I traveled in bus number ka01 fa 1871, from dommasandra to varthur kodi. Many men are sitting in ladies seat. Even though there were many ladies standing. Conductor either interfere or atleast men sitting in one corner of the seat. Many are sitting mid of the seats. How can other passengers (Lady) can use that seats. Top of it conductor is leaning on ladies seat even though it is not required.

There are very few 119 buses to Chinnappa Garden. If we miss one bus then we have to wait for another hour to get another 119 bus. My complaint is that the driver doesn't halt at Indian Express stop since there is a signal. It continues in movement even if people are waiting for the bus.

    On[protected] evening when i was travelling from sathya sai hospital to hope farm bus stopped a few meters behind hope farm signal. Conductor asked passengers to get down if they want to.
    A old day was getting down when bus stopped and door was open. Suddenly bus started and lady fell down near the wheels so i asked him to stop as passengers were getting down but conductor raised his voice and started using vulgar words saying who are you to ask.
    Please take necessary action on him or else i am taking this issue to the media.
    What if something has happened to that lady.. Will he give his life back if something went wrong.
    As a public i have all the rights to question if something going wrong.

    Is carrying laptop bags or backpacks not allowed in BMTC buses because conductor on bus route Bommanahalli to begur which reaches hongasandra nearly at 5:00 PM asked me very rudely to leave my laptop bag at home and come.

      Bus no 213, ka 05 1110, very rashly he drives on kanakpura road, and this is the 3 rd time he didn't stop at shanimahatama bus stop kanakpura road, i have catched next bus and saw the same bus was waiting for the passengers to get at raghuvanahalli bus stop this i have observed lot of times, even when ingot into the bus also they stop at raghuvanahalli until that 2 passengers get into the bus, please take a strict action against the driver to stop at all the bus stops, it was raining and we were stranded on the road today.

      297 A, Depo no. 11 every day in second shift it is not operatin. If I contact to depo regarding the same no one is responding, even manager is so irresponsible he is just disconnecting the call. No one is taking this complaint creasly. In this route we have only one bus. So I require you to send the bus every day without fail at correct time.
      Bus number KA-57 F-2436 this is third time I'm travelling in this bus from majestic to Bel circle. The conductor name is Mr.jayarama i noticed him that he always behaves rudely with the passengers especially with Ladies. This is not acceptable at all.. kindly brief him regarding this.

        The bmtc bus number ka 57 f-3215 rout no 378 time 7 10 to 7 15am on 7th september did not stop for any passenger at the bus stop and choose to continue on and when asked by stopping the bus in the next stop by chasing it via a bike the driver replies that it's not a bus stop to stop the bus and also he insisted that the passenger to run towards the bus even if the passengers are old people. Behaves very irresponsible and non cooperative

        Requested Sir/Madam I lost my pass in bus due to the over crowd
        After the match I have withdraw 1500rs minimum 7days over still not came
        Sir, I am a degree student and my wallet along with the bus pass was stolen two weeks before].What am I supposed to do to get it replaced or for this problem?. its very difficult to travel without a pass. please help at the earliest.
        I have lost my purse in a BMTC bus 328B on Aug 23 2019 around 8PM near seegehalli, Bangalore.
        It has some original documents and my cards.
        Where can i check the lost and found section for this bus?
        Please let me know.
        401 buses from ms Paula to bel circle are always late. There are no buses immediately after 7 30, and they all move in packs which really affects our time of schedule. We lose our attendance due to this. Please make sure that this does not happen again. Or provided a letter apologizing for the delay and allowing us attendance for the missed hour.
        I was travelling from Lalbagh main gate to Lakkasandra in your bus KA01F4331 Route 345A. But I was issued Diary circle ticket (#260). Would like to know why Lakkasandra stage was not mentioned?

          I travel from koramangala to binnamangala. Daily its very difficult to get bus to binnamangala in the morning and also evening. We have to wait for hours sometimes.

