Hi,
Today we got sewage mixed water in pai layout (Kr puram). Also water smells very badly in the last few days. We are paying considerable amount for cleaning sump and over head tanks. And we are filling water in oht again by paying huge amounts to private tankers. Cauvery water is not coming regularly. Sometimes we get water after 4-5 days. Kindly take necessary action.

Dear sir/madam,
From past week, we have water leakage in front of my house. Local line man digged the are twice but didn’t fix the issue. When we asked, he demanded ₹4500, & verbally threatened us, if don’t get it fixed, he will disconnect the water connection to my house. Yesterday he digged the area again & disconnected the water supply. However, the water is still leaking from the ground.
Now, let’s come to the main point. The water leakage is due to a tree root in front of my house. This tree was recently fallen during heavy rain and winds in girinagar. Bbmp, have not cleared it properly, hence the bent trunk & roots causing the issue.
I believe, since, source of problem is related to bbmp, it should be fixed by bbmp. Bwssb should notify bbmp, of this issue & get it fixed.
I write this in severe grievance, as it is a harassment from bwwssb lineman to get it fixed through him & pay him cash without any receipt.
If the problem exists within my property, i definitely feel liable to fix the issue. I kindly request you to address this type of harassment from your linemen.

There is water logging and big pot holes due to sewage water near railway underpass bridge road, rachenahalli, opp samprasiddhi apartment, bangalore 77.
Major accidents are taking place for two wheelers passing that road. The two wheelers are getting stuck in the potholes. The sewage water in going in out shoes. Making it very difficult to go to office.
Major companies in manyata tech park are located near this road. Employees are finding it difficult to commute and travel.
Please take necessary action immediately.

I am a resident of 2099, 16th b main, hal ii stage, indiranagar, bangalore. Post the water shutdown from 21st july till 22nd july, the pressure of the water is very less. For that reason we are not getting sufficient water. Request your immediate intervention and solution for this. Please note we do not have bore well facility and private water suppliers are not of any help.

I am a resident of amco colony, kodigehalli. We are not getting proper water supply from past one month. And from past 10 days not even a single drop. It became a big tension as we dont have water for our daily needs also. It indirectly affects our health as we cant maintain cleanliness and being unhygienic. So, directly you will be the responsible for our lives. I am requesting you to look into this problem and resolve asap.

Dear sir, we are not getting water from past one month. Please look into the problem and sort out.
We have complained to the call centre. We get the response saying that it be solved immediately. But it never ever happened. We got afford to buy tankers as we are senior citizens.

Our problem you have to solve else we have to suffer without water only.

Amount 2885.72 has been deducted from my account but it is not reflecting in My BWSSB account. For which I have made Complaint to BWSSB but didn't get any solution.RR Number- E-223297. Bill No.[protected]. Consumer Name- C Latha. Again new bill, Bill no[protected] generated and the amount which was deducted from my Bank account for last bill has been added in new bill. Which is showing total amount as 5598. Please consider the same or else refund my amount.

After a long no water supply of water for 15 days, water finally came but only for 4 hours n again the same problem of no water from past 2 days... Life is becoming miserable without water and impossible to complete the household chores. Deeply distressed without water. Several complaints have been made to the water authorities but issue is yet to be resolved. Kindly look in the matter as soon as possible.

We used to get cauvery water 3 days a week with good force and was sufficient for our daily use.
Since 2-3 months we are not receiving the water in sufficient force and we are unable to meet the needs.

The residents in my street are facing the same problem and are forced to take water from tankers.

Could you kindly have a look and see if this can be addressed.
We suspect it could be due to illegal connections and uneven supply.

The sewage treatment plant in mylasandra, behind the upcoming metro station is not functioning as per the rules and lets out untreated sewage water back to the vrishabhavati river with severe and unbearable stench all around which is creating health hazard to citizens living in the vijayashree layout with about 2000+ residents suffering from airbourne diseases like severe asthma and whoophing cough.

We can see pitch black water being let out of the pipes into the drain for which we have photo`s & video`s to prove how careless & bad the work is in the stp.

The smell is unbearable many times which makes us leave the house and go out of our layout and come back late in the night. Many people have already complained about this but no action has been taken till now.

Kindly look into this serious matter immediately before a big strike takes place to stall the works completely and raising the issue to much higher level.

There is no water supply from past 10 years at No. 915, 1st Stage, 2nd Block, 19th Cross, HBR Layout Bangalore 560043. All these days we were adjusting by getting water tankers 5 times in a month. From past 3 months we are struggling hard as even water tanker suppliers do not cooperate with us they give reasons such as they do not supply to this area, the suppliers which are in this area make us wait for 2 to 3 days and they do not turn up onto that they are very rude. I request you to resolve this issue at the earliest.

Regarding improper cauvery water supply and no proper response from the bwssb team located in sanjaynagar. Residents are suffering a lot because of supply team located in sanjaynagar. We request the concerned authority to take action on bwssb employees of sanjaynagar branch.

I have paid the previous bill on paytm of bwssb for the month june amounting to 1841 on[protected]
But the bill of august is having a bill amount of 3063 including arrears of 1841 with interest 31

Hi team,
Even though corporation borewell exists, line man is not releasing water to household. Previous line man used to release water but current man is not releasing water while same line man releases water to adjacent road.

This is causing inconvenience to residents. Request you to ook into this and take appropriate action at earliest

Im located in 10th cross bhel layout 2nd stage pattanagere rajarajeshwari nagar.

The water drinage near my home in the corner is blocked, because of which our home water drinage is also blocked.

We cannot use bathrooms and there is bad stench innthe road because of water overflow, it has been going on for a week and no amount of calls to bwssb has led to any resolution.

Please fix this soon.. The water is flowing on the road.
