It was infinix s4 purple colored phone. It has many personal information and if gone into wrong hands will create problem. I'll be grateful for your help.     Today 03.01.2020 i boarded 401k from yelahanka new town bus stand at 8.30am to yelahanka old town by bus number
    Ka 01 9298. It reached yelahanka depot at 8.44am.

    The driver after yelahanka police station, there was a big signal near corporation bank, the driver asked us to get down in the signal. As the two wheelers were moving, few got down from the bus and few were not able to get down. Usually the bus stop is near government hospital yelahanka. He did not stop there instead took us till yelahanka old town depot and had to walk back again to catch a devanahlli bus.

    When i requested him to stop, he did not stop instead used a abusive language that it is not your fathers bus. I told him this is not the way should talk with any female, you are a government servant at least have some manners. I am also a working professional and will raise a complaint.

    After that he used such a language and threatened me and he said - i don't care, you complaint to whoever you want. I don't care anybody. You raise a complaint. Bmtc has no time to see your complaints. Go and
    Complaint.

    Request the bmtc to speak to that driver and initiate necessary action against him. I would suggest terminate him and show him that bmtc is quick in taking actions on these issues.

    Is it possible to get down in the signals when two wheeler s are moving.

      Am a resident of electronic city phase 1 and i regularly take kia 8 e from wipro avenue and regularly get down at horamavu which is my work place. Today's (3-1-20, 8.45am) driver and conductor do not stop at horamavu bus stop and also leave 5 mins early from scheduled time i. E 8.45 (As mentioned in the chart) from wipro avenue. They do this all the time. And i have questioned them many times but they keep doing this which is very harassing type of behavior. The other drivers and conductors who come on other days do not behave such way. I am unable to understand if they have any personal issues with me or any other issue. I believe bmtc is for public service and not for public harassment. Request you to kindly take necessary action so that it doesn't repeat and before the situation worsens.

        Hi,

        I'm currently working for a company located in itpl main road. Daily i take bus from prashant extension to itpl bus stop and on daily basis i pay bus fare and every bus conductor deny's to issue ticket in return. I see the same scenario being faced my co-passengers as well even after requesting to provide ticket conductor doesn't issue tickets.

        I would request you to please address this problem asap.

          wrong voter id number entered in daily pass.

          Conductor has entered year of birth Instead of last 4 digits of voter ID number in the daily pass.Conductor refused to give another pass with proper details. I wanted to go to Yelahanka from Govindarajanagar but they dropped the bus at vidyaranyapura itself.hence I took another bus, I was made to travel till end and when TC came for checking they highlighted the mistake . I faced humiliation and had to pay fine of 500rs.

          The conductors doesn't provide proper ticket, they manage by passing same tickets to different customers. From Peenya to sunkadkatte. If we raise voice against that they try to manipulate. It's against government rules and regulations. Today I need to get down at dairy stop, the regular ticket need to be issued is 10rps but he gave 17rps ticket which was already issued to other person. I asked him regarding this, he said wait and even he dint have the change at that time. In between I asked him for change even at that time he told me to wait. As I suppose to get down near the stop he gave me change. Instead of giving 190change. He gave me 185 and it was more than the real price of the stop. When I spoke with him he raised his voice and told go and complain for anyone.

            Sir I have boarded the bus from Mahadevpura bagmane techpark to hsr bda complex.
            Fare is 22/- I gave 500/- as I didn't have change. I have given him 2 rps change but he needs to return me 480/-
            I have asked 2-3 times for change and he said he will give when I will about to reach hsr.
            When I reach hsr he didn't give me 480/- .when I asked for change again and again he gave me 420 /- another 60 /- he didn't return it and shouting at me go to silkboard if you want change. I saw there is lots of change in his hand still he didn't return my money and I had to get down because my stop came. Please take some serious actions against these kind of conductor .

              Hi Team,
              This is regarding with the complaint against with conductor and driver of the bus (KA 01 FA 1054). The incident happened on 2 nd Jan 2020.
              Where I have been asked to get out of the bus e ven after showing handicap bus of 2019. Which has grace validity period til Feb 2020. The same enquired with senior staff at Domlur However the conductor didn't listen to my words and asked me to get out in front of all passengers. This was created me a great insult and embarrassment.
              I need to educate the awareness to the conductor and driver on who are rude with specially abled person.
              Please punish them with not happening this in future

                I travel from Marthahalli to RMZ ecospace eery day by bus. I see that, even after passengers have boarded the bus, the bus does not move. By this time 2-3 more buses join the line and there is traffic jam in the entire stretch of Marthahalli all the way leading up to Kadubessanahalli.

                This happens every day in all the bus stops in Bangalore and I see no logic in occupying the road / bus stops after passengers have boarded.

                  Respected Sir/Madam,

                  I am raising an complaint on the misbehaviour of the Bus pass issuer at SRINAGAR Bust Stop.

                  Situation: The bus issuer handover the change of notes which were torn, the money couldn't be transacted for any other transactions when I asked to rechange the notes, the bus issuer denied having a change, he asked me to get the change, I asked him I will change it in the evening as I am a local citizen and I commute every day from the same bus stop. I was trying to find a ray of hope and solution answer from the person so that I couldn't miss my bus timing, as I was commuting for my work.

                  But however I sensed that in this world there is no loyalty nor humanity hence I returned back asking him to give me that 500 INR note i will get the change for him, and also ensured to keep my bus pass with him, he denied to give me the change and started the argument and starting misbehaving. This is how I understand our country runs under the tolerance of such ignorant government officials who cannot serve the public.

