I want to know the status or my complaint registered day beforr yesterday on conductor chargeing extra as hus fair saying its 22 rs instead of 20 rs.. I m a resident of byapppanahalli (Bidarahalli hobli) and i travel every day in same route to tin factory.. I want to understand why conductor o4 bmtc iw not helping me.. Its lik3 looting money from public not sure this conductor cheating how many people lik3 this

    balance refund against ticket payment

    I am a regular commuter of 500d ac bus between veeranapalya and kadabeesanahalli. The fare for my route is rs.69, for which i always pay rs.70 as the conductor never have change. If i am travelling 250 days a year, i forego about rs.500 every year on travelling both sides.
    Considering even the small food stalls have started accepting the digital payments, it is a surprise why an organization such big as bmtc is still stuck with old...

    Bmtc government services, like any other govt service is corrupt too. Some conductors won't give ticket. Some won't give change. Some are rude. I had an experience with corrupt ticket checking officers. I got in to the bus from front end and conductor was at the extreme back end. By the time he could come to front, ticket checkers got in probably in a gap of 2minutes. They did not let me take ticket and instead gave me fine for 500rs. For no fault of mine. So corrupt. Ways to loot people. And when i refused started threatening to take to police station and blocked me from leaving bus. Shivananda reddy and radha. C. Worst and corrupt employees of bmtc.

      I have taken the BMTC AC bus from Kadubeesanahalli Bus station to Karthik nagar bus station on 500D bus, on 03/12/2019 (Tuesday). The ticket fare was 53 rupees.
      I gave the conductor 500 rupee note and additional 3 rupees change. I am supposed to get back 450 rupees back, but conductor wrote on back of the ticket.
      I have forgot to collect the amount and got down in rush.
      I have attached the bus ticket. Please help in getting back my change.

        Hi,
        Today i faced an issue with your services and this experience was nothing new.
        The drivers of the volvo buses for route 304 k and other routes that pass through channasandra do not stop at the designated channasandra bus stop.
        When hailing them to stop they often abuse and just pass through. This is an unacceptable behaviour from the employees of a government funded organization where they are not ready accept passengers on board. Also, the frequency of these buses are quite low so often one plans according to that timing and still is unable to catch the bus due to the behaviour of your driver's.
        Please try to resolve this and educate your drivers and conductors regarding the basic manners that have to be followed

          I went up the bus and conductor was sitting on the ladies seat when i was going to sit beside him he told ne dont sit here sit somewhere else i asked why he didn't told me anything neither he let me sit on that seat. What kind of behavior with the ladies some due to changes the asked anyone to get down from the bus they behave lyk they own the bus. Bus no is ka-01f-8891 from jayanagr to kothnur at 6:28 pm

            The bus came in route of byappanahalli (Bidarahalli hoblii) charged me 22 rs ticket but i regularly travel in same time anf bus with 20 rs ticket.. When i asked him why there is change ij bus fair he was scolding me and yelling at me its changed show. Me other tickets and all... I belong thay village anf travel every day woth 20 rs fair he charged extra today.. Is it bmtc cheating!!! Can you take strict action against this

            Unauthorised charges - KA 01 FA 1047- Conductor charged extra i travel every day from Byappanahalli to Tin factory with what ever the bus comes from Mandur Depo crossing through byappanahalli normal bus charge 20 today it was 22..i work in night shift and struggle for single rupee and this conductor was talking rubbish when the argument went as it saying it's only 20 rs from Byappanhallai to Tin factory !!! is it fair cheating public i want know the solution and what action has been taken against this complaint..

              Bmtc bus number 328ha bus ending with number 1547 didnt stop at bidaraguppe bus stop (Shriram apartment bus stop) at 14.00 hrs. This bus is a repeat offender. Take severe action against the driver. Inspite of seeing me from a very long distance he didnt care to slow down or stop the vehicle in a designated bus stop. This is many time in a row he has done it. He needs severe punishment.

                The driver behaves very arrogant, speaks harsh to passengers.
                Since that was the morning start of the day, it disappoints many of them.

                Incident: though the seat available in the entrance was vacant. He did not allow anybody to sit, many o[censored]s had to stand ideally, (Me in spite of illness).
                2. Bus halt for every stop was not given on the correct spot.
                3. Certain stop halt was not at all provided.

                  Boarded the bus with bus number ka57f-1209 of bus route 500ca where we 5 people with a fare of rs142 from cosmos mall to park square mall.
                  We provided a note of rs 500 to the conductor and he was so rude about the change that though he had bundle of changes he didn't give it and asked for change to us. Then he started arguing and forfeited our money.

