regarding returning of money

Sir, i am regular passenger of bmtc. Everyday i used to travel, but the problem is most of the time the conductor refused to return the change money. Like from belludur to brookfield fare is 48 (Ac) and if i pay 50 then i didn't get the change money back. It happens to me most of the time and i think most of the people are suffering from this issue. So please take some action against this or recommend you to allow conductor to take online...

abused by group of drivers in kbs

Dear sir, me and my father boarded a bus from kbs to chandapura at 11.15 pm. After 30 minutes, driver said that his bus will be late and asked us to board another bus, but when we asked why didn’t they mention about it earlier then group of bus drivers started using abusive words on my father and me and harassing us. not providing right bus stop in ticket and charging more

Dear sir, i boarded bmtc bus no 320v at kr puram railway station and asked for a ticket till big bazaar. The conductor gave till hopefarm and did not give till itpl.. I was charged more than normal. Upon asking i was scolded in kannada and refused to get into bus. As i am from tn i am facing issue.. Please help.. Understand it's not money it's attitude we are wanting to correct.

lack of buses to banaswadi and from banaswadi to majestic

Sir everytime if we want to go for mejastic from banaswadi or from mejastic to banaswadi they are very few buses available compare to other area's buses. Really fed up of this situation so please provide some more buses as mentioned subjects and if we want to take metro for mejastic we have to go for baiypanahalli so it's hard to go everytime in metro so please make some more arrangements of buses

bus conductor of ka54 f 3838 taking more money

Today 25 dec 2019, i boarded a bus from tin factory at around 12 58 and asked conductor to give me a ticket till nagavara. Usually i board the bus and give 15 ruppees for the same... Today conductor said it's 19 ruppees and ticket was given from kr puram railway station till nagavara. When i asked about it, he said he will do like that only and harassed in vulgar words with me. Am from tamil nadu and can't speak in kannada, hence it was easier...

buses stopping in middle of the road for pickup/drop passenger

In the west of chard road, especially in vijayanagar and maruthi mandir stop towards mysore road, there have been dedicated space for buses to stop and pick up passengers. Its often noticed that the driver doesn't drive inside and stops on the main road causing traffic jams.

Also, some of the stops are right after the signal and the buses block the left lane causing congestion. Even though the signal light is green the vehicles...

Hi, I am submitting this complaint on behalf of a co-passenger in a BMTC bus 500-CA (KA-01 FA 1406) that I took this morning. It seems that the passenger rendered Rs. 100 for a Rs. 20 ticket and the conductor scribbled the change amount at the back of the ticket at the time of issuing. 1. I boarded the bus from corporation to Girinagar. The ticket was 19 and I have 20 rupee. Though the conductor had the change(Few min back a lady gave change to buy the ticket) still he refused to give the change saying he doesn't have.

bmtc driver brushed my car and did not compensate

Bmtc driver brushed my car near jayadeva/j d mara and was arguing and tried to snatch my phone while i was taking photo..

He was shouting and did not even pay a single rupee for the damage..

In spite of having space he purposely hit my car and damaged it... Action should be taken against him and compensation to be given..

These drivers take rules for granted and donot care about public

36 srinagar to vidhana soudha is taking in wrong route

36 from srinagar to vidhana soudha which leaves at 9:05 am from srinagar and reaches at 9:40 am in vidhana soudha back gate. But now they are not going to vidhana soudha back gate, instead giving last stop at ms building front gate. All other buses from nr colony, hosakerahalli and south bangalore area buses are still coming on same route and giving last stop at vishansoudha. But this bus conductor and driver is not ready to spend extra 10...

conductor not returning change

19th december 2019 morning bus going from banashankari to tin factory 500n vehicle no 1851 lady conductor has not returned exact change. Ticket cost was 63 rs, i have given 500 rs note and she returned me back 430 rs only. And she was very rude when i asked for change as if i can make coins at my home and give her. This was my second encoumter with the same conductor when she didn't return me exact change and behaved rudely....

The bus which should come on 8 o clock that buss are mising till 9o clock they are not puntual to there given time and during eveing time many buss of national park they return back from circle so request you to take charge on # drivers and conductors...

bus/ I am complaining about the quality of the bus

Hi sir/ madam,

I am a regular commuter of nice2a bus which runs from uttaralli to wipro gate, electronic city. The quality of the bus was good till october. Later they changed the bus and the quality of the bus is pathetic, slow, rocking seats etc.

The bus breaks down every 5days once and very irregular. As the return trip start from electronic city wipro at 7:10pm. It's difficult find alternative way of commuting....

issue with conductor

I travel from vydhehi to hoodi everyday.
Today i boarded the bus ka 57 f 3010..
I purchased the ticket till hoodi and paid 20 rs.. He was very reluctant to pay back the change which had in his hand.. And while paying he roudly shouted "take your money"..
Worst part is 7 people (Bihar construction workers) boarded till big bazar.. Ticket will be 70 rs.. But he gave 76 ruppees old ticket which he was hiding in the currency...

wrong boarding ticket

I travelled from silk board to hosur road junction, but the conduter delayed to give the ticket and given the ticket from madival junction, that is in the cost of 5 rs and he took 10 rs, if i ask he knowingly says you traveled from silk board, this is 1 of the reason how conducter will make violence in public transport, and stealing the money from government....
