[Resolved] Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation [BMTC] — conductor's misbehavior | |
Am a law college student from ramaiah. Today morning (19th sept 2019), i climbed bus route no. 330 from hal police station stop around 7:45. The conductor asked me to show my pass, and when i did he said it was invalid. I have renewed my pass just 3 days back and the majestic office printed ren 2019-20 and all the conductor's from then have excepted that. But this conductor was too adamant that mine was not valid and that i made a fake one. He also insulted me by shouting at me in front of the other passengers that i had to get down. The next bus i took didn't have a problem with my pass. I request bmtc to enquire and take action on the conductor as the conductor him self doesn't know if a pass in valid or not.
