    Today i.e.,[protected], between 11.40 to 11.55 AM, i wanted to alight an airport bus in cubbon park area opposite to KSCA stadium. Route No. KIA 5 arrived and since I was the only passenger, I waved my hand for the bus to stop. However, the bus driver did not even bother to stop and sped away. I am very upset at the rude behaviour of this bus driver and request strict action against the discourteous driver.

I traveled in bmtc ac bus number kagita1953 whn i'm traveling from btm layout signal to whitefield rd kundalahalli, bengaluru she took a ticket 63rs i gave when i'm get down in aecs layout whitefield she asking 10rs more bçz my stop is went she told but fact aecs layout after that whitfield stop will come... That lady conductor she took 10rs extra money but she didn't gave me ticket even she is mentally person she rude so i gave money when i am asking ticket she spoke to me nonsense after get down in bus she speaking hell like looser. But her plan is different way making a money such kind people street dogs. She is a worst lady conductor in bangalore

        Respected sir/ madam,

        Iam an bba student pursuing 5th sem in seshadripuram main college, seshadripuram. As i lost my purse in the bmtc bus itself and i'm sure that it got lost in bus itself.

        Please with regards to above complaint can you please help me out to get back at least my bus pass which was in that purse itself. I'm finding difficult to travel please help me out to find it.

          I boarded kias-8c bus on november 2nd 2019 at 3:21am from kempegowda international airport to electronic city toll gate. I paid the ticket fee and dropped at electronic city toll gate at 5:15am. I couldn't find my light green wallet and i have strong feeling i lost it in the bus. Please find it, it has my important identification documents. Please call at [protected] once you find it. I'll be grateful.

          Someone found my wallet on the same day and gave it to the conductor. The guy who found the wallet messaged me on facebook since he got to know my identity from my wallet. He gave conductor's number and I had to go the majestic bus stop to collect my wallet. But every second I waited was worth it because the staff was very well mannered. He comforted me through call since I got really worried about this whole thing. I got the wallet within 3 hours. Faith in humans restored.

            jayanagar ttmc car parking illegal fees

            Jayanagar ttmc car parking, contracted to a third party by bmtc, is fleecing and cheating customers by charging parking fees and not issuing receipts
            The person collecting money says collect in ground floor where no one is there. This has happened multiple times. The money is going to the touts operating the parking. Next time customers should refuse paying unless receipt is issued....

            I took the flyover bus to reach electronic city from roopen agrahara. I had the daily pass and on showing the pass the conductor refused to accept the pass. He asked us for the full amount. When we refused he even stopped the bus midway in flyover and asked us to deboard. So we had to pay the full amount even with the daily pass. The conductor was rowdy and was abusive.

              There is no direct bus facility in the below mentioned routes please provide atleast teo buses in the peak hours for the below mentioned route.
              It is very difficult for the commuters in this route to suffer the bangalore traffic spend more and more time and energy on road because of non availability of buses
              Kamakshipalya to shanthinagar ttmc
              Vijayanagar to shanthinagar ttmc
              Magadi road to shanthinagar ttmc
              Satellite bus stop, mysore road to shanthinagar ttmc
              Attiguppe to shanthinagar ttmc.

                I would like to bring you kind notice regarding the bad behavior of one of the bus conductor on route# 500ca. I was not having the change of money and he asked me to get down at next stop without trying to wait for the change. He was speaking in kannada continuously and very loudly. The bus staff should have courtesy to speak and what to speak. I sincerely request you to take the action and talk to him.

                  378 bus from ecity to kengeri, 8:05 the bus reached today in wipro gate on[protected], the conductor shouts and doesn't respect women, he pushes the women. He doesn't dress properly. He seems to be drunk, his eyes were red and scary. This conductor has been rude every time. Since the bus is always packed with many people, we hardly get to stand properly. Today i went ahead when it was 2 stops away cause if i don't, ill miss the stop, the driver will just move and start shouting. I'm sorry to tell i do not know fluent kanada, i told him coming stop i need to get down, he shouted and told me to go back, when the next stop came he told me to get out, how rude can he be. I told not this its the next stop, and he shouted even loudly, i was helpless, i dint want to get stuck inside and that's why i move forward so that i can get down. This is just one incident. I have seen many more in that bus. The main thing is he keeps shouting like a mad dog. Sorry to use this phrase, but he deserves to be called so. We all work hard for our daily life, but doesn't disrespect any human.
                  Request the authority to teach these people how to behave or don't recruit such people.

