There is a very less frequency of buses from venkatala/baglur cross to either market or majestic during the very most peak hour ie 8-9am and from majestic to venkatala/baglur cross during 6-7pm. Every day without any choice many o[censored]s are taking the private buses and spending money inspite of having bus pass. This is a sincere request to allot more buses during the above mentioned period.
Also first of all we don't have buses and the 1 or 2 buses which come at that time in the morning wont even stop at venkatala, kogilu cross especially the 298 bus numbers. How should we travel if this is the case, please tell. They must stop at all the busstops no matter what, please remind them that they are the public servants.

    I'm a student who daily travels to college early in the morning during 5:30 - 6:30 am. Today, the driver of the bus with registration number ka 57 f 2765, did not mind of stopping the bus at kundalahalli gate bus stop at 5:40 am and because of which i was too late to my class having not able to attend 1st hour because of this driver.
    The driver despite being noticed that i was waving my hand in the bus stop, he intentionally did not stop the bus just because i had student pass and the conductor cannot get any money from me.
    I request you to please take correct action regarding the partiality of a bus drivers and conducters between who give them cash and who had the pass needs to be stopped right away.

    The bus Conductor behaved in a very bad and aggressive manner when the ticket was bought. Due to the crowded condition of the bus and sudden braking, the ticket flew out of the window after which he demanded extra money for an additional ticket and shouted at me to get off the bus.
    It's the 5th time bus conductor didn't give my change. I feel most of the bus conductors are rude towards the passengers when we ask the change. Worst conductors
    I lost my pass with my id card in my college or nearest place to my college.

      Dear bmtc,
      Today i was travelling from tin factory to horamvu signal. I gave rs.20 to bus conductor he asked me rs5 change, i said i dont have, pls isue the ticket i[censored] have change give me otherwise noisue, i am trveiing from past 4 yeras, every day i will give the change, some times i will get the change sometime s no, its depend the conductor,
      Some conductor's are behaving very good. Few conductor behaving rudely.

      I am not saying for the change of rs.5, lot of times i faced like this behave.
      Finaly today i wrote,

      Request you to bmtc pls give atleast training, how to behave, talk with people's

      Office will logout @ 6pm, if we go to shivajinagar bus stop there will no buses till 7pm, 34 bus will come around 5.50pm and immediately he will he will move .there is no bus convience to srinivasnagar, kindly provide more buses after 6pm,
      The conductor took more time than the actual ticket cost and when asked about it, he started fighting . This happened around 3:15 pm on 13/02/20 near mekhri circle in 180 bus. Bus no - KA011A2248. The name of the conductor is Mr.Harish .
      No proper bus for babusaplya and children are getting late to school conductor will not issue ticket also 302f bus number
      We got into bus number 254a at dasarahalli at 3 40pm on 10th February. We got off at corporation bus stand.
      Kindly provide us with the contact details of the bus driver. He was extremely helpful and we want to thank him.
      Keep the good work going BMTC! We are regular travellers and is good to see helpful people.

        Bmtc complaint no. Bmtc[protected] grievance: govkn/e/2020/00547, bangalore police petition : po[protected], the accused was the bus conductor of the bus bearing registration no. Ka 57 f 3523 appeal :humble request/complaint for a affirmative disciplinary action since the conductor lacks social skills behavior, no sense for hygiene of others accused is bias, and on top racist remarks passing on the ‘outsider’ the aggressive conductor accosted and kept trashing in kannada also including in mob like activity and provoking co passengers and talking to them in tamil in so he can gain their bus conductor kept trashing in kannada, complaint if left unattended will be taken up in a form of letter in front of the metropolitan magistrate. This complaint is to make sure that same wouldn't happen to any bangaloreans again.

