Is it mandatory to have a bmtc id proof for bmtc bus pass? If yes, then why didn't the conductor ask me for the same while buying the pass rather telling any govt id would be fine.
If no, then why did the conductor of 500 ca at 10.10 am from hsr bda complex stop asked me to get down at the next stop for not having the bmtc pass.

Is this some kind of joke that the govt id is invalid when it comes to traveling in just...

I travelled in a volvo bmtc bus from agara (Bus stop) to ecospace (Bellendur) today morning i. E 3rd october 2018
It was a 500 series volvo bus. (The driver spoke good hindi, the bus was crowded, the conductor and driver helped me with my bag to keep it in his cabin near his seat).

this is my 4th complaint regarding irregular service of route 287Q/1 plying from Depot 30 Yelahanka.

The bus does not ply on Sundays and public holidays, reason ?????

This is the only bus from Boopsandra via R T Nagar to Shivajinagar and irregular service is effecting office goers and also non availability on Sunday makes church goers uncomfortable.

non availability of bmtc buses

My request to bmtc is that please avoid renting normal bus services to mnc companies, because it affects a lot to the other commuters, it proffesionals hardly 10 to 20 people travel in the buses with full comforts & on the other side commuters like me have to even think to board a bus seeing the congestion moreover crowded buses are very often targeted by pick pocketers adding another headache for the citizens, if providing buses to companies...

Today a worst incident happened to me in bmtc bus. I am a college student and i travel from abbigere to rajanukunte everyday and on 25 september around 4:50pm i got a bus which was 401 bj and i get down at gangamma circle bus stop but conductor told driver to not stop the bus and when i told conductor to give stop he spoke in a rude manner and continued opposing to what i spoke. The bus number is ka-01-fa-600 and the timing was around 5:30....

Bmtc buses are not stopping at doddanekkundi stop instead bus will stop @emc2 and ask people to get down. Daily bagmane tech park securities blocking bmtc buses and allow only private vehicles near emc2 to take service rd towards doddanakkundi signal. Now there is no proper bus stop/signals @ doddannekundhi stop (Opp arena mall under flyover) towards silk board.

Frequency of sarjapur buses (342 and 341) are very poor, especially in the morning. As a result of which people are getting late to the office. Kindly provide frequent buses, so that it'll be little easier for people to commute to the office.