                  Hope the actions are taken to tell such officers to serve the public with appropriate behaviour.

                    Hi team

                    Out of 10 buses from itpl bus stop 8 buses are for silk board, marathahalli and banashankari. There are hardly 2 buses travelling to itpl. It doesn't make any sense to have line of buses queued up to same destination at same time..

                    Number of travellers from bel circle to itpl are high.. Morning there is only onr bus at 7:30 and next one is at 9 where in there are bus to silk board every min from hebbal.

                    Please look into this matter on priority.

                      You should introduce electronic modes of payment for tickets in your busses than ask for cash to issue tickets.

                      The whole idea of demonization is to reduce cash in circulation. You should understand that liquid cash in the system is the cause of black money proliferation and ensuing corruption.

                      All the travellers need to draw cash from banks/atms pay for the tickets in cash which you deposit into bmtc accounting banks. This is a total waste of human and banking resources.

                      Bhim, paytm, phonepe, google pay kind of payment modes should be supported in your buses.

                        Route- doddaballapur to bangalore
                        complaint- this above bmtc bus was came to bus stop at 8-35 am.. the bus moved at 8-50 on bus stop the conductor was collected the ticket at bus stop on 15 min...then after moving the bus bus was very to railway station bus stop at 9-10...and he collected toll tickets and moving slowly...the bus was came to marsandra at 9-20... and another bus overtake this bus and he going slowly slowly... many of the people's were going to office but buses was moving this type how can we reach the office? at what time we reach our destination. this not for one day, daily same to same situation happens in doddaballapur... i request you to please inform to all doddaballapur conductors and bus drivers...

                        This bus was came only for 7 to 8 km...and he take to time 40 minutes...

                        I want reply to yours side what the action to be taken??

                          I live in hirandahalli, on rampura road and need to go to katamnallur stop daily for going to my office in whitefield. I have a monthly pass.

                          In the last few days, i have noticed that the route no.280f which used to ply from yelahanka to hoskote used to come anytime between 6.45 a. M. To 7.30 a. M. But now that bus doesn't come during that time.
                          No other route bus comes during that time, and me alongwith many other passengers in hirandahalli and other stops, are forced to take auto till avalahalli by paying rs.10/- one way.
                          Please put 2-3 buses during 7 to 7.30 a. M. For us to reach katamnallur or tin factory, via avalahalli. It is urgent and unavoidable

                            I've a monthly pass issued on my name. I boarded a bus from Itpl bus stand for kadugodi considering I have my pass with me. As usual, bus was fully loaded with passengers, no space to even stand properly and the conductor asked to show pass. I couldn't show as it was very crowded and the conductor also didn't recheck.
                            At hopefarm junction 3 inspectors boarded the bus and started checking. By the time they came to me I reported them that I don't have pass as my wallet is missing. But the inspectors continuously kept me telling to pay fine which I agree too, but when I told them of the fine rule that they can only fine me of 10 times of my ticket fare they said you said you have pass that's why we are charging 500. In this case, what is the fine applicable on me for not carrying the pass along??
                            They fined me ₹500 for a ticket cost of ₹10!

                            And during all this, the conductor was continuously rude and abusive. When I told him that I don't get kannada language I was being told that this is Karnataka and you have to speak kann
                            I am wise and responsible citizen and since I couldn't argue in your asked language I was liable to be charged.

                            I need strict and disciplinary action against this.

                              I board to BMTC bus(DEPOT 41, LP-KBS-1I/5, T.No-375) today morning (31 December 2019) i was paying ticket amount in 10 rs coins but conductor refuse to accept coins.

                              As per the RBI all 10 Rs coins are legal tender, what conductor did is illegal.

                              According to RBI rules, those who refuse to accept the India currency can be liable for action under section 124A (sedition) of IPC.

                              I would like the conductor should be punished according to Indian constitution for his illegal action and BMTC/BMTC depot should be fined if they have directed for the same.

                              BMTC is a government body they should not break the rules and should support rumors.

                                For ticket 10 rupees i gave 100 he told he doesn't have change and made me to get down in middle of the road bus no. Ka 57 f334. I can raise a complain for assault. Atleast 100 people would have got in n got down how come he doesn't have change if so is the case display to get exact change. Then why the hell it is public transport when you can't give services to public.

                                  I travelled in a bmtc bus ka 01 fa 1221 last month end from bangalore majestic to tin factory. I should say the bus was in a very bad condition. The cushion seat was not fitted and it was coming out. All the nut and bolts were clinging in a loose way that for every speed break the bus has to cross over, passengers inside were jumping here and there. It could have even rammed somewhere due to the poor condition of bus. Please take some action in checking the condition of the bus before it starts the travel since all age members are travelling daily

                                    Sir, i am regular passenger of bmtc. Everyday i used to travel, but the problem is most of the time the conductor refused to return the change money. Like from belludur to brookfield fare is 48 (Ac) and if i pay 50 then i didn't get the change money back. It happens to me most of the time and i think most of the people are suffering from this issue. So please take some action against this or recommend you to allow conductor to take online payment.

                                      Dear sir, me and my father boarded a bus from kbs to chandapura at 11.15 pm. After 30 minutes, driver said that his bus will be late and asked us to board another bus, but when we asked why didn’t they mention about it earlier then group of bus drivers started using abusive words on my father and me and harassing us. We felt it’s very unsafe to transport in govt bus for ladies and old ppl. Bus number: ka-57- f - 3407. Kindly take an action on this so no others face these kind of nuisances again.
