I have paid the water bill for the month of november 2018 for rs.216 through phonepe mobile app. Provider reference number - phnn[protected]. Bbps transaction id - bd[protected]. But i can see the arrears amount of rs.216 in the water bill of december. Rr number se135685 Sub division name se1 Kindly let me know the reason why the arrears are appearing in the bill of december?
