I had travelled from the KR puram railway station to Agara village in bmtc ordinary bus and conductor written the change amount of 80rs in the ticket on the back side of ticket ...but I forgotten to collect it when the agara stop comes ...I had given him 100 rs and he written 80rs on the ticket .

    Hi sir
    with respect to above subject there is no frequent bus on this routs. The bus will be over loaded. And the fair is 1 1/2 . This is very uncomfortable to compute. And please provide more bus facility. AC bus like Sarjapur rout bus.

        I was traveling from shankarnag busstop (Kamalanagar) to Watertank stop and after getting down I relaised that I lost my water bottle.
        Description: It is a black bottle with a temperature display on the yop of the cap and has "Dell technologies" printed on it.

          I am travelling from Bangalore airport to Hal main gate on 25 Jun around 2:30 pm.
          Bus conductor was talking too rudely with everyone specially non kannada speaking people and also he was scolding them in kannada as they don't understand it.
          Even he is not ready to give online payment option. When there is no payment options in the end is giving QR code again using foul kannada words.

          He was too rude with everyone.

            Hi Team,
            Hope you are doing well.

            Today (24/06/2023) we started our journey from Whitefield to post office.
            We are 3 people and not eligible for free tickets
            But bus conductor gave us 1 free ticket and took 3 ticket charge. ₹20 each

            Both driver and conductor were high drunk, worst driving and we're behaving very rudely.
            We noticed that vehicle no. on ticket is different from real bus no. Which we were traveling

            All passengers traveelled with us suffered highly.

            But in ticket it is labelled as KA57F0556

            Please look into this concern as it is a serious issue as he was harshly driving

              I am an advocate by profession, My daughter is pursuing MCA at RNS college, chennasandra, Bengaluru, and today she is attending her final exams, I with my two wheeler dropped my daughter to the nearest bus stop and the stop name is KIMS bus stop, waiting for the bus at around 10.30 AM, a BMTC bus route No.210N, by seeing the green traffic signal which is hereby to the bus stop, without stopping went away rashly, I along with my daughter followed the said bus to the next bus stop with my two wheeler, as it was late for me and my daughter for attending her exams as well as my court cases, when I questioned the act, the driver behaved rudely and misbehave using unparlimentary words in front of co-passengers and public's and this misbehavior of the driver is arrogant causing harrassment, hence take appropriate action against this driver in the interest of justice.

                All the buses from doddakallasandra are telling end point is Banashankari and changing the board to last stop as Banashankari . Please look into the matter and take suitable action and provide more frequent buses to kr market from doddakallasandra. Quick action will be appreciated.

                  The bus 293 doesn't stop in hennur bus stop, there are so many people waiting for hours for the bus and the buses just drive by without stopping even tho the bus is almost free, it's highly inconvenient and waiting here for a bus which will eventually pass by without stopping isn't fair.

                    I have been forced to pay a 50 rupee luggage fee for a piece of luggage I am carrying even though I have only 2 pieces of luggage. I am attaching the bill below. I need a refund/resolution for this immediately.

                      The Route MBS-8 should ply through Cox town and the buses usually ply through either IOC flyover or ITC flyover mostly skip the Cox town bus stop. pls make sure the buses follow the designated route and ply through Cox town

                        I had to travel from Banashankari to Jaynagar 4th block at 3.35 pm on 10th June, 2023. I was not aware that the ticket costs rs 5. I gave rs 10 and the conductor abused me with harsh kannada words just because I did not have the change. This was really offensive.
                        The conductor was half bald.

I travel in the bus for 3 years in the same route and i have a bus pass .                               Travelling from Airport to Bellanduru, On Vayu Vajta bus number KA57F2380 on 7th June 2023, I unfortunately faced the rude behaviour of the bus conductor, who about to alight me down at the airport stretch towards my destination, since for my UPI not working (server down) after 2 failed attempts, I unfortunately didn't have the sufficient cash too.. To which he asked me to handover my tickets to him and said to get down at the airport stretch which was nothing but deserted area. I pleaded him please allow me to have an alternative. Post which he made the driver stop the bus and said until you pay or alite from the bus it's not going to move. To which a fellow passenger offered me his help, but as I was back from dropping my wife and kid to the airport, I called her and gave the scanner code and asked her to make the payment for me. Lucky for me that she didn't take off by that time..later Had to wait for good 5 mins during which the other fellow passengers were disturbed.
                              I was so embarrassed.. And on top the conductor taunt that the bus is halted because of me.

                              I also had asked for the alternative of paying through card, which he didn't have the option.

                              My request to the authorities here is to please ask the staff to be polite and not display such rude behaviour to it's customer.

                              People are often ended up using other means of transport, since public transport and it's services are unfortunately tarnished by such behaviours.

                                  I was travelling from Majestic to Marasandra apartments on 29.05.2023.
                                  The incident happened around 8.00AM
                                  I handed over Rs. 50 which included two one Rs.20 note, one Rs 10 note, and two Rs. 10 coin. He refused to accept the 10 rupee coin.

                                    Hello Sir,

                                    The bus number KA57F 2456 plying to Kaudukodi, hit my car and went away without stopping. This happened at 7:42pm near cosmos mall. The driver was very rash in the heavy traffic and he was cornering me from left to right. I was in the right lane only. The bus driver suddenly changed lane and damaged my car. The right side of the bus back hit my car in left above the front wheel and there is a dent and scratch.

                                    He never stopped and went away even when I asked him to stop the vehicle.

                                    Attached is the photo of the damage to my car. I need the compensation to get the repair done.

                                      There would be more than 25 members waiting at Doddaballapur Railway Station to travel to Bangalore between 6:20am to 6:30am and we are finding very difficult to travel in regular BMTC as it takes very long to reach the destination and KSRTC express buses which comes from Hindupur and Gowribidanur will be fully packed and no space for us to get in.

                                      On behalf of many commuters i am requesting the BMTC management to provide Vajra buses from Doddaballapur to Kaveri Bhavan at 6:20am and the same has to reach Kaveri Bhavan by 7:20am. If it can be routed from Doddaballapur Bus Stand to cover D cross and then arrive Railway Station then more commuters will get added to Vajra bus.

                                      Please consider this as special request and provide Vajra bus at 6:20am from Doddaballapur to Kaveri Bhavan
