Bus number: ka01 f-8925.

The conductor was rude and not ready to give the change. Purposely he was going behind so to avoid giving change. Everyday it happens with me. I travel from nayandanahalli metro station to nagarbhavi circle. Sometimes i dont have 5 rupee change. But when i gave him 10 rupees he was not ready to give me change. Started yelling at me. He also said i can give complaint to anyone but nothing will happen to him.

Is this the way how he has to behave with customers. I guess he earns from this money instead of the government salary. He was not afraid of complaint because higher management might be getting commission from him.

If no action is taken against such conductors, i will start believing that even you people get commission from him.

    Please provide buses to shanthinagar/shivajinagar from banashankari ttmc during office hours (9 am-10 am). Only 3 buses work during this span of time and it is hell to travel. The crowd will be more and the buses available are highly not enough.
    College students and working folks are every day facing this issue. Humbly asking you authorities to provide buses in peak hours.

    Don't mark it as resolved. Still, the problem is not solved. Even now we are facing a shortage of buses in the said route during morning office hours.

    It's really shame on the management. Even after lodging complain there is no improvement in this regard. Till now there is no action taken. No adequate buses are provided by BMTC. And BMTC lady conductor who works during this morning office hours is worst of all. very Ill-mannered.
    No proper buses & worst staff.

      A driver in the bus of (250/1) his behavior was not good @ ladies he talks in singular language he said i i'll push u down from bus pls taken an action towards him (Depot-09) chikkabanavara to k. R market route bus number (Ka.53. F.0089) sir/madam it's my request taken action towards him he talks vry badly with ladies a driver not eligible to be an govt servent

        Do not ignore this complaint. The problem of less number of buses is very prevalent in my area. People have to wait for 343, 344, 345, 362 buses in hot sun. People have to pay for high auto rickshaw charges. I'm extremely dissatisfied with bmtc services. I urge the concerned authorities to look into the issue and provide public transportation facility to all areas in a fair manner.

          Traveling from udupi garden to silk board i had only 100 rs. I did not have change. So asked me to get down in between the route instead of waiting for time to return me full change he charged me 10 rs instead of 5 rs.
          For other customers he did not do the same.
          How can he ask to just get down on the way. And asking me why did i get into the bus with 100rs.

            We 4 people were traveling from bannerghatta national park to majestic on 26th jan 2020 around evening 4:45pm to 6pm

            Bus details —
            Vajra bus -365
            Depot 13
            Ka01 f 4602
            Tkn number 15184
            Tickets amnt 294

            I paid 500 note to collect ticket and for that conductor had written the money 206 to be returned bcak behind the ticket. But in a rush i forget to collect that back.

            I am attaching my ticket proof here and so i request you to send me that money, i can collect back from my nearest vaiydehi ttmc.. Please do inform them.

              There were two seats available in the bus while the bus conductor placed the water container on the seat and asked my friend to get up from the seat next to the container as he wanted to sit. There is place for the water container to be seated in a public transport bus. When we asked the conducter as to why we can't sit on the seat he bluntly told "what should i do about that?" in kannada language and sat on the seat next to the container by asking my friend to get up from the seat and he sat there and has been watching videos on his phone. The seat wasn't even a conductor seat to begin with

                Dear madam shikha,

                To start with, let me congratulate you for assuming the charges of md of bmtc. I have known you and your style of working ever since you were the director of pu board and always appreciated your stern nature and action as far as administration is concerned.

                Now the problem or the concern that i am going to share with you is of a serious type. I reside in akshaya nagara, hulimavu, bangalore south. The bmtc buses that ply in this route are 369 n (Yelenahalli), 364 f (Nyanappana halli), 368 h (Yelenahalli). Unfortunately, these buses are very few in number and frequency and added to that they don't come on time at all.

