busy with vehicles and the bus driver is not even keeping on left. How are you expecting to come in front of moving traffic and raise hand and stop the bus. Whenever I ask the driver and conductor they give very rude replies. They casually say it happens and I have to co-operate. I have struggled to get this...

KIA08 morning 7 am bus from airport getting cancelled due to lack of passengers at airport while many office goers keep waiting for it and go late to office.
Can bmtc really cancel the buses?

I request you to increase The bus frequency between hosakote and Yalahanka and vice versa. I need to wait around 45 minutes for the bus at Bilishivale.

I have applied for BMTC Student Bus Pass on 04/03/2021 and also got approval from the College. Since then I have been trying to schedule appointment to receive my bus pass. But it always shows no slots available. Can you please verify to say something about this?

A student travelling to college in bus.

As there's no direct bus from my college to home, I have to change buses at 2 places, while coming I'll have to change buses at 2 different places.

So.. I've given 2 vias correctly..
But then the conductor is saying u have to board bus only where via is given in ur pass.. But since I have a 2 different route to go and come.. There's no possibility...

I have applied for student bus pass and it has been approved a month ago.but, nearby in Bangalore one bmtc bus pass cards are not available.please do something immediately...

I have went many Bangalore one center near me. But due to insufficient card I didn't get bus pass for a long time.
I request BMTC to send bus pass card in bommnahalli bengaluru one center so that I can make a bus pass. And it could help most of the students.

Bus number KA-57-F-2693 was speeding and hit my car on Residency Road at 8:30 pm on 5th March. I believe he was intoxicated. I request the respected authorities to take strict action against the driver. He was a genuine threat to the safety of other driver's and was not following any traffic regulations. I hereby complain that, the bus conductor persistently ask for physical fee receipt inspite of showing the bus pass approved messege and details downloaded (in digital form) from the bmtc's own web portal.
This was an incident I encountered on march 5 at 5:30 pm on bus number

I was supposed to stop on mahadevpura Bus Stop. Bus conducter forced me to stop before bus stop inforont of more overbridge. after denieing she said this is stop in middle of road and did not stop on mahadevpura bus stop. she stopped the bus on B naraynapura bus stop next stop of mahadevpura..please look in to the matter as bus are not stoping on proper bus stop even after taking the proper bus stop ticket....

It doesn't have a fixed time and also less in number and. I[censored] miss one bus... Then next bus will come in next life... This is so annoying... Like we have to reach clg on time... I request u to increase the number of g4 bus.. M...

He has asked for id card which is not issued by the school as the schools are started now . Though they have showed the books and available bag as a proof he has not agreed...
