I was travelling (31/10/2018) from chandapura (@ 7:22pm) to attibele in 600f (Ka57 f 2948). Paid rs 20 for ticket but actual ticket fair is rs 17, where as conductor refused to give change and both driver and conductor misbehaved with me and made a statement like "i'm a government employee u can't do anything to me, no body will question us your complaints will not affect us" does this mean government employee can behave how ever they want and they are not punished for anything they do.
This is happening repeatedly with bmtc. Would suggest bmtc to take behavioural class to your employees. Want bmtc to take strict against the driver n conductor. Kindly do not close this complaint till the action taken has been disclosed. Else i would complain to central ministry for women harrasment, since the bmtc and state govts are incapable of training and handling their employee, despite refusing to give the change, the employee showed the arrogance and the employees lacked the basic manners to communicate with lady passenger. Wondering if bmtc is hiring goondas or drivers for the job

    Dear sir/ma'am,
    Availability of buses from swamy vivekananda metro station to vydehi hospital i. E the metro feeder normal buses are very less.
    Requesting to provide normal metro feeder buses frequently than those volvo buses.
    Since one hour so many peoples are waiting for metro feeder bus no single bus is available.
    Please provide normal buses frequently, because everyone can't afford volvo buses.
    Please understand the customer requirement and please make the buses run frequently that will help most of the traveller's of bmtc.
    Hoping we can get the required bus at required time soon.

    I boarded BMTC Bus no KA 57 F 3280 from kalamandir stop ON 29TH October, 2018 and the conductor asked for 1.5X the actual charge.

    Please look into this as this is a regular occurrence.

I have lost my bmtc smart card last saturday that is on 27/10/2018. Don't know what to do. It's very difficult to travel in bus without pass. Kindly oblige and do the needful.

        Yesterday on 27th oct 2018, on sarjapur road, bmtc bus no ka - 01- fa -1500 (Rout 342 a) hit my car and broke the driver side mirror.
        Driver has asked to log us complain to bmtc site. My car is chevrolet cruze

          I am mr. P. Arumugam, ex-vrs-supdt of central excise-acp, no: 14/3. 4th cross, santhinagar west, hosur-635109.
          I am central civil pensioner. I visit shivajinagar, cghs clinic every month for a health checkup and getting medicines from central government health scheme clinic, shivajinagar. Today,[protected] morning myself and my wife uma boarded the 600f bus from attibele bus stand. I obtained bmtc daily passes 2 nos and paid rs.140. The conductor issued the passes. After crossing electronic city, we changed bus and boarded another bus to shivajinagar. At about 09.00am, while getting down at shivajinagar bus stand, bmtc checking officers checked our passes. They checked the passes and asked us to pay rs.50 each as fine for the lapse of not getting rs.5 tickets along with the rs.65 passes. I told it is not our fault.in the morning crowd, the conductor missed giving the rs.5 tickets while issuing the passes.in spite of our telling the details and showing our aadhaar id cards, the checking officers forced us into their car and took us to the nearby police station. After wandering for sometime, they stopped and they requested us to pay rs.50 each as fine. As i was in urgent to go to the clinic to meet the doctor, i paid rs.100 and obtained the receipt.
          On many occasions, i have seen hapless passengers paying fines for not signing or not producing id cards etc. Instead of giving additional rs.5 ticket, the authorities would have put a rubber stamp to re-validate rs.65 pass as rs.70 pass.
          This appears to be the novel modus operandi: the checking officers who wish to book as many cases as possible, conspire with some conductors. The conductors collect rs.70, but issue rs.65 passes. The checking officers would check and register cases and collect fines from passengers.
          So bmtc daily pass cost is rs.120 and not rs.70. The illiterate passengers, coolies, daily wage workers, patients, pregnant ladies, ladies with children and bags, pay the fine of rs.50. Their one day food is cheated by the bmtc checking officers.
          In this modus operandi, the advantage for bmtc is that, the affected passenger would not make any complaints with bmtc higher officers or consumer forum. The hapless passengers who pay fines are from different places in the city and their cry would never be heard.
          As a responsible senior citizen, i file this complaint against the bmtc management. I request that the case is taken up and justice rendered. I demand a compensation of rs.1, 00, 000 each for the insult, humiliation and stress.

              Respected Sir,

              I understand BMTC as a team are plying very good Bus Services within Bangalore. I appreciate that.

