Dear sir we don't have a water line in our street their are six residence in our street and no borewell in house instead we had a old connection from beside street in which the pipe length is near 40 metres far from house and that street is very down side in our street we cannot get sufficient water so please make a new connection of water line in our street, thankyou

Hi, I live in Kaggadasapura 1st A Cross, the entire street has not been receiving water for the past 1 month. The other houses have borewell hence they are able to manage, however we are sufferring as we do not have an alternate source of water and have to keep asking water tanks to come and fill our sump. Please do something as this has become unbearable.

I had complained about sewage water over flowing in our road to the bwssb.The complaint number is .bwssb[protected]. it is so unfortunate that even though some person come he never attended to the problem. Please solve the issue at the earliest . We are unable to even step out of our house. We have raised this issue from past one year but it has never been resolved. It has become a mosquito breeding zone. Almost every one of this location is sick from this.

We have been severely facing water issues since two weeks and it is been continued.

As per our landlord here, they have been telling us that bbmp is not supplying enough water these days and hence we are using water only once in two days where in 2 families of 4 live together in two different floors.

We are not sure if it is the issue with bbmp or with the landlord here.

We would request the team to inspect the area here if at all we have water issues in real or it's just the issue with landlord.

The ugd near 1st main 3rd cross manjunath layout at munnekolala is blocked.
Residents are facing issues because of this.

Even after the completion o[censored]gd connection we are not able to use the facilities now for a longtime. We request you to take up this issue on priority and to do the needful at the earliest. We are not getting water supply in 17th. C, cross, 16th. Main, btm 2nd. Stage, since more than a month. Apparently some are drawing water by directly connecting motor and others are not getting water even for drinking.
Hence we request your kind attention to please resolve the issue immediately.

Sewage is leaking near the manhole and is flowing onto the road since 5 days we had lodged a complaiint and also contacted the concerned engineer who said he would send his team but till date no work has been taken up nor have his team showed up. A few weeks ago the sewage of a high class restaurant was overflowing due to which some people had opened this manhole and cleared the debris but now this pipe seems to be broken and the sewage water is flowing into the crevices and loose spots under which the drinking water feeder and distribution lines are placed. This could lead to contaminating the drinking water supply.

Kindly note that i am writing submitting this grievance on behalf of all the residents of chowdeswari layout, marathahalli, bangalore - 560037.

There kaveri water supply to the above mentioned area is highly erratic and at present non existent. Please be informed that all o[censored]s are now dependent on local water tanker suppliers for our daily needs which is costing us upto rs.1500/- per tanker.
But the kaveri water bill...

The sewage water is running on the road and since the road is slope the water keeps flowing towards the main road and the road is very narrow if a car passes by the water is splashed on to the people walking on the footpath.

The water is flowing for more than one kilometer and it's a residential area with a lot of schools and restaurants on both sides of the road.

Please make sure the issue is resolved as soon as possible since it's hard to even walk down the lane.

This is to bring to your notice that from last 7 Months my has increased four times.

Till September 2018 my Water bill was coming around 500 to 600 Rs and from then onwards it has been increasing.

From last 2 months I am getting bill around 2000rs Per Month.

Belong to a middle class family this issue is disturbing my complete financials

Request you to please look into the matter.

Iam a resident of 5th cross munigowda garden for more than 15+ years, iam surprised that there is water problem only for our lane 5th cross, there is no proper water supply for the whole month, and every alternate days water is suppliesnonly for 10 to 20mins, starts with dirty water for 10 mins and post which we get some water to fill, post 20 mins the pressure is down and finally the water supply stops, we have been calling the ae johnson market mr. Jagadish who only promises to look into the issue but nothing happens post that, and most of the times he does not pick the calls.

Today they supplied with drainage water, and iam not able to understand how drainage is mixing with drinking water supply. Hope someone from bwssb looks into this issue as mr. Jagadish is not of any help.

But the bills are very prompt and we are charged 600 to 700 per month though there is no proper supply.

Hope somebody in bwssb will address this issue.

Someone from bwssb can come and take the water sample.

The sewage pipes has been blocked or damaged by construction outside. Since months our toilets have been clogged attempts made to bwssb on twitter nobody has replied

With reference to subject i would like to bring to the notice hat the house no 2498 running girls PG which is not made commercial using 2 connection one direct to the sump from past 8 years but official has not taken action how can someone drill 2 holes connection in BWSSB connection that to one direct an illegal connection and stil no action taken.
Please visit the area to identify so far taken till date taken without meter and using pump to pull water for such scenario why not legal action to be taken against such connection.