            Daily there is no time sense at all for this route bmtc bus there are only 2bus for this route one is from kr market to bramadevaragutta another one from kempegowda bus station to bramadevaragutta they doesn't have time sense at all they are not following the correct time today in byadralli bus stop i was waiting for this route bus 241d came from majestic i went to caught the bus there was lady conductor she told me bus will not go and bus was moved away am request you to please take sincere action

              I was traveling from majestic (Transit station) to mattikkere. I showed my student pass and college id. But there is no address option in my college id. I told him that i will show him my application receipt but he started scolding me for not having my address in my id card and threatened me that he will make me get out of the bus. He forced me to buy the ticket eventhough i had the student pass and in my application it is written clearly that i can travel from college to mattikkere with majestic as my transit station. The bus number is ka01fa2003. Depot 08. Date of travel: march 7 2020. From kbs to mattikkere. Time: 4pm

                Today morning at 11.40 am my 12 year girl was travelling with her younger sister after her exam from kammagondanahalli entrance to rama temple in bmtc bus no. Ka 571- 1378. When she took ticket for rs. 8/- (1 full ticket and a half) the conductor didn't give her back rs. 2/- after giving rs. 10/-. My daughter asked for the balance and the conductor said"wait... Will give later". After the bus reaches the destination she asked again for the balance and the conductor very rudely shouted at my daughter infront of all the passengers with high voice. My daughter felt very sad and ashame and she couldn't reply to him without knowing the local language. This is really a very bad thing to behave like this with two little girls who travell alone in bmtc. The same conductor is always hesitate to give balance to passengers.                   Hi,

                  I wad traveling from roopena agarhara to infosys electronic city around 11:30. I didn't have exact change. I gave 100 rupee, that guy returned 70 but didn't return 5 rupee change and said he don't have change and after that only other passenger came and he gave the 5 rupee change to him. Then i asked again when my stop came and again he denied that he don't have change. Then i thought i will take his picture and raise a complaint against him so he snatched my mobile and misbehaved with me. Then suddenly he got ten 5 rupee coins and started giving me. How come he got change after that if he didn't have it. How come someone can misbehave in bus. I tried to take his picture but he snatched my mobile so i couldn't take it. I have bus driver picture (It's not bus driver fault) and i have taken bus number as well. Please take an action. It's not about only change, it's safety concern as well for girl.

                    I travel from old airport road route to itpl which costs rs20. Everytime if i give 100, i get 80 back which will consist of improper and torn notes which i accepted. But on giving tha same to conduct for next day route, he will not accept any such notes. He was the only one who gave me the notes and now not accepting the same.. Can you please improve.. Am bound to argue with them always..

                    Sometimes there are no bus or very rare buses at Majestic for the route no.276(Vidyaranyapura) from 02.03.2020 to 05.03.2020 the bus quantity was very less.. people were standing for the bus from hours..

                      Tmi boarded bus today at 8:00 am from mahadevpura. The bus was there in mahadevpura for 10 mins at same stop and there was no traffic nothing.
                      When i ask them to move the conductor gave me my money back and asked me to get down and started scolding.

                      There should be particular time for which bus should stop at a particular bus stop whatever may be the case.

                      And the behaviour of conductors should be polite...

                      Today there was an intolerable behavior by the bus conductor of 375-d
                      Bus no - ka 57 f 167. Stop at kengeri police station was not given, when asked the bus conductor denied to give a stop rather he asked to get down in the next stop. He was very arrogant. This is very usual these days. I hope this message is conveyed in a good manner. Please do take proper actions. Thank you

                        On 5/03/2020 evening I traveled in a bus no KA-01 FA-1430. I give money 5/- for travelling from Gopalan mall to Bilekahalli. Conductor took the money, but didn't issued ticket. I asked him once, he doesn't listened that. When I reached Bilekahalli I asked him for the ticket. Then squad came, again I asked him for ticket for the money which I have paid and suddenly he told I haven't paid money, then squad took penalty of 200/- from me. Just because of this I got insulted infront of every passengers... Just for 5/- I paid 200 as penalty... First time I experienced this and it was a big insult for me... Please do the needful.

