Hii sir/madam, I'm vishwanath, studying ma in bengaluru university, i have a student pass my route is bengaluru university to manipal hospital change over is k r market, 18/05/2019 i am travelling from k r market to manipal hospital in ka 57 f 3085. When conductor asked my pass i shown my pass and college id card, in college id home address is not mentioned. But i have same route still he shouting at me and driver also supporting him.in college id address is not there so what should i do they are giving for college purpose moreover i took pass giving this id only. They are pubic servants they don't know how to behave with passengers. Please take a proper action against them.