                    The bus coming to chikkatirupathi (304v) the drivers are irresponsible
                    They stop in the midway to have food and tea
                    They stop sometimes at ettakodi or sometimes near nisarga college to have lunch etc whereas the passengers wait in the bus for them to come back
                    Sometimes they stop the bus in the night also to have their dinner
                    They stop anywhere they feel
                    It’s not safe for ladies passenger sitting alone in the bus as these roads don’t have street light

                      I am a regular bmtc traveller through the route rajapalaya to sathya sai hospital via bigbazar signal in itpl main road. Many at times the conductor asks for tickets and once i say the place i want to get down is rajapalaya, they take the money and doesn't give the ticket, even after asking. Once a conductor gave 5 rs back after constantly asking for ticket, even though i gave 10. The bus number is ka 57 f 1559. Time evening 7 40. I don't keep track of all the buses which does this usually, but since this has been happening continuously on almost every day while coming back from office, i feel this is a collective decision by the conductors of both normal and ac bmtc buses. The lady conductors are always sincere.

                        This is to bring your kind notice that, we hare facing problem with bus no. 401k/14 t. No. 239. This bus is issuing the ticket for govt soap factory but not giving the stop at soap factory where as other buses are giving the stop at govt soap factory. And also this bus conducter spoken very rudly when asked a stop at govt soap factory. Kindly take a necessory action on both conducter and driver. To insist them to give the stop at govt soap factory.

                          I was travelled on the below bus today and conductor was rude and also gave me higher price ticket. As per online it supposed to be rs 10/- he gave rs 15/- ticket. Secondly he is said he working here for 20 years and who am i to ask him.
                          He also started arguing the way i sat in a bus. Though my posture was not abstract anyone and nor blocking the path.

                            I travel everyday from corporation circle to hennur bande every evening around 7. Today (29/11/2019) after waiting for 45 mins i saw the bus with the number 295 from kr market to dodagubbi going. And the moment i saw the bus i went forward and showed my hand but the driver never stopped, though i was standing at the right place for the buses. And i was running behind the bus, but the driver literally drove away rashly. I'm not facing this the first time. This bus never stops at corporation whenever i want to catch. Please take immediate action on the driver. There are passengers waiting from hours for this bus and this is not the way you should treat us. We stand there for hours after work. Such drivers make life for citizens difficult. Requesting that the authority will take action into this.

                              I was traveling from hope farm to siddapura on date 29 november 2019 evening around 6:45 pm, and i asked for a siddapura ticket and conductor issueed ticket to kundanalligate. When i told him about his mistake and asked for change and he started abusing, and said go back to your state and learn kannada if you want to stay here (He thought i was from noth) when co passanger told him that he clearly asked for siddapura ticket he started abusing them also, i don't know what kind of interviews these guys go through to be in bmtc bus service, i really feel uncomfortable and insecure to travel in bmtc especially with family, it's not safe with these kind of people. Please do something before this guy ruins someone else's trust on bmtc - bus number ka 01 fa 1748

                                Hi team

                                I am lodging this complain on conductor of bmtc bus.
                                Bus no. Ka 01
                                Fa 0934
                                Bus route : yelahanka to mg road (G9)
                                Boarded bus at : 5:00 pm on 29th nov 2019

                                From past 3 days the above mentioned buses are not coming to shivajinagar bus stand in respective platforms. N if asked to the concerned conductors they are irresponsible to answer it. I personally lodge this complain on this above mentioned bus conductor because he was irresponsible to answer and least bothered to respond.. Horrible!!

                                    Hi. I regularly go itpl from spice garden by bmtc buses. Today i board a bus "ka 57 f 1471" from spice garden to itpl. Time between 9am to 9:30

                                    The conductor of that bus ask tickets, one of my friend (Girl) gave him 100, the conductor has sufficient change money but ask us change again.

                                    As we didn't have, he was trying to get us out of the bus on the middle, shouting a lot, touching that girl here n there to make her out, very bad behavior. Literally he doesn't have manner at all.

                                    We r not criminals here on the bus, the conductor should be in there way. Though it is govt bus it never means that they will behave like they are boss o[censored]s.

                                    Kindly bmtc plz take appropriate action against that conductor of that bus ka 57 f 1471

                                      Ka 01 fa 0413 29th nov 2019 7.30am travelling to majestic.

                                      An elderly daily wages worker was man handled by the conductor
                                      The conductor caught his throat forcefully and tired to push him out of the running bus cause he questioned why they had not stopped the bus at the kullappa circle bus stop.