Dear sir,

Ref: rapid depletion of water table by mr narayan reddy, owner of vijayalakshmi bore wells, #35, 7th main road jayanagar 2nd block bangalore 11.

We, the residents of 2nd block jayanagar area are facing multilple issues due to excess commercial sale of ground water by ms vijayalakshmi bore wells.

1. First and foremost being rapid depletion of ground water table - in the past 6 -7 years mr narayan reddy has dug multiple bore wells in his house many of them going to great depths of 900 to 1000 feet below, and has uptill now 20, 000 lts storage tanks in his compound. The motor runs almost whole day and night disturbing the neighbours resting times.

Recently, he has procured 6 more storage tanks of 7500lts each ready to be installed.
Totally he can store 65000 lts of water at any given point of time and am sure one can imagine how many lakhs (1.2 lakhs) of water can be sold per day.

Already the water levels have gone done drastically in the neighbourhood in both open and bore wells. Few weeks ago in 4th cross, 7th main road water table was reached at 300 feet, while few days ago in the same cross, at a different site just about 100mts apart water was available at 800 feet depth only, hence am sure you will be able to asses the water scarcity because of depletion of nature's most gifted source.

According to karnataka's ground water protection of source of drinking water act 1999, bore wells should be atleast 500mts apart, but mr narayan reddy has bored more than 4 to 5 wells within his compound since the past 6 -7 years, which is against the law as you are much aware of.

As lalbagh lake is just a few feet away, we are sure that will dry up too sooner than later.

2. Frequent bottlenecks in front of his house, due to improper parking of his water tankers, creates repeated traffic jams and trouble the day to day commuters.

3. Continuous water loading overnight disturbs the neighbourhood.

4. Inspite of multiple discussions nothing much has been done to prevent damage to the neighbour's footpath, which occurs due to the water tankers hitting it and continuous dripping of water from the tankers.

5. His customers park in front of the neighbour's house and his workers are just silent spectators and never object. Many a time his workers clean their vehicles in front of the neighbour's house and dirty the same - waste cloth, cigarette butts, tea cups etc.

6. Although he has been told many a time he has not obliged and continues to cause extreme inconvinience to the whole neighbourhood residents. As of now many written complaints have been submitted bt the residents to bbmp and bwsssb offices, but to no avail.

7. More importantly as this is a residential area, using own residence for commercial purpose is against the law.

Hence, we sincerely request the concerned authorities to look into this grievous, harmful
Matter as soon as possible and do the needful to provide justice, peace and tranquillity to the residents.

We want your help to save water for our future generations too.

The main drain outside our house on sultanapalaya main road is blocked. The sewage water is backing up into our house manholes. And the manholes are full to the top. Please send the team with the drain cleaning truck to clear the drains. Very urgent. My address is sherden, no 4, 1st cross, atmananda colony, sultanapalaya, rt nagar, bengaluru 560032

Drainage is blocked and water is flowing over the road and it’s been 1 week no one is cleaning the drainage. We are getting very bad smell and mosquitoes are increasing due to this. It will cause many diseases. So, could you please look into this issue and resolve it.

We have been suffering from many years from drianage and it is closed due to the people are occupied road end and stopped the drianage. They stopped sanitary connection recently when the l&t was trying to provide sanitary connection on our road. Many people are suffering due to drianage and occupied people behaviour and activities. We have complained to corporator jimbabwe and mla and no reaction from thier side. Even though no proper road, no street lamp on our road. The road is attaching to main road and still many problems.

Hi sir/madam,

In our street (5th cross bhuvaneshwari nagar) there is no cmc connection for all the houses due to that we are facing severe water problem. Requesting to provide cmc connection to households with that only we can overcome water crisis. With that said even the cauvery water also not coming regularly and not even 2 hours for every alternate day. We are sincerely requesting to resolve the problem.

Cmc connection is very much required in the mentioned street so that only water crisis will solve the problem for us.

The sewage problem in hsr layout is persisting from october 2017. The roads are dug up and the drainage is kept open from then till this date. Even after multiple reminders and complaints, the sewage remains open in front of our school consisting of very young kids from the age group of 1 year till 5 years. Off late our kids are falling sick and there is a foul smell of the drainage always in our school area. Kindly act upon this immediately and help us keep our kids and visitors safe and healthy.
