This conductor really needs some mental counselling as i have seen so many times on frequent days he is fighting with his passengers, i thought passengers might done some mistake, but i come to know the truth one day which happened to me, he given incorrect ticket which i asked for kasturi nagar bus stop he given ticket for dodda nekkundi and though he is blaming me that i told him incorrectly, the way he spoken to me his attitude spoiled my entire day, i want to do something, hence iam writing this, please do the needful as soon as possible.

You're right sir, printed bus number totally differs from bus number which i traveled when I check with printed bus number with bus number hence I have noted down on back of the ticket myself, handwritten bus number is the actual bus registration number,

    I boarded this KA 01 F 4796(600F) at Madivala as I was told to go to BTM by boarding and the conductor said it Won't go there so I tried to get down as usually the driver will stop and was at gate hoping him to do so but he didn't do that and so the door was about to get closed then driver started to abuse me in Kannada and conductor soon joined him by saying that "No common sense" till I get down the bus at next stop.

      Improper timings of the bus drivers
      Dear concern,

      We are facing lots of issues with the bus. Its affecting our daily routine, the commutators are made to wait for so long in this case the bmtc should not be called as a public transport. No one sticks to the proper timings, everyday the timings will be changed as per their convenient. As this is not one or two days incident, this is happening everyday especially in the morning hours between 8.00 am to 9.30 am need your action fast. This is affecting the working people, college students and kids very badly. Today the incident was so bad that the college students had to miss there exams. Hope we would get a better service atleast here after.

        Hi,

        Conductor name: kiran kumar

        I was travelling from itpl road to devarabisanhalli on 5th april 2018 in bus number: ka-57-f-956, root :500ca
        I was having a valid bmtc volvo bus pass. The conductor asked for bmtc id card, which when i showed, he said is expired... (I did not know about it)... When he asked me to pay for my ticket, i did... I got a ticket even when i had bus pass and had a valid pan card as my id.. I told him that i am going to complain about this... The moment after that he became furious, he continued to shout on me in kannada and asked for my id card and literally snatched it! When i had already paid for tkt, he had no right to take my id! Also, he got so aggressive that he could have hurt me! I still stayed calm and requested him and the driver to give back my id but the conductor refused!
        I sincerely request the bmtc authority to take a quick and serious action on this as such conductors could be dangerous and a threat to the society specially for ladies.

        Please please hear me and help me...

          It is about reckless driving by driver ka 01 fa 904 on 1st apri 2018. This happened on kr road., while i was travelling from basavana gudi police station underpass towards national college signal. While at exit o[censored]nderpass, above mentioned bus just pounced on the car without even care for his rights of joining main road. His driver license to be revoked. Our family was in danger, and these ruthless drivers should be removed from the job immediately

            From past so many days, i have been waiting near silk board for minimum 20 minutes for a bus towards marathahalli at around 8am. There are at least 7-8 buses halted near the bus stop but none of them move. And there are very less 500a buses which come from banashankari which don't even stop near silk board nor near hsr apartments stop. The bus stop gets extremely crowded within a short span of time because of non availability of the buses. It is causing a lot of inconvenience to hundreds of passengers every five minutes.

              Bus conductor can able to give ticket but couldn't able to give stop on respective bus stop, driver and bus conductor are the very very worst and yukky person i ever met in my travel life. They spoiled my entire day such a # nonsence, iam so sorry to use those kind of words here but i want to express my feelings what they made in my mind. Please teach them first to give correct stoppings for people whoever tendering ticket, still more words are there in mind, due to sensor i don't want to type here, my dear bmtc if you really care about your people please teach your employee correct manners.

                26/3/3018 it’s morning 10 am, bus number 201.. I got bus, conductor ask me tickets, i thought i forgot my monthly pass at home so asked all day pass, but i realised it’s in my bag only i showed him... But he not listening he told me you have to buy this pass.. He didn’t even punch that all day pass but telling me you have buy this pass.. He miss behaving with me.. Shouted in all bus
                This kind of behaviour has to face to all passengers who daily traveling in bmtc bus.

                Why should buy all day pass i already have monthly pass???

                  Sir bmtc bus drivers more stoping bus at air force station jalhali west between 8 am to 10 am. Today bus no. Ka57f1885 didn't stop bus after giving hand signal also at air force station west bus stop. After which i took auto and that bus driver was stoping bus at all other stops..                     I was travelling by bmtc bus 201g from marenahalli bus stop to domlur bridge and i didn't have a change of 20rs so i gave 500 rs to the conductor and he wrote 480 on the back side of the ticket and gave it to me. Then i asked once for my change but he said i don't have it now collect in some time but then i forgot and got down. So how can i get my 480rs change back?

                      I had boarded the bmtc bus from kundanahalli gate signal bus stop at around 9:30 am on 08/03/2018. I got down at ecospace, bellandur at around 10:10am and noticed my wallet was missing.

