Conductor name: kiran kumar
I was travelling from itpl road to devarabisanhalli on 5th april 2018 in bus number: ka-57-f-956, root :500ca
I was having a valid bmtc volvo bus pass. The conductor asked for bmtc id card, which when i showed, he said is expired... (I did not know about it)... When he asked me to pay for my ticket, i did... I got a ticket even when i had bus pass and had a valid pan card as my id.. I told him that i am going to complain about this... The moment after that he became furious, he continued to shout on me in kannada and asked for my id card and literally snatched it! When i had already paid for tkt, he had no right to take my id! Also, he got so aggressive that he could have hurt me! I still stayed calm and requested him and the driver to give back my id but the conductor refused!
I sincerely request the bmtc authority to take a quick and serious action on this as such conductors could be dangerous and a threat to the society specially for ladies.
Please please hear me and help me...
