[Resolved]  Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation [BMTC] — not providing tickets

My complaint is against the conductor of bmtc bus 356cw #ka-57-f-3353. My ticket number is 0362032 and 0733294. Route of the bus is from wipro gate to hsr through electronic city flyover. The actual fare from infosys to silkboard through flyover is rs 20 + rs 5 as toll charge. Conductor was collecting rs 25 from all the passenger who were travelling from wipro gate to silkboard but issuing ticket of rs 20 only. I personally demanded for rs 25 ticket to conductor. But he denied rudely. So in that bus around 50-60 peoples were travelling. So you can imagine his daily income.

So request you to take a quick action against that conductor who is not only harsh in nature but also indulge in such a corruption.