          Bus no.201d vehicle no. Ka53 f0023 which is from silkboard to binnamangala daily around 8.00am. Final stop is binnamangala but he stops in indiranagar kfc junction one stop before the main junction.. When asked about, conductor shouts saying we can stop bus anywhere.in the morning we will be in hurry to reach office & have walk to office as there is no any other option.

          Not only this bus there are many buses which stops only upto kfc this is making difficult to reach office in time. I request you to kindly check towards this. & please provide buses to binnamangala in the morning & evening.

          Hope action will be taken against this complaint.

          There are least number of NON AC buses available to ITPB via AECS Layout. Many AC buses in the morning with very negligible non AC buses. On the other hand no buses will be available after 8:30 from ITPL. Buses will be mostly available only towards Tin factory. Please increase the frequency of buses.

            I gave 500 rs for the ticket. Conductor said me that he will return the money which was around 340. But while deboring he didn't return me my money obviously ii forgot to take money which is my fault. But please sir/madam try to return my money as soon as possible.               This is mail making a humble request to the authorities of bmtc to increase the bus services (Frequency of buses) from beml 5th stage to vijay nagar.

              Dear sir/ ma'am,
              Am a upsc aspirant who's working really hard to crack the exam and i commute to vijay nagar from beml 5th stage, everyday irrespective of holidays. Much of my time is wasted in waiting for bus. I spend an average of more than 1 hour everyday. That is just the waiting time to catch the bus.
              So... On an average i spend 3 to 3.5 hours traveling and waiting, which i don't have the luxury of affording.

              I kindly request the bmtc authorities to consider my plea seriously and help a lot of aspiring students like me.

                This is regarding the worst behavior of the bus conductor. This is my 3rd experience with the bus conductor. For two times i tried to ignore but for the 3rd time if things are repeating, i need to complain.

                This is about bus 500-ca. The conductor is very rude and he will start shouting for no reason. Today i had to get down at graphite signal (Kundanhalli colony), i asked the bus conductor to stop, he literally started shouting at me for no reason. The reason was bus was not stopping at the bus stop, so i said "anna stop", so the conductor and driver started shouting and abusing me. One more day same thing has happened, i ignored but same day if he is doing like this, that is, shouting at each and everyone is not right.

                3rd case - i was having daily pass so when i had boarded 500 ca, the same conductor started shouting at me because i was having day pass and i m not buying tickets. This behaviour is very bad. The incident has happend 11:10 am in the morning on 5/9/2019. Conductor should be given behavior classes

                  Hi sir,
                  My self raghu yesterday[protected] i was travelling to majestic from electronic city. At that time near singhasandra 3rd gender category persons entered in to the bus they started collecting money from passengers forcibly.
                  At that time i said i dont have change then they started scolding me with non veg words in public and also said i will call to my friends if you not give money. And also blabla. I asked to the conductor his name "*basavaraju amadi or basavraju umadi"* why you allowing them he said they took pass. I dont know whether they took pass to travel or collect money from passsangers. So please take necessary actions. Daily i travel in same route so getting same problem. So please stop them to allowing in to bus to collect money.

                  I have monthly pass so don't have ticket.At that Time Bus Conductor was "Basavaraju amdi or Basavaraju Umadi" I noted his name from Dress Label.he also knew incident but he not supported us.This happened on 4-9-2019 afternoon around 3.00 to 3.20 PM near Singhsandra. Bus was travelling to majestic from elecronic city at that time.

                      Hi sir,

                      This is regarding one incident that happened with me today when i was travelling from electronic city to veerannapalaya in volvo.

                      I boarded in 2 buses i. E. First bus from electronic city to silk board and second from silk board to veerannapalaya, but in the second bus, the conductor charged me 105 rs/- instead of 84 rs/-, because he changed the pickup point in the ticket. Generally the ticket charge is 84 rs/- from silk board to veerannapalaya in volvo bus. When i asked him the reason then he told me something in kannada which i couldn't understand. And he started arguing with me.

                      I have attached the pic of both tickets. Please look into it asap and take the necessary action.