                          I was waiting for the bus bc4a at mico layout checkpost bus number ka57f1595
                          I was observing this bus on my bmtc app and it was supposed to stop at mico layout checkpost but didn't stop after i waved hand at the conductor, conductor saw me but didn't stop the bus
                          I missed my office timing
                          The bus went by mico layout checkpost around at 10:40 am march 5th 2020

                            Hi sir/madam,

                            Every day i'm travelling to majestic from anekal for my job purposes.
                            Early morning time around 4am to 5am, we will get hardly 1 or 2 bmtc buses. But not on time it's coming.
                            Really i'm facing this issue since 4to 5months. I tried to call several times to bmtc complaint team.

                            No one & dupo managers are taken no action on this problem.

                            Please try to provide proper services to public on time & try to increase buses to morning time but 4 to 5am.

                              I took the bus no 119 in the morning at 8:45 and evening at 6:30. The problem is with the bus conductor of morning only. As i gave rs 50 for the ticket to indian express stop, he marked 35 at the back of the ticket. When i asked him for the balance amount at cantonment bus stop, he replied wait. My stop was one to next and i asked while i was stepping out and he stared at me... Another day i gave rs 20 and he didn't write anything on the back of ticket. Same way i asked him for the balance now this near to my drop then he asked me to give rs 5 so that i can gave you rs 10. And i've seen that 3 ladies gave him rs 5 coin and rs 5 note. As i have seen now, i cleared that he had enough of rs 5 with him but he forced me to give rs 5 or else i don't have the change.

                              This is ridiculous and please do provide your conductors enough currency of lower denominations. Otherwise people like him will continue harassing the passengers.

                              I hope some actions must be taken against such people.

                                The 506 bus which is a regular bus at 6.30 from hebbal to itpl everyday. After the usual trip they go for factory trip everyday. Now that the factory trip is canceled they have canceled the bus for the whole route. This is unacceptable. There were at least 20+ people who traveled everyday in this bus regulary. They have routed this bus to 500d. There are so many 500d in morning and not a single bus to itpl at this time. Please look into this issue and arrange one bus to itpl at 6.30. Request your speed action on this.

                                  Today i was traveling from ecospace bus stop to marathahalli multiplex bus stop. I took bmtc volvo bus (Vajra) with registration number ka01 fa1751 at around 5:35 pm (3rd of march, 2020).ac was not properly functioning in this, it was just throwing air and no cooling was done. Some of the passengers ask to turn the ac on for which bus conductor told that it will take time but till my whole journey ac was not functioning correctly.

                                  My concern is that if we are charged for ac bus fare than same facility should be provided and if ac is not working than what is the point of charging more.

                                    On 29/02/2029 around 11am i was driving my maruiti alto from chikkalasandra near japamala convent and taken turn towards chikkaladandra bus stand. At that time a bmtc bus bearing no. Ka01f4552 come in opposite direction. The road is little bit narrow. I stopped by car to give way to bus. But driver come to full right and without stopping the vehicle moved on. This resulted in damaging my vehicle. The driver is so arrogant without stopping, without enquiring drove away from the place. I called him to stop but still drive very fast. I followed the bus, finaly stopped the bus at padmanabhangar bus stop. There also he rudely behaved with me and drove away the bus. It seems he has no basic knowledge of driving. I am using the same road from last 10 years, though road is narrow one bus and one car can easily pass easily. Driver come fast and taken sharp left turn which resulted in damaging of my car. Further the side body of bus was sharp due to bad maintaince

                                    Please take action against driver for reckless driving. Also compensate the damages caused by driver due to rash driving..

                                      Sir, i have a monthly pass and the conductor asked for extra 5 rupees for going through flyover bus. It was a bmtc bus going to majestic (Kbs). I took the bus from the electronic city at 9.07 am on[protected]. The ticket number is 280471-gg 267. And i tried explaining to him in english as i did not know kannada and he told he don't know english.
                                      Sir, i want clarity regarding this and a refund if it is legal to travel with a monthly pass and don't pay for any tickets.