                Akshaya nagar is quite a populated area 2.7 kms away from hulimavu gate. The buses mentioned above, are not on time and many a time i have noticed on the way, the drivers are cutting short the distance taking a deviation from the middle point. Many times i complained to the depot manager (Depot 34) and bmtc head office as well but it appears the concerned officials are least bothered. There are so many students, office goers are seen waiting in the morning and in the evening to return to their homes. Many take a walk to or from hulimavu gate or bpl stop in the morning and evening respectively because we don't get buses. I am not exaggerating when i say yesterday my son waited in the bus stop near carmel convent jayanagar from 6.45 pm to 8.15 pm and didn't get the bus. I had to book a cab for him to reach home. There are times when we have waited hours together in akashayanagar hiranandani bus stop and finally walk upto hulimavu gate to take a public transport. When we questioned the drivers, conductors and depot managers they either say that they are following the trip sheets or they say they don't get people getting into their buses. It is because, people in our area know it for sure that buses won't come on time (Both morning and evening) and find their own way to reach the destination or walk. Helplessly. But children and office goers, women in particular find it very tiring and frustrating to walk because morning it delays and evening we are dead tired. Auto rickshaws are taking advantage of our helplessness and demanding as high as 80 to 100 rs. One side!!! As middle class people we can't afford rickshaw or cabs always.

                Public transport should have the concern for the common people even if one commuter is boarding the bus, it matters. I am sure you agree with me madam.

                As i told you earlier, i have known your way of functioning. Kindly look into the matter and give a solution for our long time pending problem. Initially the buses may go empty but eventually when people see the number of bmtc buses plying in this direction will start making use of the facility. Especially in the morning between 7 and 11 and evening return from 3 to 9.30 there should be frequency of buses and the number of trips should also be increased.

                Please bring to books the drivers and conductors who are cutting short the trip and escaping duty. The difficulty we face to reach our destination is very miserable. If it is possible increase the number of buses with an increased frequency of a bus every 15 minutes to and fro. For sometime we had a bus bc4 plying between jayanagar 4th block and yelenahalli. It was quire useful atleast for us to reach the main road. Now it is totally stopped. We are glad if the services are resumed between 7 am and 10 pm.

                Today I took bus from ibbalur to tin factory in the morning 9 o clock.The bus number is KA-57 F-1988.the conductor behavior is so rude in speaking, giving all loose talk in high pitch, irrelevant talk apart from being ticketing.Please take necessary steps for the update with the conductor.

                  We tried boarding the bus at stop palace guttalli, at around 8:15 am 27 jan 2020, i don't know why the conductor was in a bad mood and was forcing the driver to leave the bus stop even though there were passengers boarding the bus when asked he replays with an unpleasant tone that how long can a bus wait at stops and he is in a hurry, i did not understand what was the hurry rather than to do his primary job to serve the public who is paying for the service, driver was kind and considerate and saw an injured person and waited till he boarded the bus.
                  The conductor also gave the not so logical answers and said the bus will only stop at bus stops and he made his driver stop around 50meters far from the bus stop at maharanies college stop. This particular behavior of the buses is not just confined to this one bus but all the busses when they i mean conductors and drivers are in good mood they do exceptionally well in serving the public. I appreciate those well-mannered employees of the bmtc organization and i am grateful to the services provided to us by the organization. And i pity when these kinds of incidents happen and with a lot hope i am presenting you my grievance, i am not asking you to take strict actions on that individual who behaved rudely but anything or something that can be improved will be of great help.

                  I paid 10 rupees to conductor but he refused to return balance 5 and when I asked he became abusive.Despite getting good salary they retort to such act and behavior with commuter.

                  The bus conductor of the respective bus used filthy language against me for asking the bus timings. While noting the bus no photo he also asked whether he needs to open anything else. The incident has happened at Majestic on 21St Jan 2020 7.15 pm.

                  From past one month, the bus 301, 301D etc which used to arrive to Jayantinagar stop between 6.20 to 6.45am, is delayed by more than 1hour .It now arrives at 7.50am or later, this has caused a lot of hassle as there a very few buses which pass through this area(Hormavu) . I hope this issue is taken up seriously.
                  Most of the buses mainly Volvo plying on the Silk Board to Aittebele route does not stop at Bommasandra bus stop and instead takes the Bommasandra flyover and on asking the conductor, he says that, flyover route is the allocated route

                  What will passengers like me who have to get down at Bommasandra.