                    I just arrived the bangalore metro kempegowda station in majestic. And i was unable to stand on the platform provided to stand and take the scan of body because of my physical issue i could not manage to stand on that platform and i requested to take the scan standing off from it but suddenly metro staff who is supposed to take my body scan started asking like why can't you? Show me report! Explain me the condition and also his behaviour was very rude... Almost i felt very discomfort with bengaluru metro and also he made me feel embarrassed infront of public...
                    Please educate your staffs so that they should atleast have common sense of how to behave with customers.

                      I m praveen from bengaluru today on[protected], 4-50am i was travelling from town hall to majestic the bus no ka 57 f conductor issued ticket fare from magdiroad toll gate to majestic wrong ticket which fare amount is 15rs for 3 km charging more, i travelled 4 am clk from ramagondanahalli whitefield to town hall charged ticket 24rs for 25km, this shows how bmtc public transport is looting money and cheating with poor people, please take care above issue and do need full.

                        This is regarding my complaint against g3 bus, docket no. Bmtcc10235918.
                        I see that this has been marked as resolved. But i don't know how it has been resolved since buses are running late as usual. Today i waited at the bus stop since 6:20 am and the bus finally came at 7:10am. Please enquire bus no. Ka01fa1794 what time it came
                        Also the bus was stopped before reaching konappana agrahara and the conductor started taking tickets. First they come late then they waste time like this.
                        This not a one time occurance. This occurs every day
                        If bmtc wants people to take public transportation increasingly then it must make sure that the buses are on time.

                          Today morning i have taken bus from krishnarajapuram to bellandur bridge (which is near salarpur satva). The ticket clearly has mentioned bellandur city light apartments. I regularly travel by this route and i am sure about the stop name. But then the conductor dropped at before stop and asked me to get down. When i said that while taking ticket i clearly mentioned you that the stop is bellandur bridge... he said give me 5rs I’ll drop, and he even said that’s not bellandur, it’s sarjapur junction. I said i know sarjapur junction and i dont want to get down at sarjapur junction, i want to get down in between stop... this is not the 1st time that conductors are behaving like this, many times same thing happened... i don’t really understand when drivers stop at that point to pick up public, why can’t they stop at that point to drop them as well... and clearly it’s a skywalk... many people would like to get down there as it is convenient to cross the road from there. Finally i had to get down at the before stop itself and walk from there. If anyone who’s looking at this complaint i would request you to inform this in the meeting and let conductors know that they have to stop at intended stops.

                            We were waiting at the railway station in kengeri at 10.00pm and waited for 1 hour 30 minutes, no buses at that time for a passengers and they don’t gives stop even if buses comes. This is how the bmtc cares for passengers. The drivers of bmtc are ment to public service but they dont care about passengers especially at the might time and it was a raining at that time. How bangalore is safe for people???

                              Today when I was travelling from madiwala to myore bank I have boarded KBS bus 365n bus number KA-9383 around night 7:15 pm from madiwala took ticket to mysore bank. The driver denied to provide stop at mysore bank where where the ticket was taken too..when i asked the conductor he suggested driver to provide the stop at nearest of mysore bank after crossing the designated bus stop.Even after that the driver didn't agree they made me to get down near santhosh theator which is about 800 meters from mysore bank bus stop.. in middle of moving traffic where no bus stops where there around.Very shame to BMTC to have such viloent behavioured driver.From past 6year I have travelled in BMTC buses but have never come across such a rude behaviour of drivers towards female like me.Please take a strict action on them.

                                Today i was travelling by a bmtc bus from aecs layout, at 8:30 am, it was a bmtc ordinary bus. The bus was to kadugodi. From the time i entered the conductor was touching my shoulder. As i have reached big bazar i approached the driver to ask him to stop as there was huge traffic, i was watching the bikes passing and was trying to get down, the conductor tried to touch my waist, i could feel his hands moving on me and i said if you want to say something say, but i don't want to touch me.