              However, I encountered a bad situation today evening i.e. Oct 15 2018.
              I boarded 342 H today evening at Wipro Mori gate junction. The bus was crowded. I purchased the ticket for Agara. I was trying to get inside to the interior of the bus. But I could not because it was crowded.

              At the next junction near Kaikondrahalli, the same bus conductor tries to shout at me to go inside and his body language and behaviour was rude.
              I told him to tell people to start moving inside so that I can also go inside.

              He does not know Hindi and I do not know Kannada. He kept shouting at me and then to show his dadagiri he asked to show my ticket. I showed him my ticket.

              This kind of behavior is not recommended. Please advise / mentor the conductor. The bus # details are

                forgot to collect 60rs change

                I had travelled from marathahalli bridge to sathya sai hospital by bus on october 15th. I got the ticket which cost rs.40 (Rupees forty only) and had given rs.100 (Rupees hundred only) as i did not have change. I forgot to collect the remaining rs.60 (Rupees sixty only) while getting down at my stop. I would like to know how i could get the money back.

                Hi,

                I am a daily commuter of bmrcl. Today on my way back from rv road metro station to mahalakshmi at around 5 to 5.30 - i went and stood near the reserved seats as there were already 2 sr. Citizen (They were quite old) sitting. At majectic metro one of the sr citizen got up and i took his seat as i am a 5 month pregnant lady. Immediately a handicapped person came near my seat so i decided to give up the place as i felt that his need to sit was more than me.in the following station (Mantri) the other sr citizen lady who was seated got up to leave and offered me her place. On any other day i would have continued to stand but today specially i was feeling very weak and light headed, so i decided to sit immediately. Within a min or 2, there was a man who came up to my seat and insisted/forced me to get up. He just kept on insisting and saying i am 75 yrs and this seat is for sr citizen. From his uniform he seemed like a lawyer and didn’t look anywhere near the age mentioned. As per my judgment he should be in his early 50’s or mid 50’s. He was also very much fit and fine and didn’t look fragile at all. Due to this i pointed him the sign board on top which also says that the seat is reserved for pregnant woman. But he didn’t listen and forced me to get up. To avoid arguing i got up, but in an urgency to sit he starting pushing me badly and i started getting hurt physically.. By this time i was totally in tears and told him not to push as i am getting hurt. By looking at the crowd noticing me he just walked away from there.

                There is absolutely no humanity left in few people. Bmrcl has no security inside the train to keep a tab of such harassment. There are so many people like these who take advantage of the sign board even if their need is not high.

                Would be really great if there is one or two seats reserved in every coach only for pregnant woman so that men like these don’t come and force woman for their comfort.

                i am studing BASLP 1 year. i apply the pass through online and i recieve the messange through E mali . and when i login my bus pass my photo is not there so how to change that. can you please suggese about that.

                  Hi sir/mam,

                  I want to raise a complaint against bus driver of ka 57 f 1335.
                  Bus route — hebbal to summanahalli
                  He is a rash driver. Even after passengers complaining to him he was driving rashly. A driver should be a responsible person. This is not a good way to drive and behave with passengers.
                  Hope some action will be taken against him.

                  The route number 279E, KA01F3771 KBS to Bhoopasandra at around 11.30am on 16th Oct 2018 at Sanjay Nagar bus stop, stopped much ahead of the designated bus stop. Also when an old lady was still boarding the bus, he moved the bus and she was about to fall. Kindly look into this irresponsible act by the driver and conductor.

                    On line application status showing "pending for approval in college". But college staff saying that nothing is pending there side.

                    Are the student need to stand in a que at the majestic bus station to get the pass or online application will be processed at the later stage or under process.

                      - date :- 11- oct - 2018
                      -reckless and rash driving

                      This is to bring to your notice a accident which which was about to happen.
                      This incident happened between karthik nagar - rammurthy nagar. Driver of bmtc suvarna bus no :- ka57f3276 was driving extremely rash, very reckless. Driver over here was trying to over take another bmtc. I was riding 2 wheeler was moving on the left of the road. He was driving in such a speed he missed to hit me by a inch and pushed me on the foot path. The speed driver was driving if he would have hit me i would have lot my life today.in the next stop at banaswadi i stopped the vehicle in front of the bus asked him not drive rash. He drove the vehicle over bypassing me abusing me. My earnest request to bmtc management to take strict action on such drivers who drive rash and reckless. I hope diciplimary action will taken against this driver.

