[Resolved] Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation [BMTC] — conductor behaving rudely and not returning change | |||||
Hi, I am residing in bangalore since past 4years. I have faced it several times and wanted to put into notice of the higher bmtc officials from a long time. This time the matter grew worse, so i am forced to lodge a complain. There is a particular bus conductor who travels in 356cw buses plying between silkboard to electronic city wipro gate stop. Today is 12th feb 2018, time of travel is morning 9am to 9:25am from silkboard to sbi/infosys stop, electronic city. Bus number is: ka57f103 (Green colour bus). This particular conductor always keeps change but never provides to gents. He asks to share amount between multiple persons, whom we do not know even. But to ladies, he always provides change. On asking in english, he starts behaving rudely in kannada language, instead of english. Why is this discrimination? This type ob behaviour is common with this particular bus conductor, as i have personally faced problems many times. And one more thing, he does not return the ticket also, once he takes it from the passenger. If no action is taken against these types of conductors, i will carry the issue at further higher level.