                      Bus conducter not providing change and shouts at every passenger, very rude. Plz take serious action on him. Bus no is KA-01-F-4589
                      I had boarded the Bmtc bus ( Bus number KA 01 F 4589) evening 6pm from Bannerghatt National Park with my family and children s, we had day pass. That bus conductor was start issue tickets and he asked us we showed day pass with I'd card then immediately he told go to others we leave the place another 20min late then also we sat on same bus because we don't have any emergency then he go somewhere again he came N saw we are in same bus only then he spoke very rudely scold us and told us to getdown and take another bus . He want to issue tickets and don't want pass holders sit in his bus. Then why Bmtc issues pass to passenger's. If they not accepting pass means? Please kindly take the action to that conductor or otherwise don't issues the passes to the passengers.

                        Once you lost the pass it is not possible to take duplicate pass. You have to purchase a new pass at the KBS Pass Counter for the rest of the months along with the fine amount.

                          Hi,

                          This is to intimate that a bmtc bus (Ka-01 fa-668) plying on the route 45g (As of 5-march-2018) has a dangerous foot long hole on the floor between two seat rows. The hole looks like it might expand and poses grave danger for those who step on it accidentally. Since the hole is in between seats and at the footrest position, it is more likely for people to accidentally step on it and slip to the bottom. I request to take immediate action in this regard.

                            Today i boarded bus from silk board to kundanahalli gate. Bought ticket for 58 rupees. Then after few stops ticket checker boarded bus and asked for the ticket. Since i kept the ticket in my wallet and my wallet had many other tickets and papers, i could not find the ticket immediately at that moment. I requested them to give some time to check the ticket. Then, i explained him that i bought the ticket to kundanahalli gate and conducter also confirmed that i bought the ticket. Even, they had hard copy of complete ticket list from conducter. I told them to check my ticket in that list by referring my beside passenger ticket number. They refused to do that too. After, that they asked me to get down the bus and behaved very rudely. It is very unfair the i bought the ticket and still retreat like this. Then what is the purpose of electronic ticketing machine.

                            Then, they took me in one cab. By that time, i found the ticket and shown them. After that also they abused me and took the ticket and left me somewhere in itpl. Again i boarded from that place to kundanahalli gate.

                            The ticket checker name is shekhar. Very worst ticket checker. This behavior thinking me to not to travel in bmtc any more. Kindly take necessary action on him.

                              Hi this is kavya i am working as a software developer in one of the mnc company, today i took volvo bus by 10 am bus number ka 01f 9125 from aecs layout to bigbazar stop, bus was empty not much passengers since weekends and i was having bus pass after seeing the pass they reacted rudely and when i reached vyedehi they make me to get down forcely this is respect and way they are treating with females, suppose if it would be night time then anything haopend who will be responsible? I want strict action to be taken regarding these cases, i suffered multiple times specially on weekends, is having pass is causing all this?? Why they react if passengers had pass?
                              I want bmtc customer care team to look after this and take strict action so that they should not repeat again.

                                This is regarding vydehi bus route volvo bus.
                                Had onboarded from hoodi jn, destination being vydehi.
                                When presented with 100 rs, the bus conductor rudely told me to get out and hurled abuses. I was totally humiliated.
                                Occured : 2nd march, 9:15 am.

                                Do something! These # think they can get away with anything. Do one basic level on enquiry atleast.

                                  Stage wise ticket pricing is very unfair, as they take the due advantage of this and charge higher fare. Forex: ticket fare in volvo 500ca from marathahalli bridge stop (Opp to adyar anand bhavan) to kundalahalli signal stop is 19/- the distance between two these stops is not even 1km. This is a simple example. It's broad day looting from public. All volvo buses charge like this..

                                    I boarded a bus number (Ka-01 fa-1184) morning 10.20am approximately though the bus was very much crowded and no place even to stand i was very uncomfortable when the conductor asked for ticket i told him please give me 2 minutes let me take out the change i am not able to then he left from there and then after sometime when he came back i gave him the change for the tickets and he started shouting at me that come out of the bus i will see you it's so difficult to move around the bus and this is the second time i came here for ticket i told him that bro i was taking the change out i already informed you and you just left from there the time i take out the change still he was literally shouting at me that before getting up in the bus you should take the tickets an all can you please tell me that do we have a ticket counter in every stop so that we can take tickets before boarding the bus seriously man this is not the first time i had many issues many times once i did complain also but i don't know weather it was registered though i didn't get any complain number messaged to me hope you take care of this at least but yes i do believe some are very polite and they know how to respect others and one more thing can you just tell me who the hell gave them the right to shout at someone only because they are government employees so they can is it the fact first of all i am not his family member that he can shout at me and secondly he is not feeding me and if i don't take the tickets then it was a case that too why will he shout there are other people appointed for that to fine me and definitely he cannot abuse me telling that come out i will see you and more over am a lady how the hell he use all this words what if i would have slapped him it wouldn't have harmed his respect??? So boss please train your staffs and then send them to work i understand you may know better then me how to train but we face the daily problem so only we know how much they are performing in their daily life. And yes i need a action to be taken for this and also would like to know what is the action taken.

                                      I had travelled from marathahalli bridge to satya sai hospital by bus on 20th feb 2018. I got the ticket which cost rs.40 (Rupees fourty only) and had given rs.500 (Rupees five hundred only) as i did not have change. I forgot to collect the remaining rs.460 (Rupees four hundred and sixty only) while gettin down at my stop. I would like to know how i could get the money back.