                        I'm sadhana gowda, i am a student i was travelling from nagasandra metro stop to nelmangala in 258c bus route from majestic to nelamangala bus no ka 53 f 246. As i got into the bus in nagasandra metro stop that is deepak stop the conductor asked me to show my student pass. My pass was behind my college id which were together, as i showed it to him he grabbed my id and pulled it and behaved very badly. If he could have asked me to remove and show i might have handed it to him. Instead of that he abused me by pulling it from my neck. And yelled and shouted at me. He also spoke about having student pass and having concession in it. This is truly a bad behaviour of conductors in government bus. They are serving public, they have to show a little respect rather doing that he abused me in front of all. And very sadly the public are very dumb to rise their voices in such situations. Kindly take severe actions on such conductors and also drivers who misbehave with people and students.

                            Today morning at 5.50 i took a 502c bus from badrappa layout big bazar to kr puram, they stopped the bus in half the way at 6.15am and told us to get down and go into another bus wen asked there was no response we had to wait for 15 mins on road then finally wen we had to strongly tell them that we will complaint about this then forcibly they again took us and dropped in another bus stop were we had to change 2 more busses to reach our destination due to this even though there was no traffic it took 2 hrs for me to reach my place. Y will they play our timings.

                              Passenger boarded at a. Dasarahalli and asked for ticket to sunkadakatte

                              Conductor: took money but issued ticket from khb colony to jalahalli cross,

                              If we ask, he said "u said jalahalli only"


                              For next customer also he did same,

                              That time we asked him, doing purposely. He scolded us in worst word, go complain to any one, who are..


                              Corruption level ok, but behaviour?? I cant tolerate

                              Please take action or else i will keep posting complain till it becomes big news'

                                I was in tin factory on 2 sep at 1100am and had to reach bellandur. I asked the conductor of the bus f3259 that if it would go to eco space bellandur.. And he agreed and hence i boarded the bus. As soon as i boarded the bus i wanted to get the ticket and it is then when the conductor realised that it was the wrong bus i got onto and told
                                Me that i can get down in the next stop. Being new to the city i was not aware of the policy of bmtc i got down without the ticket..
                                It was then that i encountered the police and they asked me to furnish the ticket. I explained them properly what happened and asked them to talk to the conductor as well.. However they started unnecesary harrasing me asking me to get on to the bus and took a fine of rs.220.

                                My point here is being new to the city, i was not aware of the bmtc bus policy..
                                So bmtc should train their staff right to make their passengers aware of the correct code of conduct. Firstly the conductor misguided me to get onto the wrong bus and then when he realised i took the wrong bus instead of telling me the right way out, he asked me to get down in the next stop without taking the ticket.. Orelse i would not have had a problem to get the ticket for 5 rupees.

                                The harrassment i faced from the police who held me by my bag also is insane.. I really want to talk about it further and demand an hearing for this.

                                  Today[protected], i traveled in a bus to attend my car driving class. My pickup point is innovative multiple bus stop and drop is eco space bus stop. Actually bmtc charges rs.10/- for one-side trip. I gave exact rs. 10/- for ticket to a conductor in the bus. He didn't gave me the ticket after taking the money even though i was asking repeatedly. He kept on saying "i'll take care". After asking repeatedly, he gave me a ticket of rs.5/- only. He didn't returned me remaining rs.5/- also. But still i asked him to give rs.10/-. He ignored me completely. I attached the ticket of that trip.

                                  Here conductor is not giving change to anyone and he won't write the balance amount on the ticket also . When stop comes he says I don't have change .He is doing not only for me but also for the reaming passengers also that's why I am complaining..Please look into this

                                    Dear sir,

                                    I was coming from kempegowda international airport to kadabisanahalli and i gave ₹542 to the conductor for amount₹242 because i didn't have a change. So i had to collect ₹300 before i got down from the bus. But i couldn't.
                                    Can you please help me in getting the change back. ₹300 is a big amount.

                                      I look at google maps and took bus from town hall to shivajinagar it showed me rs. 10 charges but the bus charged me rs. 15 for it.
                                      Plesase reply me with justified answer.
                                      So whoever is in concerned department it is to notify please answer the reason for the variations in price.