                        The driver was asking me to go inside, but there was no place to go inside, fully loaded. There was space behind the driver.
                        So i stood there and told driver, if i stand in centre, it will block whoever gets down, hence this space will not block anyone.
                        But he was simply screaming that go and stand inside or get down from bus, i will not start the bus until you get down from the bus
                        I got angry and told him, this is not your bus, this is government bus and you cannot order me to get down.

                        Then he took the bus, but he was arrogant to all who ever is getting in.
                        His disciple needs to be human, he must be warmed or any necessary action needs to be taken on him.

                          Today i boarded ka57 2462 1i bus from mararlthahalli to hal main gate at around 3.50pm. Two tickets costing 30 rupees was given. When i check the ticket it was printed kundanahalli gate to hal main gate. When i question the conductor, he saying there is no point for ticket from mararlthahalli. So many people board the bus from mararlthahalli, and he saying no point. Liar. He ask me to check other passengers ticket. They have also been given the kundanahalli to majestic instead of mararlthahalli to majestic. Is this the new way of bmtc looting customer. Is there any possibility i can get my money back.

                          Dear Madam,

                          This is to inform that the ticket fare from Marathahalli bridge to Hal Main Gate is Rs.15/- and Bellandur to Marathahalli bridge volvo ticket fare is Rs.19/-. Further the tickets issued through ETM shows stage wise names and not stop wise names. Hence the tickets issued in the first two incidents are correct.
                          Further in the third incident the ticket fare from kundanahalli gate to marathalli bridge is 10/-. So please provide vehicle number, date and time of the incident as it is not properly visible from the ticket to take action in this regard.

                          Ticketing machines are to be provided for ease of work of conductors and not for looting . Else provide us a facility to book point to point ticket online . It will bring lot of efficiency, saves lot of paper like the train ticket. Hope this matters are looked into . Government servant gets 19 holidays, we work with 10 holidays for this money and pay huge tax. Its doesn't come in free fund .

                            I was travelling to hal market to kalyan mantap but cunductor was speaking in telugu and he is scolding every one in the bus simply and almost for 15 mins they parked the bus in the side and he was scolding some north indian people.. He was mis behaving with girls also. This is how he treated other state people in karnatka. Please remove this people.

                              Is it mandatory to have a bmtc id proof for bmtc bus pass? If yes, then why didn't the conductor ask me for the same while buying the pass rather telling any govt id would be fine.
                              If no, then why did the conductor of 500 ca at 10.10 am from hsr bda complex stop asked me to get down at the next stop for not having the bmtc pass.

                              Is this some kind of joke that the govt id is invalid when it comes to traveling in just a bus.

                                Sub : rash and reckless driving, as a death threat to co drivers / general public

                                Good day, its really unfortunate to send this mail.

                                Today i encountered worst situation from bmtc bus / driver with regd number : ka-01-f-4525 - blue volvo - 09:15 am, marathahalli bridge and innovative pvr mall bus stops.

                                1) bus was moving with parking lights on middle of the road
                                2) driver is pushing the vehicles to the corners (Right and left, which ever vehicle is trying to go ahead)
                                3) bus moving at the speed of 50 to 55 km per hour in the middle of road with full traffic (Had a free way or road clarence of 200 to 250 mts)
                                4) sudden break at the last minute of intersection with very care less attitude.

                                Driver as about to miss a accident with innova at marathahalli bridge and my car (Honda city) at innovative pvr mall bus stop, when asked driver was very reckless and the worst is i am travelling with my 2 year old son and with my old aged parents.

                                The situation is very horrible as its just a near miss incident an just a death trapped accident which got avoided by gods grace.

                                I would request you to kindly take necessary disciplinary action on the driver with a proper training to the driver on public relation and basic driving skills.

                                  Bus driver asked me to get down in the middle of the journey not even near any bus stop. Asked me to catch running bus in front without even informing other bus driver (Location area between graphate and cmr).
                                  When another person also started questioning. He continued journey for itpl.

                                  When i was alone in bus he started scolding me and asked me to get down near big baazar again. He continued to shout with abusive language. I tried to capture bus number and driver photo. He started rushing towords me to hit me near itpl bus stop.

                                    I would like to bring it to your kind notice that no buses stop at forest office stop (Hbr layout, 5th block). I see day in and out people of different age bracket waiting for the buses to stop ny.

                                    Please it is a kind request to the bmtc administration to instructor the drivers and conductors to give a stop when they are supposed to do.

                                    Hope you would consider this action and take necessary actions against the ring road buses to instruct them strictly to do their duty accordingly.