                                Kindly keep some good people in bmtc buses, girls, people who don't know kannada are also travelling. Kindly look into this.

                                Description :a lean man was the conductor.

                                I asked for ticket from bomssandra to btm, I gave him 50rs and he returned 20rs. When I checked the ticket it was of 22rs. I asked to return 8rs change many times but he did not returned it. He was very rude with other's as well, mostly with women. He purposely pushes them inappropriate way. Please take some actions.
                                There are lots of people working in marathalli, who resides near shivajinagar.plzz plzz arrange some more direct buses from marathalli to shivajinagar in peak hours- Morning and evening..

                                  I was travelling in bus 25a. I boarded the bus at 9am at udupi garden, took ticket till jayanagar 4th block bus station. Lady conductor wrote 5/- behind my ticket. On reaching jayanagar ttmc, i quickly reached out to lady conductor for my 5rs. Another guy was giving her 10rs. Note for 5rs. Ticket. Rather than checking in the bag, she said to us - "you both get change from bakery & divide among yourself."
                                  Bus driver already started moving the bus, so without saying anything, i turned to bus door to step out & within blink of eye, bus driver shut the bus door & my backpack got stuck between the gates & he had already gained speed, i was hanging out of the door helplessly. I shouted - "open the door". As soon as he stopped the bus & opened the door, lady conductor abused me in kannada, she shouted - "le naayi". I stepped down & before i could say anything, bus driver shut the door & started speeding the bus & went away.

                                  This incident have me a very bad experience with bmtc. I'm daily passenger & never such thing has happened with me before. Though i see & hear a lot of incident about bad treatment by bmtc staff.

                                  @bmtc, i want you to train your employees in treating the passengers well. Most of them just shout at the kids to move at back of bus, whereas they can say it politely. And also they fight for change even though they keep bag full of coins with them.

                                  You are supposed to give convenience to the passengers/customers, but looks like some of your employee causing inconvenience to us. Do something about it.

                                  As a regular passenger, i always try to give exact change. I check my pockets twice to gather change. Rarely when i really run out of coins, i give 10rs note & request for change but 95 times out of 100, i have given exact change to bmtc making it easier for them to issue tickets. So, is it not your duty to make commute easy for us?

                                  If i don't get a reply soon, i'm going to escalate this complain to higher authority.

                                    "conductor refused to stop in kengeri old bus stand near gov school"
                                    Today evening that is 22nd october 2019, at night around 7:30 i was travelling in bus 401m with bus no: ka57 f-2896 as usual there is stop near kengeri government hospital instead it was raining, passengers requested to give stop in the bus stand, but conductor argued badly like there is no space and finally gave stop in kengeri main bus stop.
                                    But there was lot of space near old bus stand.
                                    Request you to take proper action and give passengers happy travelling rather than arguments.

                                    All the buses moving from various places towards KR market and majestic via lalbagh is not stopping in lalbagh hopcoms bus stop. This has troubled so much for common people like me. Please take strict action on the drivers or do the needful at the earliest.
                                    Rash driving followed by bad conduct of driver and conductor of bus KA-57-F-2930. Bus number: 320

                                      Hi,

                                      I was traveling from majestic to kundalahalli colony from ka-57 f-3189. The fare is rs 24. I gave the conductor 30 rupees. He gave me 5 ruppee from the pack of coins. He denied giving me 1 rupee.
                                      The driver started laughing seeing the incident and he didn't say a word.
                                      Day - tuesday
                                      Date - 22nd october
                                      Time-2:13 pm
                                      Please find who the conductor and driver was. Please train them, they can't keep people's money be it 1 rupee or 100 rupee.

                                      I have faced this incident a lot. But this time the it blowed my mind.

                                      please increase more buses from kengeri to jigani (378A)
                                      IN morining time and evening time
                                      I gave conductor 509.
                                      Ticket price 79.
                                      Conductor had to return me 430. But gave only 30.