                    Ka -57 f 3328 this is my ongoing travel complain i have took bus from multiplex marathahalli the conductor have given me ticket from kadubesanhalli. I asked for the ticket charge from. Multiplex he didn't listen asking me amount 23 rs i paid 20 and i was abt to pay 3 rs as i don't have change i gave him 10 rs he was running with tht money wen i asked fellow passenger to communicate he gave me another r ticket for five rs and took my prev ticket. This is really absur behavior of conductors towards pass ngers. I m a daily traveller to bmtc

                      The bmtc service to silvepura banglore is very worst.. There are no buses in morning.. Which never arrives on time instead they stop hours together to have breakfast our side bus route is 254a one is silvepura direct bus and other is 254 byalkere bus..
                      I hope you understand our problem and please do help us.. By warning them not spend time chatting and stopping for breakfast

                      On bellary road near royal Enfield show room, this morning bus number KA 01 F 3870 was not driving properly he scratched left side and broke left mirror of my car as he was knowing that where was place to move forward but still he was moving and this incident happened.                         This is to inform you that we do not have a buses from banneghatta road gopalan mall from evening 1830 hrs to 2015 hrs, we are struggling like any we reach home only at 10 clock in the night.

                        All the buses they put the board as shanthinagar and ply in between there is only k r market.

                        How do we commutte, we leave home by 7 in the morning and reach home by 10 in the night.

                        Even you all have the family, will you accept if it happens to your family members.

                        Kindly look into it and do the needful.

                          Please provide new bus services from hoodi railway station to big bazzar, itpl, l&t and nearby places. Many techies use urban trains to reach nearby tech offices. The nearby bus stop is 0.7km far and the bus frequency is good but if there a traffic jam it will make people reach late to the office. We can see unauthorized buses using this as an advantage and are making money. As a bmtc customer, i prefer buses from the hoodi railway station.

                            We were few of the fellow passengers travelled from vidhanasoudha and conductor of this route bus no. Ka01f4785 of route no.293k/h was not bothered to issue tickets to passengers despite of waiting for their turn. But, shamelessly this gentlemen received cash and failed to provide ticket and literally told every fellow passengers as "let it be, we will fell happy for our breakfast!!!"

                            Hope this is not the mistake of passengers to fight for? Else should they be fought in public?

                            Ashamed to write this complaint; would this employee been actioned?

                            Suggest to a surprise check of his collection vs tickets sold.

                              I traveled with bmtc on 23.01.2020 5:30 pm from marthahalli bridge to devarabisana halli. Ticket fare was 10/-, i gave 20/- to conductor he gave me ticket and without returning the remain amount he left my place. After 2-3 minutes l approached him and demanded my amount. He denied to return remaining amount and he told "i am already given don't ask me again".

                              Request you to look into this situation and save our money.

                                None of the kias8 series bus want to go from below the bridge to stop at agara jn, in both directions. With luggage to/from airport, it is very difficult to go to the next stop.

                                While agara jn is a scheduled stop, why is it not enforced.

                                Heavy traffic cannot be a reason as silkboard has heavier traffic and kias buses do go through it.

                                  From 3 months the buses are not comming to our area. We are suffering from walking 2km every day twice. Even school and college students are not going at time college and school and old age people's can't walk 2km from bus stand and handicap people's are also suffering so please take some action quickly because i am a student

                                    500c buses going to itpl after taking left turn in kundanahalli signal, stop for 5 to 10 mins and wait for passengers to get in. This is causing delays for office commuters. People waiting to get down in hyercity stop are made to wait, if asked driver and conductor shout at us to get down and walk. They don't stop in the bus shelter space of hypercity stop, but stop way before that. Travelling in non ac bus is much faster than volvo bus ever after we pay hefty amount for the volvo tickets. Please take action.

                                      On 23/1/2020. I travelled from bommanahalli to electronic city in a bmtc bus numbered ka01f 9393
                                      At 12.26 pm. The actual rate is 19 rs. I had given 20 rs. When i asked for change of 1 rs. Conducter argued rudely. (If i ask you people that for a 11 rs ticket, 1 rs change is not there will you agree.) even our 1 rs has its value. Called to your customer care number. Most of the buses in the route do the same thing. Even if they have the change they will tell no change. Need an satisfactory reply from you

                                        Bus had displayed bus number as ckr8 and showed varthur, whitefield on its display. I got in from spice garden to go to thubarahalli. But the bus went to brookefield instead. This caused a great deal of inconvenience. Below are the details:
